The utilization of arsenic-containing gold dressing tailings is an urgent issue faced by gold production companies worldwide.The thermodynamic analysis results indicate that ferrous arsenate(FeAsO_(4)),pyrite(FeS_(2))and sodium cyanide(NaCN)in the arsenic-containing gold metallurgical tailings can be effectively removed using straight grate process,and the removal of pyrite and sodium cyanide is basically completed during the preheating stage,while the removal of ferrous arsenate requires the roasting stage.The pellets undergo a transformation from magnetite to hematite during the preheating process,and are solidified through micro-crystalline bonding and high-temperature recrystallization of hematite(Fe_(2)O_(3))during the roasting process.Ultimately,pellets with removal rates of 80.77% for arsenic,88.78% for sulfur,and 99.88% for cyanide are obtained,as well as the iron content is 61.1% and the compressive strength is 3071 N,meeting the requirements for blast furnace burden.This study provides an industrially feasible method for treating arsenic-containing gold smelting tailings,benefiting gold production enterprises. 展开更多

Background:Skin,being a vital organ that regulates physiological responses in the human body,is prone to injury from external environmental factors.Healing full-thickness skin defects becomes especially challenging when infections and vascular injuries are involved.Traditional wound dressings with single functions,such as antibacterial or angiogenic properties,fall short in achieving rapid wound healing.To address this,there is a need to develop wound dressing materials that possess both effective antibacterial and angiogenic properties.Methods:In this study,we utilized electrospinning technology to fabricate hyaluronic acid-cellulose acetate fibrous membrane dressings,incorporating poly(ionic liquid)as an antibacterial polymer and deferoxamine as an angiogenic agent.Results:The resulting fibrous membrane dressing contained poly(ionic liquid)and deferoxamin showcased a microporous structure,drug-releasing capabilities,and excellent air permeability.It not only demonstrated highly effective antibacterial properties but also exhibited remarkable angiogenesis,thereby promoting the healing of full-thickness skin defect wounds in both in vitro and in vivo assays.Conclusion:These findings highlight the immense potential of this wound dressing material for future clinical applications. 展开更多

Background:Excessive exudate secreted from chronic wounds often leads to overhydration and infection.Although a variety of dressings are currently available in clinical applications,they frequently fail to provide multifunction to promote chronic wound healing.The dressings with a Janus structure,featuring distinct properties on each side,are potential to improve wound healing.Methods:Composite dressings with a Janus structure were fabricated,comprising freeze-dried polycaprolactone(PCL)electrospun membrane and alginate-based hydrogel.The PCL fibrous membrane provided air permeability,while the hydrogel loaded with Deferoxamine,composed of alginate and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM),exhibited hygroscopic properties.The inclusion of PNIPAM imparted thermo-responsivity.Results:The hydrogel(thickness of 2.778±0.082 mm)exhibited a robust adhesion to the fiber membrane(thickness of 0.261±0.041 mm).For ANDC(Alginate-PNIPAM hydrogel with Deferoxamine/PCL membrane)samples,the water vapor transmission rate(WVTR)was measured to be 3364.80±23.23 g∙m−2∙day−1 and the swelling ratio at 2 h was determined to be 1179±125%.The thermo-responsivity of ANDC samples manifested in an increased swelling rate,escalating from 797±189%at 37°C to 1132±147%at 4°C.The elastic modulus was assessed for lyophilized and rehydrated ANDC sample.When theωof the rheometer rotor was decreased from 10 rad/s to 0.1 rad/s,the lyophilized dressing exhibited a decrease from 2.65±0.01 MPa to 1.80±0.90 MPa,while the rehydrated dressing demonstrated an increase from 133.65±55.68 Pa to 264.23±141.71 Pa.The pro-healing properties of the dressings were evaluated using full-thickness skin defect model on SD rats,and a circular wound of diameter 10 mm healed completely by day 12.Conclusion:The dressings not only protected the wound and absorbed excess exudate,but also demonstrated nondestructive peelability upon cooling,providing a novel approach for accelerating wound healing and management. 展开更多

