Tropical Leisure Agro-tourism in the Context of Constructing International Tourism Island in Hainan

The construction of Hainan International Tourism Island creates a promising prospect for the development of its tropical leisure agro-tourism, and the latter will contribute a lot to the former in the fields of economy, ecology and culture. The present situation and development prospects of tropical leisure agro-tourism in the context of constructing International Tourism Island in Hainan are introduced in this study, SWOT analysis of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan is conducted, causes of imperfect tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island are elaborated such as insufficient understanding and investment, fragile infrastructure and lack of overall tourism planning despite its abundant tropical agricultural resources, marine resources, forest resources and ecological resources as well as convenient transportation. Combining with the opportunities and challenges in developing tourism industry, targeted strategies are proposed for promoting the tropical leisure agro-tourism, that is, enhancing understanding about leisure agro-tourism; determining the target and orientation of tourism planning through basic classification, properly defining functional divisions and spatial layout; improving relevant laws and regulations about tourism industry; attaching more importance in attracting alien investment; fully developing the tropical, marine, green and ecological features of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island; cultivating resources, scenic spots and products of different types respectively in tourism development, especially culturing typical products; protecting ecological environment, implementing sustainable development of tourism industry; making innovations in marketing, accurately subdividing tourism market.

Investigation and Analysis of Natural Environment in Hainan International Tourism Island

Investigation and analysis of natural tourism environment is the foundation and premise of tourism planning,development and management.Through investigating,classifying and evaluating natural tourism resources in Hainan according to the Classification,Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources(GB/T18972-2003),it was found that there are 4 principal categories,6 sub-categories and 61 basic types of natural tourism resources,accounting for 100%,94.1% and 85.9% of the national total respectively.There are 335 natural tourism resource units in Hainan,47 of them are superfine ones accounting for 14.0% of the total,225 excellent ones accounting for 67.2% of the total,48 common ones accounting for 14.3% of the total,62 of them without acquiring any grade,that is,18.5% of the total.Most of these resources are located in the mountainous areas in the central island,eastern coastal areas and Sanya City.Meanwhile,through collecting and sorting out the environmental quality bulletins and statistics of Hainan in recent 5 years,quality changes of its natural tourism environment have been analyzed,and it was found that the quality of water,air and sound on the whole in this island is fine,but a few study cities(towns) are suffering from serious noise pollution.Thus,besides enjoying its generally excellent ecological environment,Hainan Island is still faced with serious challenges.

Nowadays, the image construction of Hainan International Tourism Islands has been vigorously promoted. The research is going to make an empirical analysis of Hainan tourism image, adopting IPA analysis method. Generally speaking, there is a big gap between the Hainan tourist destination and tourists＇ expectations. The Hainan Tourist Destination image is mainly built on natural-advantage-resource projects such as natural sceneries, air quality, and climate, etc., meanwhile, the relatively insufficient constructions of soft-wares such as tourism-related facilities, as well as the quality of tourism services, etc., are the focus of future efforts.

Discussion of Construction of Hainan International Tourism Island and Psychological Health of Tourism Area Residents

In the ongoing construction of an international tourism island in Hainan, China, the research on the mental health of the residents in the tourism destination is one of the main contents of the research on tourism development. Tourism area is the cell of Hainan International Tourism Island. The mental health service of the residents in the tourism area is an important part of the health work construction of the international tourism island and the basic way to realize the health care for everyone. Nowadays, people’s demand for mental health services is far greater than the current supply. In view of the current situation of the limited mental health services provided, we put forward higher requirements and directions for the future development of mental health services in tourist areas. It is planned to carry out the first large-scale publicity and education on mental health of residents in Hainan tourism area in China, and evaluate the effect;carry out a large-scale investigation on mental health of residents in the tourism area, and carry out professional intervention and treatment for patients with mental diseases. Finally, the mental health service network and service institutions covering the tourism areas of Hainan Province were established to provide scientific support for the harmonious and healthy development of the international tourism island in Hainan Province.

A research on the Sports Tourism Special Project In Hainan International Tourism Island

At the background of the constrictions of international tourist island, this paper applies the methods of literature review, the interview, in-site investigation to analyze the current development of the sports tourism in Hainan with a benchmark of the construction plan of the Hainan international tourist island and the combination of the world's four famous tourism Islanders. It makes a planning assumption of the development of the sports tourism in accordance with the characteristics of sports tourism resources in Hainan. The tourism resources in Hainan are rich and unique. It aims to set up the development planning guidelines and objectives of sports tourism in Hainan, to clarify the spatial layout of resources, the distribution of different sports tourism zones and the tourism routes, to propose the project plans of the sports tourism in Hainan with a combination of the construction of international tourism island, to establish a sports tourism industry in cooperation with large enterprises in a new concept of society development. The sports tourism development project makes a combination among the tourism products, tourism program and tourist routes. It strengthens the cooperation in different bureaus in the sports and tourism management, to accelerate the construction and sport tourism personnel training, to standardized the management, other safeguards and construct the camp for self-driving tourists, the motel , the auto theater and launch the Hainan Card to increase the "migratory birds" economic and promote the development of the tourism in Xisha Island, Nansha Island.

