Electron beam welding of Ti-15-3 alloy to 304 stainless steel (STS) using a copper filler metal was carried out. The temperature fields and stress distributions in the Ti/Fe and Ti/Cu/Fe joint during the welding process were numerically simulated and experimentally measured. The results show that the rotated parabola body heat source is fit for the simulation of the electron beam welding. The temperature distribution is asymmetric along the weld center and the temperature in the titanium alloy plate is higher than that in the 304 STS plate. The thermal stress also appears to be in asymmetric distribution. The residual tensile stress mainly exists in the weld at the 304 STS side. The copper filler metal decreases the peak temperature and temperature grade in the joint as well as the residual stress. The longitudinal and lateral residual tensile strengths reduce by 66 MPa and 31 MPa, respectively. From the temperature and residual stress, it is concluded that copper is a good filler metal candidate for the electron beam welding of Ti-15-3 titanium alloy to 304 stainless steel. 展开更多

It is important to predict wrinkling accurately in the sheet metal forming without costly trials. The ABAQUS/Explicit code was utilized to predict the wrinkling behavior in the sheet metal forming of Ti-15-3 alloy sheets. In terms of the comparison of wrinkling behavior between the simulation and experiment of the Fukui's conical cup tests at room temperature, the sensitivities of wrinkling simulation to various input parameters were evaluated comprehensively and quantitatively. Prediction of wrinkling and influence of rubber hardness on the winkling behavior in the rubber forming of convex flange were investigated quantitatively and validated by the rubber forming experiments. The effects of different punch and rubber hardness on the limit principal strain distributions were investigated experimentally. Finite element analysis models of the samples with dimensions of 180 mm×180 mm were established to analyze the friction coefficients of different interfaces. Effects of various friction coefficients on the strain distributions were studied in detail. Finally, the friction coefficients in the cold forming were determined by contrasting the strain results between the experimental data and the simulated ones. 展开更多

目的:探讨结肠癌组织中miR-129-5p、p62和信号转导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)表达水平与结肠癌进展及预后的关系。方法:选取2013年6月-2016年6月本院收治的113例结肠癌患者为研究对象,术中收集结肠癌组织及癌旁组织(距癌组织≥5 cm)。实时... 目的:探讨结肠癌组织中miR-129-5p、p62和信号转导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)表达水平与结肠癌进展及预后的关系。方法:选取2013年6月-2016年6月本院收治的113例结肠癌患者为研究对象,术中收集结肠癌组织及癌旁组织(距癌组织≥5 cm)。实时荧光定量(qRT-PCR)法检测结肠癌组织中miR-129-5p、p62 mRNA、STAT3 mRNA表达水平,免疫组织化学染色法检测p62及STAT3蛋白表达水平。分析三者表达与结肠癌患者临床病理特征及预后关系。结果:结肠癌组织中miR-129-5p表达水平显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),p62和STAT3的mRNA表达水平及蛋白高表达率均显著高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05)。miR-129-5p和p62蛋白表达水平与分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),STAT3蛋白表达水平与浸润深度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。miR-129-5p高表达组3年累积生存率显著高于miR-129-5p低表达组(P<0.05)。p62及STAT3蛋白高表达组患者3年累积生存率显著低于p62及STAT3蛋白低表达组(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中miR-129-5p与STAT3 mRNA表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.390,P<0.05),p62 mRNA与STAT3 mRNA表达水平呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.05)。结论:在结肠癌组织中miR-129-5p表达下调,p62、STAT3 mRNA水平及蛋白高表达率均上调,三者表达水平均与浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及3年累积生存率有关,可能成为结肠癌预后标志物,为结肠癌临床治疗提供指导。 展开更多