The knitting industry CAD/CAM system's development needs a solution of computer representation of the designed objects.One of them is a transformation of knitting rows and stitches form knitting pattern and its automatic analysis is to control data from the knitting design data.A method of the pattern CAD system including the analyzing and the compiling of the pattern data was developed in this paper.By rasterizing the pattern map,the drafted pattern could be compiled into knitting row data and stitches.The storage format of knitting rows data and stitches data could be defined by analyzing the motion of computerized fiat knitting machine.By reassembling the control data,it could be analyzed into the execute data of the controller in computerized flat knitting machine.This method mainly focused on the weak areas of multi-needle-bed technology and fully-fashioned knitting technology in inland and could be applied to most of control systems in the master-slave mode.The knitting row data and pattern row data in a " *.ptn" format file were integrated.Giving a corresponding analytic calculation process of control data and realizing independent development of the upper machine and the lower machine,the final knitting control data not only have low computation and transmission cost but also have fast transfer speeds. 展开更多

目的分析四环素类药物致伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多和系统症状的药疹综合征(DRESS综合征)的发生情况及特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase等数据... 目的分析四环素类药物致伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多和系统症状的药疹综合征(DRESS综合征)的发生情况及特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase等数据库,查找自建库至2022年11月30日期间四环素类药物导致DRESS综合征的文献,筛选出符合标准的病例进行统计和分析。结果共收集到有效文献29篇,涉及患者32例,男性9例(28.13%),女性23例(71.87%);30岁以下20例;原发疾病主要为痤疮(19例);致敏药物29例为米诺环素(90.63%),3例为多西环素(9.37%);四环素类药物致DRESS综合征的潜伏期均值为(27.35±13.76)d,24例患者在用药14 d之后出现不良反应;临床症状主要表现为皮疹、发热、面部水肿、淋巴结肿大、嗜酸性粒细胞增高及内脏受累,最常见受累的器官为肝脏(23例),其次是心脏(12例)。32例患者中21例在予以皮质内固醇等药物治疗后好转;1例好转后复发,1例好转后皮质内固醇戒断失败;6例患者死亡,其中4例死于DRESS综合征导致的心脏受累,2例死于多器官衰竭;3例患者治愈后出现自身免疫性后遗症,其中2例同时出现甲状腺功能障碍和1型糖尿病,1例出现1型糖尿病。结论四环素类药物致DRESS综合征的病死率较高,尤其是米诺环素诱发的心脏受累对患者危害极大,临床上应加强用药监测,此外DRESS综合征引发的自身免疫性疾病也需要引起关注。 展开更多

This research aims to develop a wound dressing composed of collagen (Col) and hyaluronic acid (HA) containing epidermal growth factor (EGF). First important issue is to contain EGF in the wound dressing in a stable state. The sheet-shaped sponge was manufactured by freeze-vacuum drying an aqueous solution of Col. Both sides of sponge were treated with ultraviolet (UV) irradiation to introduce intermolecular cross links between collagen molecules. This sponge was named Sponge-Col. Another sheet-shaped sponge was manufactured by freeze-vacuum drying an aqueous solution of HA containing EGF. This sponge was named Sponge-HA/EGF. The wound dressing was manufactured by laminating Sponge-Col on the top, Sponge-HA/EGF in the middle, and Sponge-Col on the bottom to create a sandwich structure. This method can prevent the reducing of EGF activity due to UV irradiation for intermolecular cross-linking. Second important issue is to enable gradual release of EGF from the wound dressing. The elution behavior of this wound dressing was investigated by measuring the weight change after immersion in water for a predetermined time. This wound dressing showed initially fast elution and subsequent very slow elution properties. The upper layer and lower layer Sponge-Col enabled gradual release of the middle layer Sponge-HA/EGF. This result suggests that EGF contained in the wound dressing is gradually released together with HA from the wound dressing. Third important issue is to provide moist wound-healing environment. The upper layer and lower layer Sponge-Col can provide the wound dressing with high water absorption and long-term water retention properties. 展开更多

