In view of the present situation of measuring a green residence just by energy saving and environmental protection,we propose that we should build the rural residence more from the farmer's view and set up an evaluation system based on farmers satisfaction.A total of 16 factors affecting the farmers' satisfaction degree of green energy saving rebuilding of rural residence are selected.Questionnaire survey on 110 peasant households is carried out under different situations in Guanzhong region in Shaanxi Province,so as to obtain the importance score of evaluation index.During constructing the evaluation system for farmers' satisfaction degree,Factor Analysis Method is used to classify the related influencing factors.Subjective analysis of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the objective analysis of Factor Analysis Method are combined together to determine the weights of factors at different grades.Then,the final evaluation model is obtained,which provides guidance for the further green energy saving rebuilding of rural residence in China. 展开更多

This paper analyzed the possible impact on restaurant industry after the" replace the business tax with value-added tax" based on the understanding of the tax theory of" replace the business tax with value-added tax" and the tax compliance in our country. At the same time, this paper used the statistical analysis of data on the investigation of 100 samples of the VAT cognitive degree on "replace the business tax with value-added tax", using principal component analysis method to analyze and evaluate factors on the awareness of the restaurant owner to "replace the business tax with value-added tax" tax policy. Carboxymethylated cellulose nanofibril(CMCNF)is an effective green dispersant to prepare well-dispersed monolayer montmorillonites(MMTs)in water,thereby facilitating the preparation of a high-performance MMT/polymer nanocomposite film.However,not enough attention has been paid to correlating the degree of substitution(DS)of CMCNFs with the mechanical and optical properties of the final nanocomposite films.In this study,a series of homogeneous monolayer MMT nanoplatelet dispersions was prepared initially using CMCNFs with different DS as a dispersant,and the as-prepared CMCNF-dispersed MMT dispersions were then mixed with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)to fabricate nacre-like nanocomposite films with different contents of MMTs through self-assembly.The layered nanostructure and optical and mechanical properties of the asprepared CMCNF-dispersed MMT/CMC-Na nanocomposite films were investigated,which demonstrated that CMCNFs with lower DS have a positive effect on their optical and mechanical properties.This study sheds light on the preparation of MMT-based nanocomposite films with superior optical and mechanical properties. 展开更多

Green development is the cognition of geography to human-nature nexus under the background of the new era.As China is facing various eco-environment problems,green development has become a key approach towards ecological progress,and it is ultimately an explicit means to respond to support sustainable development in China.Quantifying green development performance is essential to track efforts towards sustainability and guide policymakers.However,applying the balanced property of’Economy-Ecology-Society’of green development to its performance assessment is rarely discussed.Here we elaborated the connotation of green development and developed a quantification model with coupling coordination degree to assess green development performance of the largest old industrial base of China,Northeast China.We found that the green development performance has been improved from a score of 0.443 in 2003 to 0.530 in 2019 but the disparities of green development performance were enlarging over time,especially for the cities in Heilongjiang.A positive spatial autocorrelation phenomenon of green development performance was confirmed,and Low-Low clusters in the northeastern Heilongjiang and High-High clusters in the central-eastern Liaoning were discovered.This study suggests the need to track the spatio-temporal dynamics of green development performance to provide references for achieving sustainable development goals in northeast China and other regions. 展开更多

Modern logistics is a new industry during the construction of national economy. Based on analyzing the environmental problem that was led by the limitation of the strategy during enacting the program of the modern logistics, SEA for modern logistics was implemented. In this paper, procedure and indicator system in the SEA are constructed, and Environmental Check List to identify environmental impact factors of SEA for modern logistics is established. And a conception that indicates friendly degree of logistics system with resources and environment, degree of green, is introduced. With the example of modern logistics program of Dalian in China, two methods are applied, AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, in the implement of SEA for modern logistics development. It is concluded that degree of green of modern logistics in Dalian is high. However, several important factors should be paid much attention to in the SEA for modern logistics as well as in the formulation and implement of modern logistics in Dalian. 展开更多

This work addressed the multi-objective optimization of a biogas production system considering both environmental and economic criteria. A mixed integer non-linear programming(MINLP) model was established and solved with non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ, from which the Pareto fronts, the optimal technology combinations and operation conditions were obtained and analyzed. It's found that the system is feasible in both environmental and economic considerations after optimization. The most expensive processing section is decarbonization; the most expensive equipment is anaerobic digester; the most power-consuming processing section is digestion, followed by decarbonization and waste management. The positive green degree value on the process is attributed to processing section of digestion and waste management. 3:1 chicken feces and corn straw, solar energy, pressure swing adsorption and 3:1 chicken feces and rice straw, solar energy, pressure swing adsorption are turned out to be two robust technology combinations under different prices of methane and electricity by sensitivity analysis. The optimization results provide support for optimal design and operation of biogas production system considering environmental and economic objectives. 展开更多

The superstructure optimization of biomass to biomethane system through digestion is conducted in this work. The system encompasses biofeedstock collection and transportation, anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, and digestate recycling. We propose a multicriteria mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) model that seeks to minimize the energy consumption and maximize the green degree and the biomethane production constrained by technology selection, mass balance, energy balance, and environmental impact. A multi-objective MINLP model is proposed and solved with a fast nondominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ). The resulting Pareto-optimal surface reveals the trade-off among the conflicting objectives. The optimal results indicate quantitatively that higher green degree and biomethane production objectives can be obtained at the expense of destroying the performance of the energy consumption objective. 展开更多