目的探讨血清自噬相关蛋白[p62和微管相关蛋白1轻链3-Ⅱ(LC3-Ⅱ)]联合检测在预测乙型肝炎病毒相关慢加急性肝衰竭(HBV-ACLF)患者近期预后中的应用价值。方法收集2016年9月至2018年9月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院就诊的HBV-ACLF患者78例(A... 目的探讨血清自噬相关蛋白[p62和微管相关蛋白1轻链3-Ⅱ(LC3-Ⅱ)]联合检测在预测乙型肝炎病毒相关慢加急性肝衰竭(HBV-ACLF)患者近期预后中的应用价值。方法收集2016年9月至2018年9月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院就诊的HBV-ACLF患者78例(ACLF组),另选取同期健康体检者42名作为对照组。两组均采集清晨空腹静脉血,测定总胆红素(TBil)、肌酐(Cr)和国际标准化比值(INR),计算终末期肝病模型(MELD)分值;使用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定患者血清中p62和LC3-Ⅱ水平;记录患者入院后3个月内临床结局;应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清p62、LC3-Ⅱ预测HBV-ACLF患者近期预后的效力。结果ACLF组血清LC3-Ⅱ水平明显高于对照组[(68.35±16.07)ng/mL比(37.96±11.50)ng/mL],p62水平低于对照组[(2.30±1.45)ng/mL比(4.63±2.38)ng/mL],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,血清p62与MELD评分呈负相关(r=0.383,P<0.05),血清LC3-Ⅱ与MELD评分呈正相关(r=0.458,P<0.05);通过ROC曲线确定p62、LC3-Ⅱ预测HBV-ACLF患者近期预后的最佳临界值分别为1.51 ng/mL、80.74 ng/mL,二者联合预测的AUC[0.813(95%CI:0.710~0.892)]分别大于p62[0.727(95%CI:0.616~0.821)],LC3-Ⅱ[0.736(95%CI:0.626~0.828)]单项预测的AUC,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而p62与LC3-Ⅱ预测HBV-ACLF预后的AUC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清p62与LC3-Ⅱ在HBV-ACLF患者短期预后预测中具有一定价值,二者联合检测能提高预后预测效力。 展开更多

目的探讨自噬相关蛋白LC3-Ⅱ和p62在不明原因复发性流产(URSA)患者绒毛组织中的表达和临床意义。方法选取2020年3-7月在该院妇产科行清宫术的URSA患者及行人工流产术的正常妊娠者分别作为URSA组和对照组,每组10例。采用HE染色观察两组... 目的探讨自噬相关蛋白LC3-Ⅱ和p62在不明原因复发性流产(URSA)患者绒毛组织中的表达和临床意义。方法选取2020年3-7月在该院妇产科行清宫术的URSA患者及行人工流产术的正常妊娠者分别作为URSA组和对照组,每组10例。采用HE染色观察两组绒毛组织形态学差异,采用Western blot检测两组绒毛组织中LC3-Ⅱ、p62蛋白的表达水平,并通过免疫组化实验观察两组患者绒毛组织中LC3-Ⅱ、p62的定位和表达情况。结果HE染色结果显示,URSA组绒毛组织内部细胞出现皱缩,颜色暗红,细胞之间出现断离,绒毛组织有破损。Western blot检测结果显示,与对照组比较,URSA组中LC3-Ⅱ蛋白表达量上调、p62的表达量下调,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。免疫组化试验结果显示,LC3、p62蛋白主要定位于细胞质,表达情况与Western blot检测结果一致。结论URSA患者绒毛组织中LC3-Ⅱ蛋白表达上调,p62蛋白表达下调,提示细胞自噬可能参与URSA的发生。 展开更多

Electron beam welding of Ti-15-3 titanium alloy to 304 stainless steel with a copper sheet as interlayer was carried out.Microstructures of the joint were studied by optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffractometry(XRD).In addition,the mechanical properties of the joint were evaluated by tensile test and the microhardness was measured.These two alloys were successfully welded by adding copper transition layer into the weld.Solid solution with a certain thickness was located at the interfaces between weld and base metal in both sides.Regions inside the weld and near the stainless steel were characterized by solid solution of copper with TiFe2 intermetallics dispersedly distributed in it.While weld near titanium alloy contained Ti-Cu and Ti-Fe-Cu intermetallics layer,in which the hardness of weld came to the highest value.Brittle fracture occurred in the intermetallics layer when the joint was stretched. 展开更多

The influence of hot deformation parameters on the microstructureof Ti-15-3 alloy after solution treatment has been studied by isothermal compression tests as well as quantitativemetallographic analysis. On the basis of the data obtained from the tests, predicting models for equivalent grainsize and recrystallization volume fraction have been established with an artificial neural network method. An FEnumerical simulation system has been developed to simulate the distribution of microstructure in Ti-15-3 alloy afterhot back extrusion and solution treatment by combining the neural network model with thermal-mechanical coupledrigid-viscoplastic FE model. Corresponding experimental research is performed. The agreement of the simulatedresults with measured ones shows that the simulation system is reliable. 展开更多

Hot compression experiments were conducted on Ti 15 3 alloy specimens using Gleeble 1500 Thermal Simulator.These tests were focused to obtain the flow stress data under various conditions of strain,strain rate and temperature. On the basis of these data, the predicting model for the nonlinear relation between flow stress and deformation strain,strain rate and temperature for Ti 15 3 alloy was developed with a back propagation artificial neural network method. Results show that the neural network can reproduce the flow stress in the sampled data and predict the nonsampled data well. Thus the neural network method has been verified to be used to tackle hot deformation problems of Ti 15 3 alloy. [ 展开更多

