Additionally, studies on the effects of exercise on cognitive function have been conducted covering a wide range of age groups and have attracted much attention. However, conventional studies have set up programs with implementation times of 20 to 30 minutes. Therefore, shorter stretching programs are needed in order to fit them more easily into one’s free time. We examined the effects of a short 7-minute stretching gymnastics regime on the autonomic nervous system activity and cognitive function in 21 healthy participants. Methods: In this study, the participants performed a 10-minute cognitive task, followed by either Stretch Well Gymnastics, Stretch Band Gymnastics, or Radio Gymnastics sessions on different days. The participants then performed the cognitive task again. Heart rate was measured continuously throughout the experiment and we analyzed the heart rate variability. The cognitive tasks completed by all of the participants were evaluated for inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility. Results: A significant increase was shown in the sympathetic nerve activity during the Stretch Well Gymnastics, compared to the Radio Gymnastics and Stretch Band Gymnastics. Parasympathetic nerve levels were significantly increased after the gymnastics, compared to during the gymnastics, although there were no significant differences between any of the tasks. Additionally, in both the Stroop task and the number-Letter task, reaction times were faster in all of the sessions. In particular, the Stroop task showed the highest values for the Radio Gymnastics sessions, with marginally significantly lower scores for the Stretch Well Gymnastics sessions. Conclusion: The results showed that these heart rate variability responses supported the effects of autonomic activity associated with conventional low-intensity exercise. Additionally, stretching gymnastics for less than 10 minutes showed a positive effect on inhibitory function and cognitive flexibility.展开更多

This study is characterized as observational of comparative cross-sectional design. The sample was composted by young women, trained at least for three months, without health complications. Maximum strength (1RM) and endurance muscular (repetition at 60% 1RM) of the lower limbs were evaluated in knee extension exercise, unilaterally. Overall quality of life and in four domains was evaluated by the WHOQOL-bref. Data were described by mean and standard deviation values. Outcomes were compared by independent t-test, adopting a significance level (α) of 0.05. Thirty women were evaluated (isolated gymnastic (IG), n = 15;30.13 ± 7.24 years—combined gymnastic and strength (CG), n = 15;29.46 ± 8.18 years). Similarly values were found among groups for all outcomes (p > 0.05). The results suggest that the association of strength training with gymnastics training, possibly accumulating excessive training volume, may not increase the levels of maximum strength, endurance muscular and quality of life in young women.展开更多

They had been trained for 4-10 years, and 13 athletes had sports grade of master sportsman (one of them has not had menes aged 16 years). Their menstruous states were investigated and bone mineral states were determined. The results, indicated that elite rhythmic gymnastic athletes were in a serious condition of menstrual dysfunction. Sixteen athletes were in abnormal minstruation among nineteen athletes, the average was 84. 2%. The mean BMD of these athletes decreased, compared will ordinary people. That was to say the results did not reveal the advantage of sports on bone growth and develpment in atbletes of menstrual disorder which might relate to menstrual dysfuncton. Further analysis made it clear that BMC and BMD of athletes in indefinited menstruation, amenorrhea and menorrhalgia, were significantly lower compared will athletes in eumenorrhea. The results might be taken as a warning to elite athletes of their bad health condition. It is necessary to make further study on exertional menstruous disorder, because part of the female athletes are in abnormal menstruation.展开更多

