Based on questionnaire survey data, we conducted an in-depth analysis using factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and the FAHP evaluation method. The results show that noise factors, psychological pressure factors, somatosensory factors, lifestyle factors, and interpersonal relationship factors significantly affect the sleep quality of graduate students. Among them, noise factors have the greatest impact on sleep quality, especially sound and dormitory schedules;psychological pressure factors, including graduation pressure, employment pressure, and research pressure, also significantly affect sleep quality. The study indicates that the sleep quality issues of graduate students are mostly caused by external environments and personal pressure. It is recommended to improve noise conditions, alleviate psychological pressure, and adjust lifestyle habits to enhance the sleep quality of graduate students.展开更多