目的分析不明原因羊水过少孕妇的胎盘组织中自噬体、微管相关蛋白1轻链3-Ⅱ(LC3-Ⅱ)和P62的表达情况,探讨不明原因羊水过少与自噬反应的关系。方法收集足月妊娠的30例不明原因羊水过少产妇(观察组)和30例羊水量正常产妇(对照组)的胎盘... 目的分析不明原因羊水过少孕妇的胎盘组织中自噬体、微管相关蛋白1轻链3-Ⅱ(LC3-Ⅱ)和P62的表达情况,探讨不明原因羊水过少与自噬反应的关系。方法收集足月妊娠的30例不明原因羊水过少产妇(观察组)和30例羊水量正常产妇(对照组)的胎盘组织。使用透射电子显微镜观察胎盘组织内自噬体表达情况,免疫印迹试验和免疫组化法分别检测胎盘组织LC3-Ⅱ、P62蛋白的表达水平,苏木精-伊红染色观察胎盘组织的病理变化。结果透射电镜下发现观察组的胎盘组织内部出现双层膜结构的自噬体。免疫印迹试验和免疫组化实验结果均显示,与对照组比较,观察组的LC3-Ⅱ蛋白表达量升高,P62蛋白表达量降低(均P<0.05)。苏木精-伊红染色结果显示,对照组胎盘组织内部细胞排列整齐,观察组的胎盘组织内出现大量血管损伤。结论不明原因羊水过少孕妇的胎盘组织中自噬体和自噬反应表达增加。推测胎盘组织中自噬反应过度致使细胞发生自噬性死亡,血管组织发生破损,可能为不明原因羊水过少的发生机制。 展开更多

The fractal theory was applied to analyze index to character the microstructure and performance the recrystallized microstructure of Ti-15-3 alloy after hot deformation and solution treatment. The fractal dimensions of recrystallized grains were calculated by slit island method. The influence of processing parameters on fractal dimension and grain size was studied, It has been shown that the shapes of recrystallized grain boundaries are self-similar, and the fractal dimension varies from 1 to 2. With increasing deformation degree and strain rate or decreasing deformation temperature, the fractal dimension of grain boundaries increased and the grain size decreased. So the fractal dimension could characterize the grain shape and size. A neural network model was trained to predict the fractal dimension of recrystallized microstructure and the result is in excellent agreement with the experimental data. 展开更多

目的合成环己酮3-氯-1,2-丙二醇缩酮。方法采用浸渍法制备了H6P2W18O62/TiO2-SiO2催化剂,并采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM对其进行了表征。以环己酮和3-氯-1,2-丙二醇为原料,催化合成环己酮3-氯-1,2-丙二醇缩酮,采用FT-IR、1 H NMR、13 C NMR等... 目的合成环己酮3-氯-1,2-丙二醇缩酮。方法采用浸渍法制备了H6P2W18O62/TiO2-SiO2催化剂,并采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM对其进行了表征。以环己酮和3-氯-1,2-丙二醇为原料,催化合成环己酮3-氯-1,2-丙二醇缩酮,采用FT-IR、1 H NMR、13 C NMR等表征手段来分析合成产物为环己酮3-氯-1,2-丙二醇缩酮。结果在酮醇摩尔比为1∶1.4,带水剂环己烷用量8mL,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.0%,反应时间1.0h的条件下,缩酮收率可达85.0%。催化剂重复使用5次后收率有72.6%。结论 H6P2W18O62/TiO2-SiO2催化剂对合成环己酮3-氯-1,2-丙二醇缩酮不仅反应时间短,催化剂用量少,而且产品收率高。 展开更多

目的探讨耳聋左慈丸对H_(2)O_(2)致小鼠耳蜗基底膜损伤模型miR-34a的作用及其机制。方法采用C57BL/6J小鼠耳蜗基底膜的离体培养,实验分为对照组、H_(2)O_(2)模型组(0.3 mmol·L^(-1))、耳聋左慈丸组(5 mg·L^(-1)、10 mg·L... 目的探讨耳聋左慈丸对H_(2)O_(2)致小鼠耳蜗基底膜损伤模型miR-34a的作用及其机制。方法采用C57BL/6J小鼠耳蜗基底膜的离体培养,实验分为对照组、H_(2)O_(2)模型组(0.3 mmol·L^(-1))、耳聋左慈丸组(5 mg·L^(-1)、10 mg·L^(-1)和50 mg·L^(-1))。q-RTPCR检测miR-34a表达,免疫荧光法检测沉默信息调节因子1(silent information regulator 1,SIRT1)、微管相关轻链蛋白3(microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3,LC3)和选择性自噬接头蛋白(p62/sequestosome 1,SQSTM1)在耳蜗基底膜毛细胞的表达;TUNEL法检测基底膜毛细胞的凋亡情况。结果与对照组相比,模型组小鼠耳蜗基底膜miR-34a表达明显升高(P<0.01),耳聋左慈丸组miR-34a表达下降(P<0.01);模型组小鼠耳蜗基底膜毛细胞SIRT1蛋白表达与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.01),LC3-Ⅱ和p62蛋白表达明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),TUNEL阳性细胞数增多;与模型组比较,耳聋左慈丸组SIRT1表达升高(P<0.05),LC3-Ⅱ和p62蛋白表达降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),TUNEL阳性细胞数减少。结论耳聋左慈丸可能通过作用于miR-34a,调节SIRT1蛋白,进而影响耳蜗毛细胞的自噬和凋亡,达到抑制H_(2)O_(2)致毛细胞氧化损伤的作用。 展开更多

