Due to the loose structure,high porosity and high permeability of soil-rock mixture slope,the slope is unstable and may cause huge economic losses and casualties.The h-type anti-slide pile is regarded as an effective means to prevent the instability of soilrock mixture slope.In this paper,a centrifuge model test was conducted to investigate the stress distribution of the h-type anti-slide pile and the evolution process of soil arching during the loading.A numerical simulation model was built based on the similar relationship between the centrifuge model and the prototype to investigate the influence factors of the pile spacing,anchored depth,and crossbeam stiffness,and some recommendations were proposed for its application.The results show that the bending moment distribution of the rear pile exhibits Wshaped,while for the front pile,its distribution resembles V-shaped.The soil arching evolution process during loading is gradually dissipated from bottom to top and from far to near.During the loading,the change of bending moment can be divided into three stages,namely,the stabilization stage,the slow growth stage,and the rapid growth stage.In engineering projects,the recommended values of the pile spacing,anchored depth,and crossbeam stiffness are 4.0d,2.0d,and 2.0EI,where d and EI are the diameter and bending stiffness of the h-type anti-slide pile respectively. 展开更多

Numerical simulations are conducted to improve the energy acquisition efficiency of H-type vertical axis wind turbines through the optimization of the related blade airfoil aerodynamic performance.The Bézier curve is initi-ally used tofit the curve profile of a NACA2412 airfoil,and the moving asymptote algorithm is then exploited to optimize the design of the considered H-type vertical-axis wind-turbine blade airfoil for a certain attack angle.The results show that the maximum lift coefficient of the optimized airfoil is 8.33%higher than that of the original airfoil.The maximum lift-to-drag ratio of the optimized airfoil exceeds the maximum lift-to-drag ratio of the ori-ginal airfoil by 11.22%.Moreover,the power coefficient is increased by 12.19%and the torque coefficient of the wind turbine is significantly improved. 展开更多

三种流动控制方法对H型垂直轴风力机性能影响的对比分析

采用数值模拟的方法,分别以基于NACA0021和NACA0018翼型表面带吸气缝叶片的升力型垂直轴风力机为二维、三维研究对象,研究叶片表面施加吸气对提高升力型(H型)垂直轴风力机叶片做功性能的效果。通过开展二维模拟研究,探究多吸气缝在叶片... 采用数值模拟的方法,分别以基于NACA0021和NACA0018翼型表面带吸气缝叶片的升力型垂直轴风力机为二维、三维研究对象,研究叶片表面施加吸气对提高升力型(H型)垂直轴风力机叶片做功性能的效果。通过开展二维模拟研究,探究多吸气缝在叶片吸力面上的位置对垂直轴风力机气动性能的影响,并对比研究吸气和吹气这两种常用的主动流动控制方法提升垂直轴风力机风能利用净效率的区别。在此基础上,对叶片表面采用吸气控制的垂直轴风力机进行三维数值模拟分析,并将其获能特性与采用波浪前缘叶片即被动流动控制后的垂直轴风力机的性能进行了比较。结果表明,当多吸气缝位置位于距离叶片前缘10%~15%弦长区域范围内时,能最好地抑制垂直轴风力机叶片表面的流动分离,改善叶片的气动性能。与吹气控制方法相比,叶片表面采用吸气控制后的风力机的风能利用净效率在全叶尖速比下的增幅更加明显;而与波浪前缘控制方法相比,采用吸气控制后风力机风能利用净效率在低尖速比下提升效果更为显著,最大提升幅度可达到140%。该文研究结果表明吸气方式可使垂直轴风力机的效率在较大的运行工况内都有明显提高,与吹气和波浪前缘的方法相比在提升风力机气动性能效果方面更为显著,因此也更具工程应用的潜力和优势。 展开更多

垂直轴风机功率增强的翼型与阵列优化

H-type amphiphilic liquid crystalline block copolymers containing azobenzene were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Macroinitiators prepared by the esterification between poly(ethylene oxide) (PEG) and 2,2-dichloroacetyl chloride were utilized to initiate the polymerization of 6-[4-(4-ethoxyphenylazo)phenoxy]hexyl rnethacrylate (M6C). The resulting macroinitiators and block copolymers were characterized by ^1H NMR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Polarizing optical microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) preliminarily revealed the liquid crystalline property of these block copolymers. This series of liquid crystalline block copolymers are promising in some areas, such as optical data storage, optical switch, and molecular devices. 展开更多

H-type zeolites( HY, Hβ, and HM) were synthesized and characterized by XRD, NH3-TPD, and Py-IR. Selectively catalytic alkylation of naphthalene with n-hexanol to hexyl-naphthalene over the zeolites was carried out. The experimental results show that the catalytic activities of the zeolites are mainly determined by their acid properties and pore structures. The larger the pore diameter is, the higher the catalytic activity is. NH3-TPD profiles show that Hβ and HM have lower acid strengths than HY. HY has both the highest activity and highest selectivity for the hexylnaphthalene. Higher reaction temperatures and longer reaction time are beneficial to the production of β-hexyl-naphthalene over the HY zeolite. 展开更多

