In May of 2007,the second generation selected (SS) and control (SC) groups of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii were established by selecting 10% breeders with the largest and mean shell length,respectively,from the first generation selected group.Growth performance of the SS and SC groups were compared on the basis of measurement data at Days 8,18,60,95,195 and 365.On Day 365,100 individuals (60.0–75.0 mm at shell length) were sampled from each group and then subjected to the experiment where physiological parameters such as filtrate rate,oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion were measured at 15,20,25 and 30°C.The results show that the SS group had significantly larger mean shell length and shell height than the SC group at Days 8,18,60,95,195 and 365 (P 0.05).The genetic gains at different ages varied from 6.0% to 17.0% for shell length and 5.7% to 14.6% for shell height,respectively.At 15,20,25 and 30 ° C,the SS groups had significantly larger filtrate rate than the SC group (P 0.05).At 15 and 25 °C,the differences in oxygen consumption rate between the SS and SC groups were not significant (P 0.05).At 20 and 30 °C,however,the oxygen consumption rate of the SS group was significantly larger than the SC group (P 0.05).At 15,20,25 and 30 °C,there were no significant differences in ammonia excretion rate between the SS and SC groups (P 0.05).The present results indicate that there existed considerable genetic variability in the base population and a further selection could be likely fruitful.Mass selection for faster growth might produce animals that had higher intake of metabolizable energy by virtue of faster filtrating behavior. 展开更多

The group Ⅲ nitrides are an important class of materials with aplications in UV and visible optoelectronics,high temperature electronics,cold cathodes and solar blind detectors.In recent years,with the realisation of nitride based LEDs,the use of GaN IED has the potential to compete with 1raditional filament and discharge lamps,for the provision of white lighting,and there has been an explosion of interest in the MOCVD growth of GaN based materials with an increasing focus on large area multiwafer reactors and wafer uniforrmity.This paper will review the design philosophy and characteristics of close-coupled showerhead reactors,relating these to the requirements of group Ⅲ-nitride growth,and will present a selection of data resulting from the operation of such equipment.These results suggest that the close coupled showerhead style of reactor is very suitable for the growth of GaN based structures in both research and production environments. 展开更多

Group planting of cherry (Prunus avium L.) fosters growth and tree quality is superior to conventional row planting in Germany

Therefore, low density group planting was trialle... Wild cherry trees produce high-quality timber and provide multiple ecosystem services. However, planting and tending cherry stands in conventional rows are too costly. Therefore, low density group planting was trialled as an alternative to row planting. The mortality, growth, and quality of planted cherry trees were compared between the group and row planting. The influence of neighbourhood competition and light availability on growth and quality was studied. The group and row planting of cherry trees were established at a wind-thrown site in southwestern Germany in the year 2000. In group planting, five cherry seedlings and seven lime seedlings (Tilia cordata Mill.) were planted with a 1 x 1 m spacing. In total, 60 groups were planted per hectare with a 13 × 13 m spacing. In contrast, 3300 seedlings (2475 cherries and 825 limes) were planted per hectare in row planting with a 3 × 1 m spacing. Ten groups and plots (10 × 10 m) were randomly established in group and row planting stand, respectively. The survival rate, stability (height to diameter ratio), diameter, and height growth were significantly higher in group planting. In the group plantings,40.5% of cherry trees had straight stems and 13.5% had a monopodial crown compared with 15% with straight stems and 2% with a monopodial crown in row planting. The proportion of dominant cherry trees in canopy was 49% in groups compared with 22% in rows. The length of branch free bole was significantly higher in cherries planted in groups than those grown in rows. Intra- and interspecific competition reduced the growth and stability of cherry trees in row planting, but not in group planting. Light availability did not cause any significant effects on growth and quality between group and row planting. This first study on cherry group planting indicates that the survival rate, growth, and tree quality were higher in groups than in rows at this early development stage. The competition by naturally born seedlings was an important reason for the difference in performance between group and row planting. This study will encourage forest practitioners to establish more cherry group planting trials on multiple sites to test the effectiveness of this alternative technique as a tool of regeneration and restoration silviculture. 展开更多

