Analysis of the medication rules of the national patent compound for the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Objective:Based on data mining software,applying frequent itemsets,association rules,hierarchical clustering,complex networks and other data mining methods to analyze the usage and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)patent compound for functional dyspepsia.Method:Use the Chinese patent database to search the compound for the treatment of functional dyspepsia,exclude traditional Chinese medicine extracts,single drugs,combined use of Chinese and Western medicines,etc.,screen the patented compound of TCM,establish an Excel data table,and apply data mining software to The data is subjected to frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Result:A total of 238 prescriptions for functional dyspepsia were screened.The four qi of the drugs were mainly warm and calm,the five flavors were mainly sweet and spicy,and the spleen and stomach were the main meridians.The top 10 Chinese medicines with higher frequency are Shanzha、Chenpi、Gancao、Maiya、Jineijin、Fuling、Baizhu、Shenqu、Houpo、Banxia;frequent itemsets show that the drugs are mainly compatible with qi and spleen,qi and digestion;association rules The analysis shows that the common drug pairs used in the treatment of functional dyspepsia include Chenpi-Shanzha、Maiya-Shanzha、Jineijin-Shanzha,etc.;cluster analysis found that there are 4 types of drugs for functional dyspepsia,mainly including drugs for regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach,drugs for soothing liver and promoting Qi,drugs for eliminating food and resolving accumulation,drugs for benefiting qi and strengthening spleen;the 22-flavor Chinese medicine in the core drug network,the core compatibility is mainly to eliminate stagnation and spleen.Conclusion:Data mining research provides a reference for the clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia and the development of TCM formulas;Clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia should grasp the basic principles of strengthening vital energy and eliminating pathogenic factors to benefit qi,strengthen the spleen,and eliminate food.It is a basic treatment method,taking into account the methods of regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach,soothing the liver and relieving depression,relieving dampness and dampness,and combining the specific conditions of patients with syndrome differentiation and treatment.

The analysis of acupoint selection rules for acupuncture treating functional constipation

Objective: To analyze the prescription rule of acupuncture for functional constipation (FC), and explore the effective core clinical acupuncture prescriptions. Methods:The randomized controlled trials published in the PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP databases were retrieved from January 1, 2010 to January 31, 2020. And the key information about acupuncture therapy for FC in these RCTs was collected according to the predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Eventually, the statisticians analyzed the use frequency of single acupoints and meridian acupoints by descriptive statistical method and explored the combination rule between different acupoints by association rules. Results: Twenty six randomized controlled trials were included, with a total of 29 acupoints. Tianshu (ST25), Shangjuxu (ST37) and Zhongwan (RN12) were the top 3 frequency of acupuncture therapy for FC and the top 3 frequency meridian had been chosen were the stomach meridian of Foot-Yangming, the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin and Ren channel. The two acupoints with high support and compatibility frequency ranking in the top 3 are Tianshu (ST25) - Shangjuxu (ST37), Tianshu (ST25) - Zhongwan (RN12), Tianshu (ST25) - Zusanli (ST36). The three acupoints with compatibility frequency ranking in the top 2 are Tianshu (ST25) - Shangjuxu (ST37) - Zusanli (ST36), and Tianshu (ST25) - Shangjuxu (ST37) - Zhigou (SJ6). Conclusion: Tianshu (ST25) is the most common acupoint for acupuncture therapy of FC. Tianshu (ST25) and Shangjuxu (ST37) are the core acupoints to provide basis for clinical practice and future clinical research.

New Approaches to the Prognosis and Diagnosis of Breast Cancer Using Fuzzy Expert Systems

Breast cancer remains a significant global health challenge, necessitating effective early detection and prognosis to enhance patient outcomes. Current diagnostic methods, including mammography and MRI, suffer from limitations such as uncertainty and imprecise data, leading to late-stage diagnoses. To address this, various expert systems have been developed, but many rely on type-1 fuzzy logic and lack mobile-based applications for data collection and feedback to healthcare practitioners. This research investigates the development of an Enhanced Mobile-based Fuzzy Expert system (EMFES) for breast cancer pre-growth prognosis. The study explores the use of type-2 fuzzy logic to enhance accuracy and model uncertainty effectively. Additionally, it evaluates the advantages of employing the python programming language over java for implementation and considers specific risk factors for data collection. The research aims to dynamically generate fuzzy rules, adapting to evolving breast cancer research and patient data. Key research questions focus on the comparative effectiveness of type-2 fuzzy logic, the handling of uncertainty and imprecise data, the integration of mobile-based features, the choice of programming language, and the creation of dynamic fuzzy rules. Furthermore, the study examines the differences between the Mamdani Inference System and the Sugeno Fuzzy Inference method and explores challenges and opportunities in deploying the EMFES on mobile devices. Rules of Ren Shunping's prescription for trearing Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation Syndrome of Functional Dyspepsia Based on Data Mining

