Objective:This study aims to explore the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for allergic purpura.Methods:CNKI,Weipu Chinese science and technology database,wanfang...Objective:This study aims to explore the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for allergic purpura.Methods:CNKI,Weipu Chinese science and technology database,wanfang medical network database,and Chinese biomedical literature database were searched for eligible studies.Medical records including complete patient personal information,patient symptoms,TCM syndromes,treatment,and medication were included.The data was analyzed using the Chinese medicine heritage support platform provided by the Chinese Academy of Chinese medicine(V2.5).Results:Differentiation of health gas camp blood was the most commonly used method of differentiation of symptoms and signs in famous veteran TCM.The treatment included cooling blood,activating blood circulation,clearing heat and detoxifying toxins,removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding.Honeysuckle,Forsythia suspensa,cicada slough and other drugs were interrelated.Potential drug pair combinations and drug networks showed the basic drug composition of Qingying Decoction.According to the entropy cluster analysis,28 core drug combination and 12 new formulations were obtained.Conclusion:The regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for Henoch-Schonlein purpura based on the famous and old TCM doctors was complex.Further researches are still needed.展开更多
Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)caused by the SFTS virus(SFTSV)is an emerging disease in East Asia with a fatality rate of up to 30%.However,the viral-host interaction of SFTSV remains largely unknown...Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)caused by the SFTS virus(SFTSV)is an emerging disease in East Asia with a fatality rate of up to 30%.However,the viral-host interaction of SFTSV remains largely unknown.The heat-shock protein 90(Hsp90)family consists of highly conserved chaperones that fold and remodel proteins and has a broad impact on the infection of many viruses.Here,we showed that Hsp90 is an important host factor involved in SFTSV infection.Hsp90 inhibitors significantly reduced SFTSV replication,viral protein expression,and the formation of inclusion bodies consisting of nonstructural proteins(NSs).Among viral proteins,NSs appeared to be the most reduced when Hsp90 inhibitors were used,and further analysis showed that their translation was affected.Co-immunoprecipitation of NSs with four isomers of Hsp90 showed that Hsp90βspecifically interacted with them.Knockdown of Hsp90βexpression also inhibited replication of SFTSV.These results suggest that Hsp90βplays a critical role during SFTSV infection and could be a potential target for the development of drugs against SFTS.展开更多

Endothelium cells injury induced by IgA1 is considered important in the pathogenesis of HSP. Research found that the apoptosis of vein endothelial cells was related to the vasculitis in HSP patients. Purpose: To observe the effect of IgA1 from HSP patients on the apoptosis of HUVEC and firstly analyze the mechanism of the apoptosis of HUVEC induced by IgA1. Methods: HUVECs were cultured in 3 different conditional media with IgA1 from HSP patients, normal healthy children and simply medium (blank control). Serum IgA1 was purified by jacalin affinity chromatography. The rates of apoptosis in HUVEC incubated with IgA1 were determined by TUNEL method and flow cytometry, respectively. The expression of the cytoskeletal proteins, such as FAK, Vinculin and MLCK was detected with the methods of Real-time PCR and Westernblot, respectively. Results: The present study showed that the apoptosis rate of HUVEC by IgA1 isolated from HSP patients was higher than blank control (14.77% ± 2.23% vs 2.25% ± 0.77%) (P < 0.01) and the rate of HUVEC by IgA1 from normal healthy children was higher than blank control (9.97% ± 1.48% vs 2.25% ± 0.77%) (P < 0.01). The cytoskeletal proteins, such as FAK, Vinculin and MLCK expression were down-regulated in HUVEC co-cultured with IgA1 isolated from HSP patients for 24h. Conclusion: These findings firstly on IgA1 from HSP patients may induce apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells through inhibiting the cytoskeletal proteins expression. Vasculitis is an inflammation of vessel walls,followed by alteration of the blood flow and damage to the dependent organ.Vasculitis can cause local or diffuse pathologic changes in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.The ...Vasculitis is an inflammation of vessel walls,followed by alteration of the blood flow and damage to the dependent organ.Vasculitis can cause local or diffuse pathologic changes in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.The variety of GI lesions includes ulcer,submucosal edema,hemorrhage,paralytic ileus,mesenteric ischemia,bowel obstruction,and life-threatening perforation.The endoscopic and radiographic features of GI involvement in vasculitisare reviewed with the emphasis on small-vessel vasculitis by presenting our typicalcases,including Churg-Strauss syndrome,HenochSch nlein purpura,systemic lupus erythematosus,and Beh et's disease.Important endoscopic features are ischemic enterocolitis and ulcer.Characteristic computed tomographic findings include bowel wall thickening with the target sign and engorgement of mesenteric vessels with comb sign.Knowledge of endoscopic and radiographic GI manifestations can help make an early diagnosis and establish treatment strategy.展开更多
