为研究干燥方式对香椿挥发性风味物质的影响,利用气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术(gaschromatography-ion mobility spectrometry,GC-IMS)和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)、相对香气活性值(relative odor... 为研究干燥方式对香椿挥发性风味物质的影响,利用气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术(gaschromatography-ion mobility spectrometry,GC-IMS)和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)、相对香气活性值(relative odor activity value,ROAV)对真空冷冻干燥、热泵干燥、热风干燥、微波真空干燥的香椿样品进行挥发性成分分析,并进一步结合化学计量方法主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)和偏最小二乘判别分析(partial least squares-discriminant analysis,PLS-DA),探究样品间挥发性成分的差异性。结果表明,通过GC-IMS检测到78个峰,鉴定出59种化合物。通过GC-MS鉴定出94种挥发性化合物,主要挥发性成分是硫化物、烯烃类和醛类。经过干燥后总挥发性化合物的含量显著降低。通过ROAV法确定了(E,Z)-二-1-丙烯基二硫化物、2-巯基-3,4-二甲基-2,3-二氢噻吩、正己醛、2-己烯醛、丁香酚等为香椿样品中关键香气化合物。PCA和PLS-DA结果表明,不同干燥方式的样品与新鲜样品有明显的分离,彼此之间也有明显的区别。鲜样和真空冷冻干燥样品为一组,其他3个干燥香椿样品为一组。根据变量投影重要性(variable importance in projection,VIP)得分共筛选出10种(VIP>1)标志挥发性化合物。干燥方式对香椿风味特性影响显著,真空冷冻干燥组与鲜样最为接近,考虑实际应用热泵干燥为香椿最适宜的脱水方式。本研究为热加工过程中风味品质控制提供一定的理论参考。 展开更多

为研究市售不同工艺油莎豆油理化品质与风味的差异性,采用气相离子迁移谱(Gas Chromatography-Ion Mobility Spectroscopy,GC-IMS)技术结合主成分分析法对比不同工艺(物理压榨、热榨、亚临界萃取、高压冷榨和冷榨工艺)油莎豆油挥发性化... 为研究市售不同工艺油莎豆油理化品质与风味的差异性,采用气相离子迁移谱(Gas Chromatography-Ion Mobility Spectroscopy,GC-IMS)技术结合主成分分析法对比不同工艺(物理压榨、热榨、亚临界萃取、高压冷榨和冷榨工艺)油莎豆油挥发性化合物之间的差异性。GC-IMS结果显示,不同工艺油莎豆油中共鉴定出76种挥发性化合物,其中包括酯类12种、醇类16种、醛类29种、酮类9种、酸类5种、呋喃类3种、吡嗪类1种、硫类1种。热榨组醛类、酯类和呋喃类物质相对含量较高(53.54%,13.06%,5.41%)。不同工艺油莎豆油风味差异性主要来源于四种关键风味物质:1-烯-3-辛醇、壬醛、(E)-2-辛烯醛和己醛。主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)结果表明PC1和PC2分别为48.7%和30.1%,累计差异贡献率为78.8%,不同工艺油莎豆油风味物质差异显著,能够对不同工艺油莎豆油良好区分。Pearson相关性分析结果表明不同工艺油莎豆油b*值与酸价、过氧化值、p-丙二醛值和1-烯-3-辛醇之间呈显著正相关(0.57<r<0.88,P<0.05)。本研究结对市售油莎豆油生产加工、理论研究和质量检测等领域具有一定的参考价值。 展开更多

A frequency servo system-on-chip(FS-SoC)featuring output power stabilization technology is introduced in this study for high-precision and miniaturized cesium(Cs)atomic clocks.The proposed power stabilization loop(PSL)technique,incorporating an off-chip power detector(PD),ensures that the output power of the FS-SoC remains stable,mitigating the impact of power fluctuations on the atomic clock's stability.Additionally,a one-pulse-per-second(1PPS)is employed to syn-chronize the clock with GPS.Fabricated using 65 nm CMOS technology,the measured phase noise of the FS-SoC stands at-69.5 dBc/Hz@100 Hz offset and-83.9 dBc/Hz@1 kHz offset,accompanied by a power dissipation of 19.7 mW.The Cs atomic clock employing the proposed FS-SoC and PSL obtains an Allan deviation of 1.7×10^(-11) with 1-s averaging time. 展开更多