Objective:To explore the medication rules of Professor Ren Shunping treating spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome of functional dyspepsia,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and development of new drugs.Methods:The 144 Chinese herbal formulas considered as active prescribed by professor Ren Shunping for the first time treating the patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome of functional dyspepsia were collected,entered into TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),and then mined by some data mining methods of the software,such as the association rules and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Results:This study involved 144 Chinese herbal formulas,including a total of 56 Chinese herbal medicines.Of these Chinese herbal medicines,the herbs of cold and warm nature,and pungent,bitter and sweet in flavors were used in a quite high frequency,all of which act on spleen,stomach,lungs,large intestine,liver and gallbladder meridians.One core Chinese herbal formula was excavated,composed of patchouli,perilla stem,radix bupleuri,scutellaria,ginger pinellia,codonopsispilosula,magnolia bark,tangerine peel,large-headed atractylodes,immature bitter orange,wood incense,fructus amomi,inula britannica chinensis,ginger,medicated leaven,fried rice and fried malt based on the association rules.And a total of 17 groups of core used drugs and 2 groups of new Chinese herbal formulas undiscovered were mined based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusion:In treating spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome of functional dyspepsia,professor Ren is good at treating spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome of functional dyspepsia from the perspective of"tong jiang",using the"five-in-one"strategy of strengthening the spleen,evacuating the liver,coming down qi from the stomach,dispersing lung,and bowel-reflexing to treat patients as a whole.And the herbal medicines were light in dose,lovely and mild in nature for the formulars.At the same time,he paid attention to the combination of syndromes and symptoms,and flexible arbitration.

MINER RULE CONSIDERING FUZZINESS OF STRESS DAMAGE UNDER DIFFERENT LOAD SEQUENCES

Since the traditional Miner rule ignores the influence of the load sequence on the fatigue life, the fuzzy rules are used to analyze the fuzziness of the fatigue damage caused by the stress nearby the fatigue limit under different load sequences. The improved fuzzy Miner rule can reflect the influence of the load sequence on the fatigue life. Results of the example show that the prediction error can be reduced from 61.6% to 21.7%.

An analysis method of topological relations between Snort rules

It is difficult to knowall the relations between Snort rules. To deal with this problem, the topological relations between Snort rules are classified based on the set theory, and a method for calculating the topological relations between Snort rules is proposed. In the existing methods for analyzing the relations of Snort rules, the relations are usually determined only according to the header information of the Snort rules. Without considering the actions of Snort rules, the proposed method improves upon the existing methods and it can classify and calculate the topological relations between Snort rules according to both headers and options information of Snort rules. In addition, the proposed method is implemented by the functional language Haskell. The experimental results showthat the topological relations between Snort rules can be calculated rapidly and effectively. The proposed method also provides an important basis for conflict detection in the succeeding Snort rules.

Implicit modeling of complex orebody with constraints of geological rules

To dynamically update the shape of orebody according to the knowledge of a structural geologist’s insight,an approach of orebody implicit modeling from raw drillhole data using the generalized radial basis function interpolant was presented.A variety of constraint rules,including geology trend line,geology constraint line,geology trend surface,geology constraint surface and anisotropy,which can be converted into interpolation constraints,were developed to dynamically control the geology trends.Combined with the interactive tools of constraint rules,this method can avoid the shortcomings of the explicit modeling method based on the contour stitching,such as poor model quality,and is difficult to update dynamically,and simplify the modeling process of orebody.The results of numerical experiments show that the 3D ore body model can be reconstructed quickly,accurately and dynamically by the implicit modeling method.

Fault Diagnosis of Machine Based on Fuzzy Reliability Theory

According to life analysis in reliability theory, certain diagnosis rules can be used to diagnose machines' faults. On this basis, considering the indefiniteness in machine working states, the accurate diagnosis rule was extended to fuzzy diagnosis rule by using basic concepts and methods of fuzzy mathematics. The formulas of fault probability under different conditions were deduced. In the end, an example is given and the results of two methods were compared.

A New Method for Extraction of Fuzzy Rules from Small Samples

Fuzzy netal network (FNN) is a new tool for extraction of fuzzy control rules from experimental data, butno such rule can be extracted directly from small samples. This paper presents a new approach to fuzzy rules andmembership function for small samples i. e. clustering by the Hebb differential competition rule and extending eachitem of sample information to the control point in its factor space while BP algorithm is applied to the study of factornetwork weights in it. This approach has ben successfully applied to the simulation of rainfall prediction.

