Factor Capitalization,Industry Development and Targeted Poverty Alleviation——Based on the Investigation of Danzhai County,Guizhou Province

At present,targeted poverty alleviation is a major development strategy in China.Based on the investigation of Danzhai County in Guizhou Province,this paper argues that industry development is the fundamental measure through which to implement the poverty alleviation program.Industry development includes both the development of local industries in povertystricken areas and the development of industries in other regions of China.Local development is mainly achieved when the invisible superior resources become visible and the notable superior resources are capitalized in povertystricken areas,in which,the capitalization of factors and resources relies on fundamental governmental investments which will create a profit space for the poverty-stricken areas through the down-to-countryside cadres' precise guidance for the use of poverty alleviation funds to help identify a breakthrough for industry development,and particularly the attempts to focus on the development of high-end industries under the lower-end production mode to form a community with common interests aiding poverty alleviation.Development in other regions can be mainly achieved through various modes such as "tax-finance-poverty alleviation," "industry-employment-poverty alleviation" and "industry-enterprise direct investment-poverty alleviation" to offer indirect or direct support for poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.An appropriate handling is required to deal with many problems related to the local industry development in targeted poverty alleviation and the targeted poverty alleviation in industry development.

Assessing high-quality development of the Guizhou industry under the big data strategy

Industry is the main industry of the real economy,the main body of scientific and technological innovation,and essential support for improving the quality and efficiency of the regional economy.In recent years,Guizhou’s industry has achieved efficiency,motivation,and change by relying on three strategic actions:big data,significant poverty alleviation,and big ecology,which has promoted the development of Guizhou’s s industrial economy.Guided by the ideas and concepts of high-quality development,this paper intends to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation model for the high-quality development of the industrial economy.This paper evaluates the high-quality development of the industrial economy in Guizhou Province from both vertical and horizontal aspects.Vertically,Guizhou in recent years in terms of big data,big ecology,and poverty alleviation strategy under the development trend is good;horizontally,among the four provinces and cities in southwestern China,Guizhou Province has the lowest average score in the past five years,and it is urgent to improve the talent policy and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Finally,combined with relevant policies,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the shortboard of industrial development in Guizhou to promote the high-quality development of Guizhou’s industry.

Problems and Recommendations for Export of Guizhou Tea in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

As a traditional advantageous industry in Guizhou and an important export product,tea plays an important role in the rural revitalization strategy.This paper first introduces the current situation of tea industry and export in Guizhou,then analyzes the problems that arise in the export process,and finally comes up with corresponding countermeasures and recommendations for the export development of tea,hoping to provide certain guidance and reference to the development of tea industry in Guizhou Province.

China’s energy price shocks on its tertiary industry energy efficiency:a vector-error-correction model based empirical study

Assuming the heterogeneity of different industries, this paper, using time series data of years from 1980 to 2008 to empirically testify the direct &indirect as well as the long & short term shocks from energy price on energy efficiency of the tertiary industry in P. R. China, concludes that the rise of energy prices can significantly reduce the energy intensity in China's tertiary industry in the short and long run. Meanwhile, indirectly, energy price increase also exerts strong influence on the tertiary industry energy efficiency via the channel of coal consumption ratio change in the tertiary industry; namely, the higher energy price leads to more coal consumption, thus enhancing the energy efficiency as well.

Current Situations and Countermeasures of Development of Kiwifruit Industry in Guizhou Province

On the basis of current development situations of planting, scientific research and processing of kiwifruit industry in Guizhou Province, the paper analyzes main factors restricting development of kiwifruit industry, including lack of unified planning, standardized planting specifications, and backward management of kiwifruit orchard. In accordance with current development situations and restricting factors, the paper presents some countermeasures for development of kiwifruit industry in Guizhou Province, including scientific planning, optimizing variety structure, management of cultivation technology, training of kiwifruit farmers, as well as marketing.

The Status of the Ecological Prataculture and Sustainable Development Strategies in Guizhou Province

In accordance with the objective to construct a major province in grassland animal husbandry,the following ways were used for enhancing development,improving the scientific and technological content,increasing the scale of the industry and market development to set up our own ecological grass industry brand and finally reach sustainable development strategy.This paper discussed the status of Guizhou Province grass industry development from the grass industry resources,grassland and animal husbandry production,prataculture technology problem.