Discussion on Sustainable Tourism Development for Hainan Island

As a pillar industry, tourism industry brings benefits and opportunities to Hainan Island. At the same time, in terms of sustainable development, Hainan Island faces problems and threats such as ecological environment damage,disordered market,low standard education of tourism industry staff.some strategies such as playing dominant role of government,making good use of resource and improving environment awareness of the native can be used in Hainan in order to achieve sustainable development.

海南乡村亲子旅游高质量发展路径探析

近年来,乡村亲子游成为一种全新的旅游业态并得到快速发展。海南省是传统的旅游大省,在开发乡村旅游资源、发展乡村亲子游过程中存在几个问题:一是配套设施相对薄弱,二是部分景区开发及管理不科学,三是旅游产品同质化现象严重,四是各乡村农民缺乏参与旅游开发的积极性。海南省需要完善乡村基础设施建设、科学合理配置旅游资源、打造旅游景点个性特色并提高村民开发乡村旅游资源的积极性,以促进海南旅游的高质量发展。

离岛免税政策是否促进了旅游业发展?——基于政策历史演进的视角

文章厘清了海南离岛免税政策历次调整的内容差异,再基于2010—2020年海南省18个城市的月度数据,实证检验了离岛免税政策对城市接待旅游人数的影响。结果表明,离岛免税政策的前四次及第七次调整对城市接待旅游人数具有显著的正向影响。而在试点初期、第五次及第六次调整,离岛免税政策对城市接待旅游人数具有不显著或负向的影响。进一步分析发现,比起免税品种,免税金额的开放更能促进城市接待旅游人数增长。此外,离岛免税政策对国际旅客的影响要强于国内旅客,先行城市接待旅游人数受离岛免税政策激励的作用会大于其他城市。长期来看,离岛免税店的设立对城市接待旅游人数具有负向影响。上述结论为海南离岛免税政策的未来调整方向及旅游业的发展提供了一些新的启示。

乡村旅游发展对海南城乡收入差距影响的实证研究

共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征,缩小城乡收入差距实现城乡共同富裕是海南自由贸易港推进中国式现代化建设的必然要求。基于2014—2022年海南18个市县面板数据的实证研究,研究表明乡村旅游发展明显缩小了海南城乡收入差距,且这一结论在处理内生性、替换核心解释变量测度等稳健性检验中仍然成立;进一步的区域异质性检验发现,在经济发展水平较高区域和“三极”地区,发展乡村旅游对缩小城乡收入差距的效应更加显著。海南应大力推进乡村旅游建设,统筹乡村旅游布局空间优化,以实现乡村旅游引领海南乡村振兴和协调城乡发展的绿色共同富裕之路。

自由贸易港建设为海南旅游业发展带来新的机遇,对高素质旅游人才的要求不断增加,然而旅游高等教育人才培养与旅游劳动力市场需求之间矛盾也更加突出。以USEM(subject understanding,skills,self-efficacy,meta-cognition)就业能力模型为基础,从学科理解力、技能、自我效能感、元认知四个方面展开研究,并利用SPSSAU数据处理软件对调查问卷的数据进行分析。以海南自由贸易港建设背景下的旅游类行业新需求为向导,对海南高校学生的就业能力梳理,以海南自由贸易港建设背景下的旅游类行业新需求为导向,将USEM模型嵌入旅游人才培养的全过程,创新专业课程改革,优化旅游管理专业人才培养模式,培养能够适应新形势下的行业发展需要和认可的旅游人才。

海南省“入岛交通—旅游—城市化”耦合协调及吸引力分析

为推动海南省“入岛交通—旅游—城市化”协调发展,缓解海南省不平衡发展,加快国际旅游城市和自由贸易港建设,构建了入岛交通、旅游以及城市化的统一系统。根据2007—2020年数据,利用熵值法、耦合协调模型进行分析,海南省、三亚市和海口市都处于高水平耦合状态,协调度水平不断增加,从严重失调上升到勉强协调,三个子系统的协调发展水平需进一步提升。在此基础上选择重要时间点利用Huff模型进行空间分析,发现海南省入岛交通方式重心从港口向航空偏移,以海口市和三亚市为核心、西北沿岸港口为货运支撑的入岛交通格局吸引力空间分布不均匀,需完善出入岛交通的分布格局,加大对外开放力度。

