Exploration of Construction Organization for Maintenance of Steam Turbine Equipment in Thermal Power Plants

The continuous development of the power industry has had a positive impact on thermal power plants,helping them maintain a good production form.In the use of steam turbine equipment in thermal power plants,to prolong its lifespan and avoid safety hazards,it is necessary to pay attention to strengthening maintenance and construction organization,better implementing effective organizational work,and effectively applying steam turbine equipment to ensure the sustainable development of thermal power plants.This article discusses the concept of equipment maintenance from the perspective of steam turbine equipment in thermal power plants,analyzes the current situation of equipment maintenance,and proposes a specific construction organization to provide a reference for steam turbine equipment maintenance.

Investigation of the Severity of Modular Construction Adoption Barriers with Large-Scale Group Decision Making in an Organization from Internal and External Stakeholder Perspectives

Modular construction as an innovativemethod aids the construction industry in transforming to off-site construction production with high efficiency and environmental friendliness.Despite the obvious advantages,the uptake of modular construction is not booming as expected.However,previous studies have investigated and summarized the barriers to the adoption ofmodular construction.In this research,a Large-ScaleGroupDecisionMaking(LSGDM)-based analysis is first made of the severity of barriers to modular construction adoption from the perspective of construction stakeholders.In addition,the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)framework is utilized to identify the barriers based on three contexts(technology,organization,and environment).The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)and LSGDM models are both implemented for the first time to analyze the severity of the barriers to modular adoption based on questionnaire results from internal and external stakeholders in an organization.Finally,in this research,in-depth insights into the severity of barriers are gained,providing a reference for construction organizations to manage modular adoption.

Application of BIM + Virtual Simulation Technology in Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization Course

We focus on the goal of undergraduate talent training,consider the course features of Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization,analyze the problems existing in the practical teaching of the course,use the advantages of BIM+virtual simulation technology,design a scientific and reasonable practical teaching content of Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization,and address the contrast between the strong practical aspect of the traditional Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization course and the lack of practical instruments in hope to improve students’learning autonomy,enhance the quality of practical teaching,achieve the training objectives of the course,and nurture applied technical talents.

Examining Construction Quality Supervision and Organization Procedures for BOT Projects by Comparing with DBB Projects

Adopting the BOT （build-operate-transfer） delivery method has brought opportunities and challenges in construction time and quality for urban infrastructure. Many studies investigate the upstream issues of BOT projects such as concessionaire selection criteria and risk factors. But the project execution becomes complicated such as the escalated quality supervision organization and procedure at the construction stage. This extra supervision may have constituted hidden redundancies as waste to economic sustainability. This paper investigated construction quality supervision of BOT projects to pinpoint adequate degree of supervision and detect redundant organization and procedures. The study adopted ten subway construction projects as cases in which five were from the traditional design-bid-build （DBB） and five from the BOT methods. Thirty six project participants including owners, contractors, designers, and concessionaire managers of the ten projects were interviewed to tell their views on these issues. The quality supervision measures of the DBB projects were used as the baseline and compared with those of the BOT projects. The research results show that the construction quality seems no difference for the DBB and BOT projects. Construction quality comes out of supervision but excessive supervision organization and procedures do not necessarily improve quality. This finding indicates that adequate degree of supervision is enough to achieve required quality to save immense paperwork for large construction projects.

An Examination on the Support of Library Information to the Construction of National Research Organizations

The country’s economic development determines the political and cultural status.At the present time,China’s rapid economic development has greatly improved the country’s international prominence.Although China has high economic and political achievements,China’s cultural soft power is still in a weak position.Cultural soft power is of great significance in improving the country’s overall national strength and international competitiveness.Research organizations are an important part of the country’s soft power and are of great significance to the strengthening of national soft power.Research organizations are the“peripheral brain”in the decision-making process of the government.National government agencies need democratic science in making decisions,and the adopted policy methods must have positive and effective outcomes on the people.Therefore,the national government agencies cannot achieve this without the help of research organizations.This resulted in the development and rising construction of research organizations.With the comprehensive development and construction of research organizations,whilst making progress,has also exposed several shortcomings.The construction of China’s research organizations requires various supports;especially the intelligence agencies and access to library information,which has a unique advantage in promoting the construction of research organizations[1].This paper first introduces the definition,classification and characteristics of a research organization.It will also provide a preliminary understanding of research organizations.The paper will then highlight and analyze the problems encountered by the research organization.Finally,through the grasp of the advantages of the library and intelligence agencies,a solution is proposed.