为构筑人体可吸收、抗菌消炎且轻薄柔软的可用于伤口愈合的医用敷料,以聚乳酸为原料,掺杂板蓝根(RI)、柴胡(BC)和茶多酚(GTP)等中药成分,采用氯仿与丙酮二溶剂体系,借助静电纺技术制备聚乳酸(PLA)多孔纳米纤维载中药敷料。通过扫描电镜... 为构筑人体可吸收、抗菌消炎且轻薄柔软的可用于伤口愈合的医用敷料,以聚乳酸为原料,掺杂板蓝根(RI)、柴胡(BC)和茶多酚(GTP)等中药成分,采用氯仿与丙酮二溶剂体系,借助静电纺技术制备聚乳酸(PLA)多孔纳米纤维载中药敷料。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和接触角测试仪等手段分析了载中药敷料的微观结构、润湿性能、保水吸液性、抗菌性以及体外降解性能等。结果表明:采用氯仿和丙酮二溶剂体系制备的载中药敷料其纤维具有多孔特征,纤维直径为747~1 550 nm。敷料中所载板蓝根、柴胡、茶多酚与聚乳酸间并未发生负面改性的化学反应。载板蓝根、柴胡、茶多酚的敷料在载药量为3%时对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率分别为79.2%、82.5%、75.7%,对大肠杆菌抑菌率分别为79.1%、80.2%、73.9%。同时,较纯聚乳酸敷料,载中药敷料具有较好的透气性和体外降解性,其保水吸液性均提高20%以上,适合用作伤口敷料。 展开更多

Curative Effect of 30% Supramolecular Salicylic Acid Combined with Yufa Spray Dressing on Moderate to Severe Scalp Seborrheic Dermatitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of 30%supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Yufa spray dressing in the treatment of moderate to severe seborrheic dermatitis(seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp,SDS).Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,150 patients with SDS,who were treated in the Dermatology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University,were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group,with 75 cases in each group.The treatment group was given 30%supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Yufa spray dressing on the basis of external medicine given to the control group,while the control group was given oral medicine combined with external medicine.Results:The difference in scores of erythema,scales,pruritus,and folliculitis of the treatment group before and after treatment was significant(P<0.01),indicating that supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Yufa spray dressing can relieve the symptoms of SDS.The difference in scores of erythema of the control group before and after treatment was significant as well(P<0.05),indicating that traditional antibiotics are also effective in treating SDS;however,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of other signs and symptoms,such as scales,pruritus,and folliculitis,before and after treatment,indicating that traditional antibiotics have no obvious curative effect on SDS.After 12 weeks of treatment,the improvement in erythema,scaling,and folliculitis was significantly greater in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Curative effect comparison showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,compared with 25.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:30%supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Yufa spray dressing can significantly improve the therapeutic effect in moderate to severe SDS;the recurrence rate is lower,the course of treatment is shorted,and patients generally feel better;thus,it is a new option for the treatment of dermatitis. 展开更多