Efficiency evaluation of industrial supply-side structural reform in Guizhou

In the era of the digital economy, great changes have taken place in the production and trading of enterprises. The emergence of digital technology has brought new impetus to optimize the layout of industrial structures and transform the old and new kinetic energy. Combined with the 14th Five-Year Plan and the requirements of domestic and international dual-cycle development, we construct an evaluation index system for the efficiency of industrial supply-side structural reform from the five dimensions of benefit improvement, innovation-driven, structural optimization, ECO development, and people’s liveli-hood benefit. Based on the data of Guizhou and Sichuan province from 2010 to 2019, the efficiency of industrial supply-side structural reform in Guizhou from the horizontal and vertical perspectives is evaluated by using the entropy weight TOPSISI model, and policy suggestions for industrial development in Guizhou are put forward. Results show that:(1) the level of industrial supply-side structural reform in Guizhou was on the rise since 2015, but the development rate had slowed in the past two years, and the gap was obvious with Sichuan;(2) there is a problem of insufficient development imbalance in Guizhou, which is lagging in four aspects, including benefit improvement, innovation-driven, ECO development, and people’s livelihood benefit.

Decomposition Analysis of Carbon Emissions Growth of Tertiary Industry in Beijing

The output as well as carbon dioxide emissions of tertiary industry have increased continuously in Beijing. Therefore, the tertiary industry has become a new ifeld that needs to be explored for energy saving and emission reduction. This paper calculates the direct and indirect carbon dioxide emissions of tertiary industry in Beijing from 2005 to 2012 using the input-output analysis method. The results indicate that both the direct and indirect carbon dioxide emissions increased continuously and the latter grew more quickly than the former. The growth of the direct and indirect carbon dioxide emissions of tertiary industry was decomposed, which showed that four factors inlfuence the growth of carbon emission of the tertiary industry, including the changes of industrial scale, industrial structure, energy consumption intensity and carbon coefifcient. The results show that the industrial scale advancement and the direct energy carbon coefifcient change promote the increase of direct carbon dioxide emissions, while the shift of industrial structure and the change of direct energy consumption intensity have the restrain on it. The industrial scale enlargement, industrial structure shift and the indirect energy carbon emission coefifcient change promote the growth of indirect carbon dioxide emissions, while the indirect energy consumption intensity change has a restrain.

Guizhou's Non-ferrous Industry Records Total Assets of RMB 77 Billion and Employs a Number of Domestically Leading Technologies

It’s learned from the Guizhou Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology on January18 that by the end of December 2017,the Guizhou Province’s non-ferrous industry had recorded total assets of RMB 77 billion,an increase of 1.33 times compared to the end of 2013,showing an overall trend of steady growth.It’s reported that Guizhou’s non-ferrous industry is dominated by aluminum and aluminum processing and also covers the mining,dressing。

贵州枇杷种质资源分布及其产业发展概述

贵州立体气候突出,野生枇杷种质资源丰富,性状差异性明显。目前已找到普通枇杷、大花枇杷、小叶枇杷3个种类,普通枇杷在全省广泛分布,大花枇杷主要分布在黔东南州雷公山一带,小叶枇杷主要分布在黔西南州兴义市一带。贵州省枇杷商品化栽培始于1958年,由黔东南州率先从江苏、浙江、福建等省引进优良品种进行试验示范。进入20世纪80年代中后期,贵阳市、黔南州、黔西南州等各地州(市)相继开展引种试验及小规模推广应用。截至2010年,在贵阳市、黔东南州、毕节市等地区拥有了万亩以上的规模化种植。特别是2015年以来,贵州各地枇杷种植生产发展速度迅猛,据2022年贵州省农业农村厅统计数据,全省枇杷种植面积已达2.3万hm^(2),年产量16.3万t,产值达17.1亿元,鲜果采摘期超过2个月。但栽培技术与管理水平仍较低,面积上升与产量增长不成正比,全省平均每666.7 m^(2)商品果产量不足500 kg,提升空间很大。存在问题主要为,一是缺乏地方规范的引、试、推制度体系,盲目性引种,造成品种混杂,良莠不齐,商品性低;二是对遗传优良性状的种质资源挖掘不足,缺乏地方特色的主导品种,市场竞争力不强;三是枇杷品牌创建与营销策略意识不强,形成行业内竞争压价销售,影响效益;四是鲜果产后冷链及深加工产品技术研发滞后,产业附加值增长有限;五是旱涝寒暑等极端天气频繁出现,山地果园设施栽培配套条件滞后,抗风险能力不强等。主要围绕贵州枇杷种质资源分布特征、引种与育种、栽培技术演变、产业发展及其制约因子等方面进行了分析,尝试提出贵州枇杷产业当前与未来的主要任务,以推动枇杷产业高质量发展。