Clogging processes caused by biofilm growth and organic particle accumulation in lab-scale vertical flow constructed wetlands

The accumulation of organic matter in substratum pores is regarded as an important factor causing clogging separately in the subsurface flow constructed wetlands.In this study,the developing process of clogging caused by biofilm growth or organic particle accumulation instead of total organic matter accumulation was investigated in two groups of lab-scale vertical flow constructed wetlands（VFCWs）,which were fed with glucose（dissolved organic matter） and starch（particulate organic matter） influent.Results showed that the growth of biofilms within the substratum pores certainly caused remarkable reduction of effective porosity,especially for the strong organic wastewater,whereas its influence on infiltration rate was negligible.It was implied that the most important contribution of biofilm growth to clogging was accelerating the occurrence of clogging.In comparison with biofilm growth,particles accumulation within pores could rapidly reduce infiltration rate besides effective porosity and the clogging occurred in the upper 0-15 cm layer.With approximately equal amount of accumulated organic matter,the effective porosity of the clogged layer in starch-fed systems was far less than that of glucose-fed systems,which indicated that composition and accumulation mode in addition to the amount of the accumulated organic matter played an important role in causing clogging.

Significance,Path and Typical Cases of Integration of Grassroots Party Construction and Targeted Poverty Alleviation Team Construction in Colleges and Universities

The integration of party construction and poverty alleviation and development is an important form of achieving poverty alleviation in China. Based on the actual case of the integration of the party branch construction of the Institute of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Development of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and the construction of a third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,this paper elaborated the practical significance and integration path design of the grassroots party construction and targeted poverty alleviation thirdparty evaluation team construction in colleges and universities. Besides,it analyzed the typical case of the party branch in the process of building the party branch of the ' double leader' teachers in the national colleges and universities,and vigorously implementing the development of the party branch construction and the third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,and promoting double integration and double promotion. Finally,it came up with recommendations for further strengthening the development of the party branch construction and the thirdparty evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation( including strengthening the party construction responsibility,promoting the solid foundation,promoting deep integration,strengthening mutual promotion,gathering poverty alleviation talents,and strengthen intellectual support),so as to form a new model of poverty alleviation through party construction and practicing the lofty purpose of serving the poor household wholeheartedly,and provide a useful reference for the grassroots party construction in China to promote poverty alleviation.

Rethinking Project Organization and Management

How projects should be organized and managed are two important aspects of the role that Project Managers perform and the processes involved can be linked to the measurement of the project management outcome. Recent studies indicate that these processes are not implemented and concerns have been raised. The authors present an investigation into the current practices of the three soft project management subject matters of selecting project team members, structuring the teams and the management style followed in the construction industry in UK and their reflection upon the project management outcome. The results confirm the concerns raised and indicate that the current levels of implementation by practitioners delivers only acceptable as opposed to successful level of project management outcome. The findings call for a reconsideration of the approach taken when deciding how to organize and manage project teams and a redress towards improving project management outcome.

深化职业教育产教融合的关键是实现跨界组织实体化运作

深化产教融合是职业教育实现高质量发展的核心举措。改革开放以来,我国职业教育产教融合在政策牵引和实践演绎的相互作用下,展现了由松散到紧密、由浅层次到深层次的演变历程。但长期以来,产教“融而不合”、校企“跨而不实”的现实困境始终难以破题。伴随市域产教联合体、行业产教融合共同体等新型产教跨界组织的产生与发展,以制度突破为基本前提,推进跨界组织的实体化运作成为深化职业教育产教融合的关键。而实现这一点,需要跨界组织具有符合实际的组织结构、发挥实效的主导权力、约束有力的职责分工、稳定的利益共享机制、有效的激励保障政策,也需要多方主体协同有效的共建共治。

On the Power Relations in If You Are the One from Turn-taking Organization

The power relations in the TV program called If You Are the One will be explored from the perspective of the turns of different speakers on the different positions,such as the host,male guests,female guests and two commentators.Using both quantitative and qualitative methods,the reversion of the program,updated on June 9,2018 on the internet,is sampled.Then,the analyses on respective turns of different speakers are from two main perspectives of the turn-constructional component and turn-allocation component.The results show that the host has more power than others and the role two commentators play in the program is very important.Analyzing the power relations in these conversations of the program helps readers more positively and effectively understand the operation mechanism of this program after reversion.

