广州市斜坡类地质灾害发育特征及影响因素分析

广州市丘陵山地多,斜坡类地质灾害分布广、频率高、危害大,制约了经济发展和城乡建设。文章基于多年实地调查,系统分析了广州市斜坡类地质灾害发育特征及成因。分析结果表明,地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造等地质环境条件是灾害频发的内在因素,降水是灾害发生的直接因素,人工削坡等人类工程活动是灾害发生的主要诱发因素,多要素共同作用构成了复杂的地质灾害孕灾环境,造成了斜坡类地质灾害发育和时空分布差异。

大都市半城镇化地区村庄发展的差异及趋势——以佛山市高明区为例

快速的城镇化进程促进了广佛大都市区的空间拓展,但也使得其外围村庄的发展呈现出多样化的特征。位于广佛都市区外围的高明区,下辖3镇48个行政村,村庄发展类型多样,具有典型性。课题组通过村干部座谈和村民访谈并结合村民问卷的形式,对高明区的村庄经济、社会、人口、公共服务和基础设施建设等方面做了较为深入的调查研究。将村庄划分为平原地区的近郊村、远郊村、城边村和山区的近郊村、远郊村五大类,分析其发展差异的同时,从空间区位、地形特征、工业发展及资源条件的角度解释了佛山市村庄发展差异的形成原因。研究认为,佛山市的村庄发展总体滞后,缺乏特色,各种影响因素作用于土地生产方式,继而引发各村庄的发展差异,但依托于征地和土地出租所获得的经济收入,其可持续性较差;继而分析了村民的未来城镇化意愿,指出镇区建设的滞后影响广佛都市区外围村庄的整体发展。最后,在分析高明区不同类型村庄发展趋势的基础上,提出了若干策略建议。

近代广州服装国货运动实施方略及发展特征

中国近代国货运动是20世纪初发生的一场以振兴民族经济为目的的社会运动。所谓国货的定义,即“国人资本、国人经营、国人工作”。这场运动对于当时的民族经济发展、国民民族意识的觉醒都有着巨大的推动作用。文章主要以广州市立中山图书馆馆藏文献为支撑,论述了近代广州服装国货运动的发展背景、应对措施、发展特征等,并分析了国货运动时期广州国货服装业的成功与失败之启示对当今的服装业发展,尤其是本土服装品牌发展的现实意义。

The Controlled Approach in City Planning:Technique and Practice---Take,as an example,the control type of planning for the developing area of Chigang in Guangzhou

On the basis of the practice in Guangzhou in recent years,this article proposes the tech-nique of the“control”approach in city planning,and presents its specific application and ex-plorations with the example of the planning for the developing area of Chigang inGuangzhou.With the reform of the urban economic-political system and the advancement of theopen-door policy,significant changes are evolving in the ideas and the ways of city planningand design.To meet the demand of these developments,the new“control”approach in cityplanning and design is thus adopted.
