Pile foundation in alternate layered liquefiable and non-liquefiable soil deposits subjected to earthquake loading

Pile foundations are still the preferred foundation system for high-rise structures in earthquake-prone regions.Pile foundations have experienced failures in past earthquakes due to liquefaction.Research on pile foundations in liquefiable soils has primarily focused on the pile foundation behavior in two or three-layered soil profiles.However,in natural occurrence,it may occur in alternative layers of liquefiable and non-liquefiable soil.However,the experimental and/or numerical studies on the layered effect on pile foundations have not been widely addressed in the literature.Most of the design codes across the world do not explicitly mention the effect of sandwiched non-liquefiable soil layers on the pile response.In the present study,the behavior of an end-bearing pile in layered liquefiable and non-liquefiable soil deposit is studied numerically.This study found that the kinematic bending moment is higher and governs the design when the effect of the sandwiched non-liquefied layer is considered in the analysis as opposed to when its effect is ignored.Therefore,ignoring the effect of the sandwiched non-liquefied layer in a liquefiable soil deposit might be a nonconservative design approach.

Novel miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis mediates the Warburg effect and proliferation of colon cancer cells via the PI3K/AKT pathway

BACKGROUND Heterogeneous ribonucleoprotein A1(hnRNPA1)has been reported to enhance the Warburg effect and promote colon cancer(CC)cell proliferation,but the role and mechanism of the miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis in CC have not yet been elucidated.AIM To investigate the role and mechanism of a novel miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis in enhancing the Warburg effect and promoting CC cell proliferation through the PI3K/AKT pathway.METHODS Paraffin-embedded pathological sections from 220 CC patients were collected and subjected to immunohistochemical analysis to determine the expression of hnRNPA1-b.The relationship between the expression values and the clinicopathological features of the patients was investigated.Differences in mRNA expression were analyzed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,while differences in protein expression were analyzed using western blot.Cell proliferation was evaluated using the cell counting kit-8 and 5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine assays,and cell cycle and apoptosis were detected using flow cytometric assays.The targeted binding of miR-490-3p to hnRNPA1-b was validated using a dual luciferase reporter assay.The Warburg effect was evaluated by glucose uptake and lactic acid production assays.RESULTS The expression of hnRNPA1-b was significantly increased in CC tissues and cells compared to normal controls(P<0.05).Immunohistochemical results demonstrated significant variations in the expression of the hnRNPA1-b antigen in different stages of CC,including stage I,II-III,and IV.Furthermore,the clinicopathologic characterization revealed a significant correlation between hnRNPA1-b expression and clinical stage as well as T classification.HnRNPA1-b was found to enhance the Warburg effect through the PI3K/AKT pathway,thereby promoting proliferation of HCT116 and SW620 cells.However,the proliferation of HCT116 and SW620 cells was inhibited when miR-490-3p targeted and bound to hnRNPA1-b,effectively blocking the Warburg effect.CONCLUSION These findings suggest that the novel miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis could provide a new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of CC.

Development and evaluation of a herbal formulation with antipathogenic activities and probiotics stimulatory effects

Searching alternative feed antibiotics is always a study hotspot in the field of animal production. In this study, the antipathogenic activities and probiotics stimulatory effects of 30 kinds of herbs were screened through Oxford cup method and Hungate roll method. 15 herbs showed significantly antibacterial activities（P〈0.05） against Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus. Seven herbs showed greatly stimulatory promoting effects on Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum. Finally, five herbs were combined for the developed formulation with selective antibacterial properties and they were Mume Fructus（35%）, Isatidis Folium（25%）, Moslae Herba（20%）, Chrysanthemi Indici Flos（13%） and Bupleuri Radix（7%）. The herbal formulation showed significantly antibacterial abilities against four pathogens and stimulatory promoting abilities on two probiotics in vitro and the equivalent activities in broiler chickens in vivo against E. coli and L. acidophilus. The toxicity study showed it had no toxicity, which indicated that it would be a kind of preferred candidate for an alternative antibiotic in future animal production.

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT WAVEFORM'S ALTERNATING CURRENT ON THE INCISION'S SENSITIVITY

Compared with the conventionally used i=iosinωt alternating current, using asymmetric triangular and pulse wave as input signals can greatly enhance the incision's sensitivity of 'dE/dt-E'oscillogram.

