Under the background of public-private cooperation in environmental governance,there are conflicts in the value of governance subjects based on differences in objectives and behavior heterogeneity.From the perspective of value co-creation theory,the questionnaire data and correlation structure measurement linked list are used to investigate the internal mechanism of value co-creation behavior affecting government performance.The results of the study show that value co-creation behavior has a significant positive impact on government performance,and partnership plays a mediating role in value co-creation behavior and government performance.The study reveals that whether value co-creation behavior can affect government performance depends on the partnership among the government,enterprises and the public,and the participants realize the interest demands to form value co-creation behavior,and innovate the realization path to improve government performance.This paper expands the research perspective of the influencing factors of value co-creation behavior,deepens the value cognition of multi-subject behavior,and provides a theoretical reference for environmental governance and improving government performance. 展开更多

In this paper,from the three dimensions of development quality,sustainable development and public satisfaction,the index system of government performance evaluation of wastewater treatment in Beijing City was constructed by conversion of critical success factor method.Using comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight method and principal component analysis method,the sewage treatment effect of Beijing municipal government from 2010 to 2017 was quantified,and the government s sewage treatment work was comprehensively evaluated.The evaluation results showed that the government has achieved remarkable results in sewage treatment,but it should continue to optimize the countermeasures in promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic structure,strengthening the management of urban sewage treatment and strict management system of water environment. 展开更多

The equilibrium and kinetic characteristics of the adsorption of erythromycin to Sepabeads SP825 were determined.The equilibrium data in a batch system was well described by a Langmuir isotherm.The separation performance was investigated in a fixed-bed system with respect to the adsorption superficial velocity,ionic strength and pH.A mathematical model was used to simulate the mass transfer mechanism,taking film mass transfer,pore diffusion and axial dispersion into account.The model predictions were consistent with the experi-mental data and were consequently used to determine the mass transfer coefficients. 展开更多
关键词 fixed-bed adsorption superficial velocity ionic strength erythromycin However investigations on the parameters governing the performance of this technology are still scarce.In the present work a polymeric and porous resin Sepabeads SP825 resin was used for its higher adsorption efficiency compared with the resins reported.The equilib-rium capacity of Sepabeads SP825 for EM in a batch system was established using a Langmuir isotherm.The effects of superficial velocity ionic strength and pH on the adsorption process were determined from the results of fixed bed experiments.And a model of the purification process was used to simulate the mass transfer mechanism which has taken film mass transfer pore diffusion and axial dispersion into account.The experimental adsorp-tion measurements were compared to the results calcu-lated from the model.The completion of these studies provide some essential parameters which are required in order to design a successful purification process and better understand the fundamentals of these process.
