Cooperative Optimization of Reconfigurable Machine Tool Configurations and Production Process Plan

The production process plan design and configurations of reconfigurable machine tool （RMT） interact with each other. Reasonable process plans with suitable configurations of RMT help to improve product quality and reduce production cost. Therefore, a cooperative strategy is needed to concurrently solve the above issue. In this paper, the cooperative optimization model for RMT configurations and production process plan is presented. Its objectives take into account both impacts of process and configuration. Moreover, a novel genetic algorithm is also developed to provide optimal or near-optimal solutions： firstly, its chromosome is redesigned which is composed of three parts, operations, process plan and configurations of RMTs, respectively; secondly, its new selection, crossover and mutation operators are also developed to deal with the process constraints from operation processes （OP） graph, otherwise these operators could generate illegal solutions violating the limits; eventually the optimal configurations for RMT under optimal process plan design can be obtained. At last, a manufacturing line case is applied which is composed of three RMTs. It is shown from the case that the optimal process plan and configurations of RMT are concurrently obtained, and the production cost decreases 6.28% and nonmonetary performance increases 22%. The proposed method can figure out both RMT configurations and production process, improve production capacity, functions and equipment utilization for RMT.

On intelligent Cooperative System

The paper presents our research efforts motivated by the apparent need to combine conventional,preexisting computing functions with novel knowledge--based functions. This has been likened to what occurred in the evolution of primates, where the 'new brain' (the cortex) was added to, layered upon, and given control over the 'old brain' common to the less complex animals.

Formalization of Rules for the Cooperation between Goal and Process

To meet the end-user's dynamically changed requirements for software and achieve the on-demand changes of operational process in time, based on the Goal model and the Process model, the user's personalized operations of the related work were simplified and integrated, and rules for the cooperation between Goal and Process which fit for software engineers were proposed and formalized. The user's personalized operations of the related work were analyzed to conclude the pattern of Goal modification. By the direct drive of Goal modification, the corresponding changes of Process were induced and specified. Then rules for the cooperation between Goal and Process were concluded and the formalization was achieved in Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL). In this paper, reasoning support was provided for the model modification based on ontology and the dynamic evolution of Process model.

Evaluation of Transboundary Water Resource Development in Mekong River Basin: The Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in the Context of Water Cooperation

Mekong River is one of the major international freshwater sources in the world. The Lower Mekong Basin (LMB) comprised of four downstream countries, including Thailand, Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Vietnam. The utilization of the basin’s water brings not only substantial benefits to the region ranging from hydropower to navigation, but also negative impacts caused by the unbalanced water using. The essential role of Mekong River requires all member nations to cooperate effectively for the sustainable development of the region. One of the most popular methods in the field of water resource management is a trustable tool called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is much appropriate for water resource policymaking. The literature, however, points out that there is no study to both structure the water using hierarchy and employ quantitative (objective) criteria to the AHP model in LMB case. With regard to water resource management, there are no previous studies applying AHP models to evaluating sustainable development of transboundary water resource in LMB case. This paper explores the evolution of water cooperation among Mekong countries and subsequently evaluates the water development scenarios in the LMB based on the water cooperation preferences of four LMB countries This study proposes a novel approach to analyzing, assessing water resource development scenarios characterized by sustainability indicators and to assisting in developing a suitable water policy in LMB according to the best cooperation scenario.

Construction of the Government Support and Evaluation Index System of Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organizations

On the basis of expounding the necessity of evaluation index system of farmers' cooperative economic organization,the three first level indexes including organization development index,member development index and social development index and 13 second level indexes including aggregate capital of cooperative organization,annual profit share of cooperative organization,annual total income of cooperative organization,etc.,are established according to the principles of Systematics and the methods of Statistics and Quantitative economics.By using the analytical hierarchy process,the weight of each index is tested and the operation result and evaluation mode is established,as well as the index standard value and comprehensive value.As for the result of the evaluation,it is suggested that the government should support the farmers' cooperative organizations in hierarchy and targeted way according to local conditions.Though the construction of index system and comprehensive score,the government should establish the entry and exit mechanism of farmers' cooperative organizations to reasonably guild the rapid development of cooperators.