Research on the electrical characteristics of an organic thin-film field-effect transistor based on alternating-current resistance

In this article, an organic thin-film field-effect transistor （OTFFET） with top-gate and bottom-contact geometry based on pentacene as the active layer is fabricated. The experimental data of the I-V are obtained from the OTFFET device. The alternating-current （AC） resistance value of the OTFFET device is calculated using the derivation method from the experimental data, and the AC resistance trend curves of the OTFFET device are obtained with the region fitting method. We analyse the characteristics of the OTFFET device with an AC resistance trend curve. To discover whether it has a high resistance, it is proposed to judge the region of the source/drain voltage （VDs） less than the transition voltage, thereby determining whether the contact between the metal electrode and the organic semiconductor layer of the OTFFET device is Ohmic or non-Ohmic. The theoretical analysis shows that the field-effect mobility and the AC resistance are in reverse proportion. Therefore, we point out that reducing AC resistance is necessary if field-effect mobility is to be improved.

城门失火,殃及池鱼?新产品促销性脱销的相似品贬值效应

虽然新产品促销性脱销导致其暂时性缺货,会给相似品提供了替代和涨价的机会,但是新产品促销性脱销也会对相似品产生拖累效应,导致消费者对其评价降低。但目前相关的关注和研究较为匮乏。基于前景理论与控制动机理论,通过构建有调节的双中介模型,文章深入探寻了新产品促销性脱销影响相似品贬值的内在机理与边界条件,并且通过实验方法进行了实证检验。通过3个实验,结果发现:(1)新产品促销性脱销确实会让相似品产生贬值,并且价格促销性脱销较之于非价格促销性脱销更容易让相似品产生更大的贬值;(2)参照依赖与控制剥夺会共同中介新产品促销性脱销对相似品贬值的影响,其中前者起着消极中介效应,而后者起着积极中介效应;(3)消费者权力感(包括特质权力感与状态权力感)会调节参照依赖与控制剥夺的双中介效应,低权力感者更容易让参照依赖中介效应占优,而高权力感者更容易让控制剥夺中介效应占优。这些研究结论不仅对丰富和完善新产品促销、产品稀缺效应、虚位诱导效应等理论具有重要的意义,而且对指导和改善厂商的新产品营销、消费者理性看待新产品促销性脱销和监管机构的市场监管有重要的管理启示。

求解不可分离非凸非光滑问题的线性惯性ADMM算法

针对目标函数中包含耦合函数H(x,y)的非凸非光滑极小化问题,提出了一种线性惯性交替乘子方向法(Linear Inertial Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers,LIADMM)。为了方便子问题的求解,对目标函数中的耦合函数H(x,y)进行线性化处理,并在x-子问题中引入惯性效应。在适当的假设条件下,建立了算法的全局收敛性;同时引入满足Kurdyka-Lojasiewicz不等式的辅助函数,验证了算法的强收敛性。通过两个数值实验表明,引入惯性效应的算法比没有惯性效应的算法收敛性能更好。

俯卧位与翻身时长对烧伤合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患者的影响

目的 探讨烧伤合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)机械通气患者不同俯卧位与翻身时长对治疗效果的影响。方法 选取2021年6—12月医院烧伤合并ARDS机械通气患者41例作为对照组,采取俯卧位与平卧位均为2 h并交替翻身3次,俯卧位累计6 h;选取2022年1—6月收治的相同疾病患者38例作为观察组,采取俯卧4 h→平卧2 h→俯卧4 h→平卧,俯卧位时间长为8 h。观察对比1周内两组患者的血气分析结果、住院时间、Braden量表评分。结果 更改俯卧位与翻身时长后的第7天,观察组患者的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、氧合指数(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,Braden评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过平卧2 h与俯卧4 h交替翻身2次,共俯卧位8 h,可改善患者血气指标,减轻皮肤压力性损伤,缩短住院时间。