The present work deals with an investigation of the self-starting aerodynamic characteristics of VAWT under fluctuating wind. In contrast to the previous studies, the rotational speed of the turbine is not fixed, the rotation of the turbine is determined by the dynamic interaction between the fluctuating wind and turbine. A weak coupling method is developed to simulate the dynamic interaction between the fluctuating wind and passive rotation turbine, and the results show that if the fluctuating wind with appropriate fluctuation amplitude and frequency, the self-starting aerodynamic characteristics of VAWT will be enhanced. It is also found that compared with the fluctuation amplitude, the fluctuation frequency of the variation in wind velocity is shown to have a minor effect on the performance of the turbine. The analysis will provide straightforward physical insight into the self-starting aerodynamic characteristics of VAWT under fluctuating wind. 展开更多

Objective:To study the relationship between serum inflammatory response cytokines and the change of plaque properties in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis.Methods: Patients who were diagnosed with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis in Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between May 2014 and December 2016 were selected as group A, patients with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis and normal Hcy levels were selected as group B, patients with carotid atherosclerosis and normal blood pressure levels and Hcy levels were selected as group C, and healthy volunteers during the same period were selected as control group. Serum levels of inflammatory response cytokines and plaque property-related cytokines were detected.Results: Serum Hcy, sICAM-1, MCP-1, YKL-40, IL-6, PTX3, FGF23, MMP9 and Caspase-3 levels of group A, group B and group C were significantly higher than those of group D, serum Hcy, sICAM-1, MCP-1, YKL-40, IL-6, PTX3, FGF23, MMP9 and Caspase-3 levels of group A and group B were significantly higher than those of group C, and serum Hcy, sICAM-1, MCP-1, YKL-40, IL-6, PTX3, FGF23, MMP9 and Caspase-3 levels of group A were significantly higher than those of group B;serum Hcy, sICAM-1, MCP-1, YKL-40, IL-6, PTX3, FGF23, MMP9 and Caspase-3 levels of group A with vulnerable plaques were significantly higher than those of patients with stable plaques. Serum Hcy, sICAM-1, MCP-1, YKL-40 and IL-6 levels of group A were positively correlated with PTX3, FGF23, MMP9 and Caspase-3 levels.Conclusion: Serum inflammatory response cytokine secretion increases in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis, and it can result in the change in plaque properties and the decrease in stability. 展开更多

Purpose: To show for which publication-citation arrays h-type indices are equal and to reconsider rational h-type indices. Results for these research questions fill some gaps in existing basic knowledge about h-type indices.Design/methodology/approach: The results and introduction of new indicators are based on well-known definitions.Findings: The research purpose has been reached: answers to the first questions are obtained and new indicators are defined. Research limitations: h-type indices do not meet the Bouyssou-Marchant independence requirement.Practical implications: On the one hand, more insight has been obtained for well-known indices such as the h-and the g-index and on the other hand, simple extensions of existing indicators have been added to the bibliometric toolbox. Relative rational h-type indices are more useful for individuals than the existing absolute ones.Originality/value: Answers to basic questions such as "when are the values of two h-type indices equal" are provided. Structural, electronic and mechanical properties of the nH-SiC (n = 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10) polytypes are calculated by using the first-principles calculations based on the density-functional theory approach. The optimized lattice parameters of nH-SiC are in good agreement with the experimental data. The mechanical properties, including elastic constants, bulk modulus, Young's modulus, shear modulus and Poisson's ratio, are calculated. The analysis of elastic properties indicates that the effects of n on the mechanical properties of the five nil-SiC structures have no difference. The indirect band gap relationship for the live polytypes is Ebg2H 〉 Ebg4H 〉 Ebg6H 〉 Ebg10H 〉 EbgsH. 展开更多