Based on Kohler’s ternary solution model and Miedemaa’s model for calculating the heats of formation-△Hij of binary Systems, the integral equation has ben established for calculating the activity coefficients in ternarysolution. With the equation, the activity coefficients in Ti-15-3 melt have been calculated. The results show that allof components’ activity coefficients are less than 1, in other wolds, compared with ideal solution, all components takeon a negative deviation. At 2000K, the activity coefficients in Ti-15-3 melt are shown as: about 0.9 for Ti, about0.85 for V, about 0. 1 for Al, aboaut 0.5 for Cr and about 0.23 for Sn. me addition of V lowers the activity coefficient of Ti, but raise the ones of Al, Cr and Sn. These results can be directly used to calculate the evaporation loss ofAl, Cr and Sn during the ISM(Induction Skull Melting) process and at the same time estimate the reactivity betweenTi-15-3 melt and refractory during the cast production. 展开更多

As concepts closely related to microwave absorption properties,impedance matching and phase matching were rarely combined with material parameters to regulate properties and explore related mechanisms.In this work,reduction–diffusion method was innovatively applied to synthesize rare earth alloy Y_(2)Fe_(17).In order to regulate the electromagnetic parameters of absorbers,the Y_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)particles were coated with silica(Y_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)@SiO_(2))and absorbers with different volume fractions were prepared.The relationship between impedance matching,matching thickness,and the strongest reflection loss peak(RLmin)was presented obviously.Compared to the microwave absorption properties of Y_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)/PU absorber,Y_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)@SiO_(2)/PU absorbers are more conducive to the realization of microwave absorption material standards which are thin thickness,light weight,strong absorbing intensity,and broad bandwidth.Based on microwave frequency bands,the microwave absorption properties of the absorbers were analyzed and the related parameters were listed.As an important parameter related to perfect matching,reflection factor(√ε_(r)/μ_(r))was discussed combined with microwave amplitude attenuation.According to the origin and mathematical model of bandwidth,the formula of EAB(RL<-10 dB)was derived and simplified.The calculated bandwidths agreed well with experimental results. 展开更多

目的研究内皮-单核细胞激活多肽(EMAP-Ⅱ)对人U118脑胶质瘤细胞自噬的影响及可能机制。方法 EMAP-Ⅱ处理人U118胶质瘤细胞后,采用MTT检测细胞活力;用免疫荧光法检测自噬标记物微管相关蛋白轻链-3(LC3)在U118细胞的分布;Western blot方... 目的研究内皮-单核细胞激活多肽(EMAP-Ⅱ)对人U118脑胶质瘤细胞自噬的影响及可能机制。方法 EMAP-Ⅱ处理人U118胶质瘤细胞后,采用MTT检测细胞活力;用免疫荧光法检测自噬标记物微管相关蛋白轻链-3(LC3)在U118细胞的分布;Western blot方法检测LC3-Ⅱ、自噬降解底物p62/SQSTM1和自噬相关蛋白Beclin1的蛋白表达水平。结果与EMAP-Ⅱ0 h组相比,0.05 nmol.L-1剂量以上的EMAP-Ⅱ可明显抑制人U118胶质瘤细胞的活力,降低线粒体膜电位(MMP),在EMAP-Ⅱ作用0.5 h时效果最明显;自噬抑制剂3-甲基腺嘌呤(3-MA)能够阻断EMAP-Ⅱ的作用,使细胞活力和线粒体膜电位基本恢复;EMAP-Ⅱ作用0.5 h后自噬标记物LC3在胞质内呈点状分布,荧光表达明显增强,并且LC3-Ⅱ的蛋白表达水平明显上调;同时伴有自噬降解底物p62/SQSTM1的表达下降;此外,自噬相关蛋白Beclin1的蛋白表达水平明显上调。结论 EMAP-Ⅱ能明显抑制人U118胶质瘤细胞活力,诱导U118细胞发生自噬,其机制可能与自噬相关蛋白Beclin1上调有关。 展开更多
