[Methods] In this experiment,124 pesticide residues in okra were determined by an optimized Qu ECh ERS method combined with PTV-GC-MS/MS and UPLC-MS/MS. The pesticides in okra were extracted and purified by the optimized Qu ECh ERS pretreatment method and determined by PTV-GC-MS/MS and UPLC-MS/MS. [Results] In this experiment,124 kinds of pesticides had a good linearity with a limit of detection( LOD) of 0. 000 5-0. 008 0 mg/kg; the average recovery rate at three levels was 65. 5%-128. 1% with relative standard deviation of 2. 2%-9. 7%. [Conclusions] This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, and can provide reliable and valid data support for the determination of multiple pesticide residues in okra by GC-MS/MS and UPLC-MS/MS.展开更多

Gas chromatography coupled with micro electron capture detector was used to assess the levels of pesticide residues. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was also applied for the confirmation of results. Out of total 131 analyzed samples, 53 (40%) were found contaminated with pesticide residues while only 3 (2%) samples were exceeded the MRLs of some pesticides. Chlorpyrifos and dieldrin were detected in almost all analyzed samples. Residues of chlorpyrifos (1256 μg/kg) and endosulfan sulfate (1236 μg/kg) were found higher in orange and apple samples, respectively. The findings of this study provided important data about contamination of pesticide residue in some fruits sold in Hyderabad, Pakistan, and recommended that monitoring studies should be expanded to other fruits grown in different agro climatic regions, which may serve as basis for future policy about the standards and quality control of pesticides.展开更多

[ Method] By using QuEChERS and GC-NPD method, a rapid analysis method for residue of six kinds of organphosphorus pesti- cides (dichlorves, chlorpyrifos-methyl, malathion, fenthion, chlorpyrifos and triazophes) in sugarcane juices was established. [ Resdt] QuEChERS method was significantly superior to traditional extraction method and could extract six kinds of organphesphorus pesticides from chewing cane juices effectively, which gready saved organic reagent and time. Good linearity was found in different standard curves; when the concentration of pesticides was from 0. 020 toO. 100 rag/L, the re- covery rate was from 68.58% to 92.85%, and relative standard deviation (RSD) was ranged from 2.16% to 9.89%. [ Conclusion] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of QuEChERS method were consistent with the technical requirements of pesticide residue determination. It not only could shorten sample processing cycle effectively, but also ensure that no impurity was in the sample peak and the recovery rate was also consistent with the requirements of residual analysis.展开更多
