Objective:To investigate the effect of adjuvant therapy with ginkgo-damole on apoptosis, nerve injury and platelet aggregation of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 74 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into ginkgo-damole group and conventional treatment group according to a therapeutic schedule that whether ginkgo-diyidamolum were included. At Week 2 and Week 4 after treatment, contents of apoptosis molecule, nerve injury molecule and index of platelet aggregation in serum were detected. Results:At Week 2 after treatment, contents of soluble Fas, soluble Fas ligand, soluble tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand, S100β, neuron specific enolase, glial fibrillary acidic protein, myelin basic protein, malonaldehyde, endothelin-1, fibrinogen and D-dimer in patients' sera of ginkgo-damole group were significantly lower than those of conventional treatment group. Contents of nitric oxide in sera were obviously higher than that of conventional treatment group. At Week 4 after treatment, contents of soluble Fas, soluble Fas ligand, soluble tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand, S100β, neuron specific enolase, glial fibrillary acidic protein, myelin basic protein, malonaldehyde, endothelin-1, fibrinogen and D-dimer in patients' sera of ginkgo-damole group were significantly lower than those of conventional treatment group. Contents of nitric oxide in sera were obviously higher than that of conventional treatment group. Conclusions:Adjuvant therapy with ginkgo-damole can inhibit the apoptosis of neuron cells and neurogliocyte and reduce the neural function injury and the situation of platelet aggregation. 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic and adverse effect of small dose of aspirin (Asp) combined with Ginkgo-damole injection (GDI,银杏达莫注射液) in treating senile unstable angina pectoris (UA). Methods: One hundred and twenty old in-patients of coronary heart disease with UA were randomly divided into two groups. The 60 patients in the treated group were treated with oral administration of enteric soluble 50 mg Asp once a day and GDI 20 ml per day by intravenous dripping, with 14 days as one therapeutic course, while the other 60 in the control group were treated with enteric soluble Asp 100 mg alone once a day orally. Besides, isosorbide-5-mononitrate 20 mg twice a day was applied to both groups, and the β-ad-renoceptor blocker, blood lipids regulatory agents and nitroglycerin (10 mg by intravenous dripping) were given accordingly. The angina total improving rate, hemorrheologic indexes (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation rate), comprehensive clinical terminal event and the total occurrence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, comparison between the two groups showed insignificant difference in aspects of angina total improving rate (75.00% vs 65.00%), hemorrheological indexes and comprehensive clinical terminal event rate (25.00% vs 31.67%), P>0.05, and the hemorrheological indexes were improved in both groups (P<0.05), but the total occurrence rate of adverse reaction in the treated group was lower than that in the control group (6. 67% vs 25.00%), showing significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: In treatment of senile UA, small dose of Asp combined with GDI showed therapeutic effect similar to that of conventional dose of Asp, but it has lower adverse reaction. 展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of adjuvant ginkgo-damole therapy on the plaque stability, apoptosis and coagulation indicators in patients with unstable angina. Methods: A total of 80 patients with unstable angina who received inpatient treatment in our hospital between July 2014 and July 2016 were collected and divided into control group (conventional therapy) and observation group (conventional therapy+ginkgo-damole) according to the random number table, 40 cases in each group. The plaque stability, apoptosis and coagulation indicator contents were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, differences in serum levels of plaque stability, apoptosis and coagulation indicators were not statistically significant between two groups of patients;after treatment, serum plaque stability indicators PTX3, Lp-PLA2, sCD40 and sCD40L contents in observation group were lower than those in control group;pro-apoptosis indexes sFas and Bax contents were lower than those in control group, and anti-apoptosis index Bcl-2 content was higher than that in control group;coagulation indicators Fg and D-D contents were lower than those in control group while t-PA content was higher than that in control group. Conclusion: Adjuvant ginkgo-damole therapy helps to improve the plaque stability, inhibit myocardial apoptosis and also reduce the hypercoagulable state in patients with unstable angina. 展开更多

Objective: To study the effects of combined use of Batroxobin and Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on hemodynamics, coagulation function, fibrinolytic function and related factors in patients with sudden deafness. Methods: A total of 94 patients with sudden deafness in our hospital were selected, and divided them into control group and observation group randomly, 47 cases in each group. All patients were given 10BU batroxobin injection intravenous drip after admission every other day;And the patients of observation group were given intravenous drip of 30ml ginkgo-damole injection, 1 time a day. The hemodynamics, coagulation function, fibrinolytic function and related factors were detected and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in hemodynamics, coagulation function, fibrinolytic function and related factors between the two groups; After treatment, the levels of WBV and PV in the control group was (5.21±0.58) mPa/s and (1.78±0.32) mPa/s, and the observation group was (4.13±0.47) mPa/s and (1.31±0.26) mPa/s, compared with the same group before treatment, there were statistical difference, and there was also statistical difference between the two groups; The levels of PT, APTT, TT and PF was (19.22±3.98) s, (43.57±9.88) s, (15.64±3.27) s and (58.22±10.58) μg/L, and the observation group was (23.97±4.82) s, (52.49±10.38) s, (20.59±4.15) s and (41.03±8.46) μg/L, compared with the same group before treatment, there were statistical difference, and there was also statistical difference between the two groups; The levels of Fib, D-dimer and FDP was (4.52±0.93) g/L, (6.53±1.88) mg/L and (8.17±2.34)μg/mL, and the observation group was (3.13±0.75 g/L, (9.75±2.14) mg/L, (13.52±2.58) μg/mL, compared with the same group before treatment, there were statistical difference, and there was also statistical difference between the two groups; The serum levels of ET, NO and SOD was (66.92±5.87) ρg/mL, (48.75±7.61) μmol/L, (95.01±12.38) NU/mL, and the observation group was (63.97±5.24) ρg/mL, (43.11±6.83) μmol/L, (104.79±13.15) NU/mL, compared with the same group before treatment, there were statistical difference, and there was also statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The treatment of patients with sudden deafness using batroxobin combine with ginkgo-damole injection, can improve the hemodynamics, coagulation function, fibrinolytic function of patients, decrease the serum levels of ET and NO, improve the levels of SOD, the effect is curative, it's worthy of clinical application. 展开更多
