Evaluation of natural radioactivity and radiological hazards in basement rocks from Gabel Abu El-Hassan in the North Eastern Desert of Egypt by multivariate statistical approach with remote sensing data

Purpose The present work deals with the natural radioactivity levels of basement rocks from Gabel Abu El-Hassan in the North Eastern Desert of Egypt.Methods The activity concentrations of 226Ra,232Th and 40K in rock samples were measured using a gamma-ray spectrometry with an HPGe detector.Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus(ETM+)data were processed and interpreted to create rock forming radioactive map.Results and conclusion The activity concentrations of 226Ra,232Th and 40K varied from 28.2±9.4 to 259.6±38.6 Bq/kg,37.9±9.9 to 297.4±54.6 Bq/kg and 487.0±73.4 to 5514.6±786.0 Bq/kg,respectively.The radiological hazard indices(gamma index),the annual effective dose rate and excess life-time cancer risk were estimated to assess the radiological hazards due to the use of rock samples as building material.Remote sensing data were also used to integrate between radioactive analysis and Landsat-7(ETM+)data processing to detect radioactive anomalies and to identify the uraniferous alteration zones in Abu El-Hassan area.

屋顶形包装机加热机构与空气过滤系统的研制

大承气汤合大柴胡汤加减保留灌肠联合甲磺酸加贝脂辅助治疗急性胰腺炎临床研究

目的观察大承气汤合大柴胡汤加减保留灌肠联合甲磺酸加贝脂治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法81例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组40例给予基础治疗和甲磺酸加贝脂静脉点滴治疗1周,治疗组共41例,在对照组基础上增加大承气汤合大柴胡汤加减保留灌肠1周。比较组间疗效和安全性以及治疗前后中医证候积分、修正CT严重指数评分(MCTSI)、Balthazar CT评分。结果治疗组综合疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者腹痛腹胀持续时间、禁食时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),转手术率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腹满硬痛拒按、大便干结不通、日晡潮热、胸脘痞塞、呕吐、口臭、小便短赤积分、MCTSI评分、Balthazar CT评分均降低(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组腹满硬痛拒按、大便干结不通、日晡潮热、胸脘痞塞、呕吐、口臭、小便短赤积分、MCTSI评分、Balthazar CT评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大承气汤合大柴胡汤加减保留灌肠联合甲磺酸加贝脂辅助治疗急性胰腺炎可明显改善临床症状,促使肠道功能恢复,控制病情进展,提高临床疗效。