绿色发展与数字经济的有机融合是实现区域高质量发展的重要途径。本文以浙江省11个地级市为典型案例区,构建了包含7个子系统、37个指标的绿色发展与数字经济评价指标体系,采用改进的耦合协调度模型对2014—2020年数字经济和绿色发展系... 绿色发展与数字经济的有机融合是实现区域高质量发展的重要途径。本文以浙江省11个地级市为典型案例区,构建了包含7个子系统、37个指标的绿色发展与数字经济评价指标体系,采用改进的耦合协调度模型对2014—2020年数字经济和绿色发展系统的耦合协调关系进行关系测度,以期为区域可持续发展决策提供参考。结果发现:(1)绿色发展系统与数字经济系统综合发展水平总体都呈现上升趋势,除了杭州外,其他城市均表现数字经济发展水平滞后于绿色发展水平。(2)杭州是浙江省的绿色发展和数字经济“领头羊”,并在2019年率先进入高级协调阶段,其余10个城市仍处于初级协调阶段。未来,需注重城市间的差异性发展和重点扶持数字基础设施的投入建设。 展开更多

在加快实现“双碳”目标过程中,税收可成为运用市场机制完善气候治理的有力工具。基于绿色税收视角,文章在理论分析基础上,借助省份工业2006—2021年面板数据,运用全面FGLS方法,实证检验了税收征管对中国工业低碳转型的影响,并从绿色低... 在加快实现“双碳”目标过程中,税收可成为运用市场机制完善气候治理的有力工具。基于绿色税收视角,文章在理论分析基础上,借助省份工业2006—2021年面板数据,运用全面FGLS方法,实证检验了税收征管对中国工业低碳转型的影响,并从绿色低碳技术创新、产业结构调整和政府环境治理三方面解构了其中的作用机制。进一步地,从能源消耗、产业多样化、税收负担三个维度探究了不同环境对绿色税收征管作用发挥的异质性影响。研究发现:绿色税收征管在研究期内能够显著推进中国工业低碳转型,这一结论在经过内生性讨论和一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;机制检验表明,绿色税收征管可通过激励绿色低碳技术创新渠道推进工业低碳转型,绿色税收征管对工业低碳转型的推进作用受到了产业结构调整的正向调节,但未受到政府环境治理的正向调节;异质性分析显示,绿色税收征管对工业低碳转型的推进作用随行业及省份能耗水平的下降而递增,更高的产业多样化水平和更低的税收负担强度能够增强绿色税收征管对工业低碳转型的推进作用。基于上述结论,从重视绿色税收体系建设、协调绿色税收征管与政府环境治理、优化绿色税收政策与相关政策的排列组合等方面提出了政策建议,为优化和完善碳减排相关税收政策提供了参考。 展开更多

要实现“碳达峰”与“碳中和”双目标必须加快经济绿色转型,绿色金融发展是经济绿色转型的重要工具,经济绿色转型为绿色金融发展提供更多的应用空间,两者相互影响。在绿色金融发展与经济绿色转型的理论内涵与耦合机理分析基础上,构建绿... 要实现“碳达峰”与“碳中和”双目标必须加快经济绿色转型,绿色金融发展是经济绿色转型的重要工具,经济绿色转型为绿色金融发展提供更多的应用空间,两者相互影响。在绿色金融发展与经济绿色转型的理论内涵与耦合机理分析基础上,构建绿色金融发展与经济绿色转型的综合评价指标体系,并基于2011—2020年的省级面板数据,采用熵值赋权法和系统耦合协调度模型测度二者的系统耦合度和协调度,然后进一步采用Dagum基尼系数测算了系统耦合协调度的区域差异及其来源,采用Kernel核密度估计和马尔科夫链分析方法探究系统耦合协调度的动态演进趋势。研究结果表明,虽然样本期内我国绿色金融发展与经济绿色转型的整体水平依然偏低,但二者均呈上升趋势,而且二者相互促进、同步发展的趋势愈发明显。绿色金融发展与经济绿色转型的系统耦合协调度表现出明显的区域差异性,东部地区的系统耦合协调度水平最高,中部次之,西部最低,地区内差异和地区间差异是系统耦合协调度区域差异的主要来源,东部和西部的地区内差异逐渐扩大。各省绿色金融发展与经济绿色转型的系统耦合协调度虽然存在状态转移的可能性,但保持原状态概率较大。 展开更多

环境规制与科技创新耦合协调发展能为实现经济增长与生态文明提供强有力的支撑。该文构建环境规制与科技创新水平评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型测算2009—2020年中国30个省域环境规制与科技创新的耦合协调度,并对耦合协调度的时空分... 环境规制与科技创新耦合协调发展能为实现经济增长与生态文明提供强有力的支撑。该文构建环境规制与科技创新水平评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型测算2009—2020年中国30个省域环境规制与科技创新的耦合协调度,并对耦合协调度的时空分布格局进行分析。结果表明:研究期内中国30个省域环境规制与科技创新的耦合协调度整体偏低,尚未达到良性耦合协调发展状态,但呈现上升趋势,增幅呈现“西高东低”特征;各地区耦合协调度发展不均衡,整体呈现“东高西低、南高北低”的空间分布格局,高水平耦合协调区域逐渐从东部沿海向内陆扩张;依据协调等级和特征将各省域划分为创新主动型、技术进步型、环境约束型、传统被动型和创新滞后型,并提出环境规制应结合地区创新能力实施差异化的区域政策等建议。 展开更多