ISO针灸国际标准建设概况与特点分析

目的:分析国际标准化组织(international organization for standardization,ISO)针灸国际标准建设的概况与特点,为进一步推进针灸国际标准化建设提供依据,以促进针灸疗法的推广、应用与国际交流。方法:对ISO官网中针灸相关标准进行检索,并分析其特点。结果:目前ISO已发布的针灸相关标准共19项,包括器具标准13项、术语标准5项、安全标准1项;正在研制中的针灸相关标准共6项,包括器具标准3项、术语标准1项、安全标准2项。结论:ISO针灸国际标准制定快速增长,涉及的领域逐步扩大;ISO针灸相关标准以器具标准为主,安全标准仅涉及器具安全;ISO针灸相关国际标准的推广和应用有待提高。

开封红色资源融入高校基层党组织建设的路径研究

开封红色资源的内涵与高校基层党组织政治建设、组织建设、制度建设和作风建设的要求具有内在一致性。开封红色资源融入高校基层党组织建设工作中存在着实践性、地域性、针对性和创新性不足等问题。分析开封红色资源融入高校基层党组织建设工作存在问题的原因,提出抓好基层党建工作所应做的增强融入效果、发挥红色资源作用、激发高校党建活力、构建红色党建立体格局等具体路径。

法团主义视角下地方体育总会枢纽化的发展路径

体育总会枢纽化建设是推动中国式现代化体育强国建设,践行“共建共治共享”社会制度理念的一次新尝试。因此,以法团主义为理论视角,国家-社会二元结构为切入点,运用实地调研及问卷调查等方法,探析地方体育总会枢纽化建设的发展策略。研究发现,地方体育总会在发展过程中职能变化特征明显,历经行使官方职能、职能弱化和重新定位枢纽化职能三个阶段。为了更好发挥体育总会桥梁作用,从主体、客体与介体三个方面分析体育总会自身、体育行政部门与体育社会组织、环境与制度方面的建设困境。提出新时代枢纽型社会组织的创新发展,应以国家-社会二元结构为切入点进行综合审视,运用法团主义理论思想,推动政府、枢纽型体育社会组织及社会组织三者的友好互动、良性循环。

西安市涉农产品检测机构建设调研

随着人民群众对农产品品质要求的提升,农产品质量安全检测机构的建设越来越受重视。为全面准确地认识和把握西安市农产品质量安全检验监测中心在全市涉农产品检测机构中的功能和职责定位,充分发挥其在全市农产品质量安全工作中的保障作用,采用现场座谈和问卷调查相结合的方式,对西安市域内省级、市级和第三方涉农产品检测机构的建设现状进行了调研。在此基础上,针对性地提出了西安市农检中心发展建设的对策和建议:紧密围绕主导产业检测需求,充分发挥检测机构实验室效能;依托全国名特优新农产品营养品质鉴定机构平台,促进西安市特色果品产业做大做强;以全面推广农产品全程质量控制技术为抓手,持续提高农业产前、产中、产后全过程服务水平。

耙吸式挖泥船疏浚施工组织仿真优化

合理制定最佳疏浚施工组织计划,需要考虑众多影响因素及其不确定性且各因素之间相互影响。通过航道疏浚工程施工作业仿真模型,描述运营船舶进出港和挖泥船疏浚施工过程中存在的不确定性,以最小化船舶船班费用和碳排放成本之和为目标,重点分析疏浚段长度和挖泥船船队配置对疏浚工程船舶船班费用、碳排放成本以及综合成本的影响。结果表明,提出的基于仿真和优化的方法可合理制定疏浚工程施工组织计划。
