The existing indoor fusion positioning methods based on Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR)and geomagnetic technology have the problems of large initial position error,low sensor accuracy,and geomagnetic mismatch.In this study,a novel indoor fusion positioning approach based on the improved particle filter algorithm by geomagnetic iterative matching is proposed,where Wi-Fi,PDR,and geomagnetic signals are integrated to improve indoor positioning performances.One important contribution is that geomagnetic iterative matching is firstly proposed based on the particle filter algorithm.During the positioning process,an iterative window and a constraint window are introduced to limit the particle generation range and the geomagnetic matching range respectively.The position is corrected several times based on geomagnetic iterative matching in the location correction stage when the pedestrian movement is detected,which made up for the shortage of only one time of geomagnetic correction in the existing particle filter algorithm.In addition,this study also proposes a real-time step detection algorithm based on multi-threshold constraints to judge whether pedestrians are moving,which satisfies the real-time requirement of our fusion positioning approach.Through experimental verification,the average positioning accuracy of the proposed approach reaches 1.59 m,which improves 33.2%compared with the existing particle filter fusion positioning algorithms. 展开更多

This paper is concerned with finite-time H_(∞) filtering for Markov jump systems with uniform quantization. The objective is to design quantized mode-dependent filters to ensure that the filtering error system is not only mean-square finite-time bounded but also has a prescribed finite-time H_(∞) performance. First, the case where the switching modes of the filter align with those of the MJS is considered. A numerically tractable filter design approach is proposed utilizing a mode-dependent Lyapunov function, Schur’s complement, and Dynkin’s formula. Then, the study is extended to a scenario where the switching modes of the filter can differ from those of the MJS. To address this situation, a mode-mismatched filter design approach is developed by leveraging a hidden Markov model to describe the asynchronous mode switching and the double expectation formula. Finally, a spring system model subject to a Markov chain is employed to validate the effectiveness of the quantized filter design approaches. 展开更多

This article considers delay dependent decentralized H∞ filtering for a class of uncertain interconnected systems, where the uncertainties are assumed to be time varying and satisfy the norm-bounded conditions. First, combining the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach and the delay integral inequality of matrices, a sufficient condition of the existence of the robust decentralized H∞ filter is derived, which makes the error systems asymptotically stable and satisfies the H∞ norm of the transfer function from noise input to error output less than the specified up-bound on the basis of the form of uncertainties. Then, the above sufficient condition is transformed to a system of easily solvable LMIs via a series of equivalent transformation. Finally, the numerical simulation shows the efficiency of the main results. 展开更多

This paper derives a square-root information-type filtering algorithm for nonlinear multi-sensor fusion problems using the cubature Kalman filter theory. The resulting filter is called the square-root cubature Information filter (SCIF). The SCIF propagates the square-root information matrices derived from numerically stable matrix operations and is therefore numerically robust. The SCIF is applied to a highly maneuvering target tracking problem in a distributed sensor network with feedback. The SCIF’s performance is finally compared with the regular cubature information filter and the traditional extended information filter. The results, presented herein, indicate that the SCIF is the most reliable of all three filters and yields a more accurate estimate than the extended information filter. 展开更多

The key features of the approach include the introduction of a new type of stochastic Lyapunov functional and some free weighting matrix variables. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are obtained in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities. To begin with, the T-S fuzzy system is transformed to an equivalent switching fuzzy system. Then, based on the piecewise Lyapunov function and matrix decoupling technique, a new delay-dependent non-fragile H∞ filtering method is proposed for the switching fuzzy system. The proposed condition is less conservative than the previous results. Since only a set of LMIs is involved, the filter parameters can be solved directly. The designed filter can be obtained from the solution of a convex optimization problem. The filter design makes full use of the parameter-dependent approach, which leads to a less conservative result than conventional design methods. In this paper,a new filtering fusion problem is studied for nonlinear cyber-physical systems under errorvariance constraints and denial-of-service attacks.To prevent data collision and reduce communication cost,the stochastic communication protocol is adopted in the sensor-to-filter channels to regulate the transmission order of sensors.Each sensor is allowed to enter the network according to the transmission priority decided by a set of independent and identicallydistributed random variables.From the defenders’view,the occurrence of the denial-of-service attack is governed by the randomly Bernoulli-distributed sequence.At the local filtering stage,a set of variance-constrained local filters are designed where the upper bounds(on the filtering error covariances)are first acquired and later minimized by appropriately designing filter parameters.At the fusion stage,all local estimates and error covariances are combined to develop a variance-constrained fusion estimator under the federated fusion rule.Furthermore,the performance of the fusion estimator is examined by studying the boundedness of the fused error covariance.A simulation example is finally presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed fusion estimator. 展开更多

The problem of robust H∞ filtering for a class of neutral jump systems with time-delay and norm-bounded uncertainties is considered. By re-constructing the system, the dynamics of overall augmented error systems is obtained which involves unknown inputs represented by disturbances, model uncertainties and time-delays. As to the nominal system, sufficient conditions are provided for the existence of the mode-dependent H∞ filter by selecting the appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and the robust H∞ filter is proposed for the jump system while considering the time-delays and uncertainties. Both of above conditions for the existence of the H∞ filter and roust H∞ filter are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities, and convex optimization problems are formulated to design the desired filters. By employing the proposed mode-dependent H∞ filter, the systems have the stochastic stability and better ability of restraining disturbances stochastically, and the given prescribed H∞ performance is guaranteed. In last few years,guided image fusion algorithms become more and more popular.However,the current algorithms cannot solve the halo artifacts.We propose an image fusion algorithm based on fast weighted guided filter.Firstly,the source images are separated into a series of high and low frequency components.Secondly,three visual features of the source image are extracted to construct a decision graph model.Thirdly,a fast weighted guided filter is raised to optimize the result obtained in the previous step and reduce the time complexity by considering the correlation among neighboring pixels.Finally,the image obtained in the previous step is combined with the weight map to realize the image fusion.The proposed algorithm is applied to multi-focus,visible-infrared and multi-modal image respectively and the final results show that the algorithm effectively solves the halo artifacts of the merged images with higher efficiency,and is better than the traditional method considering subjective visual consequent and objective evaluation. 展开更多

Based on theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of federated filtering fault tolerance, global fault-tolerant fusion algorithm and information sharing algorithm are proposed based on fuzzy assessment. It achieves intelligent fault-tolerant structure with two-stage and feedback, including real-time fault detection in sub-filters, and fault-tolerant fusion and information sharing in main filter. The simulation results demonstrate that the algorithm can effectively improve fault-tolerant ability and ensure relatively high positioning precision of integrated navigation system when a subsystem having gradual changing fault. 展开更多