基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育联合合理行为替代护理对前列腺电切术患者的影响

目的对前列腺电切术患者开展基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育+合理行为替代护理,探究干预后的效果。方法该研究对象为2021年9月—2023年9月到医院诊治的前列腺电切术患者86例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理+合理行为替代护理,n=43)与研究组(基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育+合理行为替代护理,n=43)。对比两组的尿流动力学指标、前列腺增生症状、自我效能、心理弹性、幸福感、遵医行为及并发症发生情况。结果在最大尿流量、残余尿量及前列腺症状评分方面,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在自我效能评分、心理弹性评分及幸福感评分方面,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在情绪管理、日常活动、饮水及饮食评分方面,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率方面,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育+合理行为替代护理有利于改善前列腺电切术患者的尿流动力学状态和前列腺增生症状评分,提高心理弹性水平和遵医行为,减少并发症的发生。

基于收费数据融合的高速公路车辆行驶路径重构方法

文中提出一种融合收费站交易数据和门架检测数据的高速公路车辆行驶路径重构方法,通过分析车辆出行的平(高)峰时段,采用基于广度优先(BFS)的有效路径搜索算法获取备选路径集,进而对车辆行驶路径进行重构。以某省的高速公路网络为例,采用某工作日的收费系统数据对检测车辆的路径进行重构。结果表明,该方法使数据集中路径完整的出行的占比达到91.08%。

基于微多普勒特征的直升机目标识别

微多普勒特征可为旋翼直升机的识别提供一种新的依据。现有针对旋翼直升机回波模型的研究仅限于矩形旋翼叶片尖端的微多普勒效应。首先,通过建立矩形尖端旋翼、锥形尖端旋翼以及抛物线扫掠尖端旋翼的全散射点回波模型,引入特征提取算子,设计“时频分析—归一化时频处理—频率‘投影压缩’—截断取模傅里叶变换”的方法,实现具有时移幅频不变特性的微动特征的提取。然后,基于交替方向乘子法,提出在目标分类中的压缩感知问题求解算法,并与传统的支持向量机方法进行对比分析,借助多个仿真实验验证所提出方法的有效性。

Hazard Assessment of Alternatives to Dicofol

Dicofol was listed by International POPs Elimination Network (IPEN) as requiring immediate and urgent considera-tion and thus was considered as a new candidate by Persistent Organic Pollutant Review Committee (POPRC) as a possible persistent organic pollutant (POP). Dicofol is structurally similar to DDT. It is persistent in food and water, highly toxic to aquatic life and causes egg-shell thinning in some bird species. High concern, due to the lack of dicofol measurements in the Arctic, proving long range transport and bioaccumulation in wild life species, supports further impact assessment of this product. Under Stockholm Convention, substances identified as POPs are regulated with the objective to protect the environment and the human health. According to this objective, the search of environmental and healthy alternatives is helpful. This paper discusses the use of three groups of chemicals currently applied as alternatives to dicofol. An exhaustive review of the synthesis of dicofol, starting from DDT, and compared to possible substitutes is presented: 1) active principle with fluoralkenyl are proposed as an environmental and healthy alternative to dicofol, 2) inhibitor agents of mitochondrial electron transport as chlorfenapyr, hydramethylnon and pyridaben and 3) pesticides commonly applied in agricultural practices as oxythioquinox, fenbutatin-oxide and formetanate hydrochloride.

Fluorescence Spectra of Model Compounds for Light-emitting Alternating Copolymers in Heterogeneous Environments

In this paper, the fluorescence spectra of model compounds of light-emitting alternating copolymers. M (TPA-PPV) and M (TPA-PAV) (Scheme 1) were studied and the effect of KNO3 on the interaction between model compounds and ionic micelle-watts interface was also investigated. It is found that (I) The fluorescence changes of M (TPA-PPV) are related to the state of CTAB and SDS solution. (II)Aggregated state can be formed in M (TPA-PAV) solution at low concentration of CTAB. (III) Higher concentration of KNO3 may affect the interaction between model compounds and ionic micelle-water interface.

Electric field distribution and effective nonlinear AC and DC responses of graded cylindrical composites

The perturbation method is used to study the localization of electric field distribution and the effective nonlinear response of graded composites under an external alternating-current（AC） and direct-current（DC） electric field E app = E 0（1 ＋ sin ωt）.The dielectric profile of the cylindrical inclusions is modeled by function ε i（r） = C k r k（r ≤ a）,where r is the radius of the cylindrical inclusion,and C k,k,a are parameters.In the dilute limit,the local potentials and the effective nonlinear responses at all harmonics are derived.Meanwhile,the general effective nonlinear responses are also derived and compared with the effective nonlinear responses at harmonics under the AC and DC external field.It is found that the effective nonlinear AC and DC responses at harmonics can be calculated by those of the general effective nonlinear of the graded composites under the external DC electric field.Moreover,the obtained local electrical fields show that the electrical field distribution in the cylindrical inclusions is controllable,and the maximum of the electric field inside the cylinder is at its center.