“互联网+”背景下贵州非遗文创产业发展路径研究

非物质文化遗产是人类历史长河和在人们日常生活中凝聚而成的文化精粹,非遗文化的艺术价值、工艺价值、文化价值以及商业价值等都将在文创设计时焕发新机,而形成产业将会激发出最大的发展潜能。目前,随着信息技术和互联网的飞速发展,贵州非遗的保护、传承以及发展迎来了新契机,而非遗文创产业是对其传承与保护的重要途径,也是推动经济增长的有效方式。本文在“互联网+”背景下分析贵州非遗基本现状及存在的问题,并为贵州非遗文创产业提出发展路径建议,以期促进贵州非遗产业的可持续发展,进而助力贵州经济发展。

我国西南茶叶主产省茶产业发展现状与竞争力比较分析

目的:西南地区是我国茶产业重要地区,茶产业也是西南地区重要的农业产业,对云南、贵州和四川3个茶叶主产省展开竞争力评价及分析制约因素对产业高质量发展具有重要意义。方法:从茶叶生产、产业结构、经济效益、出口贸易等方面梳理3省茶产业发展现状,运用资源禀赋系数、显示性比较优势指数和综合比较优势指数评价云贵川3省茶产业竞争力。结果:云贵川3省具有拥有较强的资源禀赋、产业规模优势及综合比较优势,云南、贵州具有较强的出口贸易竞争力,但均存在相对出口不足的问题,贵州、四川生产效率比较优势不足。结论:结合云贵川3省茶产业发展及竞争力定量分析,从持续加强茶产业的扶持发展、提升茶叶国际贸易竞争力、推动茶产业高质量发展等方面给予对策建议。

福建省体育产业发展对第三产业就业的影响研究

通过对2013—2022年福建省体育产业增加值和第三产业就业情况进行数理统计,并进行Logistic建模分析。结果表明福建省体育产业增加值与第三产业就业之间存在正相关,边际分析得出福建体育产业对第三产业就业起明显的促进作用,边际分析和拐点分析得出随时间的推移促进作用逐渐减小。最后给出福建省体育产业促进第三产业就业增长的路径,以期为体育产业发展提供科学指导。

我国“村BA”发展的影响因素与路径分析——以贵州台盘“村BA”为例

采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,以贵州台盘“村BA”为分析对象,探析“村BA”发展的影响因素,提出“村BA”发展路径。研究认为:“村BA”发展维度的结构体系包括政策引领、乡村治理、赛事文化、传播助推4个核心范畴,上位政策规划等9条范畴化语句,政策文件相继出台等17条概念化语句以及309条编码语句。其中,政策引领是“村BA”发展的基础支撑,乡村治理是“村BA”发展的内生动力,赛事文化是“村BA”发展的重要根基,传播助推是“村BA”发展的外在驱动。鉴于此,提出我国“村BA”发展路径:完善乡村赛事发展的保障机制,推动“村BA”健康发展;坚持农民主体地位,提升“村BA”自治能力;组建乡村篮球赛事联盟,推动“村BA”做大做强;打造农村体育赛事IP,建立以“村BA”为核心的产业集群。

