Meteorological comment is a kind of rational,thoughtful and knowledgeable argumentation form that communicators use mass media tools or carriers to directly express their own wishes on the newly occurred or discovered meteorological news facts,problems and phenomena.At present,the writing of meteorological comment has received special attention.Its deep background includes not only the international background of global attention to climate change,but also the domestic background of China’s proposed carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets,and more importantly,the scientific and technological background of the frequent occurrence of extreme meteorological disasters caused by climate change and its early warning and disaster reduction.The prospect of great importance attached to the writing of meteorological comments is that a new subject,namely the grammatology of meteorological comment,is bound to emerge,and the construction of the grammatology of meteorological comment has its own unique requirements. 展开更多

Nevertheless, the problem of whether Derrida reproduces Rousseau's basic claims adequately has remained a peripheral concern. This has meant that this may constitute a misreading and the consequences that this would have for the deconstructive operation itself have not adequately examined. Hence, this enquiry into Derrida's reading of Rousseau centers upon the extent to which Derrida distorts Rousseau's text in order to be able to confirm deconstruction's radical theoretical positions. 展开更多