Magnetism,optical,and thermoelectric response of CdFe_2O_4by using DFT scheme

Comparative analysis of electronic, magnetic, optical, and thermoelectric properties of CdFe2O4, calculated by em- ploying PBEsol ＋ mBJ has been done. The PBEsol reveals metallic nature, while TB-mBJ illustrates ferromagnetic semiconducting behavior. The reasons behind the origin of ferromagnetism are explored by observing the exchange, crystal field, and John-Teller energies. The optical nature is investigated by analyzing dielectric constants, refraction, absorption coefficient, reflectivity, and optical conductivity. Finally, thermoelectric properties are elaborated by describing the electri- cal and thermal conductivities, Seebeck coefficient, and power factor. The strong absorption for the visible energy and high power factor suggest CdFe2O4 as the potential candidate for renewable energy applications.

Review of Proposed Stress-dilatancy Relationships and Plastic Potential Functions for Uncemented and Cemented Sands

Stress-dilatancy relationship or plastic potential function are crucial components of every elastoplastic constitutive model developed for sand or cemented sand.This is because the associated flow rule usually does not produce acceptable outcomes for sand or cemented sand.Many formulas have been introduced based on the experimental observations in conventional and advanced plasticity models in order to capture ratio of plastic volumetric strain increment to plastic deviatoric strain increment(i.e.dilatancy rate).Lack of an article that gathers these formulas is clear in the literature.Thus,this paper is an attempt to summarize plastic potentials and specially stress-dilatancy relations so far proposed for constitutive modelling of cohesionless and cemented sands.Stress-dilatancy relation is usually not the same under compression and extension conditions.Furthermore,it may also be different under loading and unloading conditions.Therefore,the focus in this paper mainly places on the proposed stress-dilatancy relations for compressive monotonic loading.Moreover because plastic potential function can be calculated by integration of stress-dilatancy relationship,more weight is allocated to stress-dilatancy relationship in this research.

Stability and stabilization of discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system based on maximal overlapped-rules group

The problems of stability and stabilization for the discrete Takagi-Sugeno（T-S） fuzzy time-delay system are investigated.By constructing a discrete piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii function（PLKF） in each maximal overlapped-rules group（MORG）,a new sufficient stability condition for the open-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed and proved.Then the systematic design of the fuzzy controller is investigated via the parallel distributed compensation control scheme,and a new stabilization condition for the closed-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed.The above two sufficient conditions only require finding common matrices in each MORG.Compared with the common Lyapunov-Krasovskii function（CLKF） approach and the fuzzy Lyapunov-Krasovskii function（FLKF） approach,these proposed sufficient conditions can not only overcome the defect of finding common matrices in the whole feasible region but also largely reduce the number of linear matrix inequalities to be solved.Finally,simulation examples show that the proposed PLKF approach is effective.

Homotopy Analysis Method for Solving Initial Value Problems of Second Order with Discontinuities

In this paper, the standard homotopy analysis method was applied to initial value problems of the second order with some types of discontinuities, for both linear and nonlinear cases. To show the high accuracy of the solution results compared with the exact solution, a comparison of the numerical results was made applying the standard homotopy analysis method with the iteration of the integral equation and the numerical solution with the Simpson rule. Also, the maximum absolute error, , the maximum relative error, the maximum residual error and the estimated order of convergence were given. The research is meaningful and I recommend it to be published in the journal.

Correct Classification Rates in Multi-Category Discriminant Analysis of Spatial Gaussian Data

This paper discusses the problem of classifying a multivariate Gaussian random field observation into one of the several categories specified by different parametric mean models. Investigation is conducted on the classifier based on plug-in Bayes classification rule (PBCR) formed by replacing unknown parameters in Bayes classification rule (BCR) with category parameters estimators. This is the extension of the previous one from the two category cases to the multi-category case. The novel closed-form expressions for the Bayes classification probability and actual correct classification rate associated with PBCR are derived. These correct classification rates are suggested as performance measures for the classifications procedure. An empirical study has been carried out to analyze the dependence of derived classification rates on category parameters.

Data Classification Using Combination of Five Machine Learning Techniques

Data clustering plays a vital role in object identification. In real life we mainly use the concept in biometric identification and object detection. In this paper we use Fuzzy Weighted Rules, Fuzzy Inference System (FIS), Fuzzy C-Mean clustering (FCM), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to distinguish three types of Iris data called Iris-Setosa, Iris-Versicolor and Iris-Virginica. Each class in the data table is identified by four-dimensional vector, where vectors are used as the input variable called: Sepal Length (SL), Sepal Width (SW), Petal Length (PL) and Petal Width (PW). The combination of five machine learning methods provides above 98% accuracy of class identification.