国际视角下海南游艇旅游目的地的动力、困境与突破对策探析

海岛旅游经济发展步入正轨,海南特色旅游服务、游艇旅游产业链日益完善,为海南游艇旅游目的地的国际化发展奠定了良好的发展基础。通过分析和阐释国内外游艇旅游目的地及海南近年来游艇旅游产业的发展概况,利用国际视角剖析了海南省在发展游艇旅游目的地方面的瓶颈和独特优势,厘清了新型冠状病毒感染影响、制度和监管措施、消费观念和文化、综合配套滞后、产业链不健全等发展的外部环境阻碍因素以及海南自贸港“零关税”等多维叠加政策优势、得天独厚的区位优势、资源禀赋的旅游优势和RCEP生效之后国际商贸等方面的消费市场创新和影响因素。经过实地深入调研、远程视频访谈和数据挖掘与分析,预测并提出了海南游艇旅游目的地发展新动能、新模式、消费新趋势。通过重点对海南游艇旅游目的地的开发进行综合分析与评估,得出海南应充分发挥比较优势,紧抓“建设具有世界影响力的中国特色自由贸易港”的历史机遇,不断优化营商环境,加大政策扶持力度,创新发展思路和投融资渠道,通过科技创新和构建新的管理机制,对标国际一流游艇旅游目的地,拓展产业链、供应链、人才链、资金链与创新链,加快推进游艇旅游产业转型升级,促进海南海洋经济高质量发展的结论建议。

Development of Leisure Agriculture in Hainan

Through in-depth analysis, this paper proposed development planning of leisure agriculture in Hainan. The layout included orderly development and overal planning, connection of three expressways and middle area for recreation and the rest for sightseeing; the site selection should develop depending on central cities, relying on major projects and famous mountains or landscapes; the connotation in-volved exploitation of farming culture, presenting national customs of indigenous people, highlights given to island and coasts and emphasizing tropic agriculture. What＇s more, the suggestions were proposed to advance leisure agriculture of Hainan, including to formulate scientific planning to lead leisure agriculture develop-ment, to give policy supports and enterprise management, to improve promotion and broadening market and to enhance education and improve industry quality. On basis of lots of data and examples, the research enriched the content of leisure agricul-ture in Hainan, which is conductive to development of Hainan leisure agriculture, and of significance for construction of leisure agriculture sites and supports of the agriculture by government.

基于SWOT分析医疗旅游业对海南经济发展的影响研究

自我国实施多元化融合发展经济战略以来,医疗旅游在各地竞相发展,并成为新的消费热点。博鳌乐城医疗旅游先行区的建设为海南省发展医疗旅游奠定了基础,且海南省天然医疗资源丰富,还有乡村振兴、自贸港建设等一系列红利加持。本文通过对海南医疗旅游的发展现状进行SWOT全面分析,结合海南特色与优势,从政府与企业的视角,探讨海南发展医疗旅游的经验启示以及策略,以期致力于海南医疗旅游的发展大有可为。

供需视角下入境旅游与星级酒店系统耦合协调发展研究——以海南省为例

海南岛是国际旅游岛,旅游业是海南四大主导产业之一。星级酒店和入境旅游在海南旅游业发展中占重要地位。采用海南省2000—2020年入境旅游与星级酒店相关数据,基于供需视角构建海南省入境旅游需求系统与星级酒店供给系统耦合评价指标体系与系统耦合模型,分析两个系统综合评价指数发展和耦合协调度。结果表明:2000—2005年海南省入境旅游发展落后于星级酒店,入境旅游与星级酒店处于濒临失调和轻度失调级别,供给大于需求;随着入境旅游发展和星级酒店调整,两者的耦合协调度逐渐增加,2006—2020年两系统主要处于初级协调等级;海南省入境旅游与星级酒店耦合协调度整体上耦合程度逐渐提高,保持入境旅游与星级酒店供需平衡是实现二者高度耦合协调的关键。

旅游驱动下的海南黎族舞蹈记忆与储存

海南旅游业将海南和世界以一种复杂的方式联结起来。黎族舞蹈在海南旅游产业化进程中,随着舞蹈产业化的发展,既有同质化的趋向,异质性和独特性也更为着重。可悖论在于这种异质性的着重采取的又是统一样式,导致黎族舞蹈差异中形成同质化。黎族舞蹈在面临筑牢海南文化旅游根基的同时,对自身文化的重拾、重建与明确,也必然强化地方认同和族群身份。在旅游驱动下,黎族舞蹈既需要主动拥抱世界文化,防止部落主义,遵照地方独特性因地制宜,促使地方话语获得世界性价值;更需要用全球化视域思考,用地方性作为行动的根基,这才是可行性的、现代化的传承与发展道路。

海南生态环境与旅游产业耦合协调发展研究

旅游业是资源环境依托型产业,如何使生态环境与旅游业协调发展,是一个重要课题。文章基于海南生态环境与旅游经济发展现状,采用熵值法评价生态环境和旅游业发展水平,以耦合协调度模型分析两者的耦合发展特征。结果表明:2010—2020年,海南生态环境和旅游经济发展综合得分呈波动增长,生态环境综合得分在0.3152~0.6300内波动,旅游经济综合得分在0.2779~0.7317内波动;2010—2020年,海南生态环境和旅游经济耦合协调整体呈现增长趋势,其中,2010—2016年处在勉强协调和初级协调阶段,2017—2020年处在中级协调和良好协调的高水平耦合协调阶段;2010—2020年,旅游经济系统的耦合协调障碍度大于生态环境系统。基于此,文章提出了进一步优化产业结构,发展全域旅游;加强生态环境维护,保护旅游资源等具体建议。
