Study on the Greening Path of Chinese Tax System under the Concept of Sustainable Development

Excessive pursuit of rapid economic growth has led to serious damage to China's ecological environment,in order to avoid the further deterioration of the environment,China in the concept of sustainable development under the guidance of the economic development mode to make adjustments.This paper takes the greening path of China's tax system as the research object,and based on the perspective of sustainable development,explores the current construction status and existing problems of China's"green tax system".

China: International Cooperation in Environmental Protection

The paper deals with China’s involvement in the process of international environmental protection. The cooperation between China and international environmental organizations is analyzed. This article stresses on such issues as China’s cooperation with United Nations Environment Program, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, Association of Southeast Asian Nations, China-Europe and China-Africa Cooperation. The key spheres of China’s activity in international environmental protection are examined in this paper. Thus, Chinese government attaches great importance to environmental protection and believes that environmental protection will have a direct impact on the overall situation of China’s modernization drive and its long-term development. While promoting economic growth, it has adopted a wide range of measures to strengthen environmental protection.

Ways to Achieve Sustainable Development for the Steel Enterprises

Sustainable development strategy is the only choice for steel companies in China. Starting with environment protection, energy-saving and integrated resource utilization, supported by technology advancement and environmental investment, sustainable development strategy can be implemented to drive the circular economy. Thereby, the responsibility to realize the long-term harmony and synergy between society and enterprises is taken by Baosteel.

Agriculture green development in China: insights and advances

Reconciling the tasks of producing adequate amounts of nutritious food for the increasing global population while preserving the environment and natural ecosystems simultaneously is an enormous challenge. The concept of agriculture green development(AGD) and the necessary governmental policies were developed to address the aforementioned challenge in China and to help achieve the related global sustainable development goals. Agriculture green development emphasizes the synergy between green and development;current agriculture has to transform from the intensive farming with high inputs, high environmental impacts and low resource-use efficiency to a more sustainable agriculture, in order to ensure an adequate supply of nutritious food while delivering environmental integrity, improved economic profitability,and social equity. A research program on AGD was established by China Agricultural University with four research themes, namely: green crop production, green integrated crop-animal production, green food and industry,and green ecological environment and ecosystem services, to provide a scientific basis for future developments and to facilitate the implementation of AGD in practice. AGD requires a multistakeholder approach, fueled by innovative and interdisciplinary research. Joint actions have to be taken by governments, farmers, supply industries, consumers, educators, extension services and researchers to support AGD. This requires strong coordination and public awareness campaigns. This review presents the progress that has been made over the past 5 years and makes recommendations for more research and development, in order to better deliver agricultural green and sustainable development on national and international scales.

Problems and Solutions to Planning and Design of Green Building

Green building is one of the important issues for human beings to face ecological and environmental crisis and to examine its own behaviors. To realize sustainable development of architectural industry,main problems in planning and design of green building are analyzed,ideas and suggestions for planning and design of domestic green building are put forward,under the guidance of green building evaluation standards,and on the following two aspects,including urban planning and design driven by shortterm benefits and different design emphases due to unilateral understanding of green building.

AGRICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN CHINA

China is facing the three major agroenvironment problems, which include: chemical pollution, abnormal ecological balance and natural resource deterioration. These environment problems have depleted part of the comprehensive agricultural productivity and hence become a resistance to the further development of agriculture. A number of measures have been taken for controlling over pollution and ecosystem declining. But for the sustainable development the more efforts are suggested to make, including the more stern measures in the population control, adopting the new techniques of saving natural resources and high efficiency, encouraging a frugal life style as well as paying more attentions to the research on the agricultural environment protection.

Environmental issues and countermeasures in exploiting water resources of rivers

Based on affirming the tremendous benefits that water resources of rivers can provide in their exploitation, main environmental problems and their countermeasures have been proposed and analyzed in this paper. It is argued that multiple measures should be applied to solving those problems by simultaneously carrying out engineering measures, scientific research and also programs to cultivate the society’s awareness, aimed at a sustainable development strategy for exploiting water resources.

