The Code for Seismic Design of Buildings(GB50011-2010)in 2016 and the method of seismic performance-based design for high-rise buildings in the Guide for Performance-based Design of High-Rise Buildings(TBI2017)are compared.In view of the characteristics and limitations of the seismic performance index set by the Sino-US seismic code,a“three-index”performance index system and evaluation process considering the displacement angle of the structural interlayer,the plastic damage degree of components and the plastic strain of material is put forward;combining the example of time-history analysis of a out-of-code high-rise building under the rare earthquakes is verified.The results show that the method of seismic performance evaluation by using deformation control index in Sino-US seismic code is relatively simple;however,both are lacking in the setting of specific components and the whole structure level respectively.The"three-index"system can comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate the seismic performance of out-of-code high-rise buildings. 展开更多

Based on the concept of stiffness degradation, a damage index of the whole frame and the storey is proposed for the frame seismic performance evaluation. The index is compatible with the non-linear static analysis (e. g. the pushover analysis), and the structural damage is considered via plastic hinges. Simultaneously, a practical approach is developed to obtain the relationships between the proposed index and earthquake intensities based on the capacity spectrum method. The proposed index is then illustrated through two low-rise reinforced concrete frames, and it is also compared with some other indices. The results indicate that the proposed index is on the safe side and not sensitive to the lateral load pattern. The storey index is helpful to reflect the storey damage and to uncover the position of the weak storey. Finally, the relationship between performance levels and damage index values is also proposed through statistical analysis for the performance-based seismic evaluation. 展开更多

This essay uses the super efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index method to analyze the performance of new-energy-automotive industry listing corporation. The data is from Year 2011 to 2013. On the basis of analyzing the typical waste collection and transportation mode,the evaluation index system for performance of the waste collection and transportation system was proposed with three grades,which related to six factors,such as economic evaluation,high efficient evaluation,environmental impact assessment,resource evaluation,evaluation of security and emergency,evaluation of management and society. With the performance evaluation theory,the performance evaluation model of waste collection and transportation system was constructed,which quantified the grading standard of index and determined the index weight in analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After evaluating the waste collection and transportation system of the main districts of Chongqing city,the results show that the it has an excellent performance evaluation grade with very high performance level of three indices involving evaluation of management and society,environmental impact assessment,evaluation of security and emergency and quite low performance level of two indices that include high efficient evaluation and economic evaluation. 展开更多

Claimed as the next generation programming paradigm, mobile agent technology has attracted extensive interests in recent years. However, up to now, limited research efforts have been devoted to the performance study of mobile agent system and most of these researches focus on agent behavior analysis resulting in that models are hard to apply to mobile agent systems. To bridge the gap, a new performance evaluation model derived from operation mechanisms of mobile agent platforms is proposed. Details are discussed for the design of companion simulation software, which can provide the system performance such as response time of platform to mobile agent. Further investigation is followed on the determination of model parameters. Finally comparison is made between the model-based simulation results and measurement-based real performance of mobile agent systems. The results show that the proposed model and designed software are effective in evaluating performance characteristics of mobile agent systems. The proposed approach can also be considered as the basis of performance analysis for large systems composed of multiple mobile agent platforms. 展开更多

This paper presents a new index system for the performance evaluation and network planning of multimedia communication systems using measurement on actual systems to support several different traffic types. In this index system, we develop an expert system to evaluate the performance of such multimedia communication networks including channel utilization and call blocking probability and packet delay, and apply the network planning methods to optimize the networks and forecast the demand of the growing multimedia communications systems. Two important planning problems for the multimedia communication systems are presented: optimization problem for construction of the world system and forecast problem for increasing traffic demands. We first discuss analysis methods, performance measures for the multimedia communication systems. Then, we describe network planning methods for the multimedia communication systems and give some efficiency network planning methods. Finally, we present some results studied in traffic forecast for the campus network and show the effectiveness of these methods. 展开更多

传统方法基于窄带假设条件下的模型对天线阵抗干扰性能进行评估,存在分析精度低的问题。新一代全球卫星导航信号带宽的增加使得宽带效应更为明显,影响将更为严重。因此,窄带假设所造成的影响需要重新审视。论文结合当前普遍采用的数字... 传统方法基于窄带假设条件下的模型对天线阵抗干扰性能进行评估,存在分析精度低的问题。新一代全球卫星导航信号带宽的增加使得宽带效应更为明显,影响将更为严重。因此,窄带假设所造成的影响需要重新审视。论文结合当前普遍采用的数字域加权处理方式,推导出天线阵处理频率响应的精确模型,得出阵列处理响应在频域上可表示为空域导向矢量与时间矢量的Kroneck积与阵列加权值的内积。并分析了多种条件下窄带假设引入的阵列增益评估误差,分析表明,窄带假设条件下对阵列处理频率响应描述失真是其对阵列增益评估引入误差的根本原因。在干信比70dBc时,最大误差可达5dB以上,干扰强度增加时,误差进一步加大。而采用上述推导的精确模型,误差约为0.5dB。 展开更多

GNSS模糊度降相关通过整数变换优化条件方差的排列顺序,提高搜索效率。降相关和条件方差的关系及其评价是关键问题之一。针对这一问题,本文从理论上分析了排序后模糊度降相关与条件方差之间的数值关系,发现降相关性能与条件方差数值序列的平稳性有关,降相关性能越强,条件方差数值序列越平稳。基于这一理论关系,给出了“条件方差平稳度”定义,并将其作为评价降相关性能的指标。通过模拟和实测数据验证,并采用条件方差变化趋势图和搜索时间来定性和定量评价降相关性能,用以判定条件方差平稳度的合理性。试验结果表明,条件方差平稳度可以较精确直观地衡量模糊度的降相关性能。本文定义的指标揭示了模糊度降相关的本质。 展开更多

相位噪声是影响全球卫星导航系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)接收机性能的一个重要因素,在高性能的接收机设计中,射频前端电路的相位噪声评测是不可忽略的。传统观测相位噪声的方法主要是利用频谱分析仪等专业仪器来实现... 相位噪声是影响全球卫星导航系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)接收机性能的一个重要因素,在高性能的接收机设计中,射频前端电路的相位噪声评测是不可忽略的。传统观测相位噪声的方法主要是利用频谱分析仪等专业仪器来实现,其无法观测GNSS接收机射频前端电路(包含模数(analog-digital,AD)转换器)的相位噪声。分析了接收机相位噪声和热噪声在信号复平面域的表现特征,提出了在信号复平面域评估GNSS接收机射频前端电路相位噪声的方法,并对该方法进行了仿真验证和实测验证。利用相位噪声对信号在复平面实部和虚部影响不同的特点,对采集到的信号数字中频数据进行相干积分处理,定量估算接收机射频系统的相位噪声。结果表明,该方法具有较高的评估准确度,可以用于测量与评估GNSS接收机射频前端电路(包含AD转换器)的设计质量,预测接收机性能。 展开更多
