Glycosmis longipetala F. J. Mou & D. X. Zhang is described from Guangxi and Yunnan provinces in southwestern China. The new species is similar to G. cochinchinensis (Lour.) Pierre ex Engl. by its simple leaves, but... Glycosmis longipetala F. J. Mou & D. X. Zhang is described from Guangxi and Yunnan provinces in southwestern China. The new species is similar to G. cochinchinensis (Lour.) Pierre ex Engl. by its simple leaves, but distinguishable in having long-elliptic or oblanceolate (vs. ovate) leaves, long-ovoid to ellipsoid (vs. ovoid) floral buds, ovaries with many tubercles (vs. smooth) and glabrous (vs. pubescent) stamens. The pollen grains of the new species are 23.9±3.09 (20.8-27.0)×22.0±1.80 (20.4-24.4)μm in size with reticulate exine ornamentation in equatorial area and foveolate in polar area. The chromosome number of the new species is 2n=72. 展开更多

Six novel compounds,comprising three quinolones(1a,1b,and 2)and three flavanones(3-5),along with seven known analogs(6-13),were isolated from the 95%EtOH extract of the stems and leaves of Glycosmis craibii var.glabra.The structures of the new compounds were elucidated using HR-ESI-MS,UV,and 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)data analysis.The ab-solute configurations were determined through Mosher ester and electronic circular dichroism(ECD)spectral analysis.Compounds 2,6,9,and 10 demonstrated inhibition of nitric oxide(NO)production stimulated by lipopolysaccharide in BV-2 microglial cells,with IC50 values ranging from 13.5 to 20.1 μmol·L^(-1),comparable to the positive control,dexamethasone. 展开更多

目的研究海芋[Alocasia macrorrhiza(L.)Schott]的化学成分。方法采用有机溶剂提取,硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC和重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,通过化合物的理化性质和质谱、核磁等光谱数... 目的研究海芋[Alocasia macrorrhiza(L.)Schott]的化学成分。方法采用有机溶剂提取,硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC和重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,通过化合物的理化性质和质谱、核磁等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从海芋的根茎中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别是山橘脂酸(1)、反式-阿魏酰酪胺(2)、grossa-mide(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、香草酸(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、尼泊金甲酯(7)、β-胡萝卜苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 展开更多

Four unprecedented macrocyclic nonapeptides,orberryamides A–D(1–4),were isolated from Glycosmis pentaphylla(orangeberry)and structurally characterized by obtaining solid data from numerous analytical measurements.Compound 1 incorporated a new amino acid residue,named orangeberrine(Orgb),compounds 2 and 3 integrated the rare,nonproteinogenic amino acid residues(Kyn and Dioia,respectively),and compound 4 existed as two major conformational isomers in solution at ambient temperature.The biosynthetic pathways proposed for compounds 1–4 are of considerable biological significance for the modification and metabolism of tryptophan(Trp)and/or Trp containing proteins in nature.Besides,compounds 1–4 suppressed Th17 differentiation significantly,and the effects of 1–3 was achieved through targeting the ligand-binding domain(LBD)of the retinoic acid-related orphan receptor gamma t(RORγt). 展开更多
