There were two separate methods of this study: firstly, to identify LULC changes across three different periods, spectral imagery from the Landsat 5 Thematic Mapper (TM) for the years 2001 and 2011, and the Landsat 8 Operational Land Imager (OLI) for 2021 were used as the primary data sources. The satellite images were preprocessed for various forest classes, including pretreatment of the top of atmosphere reflectance by using QGIS software’s semi-automatic classification plug-in (SCP), and ArcGIS was used for post-classification. A supervised classification approach was applied to the satellite images from 2001, 2011, and 2021 to generate diverse maps of LULC. Secondly, a household survey dataset was used to investigate influential factors. Approximately 220 households were interviewed in order to collect socio-economic information (including data on population growth, increased business activities, location of the area, agriculture land expansion, and need for settlement land). Household survey data was analyzed by using SPSS. Descriptive statistics, including frequency distributions and percentages, were applied to observe characteristics. Additionally, a binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the socioeconomic factors related to LULC change in DNPF. Key findings indicated a decline in natural forest areas within the study site. Specifically, both dry dipterocarp forest (−11.35%) and mixed deciduous forest (−0.18%) decreased from 2001 to 2021. The overall accuracy of the LULC maps was 94%, 86%, and 89% for the years 2001, 2011, and 2021 respectively. In contrast, agricultural land increased significantly by 155.70%, while built-up land, and water bodies increased by 65.54% and 35.33%, respectively. The results also highlighted a significant increase in construction land, up to 65.54%. Furthermore, the study found a correlation between agricultural expansion and a reduction of forest areas, along with an increase in built-up land along the forest areas’ boundaries. Timber exploitation and charcoal production also contributed to the decline in forest cover. The logistic regression model identified significant determinants of LULC change, including the area’s location, agricultural land expansion, increased business activity, and the need for settlement land. These factors have influenced the management of DNPF. Urgent sustainable management practices and actions, including forest ecosystem protection, village agricultural zoning, water source and watershed protection and public awareness, are required to preserve the forest areas of DNPF.展开更多

The detailed analysis of the climatic and geomorphological features of the Liangshan Yi nationality area shows that the thermal mass effect is the first choice for the passive adjustment strategy of residential dwellings. This study focuses on the typical representatives of traditional dwellings in Meigu County, analyzing the wisdom of ecological construction to improve the thermal mass effects of res-idential buildings at the macro (village), moderate (courtyard), and micro (building unit) levels. Based on this analysis, the study summarizes the “genetic factor library” of the ecological construction mode of traditional Yi residential dwellings. Finally, the measured data of the residential thermal environment and the simulation data of Ecotect software are used to study and judge the logic behind its ecological construction wisdom. The results show that the tradi-tional dwellings of the Yi nationality in Liangshan have six aspects of local en-vironmental knowledge to improve the thermal mass effects performance of buildings. The winter thermal environment of the house is comfortable, and the heat is sufficient;Rammed earth materials in residential buildings have more potent, powerful, and robust thermal mass effects performance than stone slabs and wooden boards.展开更多

It was thus the first international treaty to endow the 2 ℃ global temperature target with legal effect. The qualitative expression of the ultimate objective in Article 2 of the United Nations Framework Conventionon Climate Change (UNFCCC) has now evolved into the numerical temperature rise target in Article 2 of theParis Agreement. Starting with the Second Assessment Report (SAR) of the Intergovernmental Panel on Cli-mate Change (IPCC), an important task for subsequent assessments has been to provide scientific informa-tion to help determine the quantified long-term goal for UNFCCC negotiation. However, due to involvementin the value judgment within the scope of non-scientific assessment, the IPCC has never scientifically af-firmed the unacceptable extent of global temperature rise. The setting of the long-term goal for addressingclimate change has been a long process, and the 2 ℃ global temperature target is the political consensuson the basis of scientific assessment. This article analyzes the evolution of the long-term global goal foraddressing climate change and its impact on scientific assessment, negotiation processes, and global low-carbon development, from aspects of the origin of the target, the series of assessments carried out by the 1PCCfocusing on Article 2 of the UNFCCC, and the promotion of the global temperature goal at the political level.展开更多

Results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the distributions of the -455G/A genotype and allele frequency between the Uygurs and the Han. Plasma fibrinogen levels in cerebral infarction patients among the Uygurs and the Han were higher than those among healthy subjects. In particular, the frequencies of the -455G/A AA and -148C/T TT genotypes were significantly higher than in healthy subjects. Individuals carrying the A or T allele had a higher incidence of cerebral infarction compared with those carrying the G or C allele. Our experimental findings indicate that the -148C/T and -455G/A polymorphisms are associated with cerebral infarction in Xinjiang Uygur and Han Chinese subjects. The susceptibility- conferring alleles are -148T and -455A, and the susceptibility-conferring genotype is -455G/A + AA.展开更多

The winter thermal environment of the house is comfortable, and the heat is sufficient;Rammed earth materials in residential buildings have more potent, powerful, and robust thermal mass effects performance than stone slabs and wooden boards.
文摘Shang Han Lun is one of the most famous and important traditional medical books in China,so many translation versions of it have emerged.Based on the comparison of examples taken from two of these translation versions,Young Jie De ' s Shang Han Lun Explained and Huang Hai s Introduction to Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease, the paper points out that Nida s Functional Equivalence Theory provides a new idea for the translation of Disease and Syndrome Terms in TCM that literal translation, liberal translation and transliteration can be adopted appropriately to make readers of translation versions understand TCM accurately and easily.

