Research on the Development of Green Hotels in the Context of Low Carbon Tourism

With the continuous implementation of national measures related to carbon neutrality strategy,the concept of a low-carbon economy has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts.Low-carbon tourism has gradually become an inevitable trend,and the tourism industry is also undergoing orderly transformation and upgrading.To promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry,the tourism and hotel industry should also shift towards a low-carbon and green model.Hotel activities can easily bring related environmental issues,such as energy consumption,garbage generation,ecological pollution,etc.Therefore,building a green hotel will bring huge social and economic benefits to the low-carbon tourism industry.This article will address the above issues and take a low-carbon economy as the starting point,proposing sustainable development strategies and suggestions for green hotels from both the internal and external environment of the hotel,creating a low-carbon management atmosphere,and promoting the low-carbon operation of the green hotel industry.

The Core Issue Facing the Green and Low Carbon Development of the Chinese Economy and the Countermeasures

Green development is an important concept based on China's needs and the international situation. Green development will greatly help China choose its path for economic growth. In the newly ratified Paris Agreement, the carbon emission reduction target willingly and determinedly proposed by China is very challenging. It will increase China's cost per unit of carbon dioxide emissions, slow China's economy growth, and set the upper limit for China's carbon emissions in the future. Facing these challenges, China needs to properly conduct carbon allocations under restrictions and promote green and low carbon development of the Chinese economy primarily by reinforcing structural adjustments and optimizing energy structures, upgrading industrial structures, being actively involved in international cooperation on carbon emission reduction and using other positive strategies.

Establishing a Carbon-Neutrality Oriented Economic System through Green, Low-carbon, and Circular Development

Carbon neutrality requires a profound socio-economic revolution.Since the 21;century,China has been promoting social&economic transformation,and put forward a series of strategic directions for development transformation.As China enters the new era of socialism,building a green,low-carbon and circular economic system has become an important direction for future economic development and transformation.This paper analyzes the relationship between the green,low-carbon and circular economic system and carbon neutrality,and points out that green development,low-carbon development and circular development will greatly reduce carbon emissions of economic development and help realize the carbon goal through co-benefit effect,structural adjustment and resource recycling.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting the transformation of the economic system to green,low-carbon and circular development.

Exploring the “Green” Transformation Planning of Industrial Parks in the Era of Low Carbon Economy

The core function of the low carbon economy is to change the economic development trend of the whole society. It is necessary to carry out industrial transformation and upgrading according to the concept of sustainable development and to realize integrated technological innovation and efficient economic development without violating the law of ecological and environmental development. In the era of the low-carbon economy, industrial parks should solidly promote the green transformation planning process. Relying on the basic logical framework of green transformation of industrial parks, it can build a green development quality evaluation system of industrial parks and formulate a green planning mechanism and green economic cycle development model in line with the background of the low-carbon economy.

Innovation of China's Circular Agricultural Development in the Perspective of Low Carbon Economy

On the basis of the concept and characteristics of circular economy, this paper analyzes the restraining factors of China's circular agricultural development as follows: issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers are outstanding; the problems of agricultural resources and agricultural ecological environment are serious; the quality of agricultural products cannot meet the demand of domestic and international market for food. Based on the internal requirements of low carbon economic development, this paper advances four innovative models concerning China's circular agricultural development as follows: the model of combining planting and breeding of agriculture, the developmental model of leisure and sightseeing, ecological integration model, and the developmental model of reusing agricultural byproducts. Every region should choose or create different circular agricultural model in different domains, in order to better use agricultural resources, reduce the consumption of agricultural energy inputs, reduce the emission of agricultural greenhouse gas, develop low carbon agriculture, and make great contribution for meeting the international challenges and promoting China's agricultural development.

Analysis on the Development of Low-Carbon Marine Economy

From the perspective of low-carbon economy,the paper analyzes the factors that influencing the development of low carbon economy.It is showed that the damage of marine ecological environment results in the low ability of oceans in absorbing green gas;environmental pollution leads to lowering capacity of ocean to deal with the wastes;development of related marine industries brings deterioration of marine environment;changes of climate threat the healthy development of marine economy.The paper points out the development routines of marine low carbon economy:accelerating the innovation of energy techniques,exploring marine renewable green energies;planning scientifically and strengthening the protection and repairmen of marine environment;developing marine recycle economy,upgrading resources using efficiency;adjusting marine industrial structures and exploring greatly the marine low carbon industries;guiding industries to chase chances and accelerating the development of low-carbon marine economy.