AIM: To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the reversal effect of emodin on platinum resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: After the addition of 10 μmol/L emodin to HepG2/oxaliplatin (OXA) cells, the inhibition rate (IR), 50% inhibitory concentration (IC 50 ) and reversal index (IC 50 in experimental group/IC 50 in control group) were calculated. For HepG2, HepG2/OXA, HepG2/OXA/T, each cell line was divided into a control group, OXA group, OXA + fibroblast growth factor 7 (FGF7) group and OXA + emodin group, and the final concentrations of FGF7, emodin and OXA in each group were 5 ng/mL, 10 μg/mL and 10 μmol/L, respectively. Single-cell gel electrophoresis was conducted to detect DNA damage, and the fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2), phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (p-ERK1/2) and excision repair cross-complementing gene 1 (ERCC1) protein expression levels in each group were examined by Western blotting. RESULTS: Compared with the IC50 of 120.78 μmol/L in HepG2/OXA cells, the IC 50 decreased to 39.65 μmol/L after treatment with 10 μmol/L emodin; thus, the reversal index was 3.05. Compared with the control group, the tail length and Olive tail length in the OXA group, OXA + FGF7 group and OXA + emodin group were significantly increased, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). The tail length and Olive tail length were lower in the OXA + FGF7 group than in the OXA group, and this difference was also statistically significant. Compared with the OXA + FGF7 group, the tail extent, the Olive tail moment and the percentage of tail DNA were significantly increased in the OXA + emodin group, and these differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). In comparison with its parental cell line HepG2, the HepG2/OXA cells demonstrated significantly increased FGFR2, p-ERK1/2 and ERCC1 expression levels, whereas the expression of all three molecules was significantly inhibited in HepG2/ OXA/T cells, in which FGFR2 was silenced by FGFR2 shRNA. In the examined HepG2 cells, the FGFR2, p-ERK1/2 and ERCC1 expression levels demonstrated increasing trends in the OXA group and OXA + FGF7 group. Compared with the OXA group and OXA + FGF7 group, the FGFR2, p-ERK1/2, and ERCC1 expression levels were significantly lower in the OXA + emodin group, and these differences were statistically significant. In the HepG2/OXA/T cell line that was transfected with FGFR2 shRNA, the FGFR2, p-ERK1/2 and ERCC1 expression levels were significantly inhibited, but there were no significant differences in these expression levels among the OXA, OXA + FGF7 and OXA + emodin groups. CONCLUSION: Emodin markedly reversed OXA resistance by enhancing OXA DNA damage in HepG2/OXA cells, and the molecular mechanism was related to the inhibitory effect on ERCC1 expression being mediated by the FGFR2/ERK1/2 signaling pathway. 展开更多

目的探讨短程焦点解决团体疗法对脑瘫患儿父母创伤后成长体验、病耻感及照顾能力的影响。方法将脑瘫患儿的81名父母按照随机数字表法分为研究组(40名)和对照组(41名)。对照组患儿父母给予常规心理护理,研究组患儿父母在对照组基础上给... 目的探讨短程焦点解决团体疗法对脑瘫患儿父母创伤后成长体验、病耻感及照顾能力的影响。方法将脑瘫患儿的81名父母按照随机数字表法分为研究组(40名)和对照组(41名)。对照组患儿父母给予常规心理护理,研究组患儿父母在对照组基础上给予短程焦点解决团体疗法,观察3周。比较干预前后两组患儿父母焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、连带病耻感量表(ASS)、家属照顾者照顾能力量表(FCTI)评分及护理满意度。结果干预后两组患儿父母SAS评分、SDS评分、ASS各维度评分、FCTI各维度评分均较干预前降低,研究组患儿父母低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组患儿父母PTGI各维度评分均较干预前升高,研究组患儿父母高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患儿父母护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论短程焦点解决团体疗法能缓解脑瘫患儿的父母焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻其病耻感,促进其创伤后成长,提升其照顾能力,有利于提高护理满意度。 展开更多