目的 探讨胸腺素β4(thymosin β4,Tβ4)联合水胶体敷料对深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠早期创面愈合及p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinase, MAPK)信号传导通路的影响。方法 选取常规适应性喂养的健康Wister雄性大鼠40只作为研... 目的 探讨胸腺素β4(thymosin β4,Tβ4)联合水胶体敷料对深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠早期创面愈合及p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinase, MAPK)信号传导通路的影响。方法 选取常规适应性喂养的健康Wister雄性大鼠40只作为研究对象,随机抽取10只作为对照组,其余30只按照随机数字表法分为烧伤组、Tβ4+水胶体敷料组、p38MAPK激动剂组,每组10只。除对照组外,其余大鼠均制作深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,造模成功后进行后续试验,Tβ4+水胶体敷料组给予外涂6μg Tβ4+安普贴贴敷,p38MAPK激动剂组给予外涂6μg Tβ4+安普贴贴敷+外涂p79350(1μg/kg),烧伤组大鼠给予等量0.9%氯化钠溶液外涂。给药3、7、10、14 d对创面进行拍照,采用MoticMed6软件及Photoshop软件处理照片并计算各组大鼠早期创面愈合率;免疫组织化学法检测创面肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素10(interleukin-10,IL-10)等炎症因子水平;逆转录-聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, RT-PCR)检测创面转化生长因子β1蛋白(transforming growth factor β1 protein, TGF-β1)mRNA、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)mRNA表达情况;蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blotting, WB)检测p38MAPK信号传导通路关键蛋白p38MAPK、核因子κB(nuclear factorκB,NF-κB)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶3(cysteine protease 3,caspase-3)表达情况。结果 给药3、7、10、14 d后,Tβ4+水胶体敷料组的创面愈合率均高于烧伤组和p38MAPK激动剂组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,烧伤组、Tβ4+水胶体敷料组、p38MAPK激动剂组各时点TNF-α、IL-10水平均较高(P<0.05);给药后12、24、48 h,烧伤组、p38MAPK激动剂组TNF-α水平高于Tβ4+水胶体敷料料组(P<0.05),IL-10水平低于Tβ4+水胶体敷料组(P<0.05);而烧伤组、p38MAPK激动剂组各时点TNF-α、IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,烧伤组、Tβ4+水胶体敷料组、p38MAPK激动剂组各时间点TGF-β1 mRNA、VEGF mRNA表达均上调(P<0.05);与烧伤组比较,Tβ4+水胶体敷料组各时间点TGF-β1 mRNA表达均下调(P<0.05)、VEGF mRNA表达均上调(P<0.05);烧伤组、p38MAPK激动剂组各时间点TGF-β1 mRNA、VEGF mRNA表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,烧伤组、Tβ4+水胶体敷料组、p38MAPK激动剂组p38MAPK、NF-κB、caspase-3蛋白表达量均较高(P<0.05);与烧伤组比较,Tβ4+水胶体敷料组p38MAPK、NF-κB、caspase-3蛋白表达量均较低(P<0.05);但烧伤组、p38MAPK激动剂组p38MAPK、NF-κB、caspase-3蛋白表达量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 胸腺素β4联合水胶体敷料有助于促进深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,其机制可能与抑制p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号转导通路、降低炎性因子表达有关。 展开更多

为了探索防治大麦蚜虫的科学有效措施,选用保山市大面积推广的二棱品种“保啤麦28号”,每10 kg种子分别用20、30、40 g 70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂拌种防治蚜虫。结果表明:不同用量的70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂拌种能有效抑制蚜虫... 为了探索防治大麦蚜虫的科学有效措施,选用保山市大面积推广的二棱品种“保啤麦28号”,每10 kg种子分别用20、30、40 g 70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂拌种防治蚜虫。结果表明:不同用量的70%噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂拌种能有效抑制蚜虫对大麦的危害。大麦拔节期前,防效均达100%;大麦孕穗期至抽穗扬花期,防效为72.30%~95.70%;大麦灌浆期,防效为33.60%~80.04%;大麦乳熟期,防效为14.20%~49.44%,防效随着用量的增加而增加,且持效期更长;每10 kg种子用药30、40 g防效最佳,与每10 kg种子用30 mL的30%噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂拌种防效相近。药剂拌种对大麦还具有增产作用,增产率为8.6%~16.9%。建议在大麦生产中,根据当地蚜虫发生规律选择不同用量、不同剂型的杀虫剂拌种防治大麦蚜虫,综合考虑防效、成本和用量,达到节本、增效的目的。 展开更多