It has become a common pursuit of designers to construct comfortable,energy-conserving,high-efficiency and natural living environment since the early 21st century.In the coming low-carbon age,the evolution of low-carbon concepts will surely bring positive influence on the present planning concepts of residential community,and meanwhile,propose higher requirements on the natural and ecological properties of residential community,such as its infrastructure construction,traffic organization,environment greening and so on.Through analyzing relevant concepts of low carbon,the authors studied the development of low-carbon concepts in "human-centered" designs,and its applications in architecture,traffic and green spaces.This study proposed that the improvement of low-carbon society could be started from the design of low-carbon residential communities,so as to satisfy the increasing ecological needs of people on living environment,and play a promotional role in facilitating the sustainable development of society.

Basic Path and System Construction of Green and Low-Carbon Agricultural Development with Respect to the Strategic Target of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality

The Dual Carbon strategy,which is aimed at achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,is one of China's major strategiesinthecomingperiod.Agriculture is both an important source of greenhouse gas and a huge carbon sink system.To promote the Dual Carbon strategy,it is crucial for China to lay emphasis on green and low-carbon agricultural development.To achieve carbon peaking,agricultural carbonreduction and sequestration are significant means and haveegreat potential.Thisspaper firstly reviews the current situation of green and lowcarbon agricultural developmen.t.At present,the total agricultural carbon emissions in China are approaching the peak smoothly,and the proportion of carbon emissionsSgenerated by the use of such modern agricultural inputssas fertilizer and on-farm energy increases.Meanwhile,the operation of agricultural ecosystems in China demonstrates the strong capacity to absorb carbon.Then,the paper analyzes the main problems existing in green and low-carbon agricultural development,including excessive agricultural inputs and excessive consumption of fossil energy,the low utilization rate of agricultural resources,insufficient technical reserves for green and low-carbon agricultural development,and a weak supporting system.In the next part,the paper elaborates on the basic path and measures to realize green and low-carbon agriculturalddevelopment,such as strengthening the conservation of agricultural resources and improving the efficiency of resource utilization;enhancing the comprehensive treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution,realizing the reduction and efficiency of fertilizer and pesticide,resource utilization of agricultural wastes,and effective control of white agricultural pollution;cultivating,expanding and strengthening green and low-carbon agricultural industries,and greening the whole industrial chain of agricultural products from production,processing tocirculation;increasing scientific and technological innovation and building a scientific and technological support systems for green and low-carbon agricultural development.Finally,an institutional system to promote green and low-carbon agricultural development is constructed from the aspects of fiscal and taxation system,financial system,land management system,value realization mechanism of ecological products,and constraint and incentive mechanism,etc.This study provides a scientific basis for the further formulation of green and lowcarbon agricultural development policies and measures and relevant research.

Approaches to Promote China’s Low Carbon Agricultural Development

Low carbon agriculture is a new production mode of green agriculture development to face the challenge of the global climate change, and a kind of innovation on developing circular agriculture. Up to now, low carbon agricultural development approaches are lacking of deep and systematical researches. Therefore, the paper briefly analyzed the situation and the existing problems of China＇s low carbon agricultural development, and then put forward the approaches to promote the low carbon agricultural development.

Driving Green Transformation of Agriculture with Low-Carbon Measures:Characteristics and Reduction Measures of China’s Agricultural Carbon Emissions

All mankind is faced with the severe challenge to deal with climate change.Advocating the concept of“a community with a shared future for mankind,”China has taken the initiative to commit itself to emission reduction and has actively contributed its strength.According to the data on agricultural carbon emissions,it finds that non-carbon dioxide gases dominated agricultural carbon emissions,showing an overall upward trend year by year.However,a downward trend has been seen,and it was near a peak in this regard in recent years.Emissions from energy consumption of agricultural machinery may become the most significant uncertain factor for the carbon dioxide peaking of agriculture,as agriculture in China is yet to be mechanized further.The analysis above has laid a foundation for the emission reduction idea of driving the green transformation of agriculture with low-carbon measures.Specific recommendations are as follows in this regard.Carbon constraint indicators should be added to the 14th Five-Year Plan for the development of agriculture and rural areas.The methodology accounting should be expedited for agricultural carbon emissions.China should make a lot of effort to develop the agricultural carbon market and strive to employ financial means to promote low-carbon agricultural technologies.