绿肥种植密度对咖啡幼龄园杂草群落及咖啡生长的影响

绿肥种植是一种比较理想的杂草控制技术,通过田间试验研究了绿肥硬皮豆不同种植密度对咖啡幼龄园杂草群落和咖啡生长的影响。绿肥种植5月后,对5种硬皮豆种植密度〔S0、S1、S2、S3、S4分别为0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 kg·(667 m^(2))^(... 绿肥种植是一种比较理想的杂草控制技术,通过田间试验研究了绿肥硬皮豆不同种植密度对咖啡幼龄园杂草群落和咖啡生长的影响。绿肥种植5月后,对5种硬皮豆种植密度〔S0、S1、S2、S3、S4分别为0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1)〕的杂草群落和咖啡生长情况开展调查。结果表明,随着硬皮豆种植密度的增加,优势杂草香附子重要值显著降低,杂草群落及优势杂草香附子的高度、密度、盖度及生物量均低于对照S0。随着硬皮豆种植密度增加,杂草群落Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数先降低后增加,Simpson优势度指数逐渐降低,Pielou均匀度指数逐渐增加。硬皮豆种植处理下杂草群落高度、密度、盖度及生物量的响应比均显著低于对照S0,硬皮豆种植显著降低了Simpson优势度指数的响应比,显著提高了Pielou均匀度指数的响应比。功能群分类中禾本科的重要值表现为S2和S3处理显著高于对照S0,其余功能群的重要值差异不显著。杂草功能群分类的重要值与群落多样性指数间相关性不显著。硬皮豆种植后咖啡植株的株高、冠幅、地径、叶长、叶宽、一级分枝对数、最长一级分枝长、最长一级分枝节间数及叶片厚度均高于对照S0,其中叶宽差异达显著水平。整体上,硬皮豆种植在一定程度上促进了咖啡植株生长,对杂草群落及优势杂草香附子具有显著的控制效果,显著降低了杂草群落优势度,短期内对杂草群落丰富度及多样性无影响。咖啡幼龄园种植硬皮豆建议采用种植密度1.0 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),可获得较高的经济效益和生态效益。 展开更多

以浙西地区次生常绿阔叶林23个样地的575个样方调查数据为例,研究物种的功能群划分。基于生长型和叶片特征两大因素建立功能群划分体系,并用于浙西地区目标植物群落结构特征的研究。结果表明,本项目的研究目标次生常绿阔叶林包括17个功... 以浙西地区次生常绿阔叶林23个样地的575个样方调查数据为例,研究物种的功能群划分。基于生长型和叶片特征两大因素建立功能群划分体系,并用于浙西地区目标植物群落结构特征的研究。结果表明,本项目的研究目标次生常绿阔叶林包括17个功能群。根据物种数量和生长型及叶片特征因素构建功能群结构综合图,通过对目标群落功能群结构综合图的分析,可知目标群落的功能群结构组成完全吻合次生常绿阔叶林的特征:常绿功能群占比远大于落叶功能群,阔叶功能群占比远大于针叶功能群,乔木层的大、中、小乔木功能群占比随径级增大而数量减少,充分吻合次生林的群落结构特征。本研究的分析结果充分证明不论是功能群划分体系还是功能群结构综合图,都适用于常绿阔叶林群落的研究,尤其是对群落样本数据的收集和整理,具有很强的操作性。 展开更多

促进欠发达地区农民持续增收是实现乡村全面振兴的经济基础。本文基于2006—2019年县级面板数据,以脱贫县农民为研究对象,使用合成控制法评估财政资金支持力度下降后欠发达地区低收入群体的收入增长情况及地区异质性。研究发现:与合成... 促进欠发达地区农民持续增收是实现乡村全面振兴的经济基础。本文基于2006—2019年县级面板数据,以脱贫县农民为研究对象,使用合成控制法评估财政资金支持力度下降后欠发达地区低收入群体的收入增长情况及地区异质性。研究发现:与合成县相比,约35.48%的县的农民收入增长幅度上升,约45.16%的县下降,约19.36%的县基本无差异。财政收入端和支出端的共同挤压使得地方政府财政支出压力增大,进一步对地方政府整体财政支出产生约束,进而对不同自我发展能力的地区产生异质性影响。进一步分析表明,产业结构优化与基础设施建设提升了欠发达地区的自我发展能力,为低收入群体持续增收提供了原动力。 展开更多