文摘Performance analysis is an important tool for gymnasts and coaches to assess the techniques, strengths, and weaknesses of rhythmic gymnasts during training. To have an accurate insight about the motion and postures can help the optimization of their performance and offer personalized suggestions. However, there are three primary limitations of traditional perfor-mance analysis systems applied in rhythmic gymnastics:(1)Inability to quantify anthropometric data in an imperceptible way,(2)labor-intensive nature of data labeling and analysis,and(3)lack of monitoring of all-round and multi-dimensional perspectives of the target. Thus,an advanced performance analysis system for rhythmic gymnastics is proposed in this paper, powered by intelligent fabric. The system uses intelligent fabric to detect the physiological and anthropometric data of the gymnasts. After a variety of data are collected, the analysis component is implemented by artificial intelligence techniques resulting in behavior recognition,decision-making,and other functions assisting performance improvement.A feasible solution to implementing the analysis component is the use of the hyperdimensional computing technique. In addition, four typical applications are presented to improve training performance.Powered by intelligent fabric, the proposed advanced performance analysis system exhibits the potential to promote innovative technologies for improving training and competi-tive performance, prolonging athletic careers,as well as reducing sports injuries.
文摘In order to accurately describe, compare and analyse the spacecharacteristics of movements of competitive rhythmic gymnastics, according to the characteristics of human body and the equipments as well as the condition of space, the space height associated with comptitive rhythmic gymnastics is divided into 5 gradations. And through studies on top group exercise of the world,it reveals the pluralism of the application of space gradation of group exercise, the distributive state of space of movements of human body and the equipments as well as the characteritics of the application of space gradation of movements of different equipments.
文摘All of the 20 subjects aged 15-19 years were national elite rhythme gymnastic athletes. It is necessary to make further study on exertional menstruous disorder, because part of the female athletes are in abnormal menstruation.
文摘The Robogymnast is a highly complex,three-link system based on the triple-inverted pendulum and is modelled on the human example of a gymnast suspended by their hands from the high bar and executing larger and larger upswings to eventually rotate fully. The links of the Robogymnast correspond respectively to the arms, trunk, and lower limbs of the gymnast, and from its three joints, one is under passive operation, while the remaining two are powered. The passive top joint poses severe challenges in attaining the smooth movement control needed to operate the Robogymnast effectively. This study assesses four types of controllers used for systems operation and identifies how far response stabilisation is achieved with each. The system is simulated using MATLAB Simulink, with findings generated regarding rising and settling time,as well as overshoot. The research primarily seeks to exam-ine the application of a linear quadratic regulator controller,proportional-integral-derivative controller, fuzzy linear quadratic regulator controller and linear quadratic regulator-proportional-integral-derivative controller for this type of system and comparisons between the different controllers to demon-strate successful performance, which highlights the claimed advantages of the proposed system.
文摘Background:Trampolining is a form of gymnastics that has increased in popularity over the last decade and due to its concurrence with the formative years of bone development,it may have an important impact on bone health. However, bone density, microarchitecture, and bone strength of competitive trampolinists have not been explored. Therefore, the purpose of this cross-sectional study was to investigate the relationship between trampolining participation and(1) bone density, area, and microarchitecture;and(2) estimated bone strength and the role of muscle and impact loading in young female adults. Methods:We recruited 29 female participants aged 16–29 years for this study(n=14 trampolinists;n=15 controls).Skeletal parameters were assessed using dual X-ray absorptiometry,high-resolution peripheral quantitative computed tomography(HR-pQCT),and finit element analysis(FEA).Muscle strength was measured using dynamometers. Results:Trampolinists had higher bone density at the hip and spine, greater trabecular density and thicker trabeculae at the tibia,as well as larger bones at both the tibia and radius than controls(p〈0.05).Trampolinists also had higher muscle strength than controls at the lower body with no difference between groups in the upper body.Estimates of bone strength using FEA were greater for trampolinists than controls at both the radius and tibia. Conclusion:This is the firs study to investigate bone density, area, and microarchitecture in female trampolinists using HR-p QCT.Trampolinists had greater bone density, area, microarchitecture, and estimated bone strength than controls.

文摘Purpose:The aim of this study was to examine systemic responses of oxidant/antioxidant status following 2 training sessions of different intensity in amateur rhythmic gymnasts. Methods:Before the experimental training,10 female gymnasts performed a gradually increased exercise test to assess maximal heart rate, maximal oxygen consumption, and anaerobic threshold. They executed 2 intermittent training sessions separated by 48 h of recovery(48 h-post R):the first was performed at low-moderate intensity(LMI)and the second at high intensity(HI).Blood samples were collected immediately preand post-training and 48 h-post R.Hydroperoxide level(OxL)and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)were photometrically measured. Results:OxL was significantly higher in post-training and 48 h-post R following HI than the same conditions after an LMI session(HI vs.LMI post-training:381.10±46.17(mean±SD)vs.344.18±27.94 Units Carratelli(U.CARR);48 h-post R:412.21±26.61 vs.373.80±36.08 U.CARR).There was no change in TAC between the 2 training sessions investigated. In LMI training,OxL significantly decreased in post-training and increased to reach the baseline at 48 h-post R,whereas TAC increased only at 48 h-post R.In HI training,OxL significantly increased to reach a high oxidative stress 48 h-post R,whereas TAC was lower in post-training than pre-training.Conclusion:The pattern of OxL and TAC levels implies different regulation mechanisms by HI and LMI training sessions.High oxidative stress induced by an HI protocol might be associated with both insufficient TAC and recovery time at 48 h necessary to restore redox balance.