采用电子鼻和气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术(GC-IMS)对花后9~19周的‘阳光玫瑰’果实进行挥发性成分和香气检测,并应用主成分分析法(PCA)分析葡萄成熟过程中的香气差异。结果表明,‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄果实的挥发性成分主要在W5S、W1S、W1W、W2S... 采用电子鼻和气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术(GC-IMS)对花后9~19周的‘阳光玫瑰’果实进行挥发性成分和香气检测,并应用主成分分析法(PCA)分析葡萄成熟过程中的香气差异。结果表明,‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄果实的挥发性成分主要在W5S、W1S、W1W、W2S与W2W传感器反应灵敏,其中花后18、19周与其它采样期差异较大,主要体现在W2S与W1S传感器。GC-IMS共检测并定性了45种挥发性成分。在葡萄果实成熟过程中,醛类呈波动降低,萜烯类在成熟时含量增加。成熟期与其他采样期挥发性成分存在差异,17~18周的特征物质为己醇、(E)-2-辛烯醛、苯甲醛、α-水芹烯、2-戊基呋喃、丁酸异丁酯,19周还具有特征香气物质里哪醇等。在‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄成熟期,挥发性成分相对含量有较大的变化,采用电子鼻和GC-IMS可区分成熟期与其他采样期,在成熟期19周葡萄果实特征香气完全体现,且更浓郁。适当延迟采收更利于‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄呈现品种的典型香气特征。 展开更多

The Impact of Health Information Technology on Hospital Performance: A Systematic Integrative Literature Review

Objective: To review, categorise, and synthesise findings from literature on health information technology (HIT) functionalities, HIT use, and the impact of HIT on hospital performance. Materials and Methods: We conducted a systematic integrative literature review based on a compre-hensive database search. To organise, categorise and synthesise the ex-isting literature, we adopted the affordance actualization theory. To align the literature with our research framework, we used four categories: 1) the functionalities of HIT and how these functionalities are measured;2) use and immediate outcomes of HIT functionalities;3) different perfor-mance indicators and how HIT functionalities affect them;and 4) what hospital characteristics influence the outcome of hospital performance. Results: Fifty-two studies were included. We identified four types of HIT. Only ten studies (19.2%) define the use of HIT by explicitly meas-uring the use rate of HIT. We identified five dimensions of hospital per-formance indicators. Every dimension showed mixed results;however, in general, HIT has a positive impact on mortality and patient readmis-sions. We found several hospital characteristics that may affect the rela-tionship between HIT and hospital-level outcomes. Discussion: Further efforts should focus on embedded research on HIT functionalities, use and effects of HIT implementations with more performance indicators and adjusted for hospital characteristics. Conclusion: The proposed framework could help hospitals and researchers make decisions regard-ing the functionalities, use and effects of HIT implementation in hospi-tals. Given our research outcomes, we suggest future research opportuni-ties to improve understanding of how HIT affects hospital performance. . 展开更多

In-situ catalytic technology, characterized by its high efficiency, low pollution, and minimal energy consumption, represents a key direction for future oil shale development. This paper provides a comprehensive review of research progress in in-situ oil shale mining technology, oil shale pyrolysis catalysts, the pyrolysis mechanism of kerogen, and the compatibility of different heating processes and catalysts. Furthermore, the paper proposes future research directions and prospects for oil shale in-situ catalytic technology, including reservoir modification, highefficiency catalyst synthesis, injection processes, and high-efficiency heating technology. To achieve this, a rigorous literature review encompassing peer-reviewed articles, reports, and case studies that examine the impact of digital technology in healthcare settings was conducted. The findings underscore that digital technology significantly bolsters patient care by enhancing access, operational efficiency, and diagnostic accuracy. Slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SAEW)has proven to be an efficient and novel sanitizer in food and agriculture field.This study assessed the efficacy of SAEW(30 mg/L)at 40℃on the inactivation of foodbome pathogens and detachment of multi-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)biofilm.Furthermore.the underlying mechanism of MRS A biofilm under heated SAEW at 40℃treatment on metabolic profiles was investigated.The results showed that the heated SAEW at 40℃significantly effectively against foodbome pathogens of 1.96-7.56(lg(CFU/g))reduction in pork,chicken,spinach,and lettuce.The heated SAEW at 40℃treatment significantly reduced MRS A biofilm cells by 2.41(lg(CFU/cm^(2))).The synergistic effect of SAEW treatment showed intense anti-biofilm activity in decreasing cell density and impairing biofilm cell membranes.Global metabolic response of MRSA biofilms,treated by SAEW at 40℃,revealed the alterations of intracellular metabolites,including amino acids,organic acid,fatty acid,and lipid.Moreover,signaling pathways involved in amino acid metabolism,energy metabolism,nucleotide synthesis,carbohydrate metabolites,and lipid biosynthesis were functionally disrupted by the SAEW at 40℃treatment.As per our knowledge,this is the first research to uncover the potential mechanism of heated SAEW treatment against MRSA biofilm on food contact surface. 展开更多