被污名化群体创伤后成长的社会心理决定因素及社会工作干预路径

计及区域建筑群生长特性的动态冷热负荷预测

目的探讨前置胎盘合并胎盘植入组织中高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)蛋白、促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞受体A5(EphA5)蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平及临床意义。方法回顾性选取2021年1月至2023年12月衡水市第二人民医院收治的前置胎盘... 目的探讨前置胎盘合并胎盘植入组织中高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)蛋白、促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞受体A5(EphA5)蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平及临床意义。方法回顾性选取2021年1月至2023年12月衡水市第二人民医院收治的前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者60例作为病例组,并选取同期健康产妇60名作为对照组,比较两组临床资料(年龄、体重指数、孕周、孕次、产次、既往剖宫产次数、剖宫产间隔时间、既往流产次数、前置胎盘类型、胎盘主体位置)及胎盘组织中HMGB1蛋白、EphA5蛋白、VEGF表达水平,并对前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的危险因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析,同时采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析HMGB1蛋白、EphA5蛋白、VEGF对前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的预测价值。结果病例组患者年龄、体重指数与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组患者孕周、孕次、产次、既往剖宫产次数、剖宫产间隔时间、既往流产次数、前置胎盘类型、胎盘主体位置与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组患者胎盘组织HMGB1蛋白、VEGF水平分别为1.35±0.34、0.90±0.24,均高于对照组(1.12±0.36、0.60±0.19),胎盘组织EphA5蛋白水平为0.75±0.26,低于对照组(2.05±0.66),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经二元Logistic回归分析显示,孕周、孕次、产次、既往剖宫产次数、剖宫产间隔时间、既往流产次数、前置胎盘类型、胎盘主体位置、HMGB1蛋白、EphA5蛋白、VEGF均是前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,胎盘组织HMGB1蛋白、EphA5蛋白、VEGF、三者联合预测前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.817、0.814、0.764、0.956,且三者联合的敏感度为78.30%,特异度为100.00%。结论前置胎盘合并胎盘植入组织中可见HMGB1蛋白、VEGF表达升高,EphA5蛋白表达降低,前置胎盘合并胎盘植入影响因素较多,而胎盘组织HMGB1蛋白、EphA5蛋白、VEGF是前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的危险因素,3种指标联合对前置胎盘合并胎盘植入具有较高的预测价值。 展开更多

目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group box 1,HMGB1)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)水平与新生儿重症肺炎病情相关性及对预后的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2023年12... 目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group box 1,HMGB1)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)水平与新生儿重症肺炎病情相关性及对预后的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2023年12月在咸阳市中心医院新生儿科诊治的重症肺炎新生儿90例为研究对象,根据随访30 d内的情况分为预后良好组(64例)与预后不良组(26例)。比较两组入院当天(D0)、入院1 d(D1)、入院3 d(D3)、入院5 d(D5)、入院7 d(D7)血清HMGB1、PCT、TGF-β1水平及小儿危重病例评分(Pediatric Critical Illness Score,PCIS)、急性生理与慢性健康评估Ⅱ(Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅡ,APACHEⅡ)评分,并计算D7/D1的比值(以ratio表示),分析各血清指标水平变化与病情的相关性和对预后的影响。采用独立样本t检验、χ^(2)检验、Pearson相关性分析。结果预后不良组男13例,女13例,胎龄(37.58±1.13)周,日龄(11.43±1.47)d;预后良好组男33例,女31例,胎龄(38.64±1.06)周,日龄(10.95±1.59)d。预后不良组D0~D7血清HMGB1、PCT、TGF-β1水平及APACHEⅡ评分高于预后良好组,PCIS低于预后良好组(均P<0.05)。血清HMGB1-ratio、PCT-ratio、TGF-β1-ratio与PCIS-ratio呈负相关,与APACHEⅡ-ratio呈正相关(均P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,HMGB1-ratio、PCT-ratio、TGF-β1-ratio、PCIS-ratio、APACHEⅡ-ratio均为重症肺炎新生儿预后不良的影响因素(均P<0.05)。血清HMGB1-ratio、PCT-ratio、TGF-β1-ratio预测重症肺炎新生儿预后不良的曲线下面积分别为0.823、0.820、0.923,三者联合预测的曲线下面积为0.977。结论新生儿重症肺炎中HMGB1、PCT、TGF-β1水平与病情严重度和预后密切相关。预后不良患儿这些指标水平较高,这些指标的比值可有效预测疾病预后,三者联合预测准确度更高,有助于评估病情和预后。 展开更多

目的:筛选支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)中医证候相关临床因素及生物学标志物,为中医证候客观化研究提供参考。方法:采用横断面临床调查方法,选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院呼吸科门诊及住院收治的哮喘患者390例作为研究对象,收集临床特征并检... 目的:筛选支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)中医证候相关临床因素及生物学标志物,为中医证候客观化研究提供参考。方法:采用横断面临床调查方法,选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院呼吸科门诊及住院收治的哮喘患者390例作为研究对象,收集临床特征并检测相关血清生物标志物。SPSS 23.0建立数据库,采用单因素分析、Logistic回归分析、Spearman相关分析方法,3种方法中2种具有统计学意义的被筛选为相关因素。结果:共招募390例患者,分析资料相对完整的293例数据。外寒内饮证与年龄、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分相关,痰浊阻肺证与性别、吸烟史、血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、血清嗜酸粒细胞趋化蛋白(Eotaxin)相关,风痰阻肺证与年龄、ACT评分相关,肺气虚证与ACT评分、血清HMGB1、血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、血清骨膜蛋白(Periostin)相关,脾气虚证与ACT评分相关,肾气虚证与血清IFN-γ相关,肾阳虚证与血清转化生长因子-β_(2)(TGF-β_(2))、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)相关,肺脾气虚证与ACT评分相关,肺肾气虚证与年龄、ACT评分、病程相关,肺肾阳虚证与民族、ACT评分、血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血清HMGB1、Eotaxin、IFN-γ、Periostin、TGF-β_(2)、TNF-α、IL-4可能是哮喘中医证候潜在的生物标志物。性别、年龄、民族、吸烟史、病程、ACT评分与哮喘证候存在一定相关性,但研究结论有待于进一步全国多中心研究进行验证。 展开更多