贵州省文化和旅游产业融合发展的路径与对策研究

文化和旅游产业融合发展具有实践和理论上的逻辑必然性。与生俱来的本质属性让文化和旅游具有了融合发展的内在必然性,而新时代高质量发展要求则呼唤着两者的融合发展。就贵州而言,文化和旅游产业融合发展具备了资源基础、产业基础和政策基础。贵州文化和旅游产业需要加快实现在管理、场所、产品业态等方面的融合,形成文化和旅游产业融合发展的新格局,推动文化和旅游产业统筹协调,注重文化和旅游产业专业人才培育,构建政府与市场共同发力的新局面。

综合交通变革推动区域经济增长:作用机制、影响效应与实践路径

综合交通变革有助于促进贵州区域一体化、强化贵州与其他地区的联系、推动区域内资源开发利用以及促进就业和人口流动。根据贵州综合交通变革的实际,分析贵州区域经济发展格局的形成演变历程、综合交通变革与区域经济之间的协调性变化以及存在的问题;判断分析“十四五”时期贵州区域经济发展面临的机遇和挑战,研究并提出综合交通运输新格局下发展“两圈五极”区域经济空间新格局、培育壮大区域增长极、优化城镇和产业空间布局、形成“一特两大八中百小”城市布局构想。研究的边际贡献在于立足并深入分析贵州综合交通变革和区域经济的实际,从贵州省、城镇以及节点城市角度优化贵州综合交通新格局构想,形成贵州综合交通新格局,研究“十四五”期间国内外环境变化带来的影响,进而提出具有针对性、前瞻性和可操作性的政策措施建议。

辽宁省农村三产融合综合评价研究

农村一二三产融合是实现乡村振兴和农业农村现代化的重要手段,有利于农村经济的高质量发展.辽宁省农村一二三产融合在空间上分布不均衡,运用熵权法和秩和比综合评价法研究农村三产融合综合水平,对于辽宁省三产融合高质量发展具有理论与现实意义.首先分析了辽宁省2012—2021年农村三产融合水平的时序变化,然后以2021年为例对辽宁省14地市农村三产融合水平的空间差异进行研究.结果表明:从时间特征来看,辽宁省2012—2021年农村一二三产融合综合水平总体呈上升趋势,受2016年中国经济呈现的放缓态势的影响,2016年融合水平出现明显下降;从空间特征来看,2021年辽宁省农村一二三产融合综合水平各地存在空间差异,其中大连排名第一,沈阳次之,抚顺、营口、辽阳排名靠后,前后存在较大差距.采用障碍度模型计算障碍因子,各地应立足自身优势,弥补不足,关注生产效率和产业链延伸的同时更要注重社会效益和绿色可持续发展,推进辽宁农村三产业融合整体发展.

基于知识分层的苗族蜡染文化创意产品设计

文章通过整合贵州蜡染的语义知识,降低设计师在跨界文化创意设计过程中对文化意象移植的模糊性,并提高概念设计过程中的创新能力。首先,将贵州苗族蜡染文化意象构建为知识分层模型,通过 Word2vec 与 K-means 的词频统计和聚类,将蜡染知识划分为两层,并引入其他领域的远域知识作为第三层。其次,以加湿器文化创意设计为例,结合知识分层模型和层次分析法,计算各部件在文化识别性方面的权重。最后,根据权重结果将加湿器设计要素与知识层次一一对应,进行具有蜡染文化识别性的加湿器设计实践。结果表明,蜡染知识分层模型与层次分析法的运用,为设计师提供了丰富的灵感源泉,从而使得造型设计的思路更加明确。

研究生教育对区域经济发展的影响研究

以省际面板数据为样本,以第三产业经济和人均GDP为经济度量指标,以研究生教育和科技创新等为解释变量,构建了31个省以及东中西部三大区域的各类回归模型。实证分析表明:我国的研究生教育可直接促进区域经济增长(硕士的影响效应高于博士),并通过科技创新变量间接推进经济发展。对三大区域进行纵横比较发现,东部整体态势较好,显著优于中部和西部;中西部地区硕士对经济的影响力显著高于博士,西部研究生教育和产业结构明显不匹配。