从“化繁为简”到“繁简相生”:公共安全政民合作治理的过程机制研究——以深圳市B区义警为例

“乌卡时代”,厘清政民合作治理过程机制对于实现公共安全治理向事前预防转型至关重要。既有研究主要侧重于分析政民合作治理的前因条件与合作绩效,却忽视了对中国情境下政民合作治理过程的分析。鉴于此,以合作治理理论为基础,立足政民双主体视角,构建了基于公共安全政民合作治理“合作动机一行为过程一价值共创”的过程机制解释模型。公共安全政民合作治理是政民双方基于各自的合作动机,通过利益互融、资源互补、协调互动、信任互惠、成效助推,最终实现价值共创的循环选代过程。

全程标准化护理配合在正颌亚专科手术患者中的效果分析

目的:探讨全程标准化护理配合在正颌亚专科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至12月来南京医科大学附属口腔医院行正颌手术治疗的97例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组48例和观察组49例。对照组采用常规护理配合模式,观察组在此基础上采用全程标准化护理配合,通过成立正颌护理管理小组,对专科小组护士进行专业培训,规范护理人员配合标准,比较两组护理配合效果、术中护理缺陷和术后并发症发生率,患者满意度以及医生对护理配合满意度的差异。结果:观察组患者的护理配合效果、护理缺陷和并发症发生率、患者及医生满意度,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对行正颌手术治疗的患者全程给予标准化护理配合,在流程上对护理各环节进行质量控制,可以明显降低护理缺陷及并发症发生,缩短手术时长,减少术中出血量,保证护理质量和患者安全,有效提高医生和患者满意度。

产加销一体化经营对农民专业合作社经济绩效的影响机制研究

基于2015-2020年全国30个省(区、市)的合作社数据,采用双向固定效应模型从生产规模和节约交易成本角度分析产加销一体化经营形式对农民专业合作社经济绩效的影响,并进一步对不同地区的合作社进行异质性分析。结果表明:产加销一体化经营通过提高农民专业合作社市场竞争优势从而促进农民专业合作社经济绩效提升;就区域异质性而言,东部和西部地区产加销一体化对合作社经济绩效提升具有促进作用,而中部地区产加销一体化经营对农民专业合作社经济绩效提升无显著的促进作用。因此,现阶段既要重视强化合作社的产加销一体化经营,也要适度扩大合作社产加销一体化服务的广度和深度;既要追求农民专业合作社经济绩效,也要提高社员收入。

“校企合作”二元制食品智能加工技术人才培养模式实践与探索

围绕福建农业职业技术学院与福建圣农食品有限公司联合培养“二元制”食品智能加工技术人才实践成果,阐述“二元制”人才培养与传统高职学生培养存在的不同,校企合作下“二元制”食品智能加工技术专业人才培养实践与成效。结果表明,“二元制”人才培养模式不仅提高企业员工的学历,为企业解决了高技能人才短缺的问题,而且增加了学校办学广度和深度,实现培养高素质应用型人才的目标。

基于申康医联平台的急性胰腺炎专病数据库设计与应用

为了更好地满足急性胰腺炎临床科研需求,迫切需建立标准统一、多中心专病数据库,指导临床持续改进诊疗质量。在市政府的支持下,联合9家市级医院合作制定多中心急性胰腺炎标准数据模型。基于申康医联平台,将多中心多源异构数据融合自然语言处理技术标准化,深度处理整合。实现结构化专病数据库,已支持科研人员开展相关临床研究。市级急性胰腺炎专病数据库可促进数据汇聚标准化,提高临床科研水平,同时促进信息化的应用。

信息论基础课程线上线下混合式教学创新探索与实践

在教育信息化新阶段,为探索更有效的信息论基础课程教学方式,推动通信工程专业高质量人才培养,该课程在多项省级、校级教改项目支持下进行课程建设创新与实践。针对课程教学过程中存在的问题,提出“一线触发、环环推进、唤醒思维、激活动能”的教学理念和“本校红色基因传承的三导三促”线上线下混合式教学模式,阐述教学内容、教学组织、教学方法与教学评价等方面的创新方法和具体实施。从教学效果、师生反馈、教学成果和推广应用等方面,证明教学模式的有效性和示范性。

知识和数据驱动的污水处理反硝化脱氮过程协同优化控制

为有效提升城市污水处理过程的脱氮效果,提出一种知识和数据驱动的反硝化脱氮过程协同优化控制(Knowledge-data-driven cooperative optimal control,KDDCOC).所提方法主要有以下两个方面:首先,建立一种基于自适应知识核函数的协同优化控制目标模型,动态描述出水水质(Effluent quality,EQ)以及泵送能耗(Pumping energy consumption,PE)、关键变量的协同关系;其次,提出一种知识引导的协同优化算法(Knowledge guide-based cooperative optimization algorithm,KGCO),快速准确求解硝态氮(Nitrate nitrogen,SNO)优化设定值,提高KDDCOC的响应速度.KDDCOC利用比例−积分−微分(Proportional-integral-derivative,PID)控制器对硝态氮优化设定值进行跟踪,将提出的KDDCOC应用于城市污水处理过程基准仿真模型1号(Benchmark simulation model No.1,BSM1),实验结果表明,该方法能够提高出水水质,降低运行能耗,有效改善脱氮效果.