Although porphyroblast microstructures play an important role in structural and metamorphic studies, there are still controversies in the interpretation. The focus is how porphyroblasts grow during deformation and metamorphism. In this paper, we introduce a new approach, the Synchrotron Radiation X-Ray Fluorescence, to a hemi-quantitative interpretation of the growth mode of porphyroblasts. The analysis was done at the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The specimens were sampled from metapelite of the Baoyintu Group, northern Urad Middle Banner, Inner Mongolia. The new method is successful for determining the microscopic distribution of trace elements in porphybroblasts. The results support the theory of deformation partition, which has been brought forth by Bell and his colleagues, and demonstrate the existence of porphyroblast growth phases and the growth mode of porphyroblasts by hemi-quantitative mineral chemical analysis. The porphyroblast grows stage by stage in the manner of the distribution of a roseleaf and is controlled by deformation. We call the growth stage of porphyroblast a growth phase. 展开更多

Phytoplankton and environment factors were investigated in 2015 and phytoplankton functional groups were used to understand their temporal and spatial distribution and their driving factors in Wanfeng Reservoir. Seventeen functional groups(B, D, E, F, G, J, Lo, MP, P, S1, T, W1, W2, X1, X2, Xph, Y) were identified based on 34 species. The dominant groups were: J/B/P/D in dry season, X1/J/Xph/G/T in normal season and J in flood season. Phytoplankton abundance ranged from 5.33×10~4 cells/L to 3.65×10~7 cells/L, with the highest value occurring in flood season and lowest in dry season. The vertical profi le of dominant groups showed little differentiation except for P, which dominated surface layers over 20 m as a result of mixing water masses and higher transparency during dry season. However, the surface waters presented higher values of phytoplankton abundance than other layers, possibly because of greater irradiance. The significant explaining variables and their ability to describe the spatial distribution of the phytoplankton community in RDA diff ered seasonally as follows: dry season, NH4-N, NO_3-N, NO_2-N, TN:TP ratio and transparency(SD); normal season, temperature(WT), water depth, TN, NH4-N and NO_3-N; flood season, WT, water depth, NO_3-N and NO_2-N. Furthermore, nitrogen, water temperature, SD and water depth were significant variables explaining the variance of phytoplankton communities when datasets included all samples. The results indicated that water physical conditions and hydrology were important in phytoplankton community dynamics, and nitrogen was more important than phosphorus in modifying phytoplankton communities. Seasonal differences in the relationship between the environment and phytoplankton community should be considered in water quality management. 展开更多

The growth periods(GPs, from planting/emergence to reproductive stage 8(R8) of soybean cultivars vary in different ecological regions, especially in China with a very complex soybean cropping system. In this study, a 3-yr experimental study was undertaken in three geographical locations of China from 2008 to 2010, including the Northeast(40.66-45.85°N), Huang-Huai(34.75-38.04°N) and southern(22.82-30.60°N) eco-regions with about 250 accessions in each region to clarify the classification of maturity group(MG) and identify the cultivars with stable GP to increase the knowledge about the GP distribution of soybean cultivars in China. GPs of soybean cultivars in different eco-regions were significant different with a gradual decrease from 115-125 d in the Northeast part to the 85-100 d in the southern part of China. The geographical location was the major factor for GP of cultivars from the Northeast, while the year of planting was the major factor affecting the stability of GPs in Huang-Huai summer and southern summer soybean. AMMI2(additive main effects and multiplicativeinteraction)-Biplot analysis showed that the GPs of soybean cultivars from the Northeast eco-region have a comparatively satisfactory environmental stability. Moreover, soybean cultivars with moderate GP/MG and stable environment adaptability in different eco-regions were identified based on the linear regression and AMMI analysis, which was important for the accurate classification of soybean MGs in future. Taken together, our results reflected the genetic diversity, geographical distribution and environmental stability of the Chinese soybean GP trait. Soybean cultivars with stable GP for various Chinese eco-regions would be beneficial for Chinese soybean genetic improvement, varietal introduction, exchange, and soybean breeding program for wide adaptability. 展开更多