目的本研究旨在探究赤拟谷盗(Tribolium castaneum)与杂拟谷盗(Tribolium confusum)侵染对小麦粉中挥发性物质的种类、含量和成分的影响。方法采用气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术(Gas Chroma-tography-Ion Mobility Spectrometry,GC-IMS),对... 目的本研究旨在探究赤拟谷盗(Tribolium castaneum)与杂拟谷盗(Tribolium confusum)侵染对小麦粉中挥发性物质的种类、含量和成分的影响。方法采用气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术(Gas Chroma-tography-Ion Mobility Spectrometry,GC-IMS),对正常小麦粉、受赤拟谷盗与杂拟谷盗侵染的小麦粉进行定性定量测定。结果在3种小麦粉中共检测到了50个峰,鉴定出了41种挥发性物质。赤拟谷盗侵染后,小麦粉中含有高浓度的己醛、2-乙基己醇、壬醛、2,6-双甲基吡啶、(E)-2-庚烯醛、1-辛烯-3-酮、二甲基三硫化合物、庚醛、糠醛。而杂拟谷侵染后小麦粉中则含有高浓度的1-戊烯-3-醇、己醇、2-庚酮、戊醇、3-甲基丁醇。与对照组相比,受两试虫侵染后,小麦粉中的醛类与醇类含量显著增加。结论通过对小麦粉中挥发性物质的分析,并结合气相色谱-离子迁移谱、指纹图谱和主成分分析揭示了正常小麦粉与经过赤拟谷盗与杂拟谷盗侵染的小麦粉中挥发性成分的差异,该研究结果为预测小麦粉储存过程中早期害虫发生提供了参考依据。 展开更多

The steel industry is a major source of CO_(2) emissions,and thus,the mitigation of carbon emissions is the most pressing challenge in this sector.In this paper,international environmental governance in the steel industry is reviewed,and the current state of development of low-carbon technologies is discussed.Additionally,low-carbon pathways for the steel industry at the current time are proposed,emphasizing prevention and treatment strategies.Furthermore,the prospects of low-carbon technologies are explored from the perspective of transitioning the energy structure to a“carbon-electricity-hydrogen”relationship.Overall,steel enterprises should adopt hydrogen-rich metallurgical technologies that are compatible with current needs and process flows in the short term,based on the carbon substitution with hydrogen(prevention)and the CCU(CO_(2) capture and utilization)concepts(treatment).Additionally,the capture and utilization of CO_(2) for steelmaking,which can assist in achieving short-term emission reduction targets but is not a long-term solution,is discussed.In conclusion,in the long term,the carbon metallurgical process should be gradually supplanted by a hydrogen-electric synergistic approach,thus transforming the energy structure of existing steelmaking processes and attaining near-zero carbon emission steelmaking technology. 展开更多

This study investigated the integration of geospatial technologies within smart city frameworks to achieve the European Union’s climate neutrality goals by 2050. Focusing on rapid urbanization and escalating climate challenges, the research analyzed how smart city frameworks, aligned with climate neutrality objectives, leverage geospatial technologies for urban planning and climate action. The study included case studies from three leading European cities, extracting lessons and best practices in implementing Climate City Contracts across sectors like energy, transport, and waste management. These insights highlighted the essential role of EU and national authorities in providing technical, regulatory, and financial support. Additionally, the paper presented the application of a WEBGIS platform in Limassol Municipality, Cyprus, demonstrating citizen engagement and acceptance of the proposed geospatial framework. Concluding with recommendations for future research, the study contributed significant insights into the advancement of urban sustainability and the effectiveness of geospatial technologies in smart city initiatives for combating climate change. 展开更多

Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal areas.On the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)model.The results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over time.There is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine eco-civilization.The overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles. 展开更多

Dominant technology formation is the key for the hightech industry to“cross the chasm”and gain an established foothold in the market(and hence disrupt the regime).Therefore,a stimulus-response model is proposed to investigate the dominant technology by exploring its formation process and mechanism.Specifically,based on complex adaptive system theory and the basic stimulus-response model,we use a combination of agent-based modeling and system dynamics modeling to capture the interactions between dominant technology and the socio-technical landscape.The results indicate the following:(i)The dynamic interaction is“stimulus-reaction-selection”,which promotes the dominant technology’s formation.(ii)The dominant technology’s formation can be described as a dynamic process in which the adaptation intensity of technology standards increases continuously until it becomes the leading technology under the dual action of internal and external mechanisms.(iii)The dominant technology’s formation in the high-tech industry is influenced by learning ability,the number of adopting users and adaptability.Therein,a“critical scale”of learning ability exists to promote the formation of leading technology:a large number of adopting users can promote the dominant technology’s formation by influencing the adaptive response of technology standards to the socio-technical landscape and the choice of technology standards by the socio-technical landscape.There is a minimum threshold and a maximum threshold for the role of adaptability in the dominant technology’s formation.(iv)The socio-technical landscape can promote the leading technology’s shaping in the high-tech industry,and different elements have different effects.This study promotes research on the formation mechanism of dominant technology in the high-tech industry,presents new perspectives and methods for researchers,and provides essential enlightenment for managers to formulate technology strategies. 展开更多
