Mechanical properties measurements performed on the cured materials demonstrate a distinct improvement in intensity and toughness in the presence of HDI trimer and shows the change trends of increase and then decrease. The morphological analysis of the fracture surfaces shows that the micro-phase separated structures appear in modified UPR systems and changed from dendritric, dimple and to cystiform structures with the increase of HDI trimer content. The presence of the cystiform structures made the modified UPR systems present the best properties.展开更多
以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯(DM)为原料合成阳离子乳化剂,制备得到六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体乳液。讨论了乳化剂质量分数对乳液粒径及稳定性能的影响,并采用红外光谱、动...以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯(DM)为原料合成阳离子乳化剂,制备得到六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体乳液。讨论了乳化剂质量分数对乳液粒径及稳定性能的影响,并采用红外光谱、动态光散射测试对其结构、性能进行了表征;分析了施胶液浓度对施胶效果的影响,并测试了纸张的抗张强度、吸水性等性能。结果表明,乳化剂质量分数为14%时,所制备的HDI三聚体乳液粒径小且稳定性能好;施胶液浓度为7%时,施胶纸张耐折度相较于未施胶原纸增加了1087.5%,纸张抗张强度和湿抗张强度最大可达到7.30 k N/m和3.69 k N/m,且纸张吸水性降低至15.6 g/m^2,比原纸低了83.6%。所制得的HDI三聚体乳液表面施胶剂可以显著的提高纸张的施胶效果和物理性能。展开更多