经颅交流电刺激对阿尔兹海默病小鼠双侧海马有效连接的干预研究

通过格兰杰因果方法,对Y迷宫任务中双侧海马间的有效连接进行分析,从相连脑区的角度,研究经颅交流电刺激(tACS)干预阿尔兹海默症(AD)的神经机制。记录正常对照组、AD组、tACS组和假刺激组小鼠执行任务时的行为表现和海马左、右侧场电位,计算各组的功率谱密度和格兰杰因果值(GC)。研究发现:AD组行为训练的正确率低于正常对照组,tACS可以提高其正确率。在θ和γ频段上,AD组的功率谱密度显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),tACS组接近正常对照组水平。在θ频段上,tACS增加了AD小鼠海马左侧到右侧和右侧到左侧异常的GC值(从0.111±0.002;0.109±0.003到0.377±0.017;0.185±0.005),和正常对照组接近;在γ频段上,tACS降低了AD小鼠海马左侧到右侧和右侧到左侧异常的GC值(从0.145±0.002;0.127±0.003到0.074±0.001;0.082±0.002),和正常对照组接近。双侧海马间有效连接的异常可能是AD小鼠记忆功能下降的原因,tACS可以改善海马间的异常连接且恢复海马处场电位的功率谱密度。

基于磁谐振的预应力钢绞线交变应力监测试验研究

预应力钢绞线的交变应力难以测量。为明确磁谐振方法对预应力钢绞线交变应力监测的适用性,基于磁弹效应和磁滞效应,分析了应力交替过程中拉伸应变效应的感应线圈电感变化,开展了交变荷载作用下的钢绞线应力监测试验。研究了不同交变荷载作用下传感器感应电压的变化规律,明晰了传感器感应电压与交变荷载的对应关系,揭示了交变荷载对传感器感应电压的影响机制。结果表明,交变荷载作用下的感应电压与荷载之间存在线性函数关系,其交变应力监测误差小于5%,磁谐振方法可以监测预应力钢绞线的交变应力。

生态系统稳态转换检测研究进展

在气候变化、人类活动等影响下,生态系统结构和功能可能发生大规模的突变,导致生态系统从一个相对稳定的状态进入另一个稳定状态,这种现象称为稳态转换。由于生态系统的复杂性,准确刻画生态系统多稳态并界定其临界点尚存在挑战,提升对生态系统稳态转换的检测和预测能力依旧是生态学领域研究的热点和难题。基于多稳态理论和稳态转换经典概念框架,阐释了稳态转换检测的理论基础;归纳总结出四种稳态转换检测方法的原理和优劣势;鉴于稳态转换的尺度依赖性,梳理了单一生态系统、区域综合生态系统和全球生态系统不同尺度下的稳态转换检测方法、研究思路和应用案例。基于研究进展和问题现状,提出在未来研究中,亟待发展适应复杂系统的综合检测方法;创新稳态转换多尺度分析的技术方法体系;深化生态系统稳态转换驱动机制研究,构建多元耦合机理模型;进而深化稳态转换检测结果链接生态系统管理的实践研究;解析生态系统服务和可持续发展机制。

电网功能替代性储能替代效果评估和政策机制研究

近年来,国家持续出台政策支持新型储能发展,新型储能进入发展快车道。作为重要的应用形式,电网功能替代性储能可在电力系统中发挥替代或延缓电网输变电设施建设等作用,国家政策明确支持电网功能替代性储能发展,提出探索纳入输配电价疏导成本。目前电网功能替代性储能处于探索起步阶段,相关政策管理机制尚不成熟。厘清电网功能替代性储能的界定范围,提出电网功能替代性储能替代效果评估方法,并开展典型案例分析论证,提出在电力市场发展不同阶段下电网功能替代性储能的成本疏导机制,并形成有关政策建议,推动电网功能替代性储能有序发展和高效利用。