北屯市农民专业合作社社会化服务满意度研究

作为社会化服务供给主体的农民专业合作社是推动农业现代化发展的重要力量,社员满意度是衡量合作社社会化服务供给与需求状况的重要指标。通过北屯市323名农民专业合作社社员对合作社提供的各项社会化服务以及各项体现合作社社会化服务能力的内生因素的满意度来评价合作社提供社会化服务的能力及水平。结果表明,北屯市合作社社会化服务水平中等偏上,合作社基本具备社会化服务供给能力,但并未完全发挥其作为社会化服务供给主体在节约购买成本、增加社员收益方面的优势。基于此,提出如下建议:增强服务能力,提升业务水平;发挥规模优势,降低服务成本;合理分配盈余,增加社员收益。

ADDIE模式在机器人手术规范化流程管理中的应用

目的:基于ADDIE模式制定机器人手术规范化流程管理方案,并进行效果评价。方法:选取山东省某三级甲等综合医院手术室为研究地点,选取2022年1月—8月进行的200台机器人手术为对照组,实施常规工作流程;2022年10月—2023年5月进行的200台机器人手术为观察组,实施ADDIE模式下机器人手术规范化流程管理方案,比较两组手术配合度、消极型结局中断事件发生情况和术前准备时间。结果:观察组手术配合度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组消极型结局中断事件次数少于对照组;除机器人单侧肾上腺切除术外,观察组其他术式术前准备时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于ADDIE模式构建的机器人手术规范化流程管理方案使工作流程规范化、标准化、同质化,有助于提高机器人手术工作效率和护理配合质量。

助产护理对缩短产妇产程及改善睡眠质量的影响

目的 分析在产妇护理期间采用助产护理对于产妇产程与睡眠质量等指标的影响。方法 纳入2021年1月至2023年1月于福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院生产的90例产妇,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用助产护理,对比两组的妊娠知识掌握水平、不良情绪(SAS、SDS)、护理配合度、产程用时、睡眠质量(PSQI)及生活质量。结果 护理后,研究组妊娠知识的掌握水平更高,不良情绪评分更低,护理配合度更高,产程用时更短,睡眠质量更好,生活质量评分更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在产妇护理期间,通过结合助产护理模式开展护理引导,护士可以进一步促进产妇妊娠的顺利进行并促进产妇产后健康水平的优化。

基于人机协作技术的航空线束敷设工艺研究

航空制造智能化是中国制造业升级的重要一环,其中机器人作为智能制造的核心装备,其在航空制造中的应用具有示范作用。以航空制造业自动化、智能化装配的重大需求为牵引,面向航空制造中复杂的线束敷设关键环节,探索人机协作装配工艺方法与技术,建立人机协作线束敷设新工艺验证方法及验证平台,对新工艺效能要素进行分析。

市政道路与轨道新建项目共线段设计关键点浅析

由于市政道路与地铁均置于市政红线内,两者实施界面的交叉常引发如界面不清晰、管线空间不足、地铁安全保护及道路沉陷等问题。为解决上述问题,论文以北京市某相关工程为例对市政道路与地铁同期规划建设的廊道工程进行详细阐述,工程以全过程、一体化为导向,从空间、工程及布局等角度在设计层面统筹考虑,力求做到保证前期合理性、满足项目实施性、提升工程经济性。

全程化护理联合情志护理在孕妇羊水穿刺中应用效果

目的探究全程化护理联合情志护理对提高孕妇羊水穿刺配合度的效果。方法选择2021年2月至2023年2月期间在濮阳市妇幼保健院进行羊水穿刺孕妇82例,使用随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各41例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行全程化护理联合情志护理,对比两组配合度、生命指征(舒张压、收缩压、心率)、不良情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果观察组配合度(97.56%)高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组舒张压、收缩压均有所降低,对照组心率升高,且对照组舒张压、收缩压、心率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组不良情绪评分均有所降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意度(73.17%)低于观察组(95.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(21.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行羊水穿刺孕妇实施全程化护理联合情志护理,可提高配合度,减轻患者心理压力,改善患者不良情绪,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。