京广高铁沿线武汉乌龙泉镇生境质量演变特征研究

【目的】高铁作为中国重要的交通基础设施,其建设和运营不可避免对沿线环境造成不同程度的影响,如土地利用变化、生境质量变化、生物多样性干扰等,但其影响程度、范围等科学问题亟待深入研究。【方法】以京广高铁武汉江夏区生态本底良好的乌龙泉镇为研究区域,运用InVEST 3.2模型,分析2000—2010年、2010—2020年、2000—2020年研究区域生境质量的时空演变,探讨京广高铁建设对两侧生境质量的影响特征。【结果】1)研究区域用地类型转化有时段差异:2000—2010年主要是林地、湿地和水体转化为耕地,2010—2020年则是耕地向其他类转化。2)镇域生境质量先差后优:建设用地扩张使生境质量较差区域的面积持续增加,生境质量优良的林地和水体面积为先减后增。3)核心区域的生境质量变化特征与镇域表现一致。2000—2020年,高铁建设对沿线核心区生境质量的影响明显,生境质量整体变差,部分水域湿地生境质量提高。【结论】京广高铁沿线土地利用方式的改变很大程度影响了沿线的生境质量。高铁两侧用地类型及结构不同,对两侧生境质量的影响程度各不同:高铁沿线西侧随远离高铁距离的增加,生境质量呈现“先降后升”特点,而东侧则相反。分析高铁不同时间对沿线乡镇生境质量影响特征,可为沿线生物多样性保护和受损生境修复以及美丽乡村建设等提供参考依据。

我国绿色环保产业“四链”融合发展研究

绿色环保产业兼具带动经济增长和应对环境问题的双重属性,“四链”深度融合是绿色环保产业实现高质量发展的重要支撑,是实现“双碳”目标的重要抓手。本文通过深度分析企业不同发展阶段“四链”融合特征,结合产业发展现状,发现在企业创立初期,资金链是关键,创新链与人才链驱动,逐步形成产业链;在企业成长期,主要靠资金链驱动,人才链与创新链支持,拓展产业链;而对于成熟期的企业,可依据产业链进行战略布局,维持创新链。研究发现,绿色环保产业“四链”融合主要存在创新链与产业链衔接不紧密、资金链对各链的支撑度较弱、人才链与创新链和资金链融合度不够等问题。研究建议,制定低碳创新战略路线图,明确“四链”融合发展路径;提高创新链与产业链适配度;优化资金链,提高与各链融合度;完善人才链,注重人才培育;企业根据自身发展阶段,明确驱动链,保障“四链”有效融合。

环保理念下的绿色可持续服装设计探究

文章以当前可持续服装设计为研究前提,运用案例分析法对可持续服装设计进行了探究。首先,对可持续设计理念与时尚行业的结合进行了分析,其次,总结了符合服装可持续设计的四项措施,即设计理念的转变、新材料的运用、零浪费设计、再循环设计。最后,探讨了可持续设计在服装设计行业的应用现状,并且分析了目前可持续服装设计存在的问题以及未来的发展方向,为从事可持续服装设计的人员提供了理论依据。

绿色体育倡议的影响及其在社会和环境方面的可持续性分析

从社会责任与可持续发展、体育界对社会的影响及绿色体育倡议对社会的积极影响三个方面分析绿色体育倡议的社会影响。结果表明,社会责任与可持续发展是绿色体育倡议的核心要素,体育产业应当承担更多的社会责任。从绿色体育倡议的环境影响来看,将环保理念融入体育运动,倡导可持续的管理与运营方式能够减少对自然资源的依赖,减少废弃物的排放。由相关性分析可知,绿色体育倡议的可持续性、社会影响及对倡议的态度在1%的水平上显著相关,说明绿色体育倡议在促进环境与社会可持续发展方面取得的成效得到认可,公众会对这一倡议产生积极的认知。

基于“双碳”目标的绿色低碳园区可持续发展设计路径研究

随着我国“企业入园”的发展趋势持续向好,产业园区已经成为我国工业发展的重要载体。通过对现行绿色低碳园区评价标准进行汇总和剖析,在“双碳”目标和低碳园区设计趋势下,对低碳园区设计路径进行探索,帮助新建园区项目实现可持续性发展、优化碳资产管理模式的相关需求,并提出具体的绿色低碳园区实施路径、具体举措以及行动方案,为绿色低碳园区和节能减排目标的达成提供保障。