China's agriculture green development: from concept to actions

China has initiated a green transformation plan in 2015, which was soon applied to agriculture, known as the agriculture green development(AGD)initiative, with the goals of achieving food security, high resource use efficiency, and an ecofriendly environment. To assess the agricultural transformation from 1997 to 2020, this paper proposes a national-scale indicator system consisting three dimensions(socioeconomic, food production and eco-environmental) and ten sub-dimensions to quantify the AGD score.This study showed that AGD score in China was at a moderate level during 1997–2010, scoring 40 out of 100. During this stage, decreased scores in the sub-dimensions of resource consumption, environmental quality, and environmental cost have offset the improvement in the socioeconomic dimension, resulting in fluctuated scores around 40. In the second stage(2011–2020), China's AGD score improved but still at moderate level, scoring an average of 46.3, with each dimension increasing by 5.3%–25.0%. These results indicate that China has made progress in the agricultural transformation, transitioning from conceptualization to actions through the implementation of various policies and projects. However, the study emphasizes the need for more effort to address the insufficient and unbalanced development, along with the growing eco-environmental challenges, especially the trade-offs among dimensions.

山东省农业绿色低碳转型评价及驱动因素分析

农业绿色低碳发展是实现农业现代化和经济高质量发展的重要途径,针对农业面源污染严重、农产品质量安全隐患凸显、农业碳排放增加等问题,山东省推动农业绿色低碳转型势在必行。本研究构建了山东省农业绿色低碳转型水平评价指标体系,采用熵权法对2011—2021年山东省农业绿色低碳转型水平进行测算,从整体、经济圈和地市3个层面分析了农业绿色低碳转型水平的时空分异情况,采用自然断点法对山东省进行分类分析,通过地理探测器揭示山东省及三大经济圈农业绿色低碳转型的关键驱动因素。研究发现:1)山东省农业绿色低碳转型的总体水平呈现稳步增长态势,年均增长率达2.310%。2)16个地市的农业绿色低碳转型水平均呈明显上升趋势,青岛、济南连续11年领跑,而临沂、潍坊、威海连续11年位居16个地市的尾部。3)省会经济圈的农业绿色低碳转型水平一直处于领先水平,其次为鲁南经济圈,胶东经济圈的水平则相对较低。4)财政支农政策、农业科技投入、农业产业结构调整是山东省农业绿色低碳转型的关键驱动因素。农业产业结构调整是省会经济圈最重要的驱动因素,城镇化水平是胶东经济圈最重要的驱动因素,政策扶持力度是鲁南经济圈最重要的驱动因素,且各因素交互产生的驱动作用程度高于单因素。基于此,山东省应以政策引领激发内生动力,强化头雁的示范带动作用,因地制宜地探索绿色低碳创新路径。

我国农业绿色低碳化发展研究态势分析

农业绿色低碳化发展是新形势下我国农业转型升级的重要方向。以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的2002—2022年有关“农业绿色低碳化发展”主题的820篇文献,利用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,直观分析该主题的研究现状、热点及趋势。结果发现,发文量呈现波动上升趋势,研究群体分散且缺乏跨机构合作,但研究方向已与其他学科形成交叉渗透关系,研究热点涵盖农业绿色低碳化发展的内涵研究、水平测度及发展路径的探索,研究前沿为农业绿色低碳化发展的实现路径以及绿色低碳化发展如何助推乡村振兴的作用机理。因此,未来应着重关注农业绿色低碳化发展与“双碳”目标、乡村振兴战略间的关系,注重农业绿色低碳化发展的内涵外延与现代化发展路径的探讨。

数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型的机制与路径——基于京东物流的案例研究

新发展格局下的物流业肩负着实现“双碳”目标的重要使命,必须加快绿色低碳转型。数字科技作为推动第四次工业革命的核心力量之一,将推动全球产业链供应链加速重构,世界经济、产业竞争格局加快重塑。通过创新研发和应用数字科技,能有效提升物流企业绿色技术的投入水平,推进绿色创新,进而引领物流业绿色低碳转型。本文应用扎根理论开展案例研究,结合京东物流绿色低碳转型实践,探讨数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型的作用机制和实现路径。研究结果表明,物流业绿色低碳转型受到企业内部发展压力和外部环境压力的交互影响;围绕基础研究创新、核心技术创新和服务体系创新三个维度,数字科技创新能够聚集要素、整合资源、形成区域产业集聚,通过规模效应和溢出效应助力物流业绿色发展。对应作用机制,数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型有三条主要路径,分别是能力提升路径、技术升级路径、产业联合发展路径。本文提出的数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型理论模型揭示了数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型的逻辑过程,为物流业绿色发展提供了重要的管理启示。