目的:研究凡士林纱卷铆钉样缝合加压包扎对腋臭术后并发症发生率的影响。方法:将入选的101例患者按就诊顺序编号,随机分为两组,均采用微小切口大汗腺修剪术治疗。治疗组61例,采用凡士林纱卷铆钉样缝合加压包扎,对照组40例,采用“8”字... 目的:研究凡士林纱卷铆钉样缝合加压包扎对腋臭术后并发症发生率的影响。方法:将入选的101例患者按就诊顺序编号,随机分为两组,均采用微小切口大汗腺修剪术治疗。治疗组61例,采用凡士林纱卷铆钉样缝合加压包扎,对照组40例,采用“8”字绷带包扎。结果:治疗组皮下血肿、皮肤坏死、切口愈合延迟、瘢痕的发生率(分别为0.82%、0.82%、1.64%、2.46%)低于对照组(分别为12.5%、7.5%、8.75%、10%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组、对照组术口感染发生率分别为1.64%、2.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组满意度为93.44%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。结论:与“8”字绷带包扎相比,凡士林纱卷铆钉样缝合加压包扎可以一定程度上降低腋臭术后并发症发生率,满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

药剂拌种对沿淮地区迟播小麦壮苗效应及产量的影响

播期延迟易使小麦产量下降,为了探讨药剂拌种对迟播小麦的壮苗效应及产量的影响,以‘淮麦40’为试验材料,设置4组不同药剂拌种处理,调查分析了小麦生长素质、籽粒产量等方面的数据。结果表明:通过药剂拌种能提高小麦成苗率;降低麦苗高度... 播期延迟易使小麦产量下降,为了探讨药剂拌种对迟播小麦的壮苗效应及产量的影响,以‘淮麦40’为试验材料,设置4组不同药剂拌种处理,调查分析了小麦生长素质、籽粒产量等方面的数据。结果表明:通过药剂拌种能提高小麦成苗率;降低麦苗高度,增加叶龄,促进根系生长及生物量积累;可以促进分蘖,增加有效穗数,提高大穗比例,具有增产效应。其中药剂Y3表现最优,与对照处理比较,成苗率提高了2.1个百分点,在越冬前使小麦株高降低11.9%,叶龄增加16.4%,茎基部宽度增加58.2%,地上部及根系干重分别增加35.8%和45.9%;分蘖能力显著增强,有效穗数增加12.4%,穗粒数及千粒重得到提高,产量增加19.4%。综上表明,在小麦迟播情况下,使用药剂Y3拌种可以增强小麦生长素质,实现稳产增产。 展开更多

针对餐饮后厨工作人员着装不规范,在复杂背景下采用现有算法检测精度低且易出现误检、漏检等问题,提出一种基于YOLOv5s的着装规范检测改进算法YOLOv5s-ESW。首先,在主干网络引入新型多尺度注意力机制改进C3模块,增强网络的特征提取能力... 针对餐饮后厨工作人员着装不规范,在复杂背景下采用现有算法检测精度低且易出现误检、漏检等问题,提出一种基于YOLOv5s的着装规范检测改进算法YOLOv5s-ESW。首先,在主干网络引入新型多尺度注意力机制改进C3模块,增强网络的特征提取能力;其次,在颈部网络中采用空间和通道重建卷积模块(SCConv)替换原始网络中的卷积模块(Conv),减少模型参数冗余,同时提升模型的精度;最后,在预测部分引入WIoU损失函数更换CIoU损失函数,提高模型泛化能力,加快收敛速度。将改进算法应用到自建餐饮后厨工作人员着装数据集中进行实验,实验表明,改进后的模型检测平均精度提升了4.1%,参数量减少了11.4%。该模型在提高了检测精度的同时降低了网络复杂度,能够满足餐饮后厨工作人员的着装规范检测的要求。 展开更多