Correlation between serum Hcy content and coronary atherosclerosis severity in patients with H-type hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum Hcy content and coronary atherosclerosis severity in patients with H-type hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods: 48 patients with H-type hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected as observation group, and 57 patients with normal hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected as control group. Echocardiography was used to determine coronary lesion parameters, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine serum levels of homocysteine (Hcy) and coronary heart disease-related indexes, and the correlation between Hcy levels and coronary heart disease was further analyzed. Results:Serum Hcy level of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), absolute GLPSS value and E/A value under echocardiography were less than those of control group while E-DT and E/e value were higher than those of control group (P<0.05);serum adiponectin (APN) level was lower than that of control group while P-selectin, asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), oxidized high-density lipoprotein (OX-HDL), MMP-2, MMP-9, lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and Resistin levels were higher than those of control group (P<0.05);Hcy was negatively correlated with absolute GLPSS value, E/A value and APN level, and was positively correlated with E-DT value, E/e value as well as P-selectin, ADMA, OX-HDL, MMP-2, MMP-9, Lp-PLA2 and Resistin levels (P<0.05). Conclusions:There is direct correlation between serum Hcy levels and the severity of coronary heart disease in patients with H-type hypertension and coronary heart disease, it can be a reliable way to early screen for coronary heart disease and evaluate the illness, and it is also a new target of coronary heart disease intervention. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the correlation of carotid intima media thickness with function in patients with H-type hypertension and acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted in our hospital from June, 2016 to June, 2017 were included in the study and divided into H-type hypertension group (H-type hypertension merged with acute cerebral infarction, Hcy≥10 μmol/L), non-H-type hypertension group (non- H-type hypertension merged with acute cerebral infarction, Hcy≥10 μmol/L), and the control group (no hypertension but with acute cerebral infarction) according to Hcy level and whether being suffered from hypertension or not with 50 cases in each group. Moreover, 50 healthy individuals who came for physical examinations were served as the healthy group. The morning fasting peripheral venous blood was collected at physical examination time for patients in the healthy group and after admission for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Hcy, sICAM-1, MCP-1, and YKL-40 were detected. The color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus was used to detect IMT, distensibility, and stiffness. Results: Hcy, MCP-1, sICAM-1, and YKL-40 levels in H-type hypertension group, non-H-type hypertension group, and the control group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group. Hcy, MCP-1, sICAM-1, and YKL-40 levels in H-type hypertension group and non-H-type hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Hcy, MCP-1, sICAM-1, and YKL-40 levels in H-type hypertension group were significantly higher than those in non-H-type hypertension group. IMT and stiffness in H-type hypertension group, non-H-type hypertension group, and the control group were significantly greater than those in the healthy group, while distensibility was significantly less than that in the healthy group. IMT and stiffness in H-type hypertension group and non-H-type hypertension group were significantly greater than those in the control group, while distensibility was significantly less than that in the control group. IMT and stiffness in H-type hypertension group were significantly greater than those in non-H-type hypertension group, while distensibility was significantly less than that in non-H-type hypertension group.Conclusions: Hcy can directly affect carotid AS, increase carotid IMT, and promote the occurrence of hypertension merged with acute cerebral infarction;therefore, positive monitoring of serum Hcy level and IMT thickness in patients with hypertension and acute cerebral infarction and early intervention are of great significance in reducing the occurrence of carotid AS, delaying the progression of carotid AS, and preventing hypertension and acute cerebral infarction. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the correlation of carotid IMT (cIMT) with Hcy, Cyst-C, UA, and Lp(a) in middle-aged patients with H-type hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 middle-aged patients with H-type hypertension who were admitted in our hospital from July, 2015 to July, 2016 were included in the study. The color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus was used for the two-dimensional ultrasound examination. The patients were divided into the normal group, thickening group, and plaque group with 40 cases in each group according to the atherosclerosis (AS). The full automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the plasma Hcy, Cyst-C, UA, Scr, Bun, TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C. Emulsion turbidity method was used to detect Lp(a).Results:With the thickening of cIMT, Hcy, Cyst-C, Lp(a), and UA levels were elevated, while HDL-C level was reduced.Conclusions:The serum Hcy, Cyst-C, UA, and Lp(a) levels in middle-aged patients with H-type hypertension are positively correlated with cIMT, are the independent risk factors for developing AS, and can be served as the early indicators to estimate the occurrence and development of AS. 展开更多

Effect of folic acid combined with routine drugs on Hcy metabolism, inflammatory response and plaque properties in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis

Objective:To explore the effect of folic acid combined with routine drugs on Hcy metabolism, inflammatory response and plaque properties in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis.Methods: A total of 68 patients with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis who received treatment in our hospital between January 2014 and September 2016 were collected and divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34) according to random number table. The control group received routine therapy and the observation group received folic acid combined with routine drug therapy. The differences in Hcy metabolism, inflammatory response and plaque properties were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment, differences in serum Hcy contents, pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory mediator contents, and ultrasound plaque property parameter levels were not statistically significant between two groups of patients. After treatment, serum Hcy content of observation group was lower than that of control group;serum pro-inflammatory factors IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and CRP contents were lower than those of control group;serum anti-inflammatory factors IL-4, IL-10 and IL-13 contents were lower than those of control group;ultrasound plaque property parameter strain value was lower than that of control group while plaque strain rate was higher than that of control group.Conclusion:Folic acid treatment based on routine treatment can effectively accelerate the Hcy metabolism, reduce systemic inflammatory response and increase the plaque stability in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerosis. 展开更多