文摘Background:COVID-19 has had a dramatic impact on human health, economies, societies, and livelihoods around the world.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulae have played an important role in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.WHO evaluated the role of TCM in treating of COVID-19 and encouraged other countries to promote the use of TCM formulae. However, the key is to find the basic core traditional Chinese medicine(BC-TCM)among those formulae. Methods:For the first time,we mined the data of TCM formulae in CNIPA and analyzed herb characteristics and association rules. We then determined the BC-TCM and screened main compounds and therapeutic targets. Finally, the potential molecular mechanisms were explored by using enrichment analyses and molecular docking. Results:This study screened 123 patented TCM formulae, including 312 herbs.According to frequency statistics and association rules, nine herbs(Gan Cao,Jin Yinhua,Guang Huoxiang,Fu Ling,Huang Qi,Jie Geng,Lian Qiao,Cang Zhu,Ku Xingren)were selected as the BC-TCM.The BC-TCM involved 166 main compounds and 48 therapeutic targets. The active compounds Hederagenin,Spinasterol,Beta-sitosterol,and Liquiritin had high binding activity to the COVID-19 targets 3CL,ACE2,and core targets RELA,HSP90AA1,STAT3,MAPK3,and TP53 according to molecular docking results.Interestingly,Hederagenin might be a potential compound for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Conclusion:Our research predicted and confirmed the preventive therapeutic effect of BC-TCM on COVID-19.This has the potential to broaden the scope of TCM,guide people in using clinical formulae, and provide valuable insights for future TCM discovery research.
文摘The Paris Agreement proposed to keep the increase in global average temperature to well below 2 ℃ abovepre-industrial levels and to pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5 ℃ above pre-industriallevels. This article analyzes the evolution of the long-term global goal foraddressing climate change and its impact on scientific assessment, negotiation processes, and global low-carbon development, from aspects of the origin of the target, the series of assessments carried out by the 1PCCfocusing on Article 2 of the UNFCCC, and the promotion of the global temperature goal at the political level.
文摘[ Objective] The aim of this research was to provide a theoretical basis for the.breeding and identification of multiparous Small Tail Han sheep. [ Method] The polymorphisms of serum esterase (Es) locus in Small Tail Han sheep were detected by vertical discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). According to the statistical analysis of different genotypes and their litter size, the correlation between Es polymor- phisms and litter size was analyzed. [ Result] There were three genotypes in Es locus, and Es^+- was the dominate genotype. The differences of ewe litter size in the 1 ,t parity among these three genotypes were nonsignificant ( P 〉 0.05), As far as the 2^nd and 3rd parity was considered, the litter size of genotype Es++ was significantly (P〈0.05) higher than that of Es-- and Es^+- ; the average litter size of Es++ was extremely significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) higher than that of Es - - and Es + - while there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05) between the latter two. [ Conclusion] The Es lo- cus could be regarded as a genetic marker locus for early selection of high-yielding ewes and Es ++ is the high-yielding genotype of Small Tail Han sheep.

文摘Objective To investigate the associations of handgrip strength with hypertension among Chinese Han population. Methods A total of 11, 151 subjects were recruited between October to November in 2015, using a multi-stage sampling method in 13 townships of Jurong city, Jiangsu Province, south of China.
文摘This paper studied the gardening activities and characteristics of Xu-style gardens in the Qin and Han Dynasties by combining ancient literature with the study of Han Dynasty stone reliefs. The results showed that by Qin and Han Dynasties, the imperial(royal)gardens and private gardens in ancient Xuzhou had developed in parallel.Imperial(royal)gardens were built by or for vassal kings,First Emperor of Qin Dynasty,Emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty Liu Bang, for example,Pei Palace,Yanqi Tai,Xima Tai,Hanzu Temple,Lingguang Palace of Lu and so on.As for private gardens, stone reliefs in medium or small tombs owned by the bigwigs or the rich were collected from ancient Xuzhou, and from which we can see clearly the development of private garden from the court, the yard to the garden, rich garden plants and animal species, garden architecture types such as hall, building, pavilion, platform, boat, corridor, gate, gatetower, ornamental column etc.,particularly, hanging waterside pavilion was a unique architectural form of Xu-style garden. These achievements showed that Xu-style garden architecture had been transformed from the pre-Qin incubation period to the generation period.
文摘Based on the Han Dynasty stone reliefs unearthed in the ancient Xuzhou area,a kind of pavilion above the water—hanging waterside pavilion(Xuan Shui Xie,built above the water with stilts and brackets as the base and seeming hanging on the water)was systematically collected and classifi ed into 2 major categories:single-bracket column hanging waterside pavilion and multiple-bracket column hanging waterside pavilion. The research showed that hanging waterside pavilion got ride of traditional pavilion’s reliance on rammed earth foundation. In addition to working as a connection part, brackets,or bucket arches(Dougong)had also tremendous load-bearing capacity, straight and curved brackets co-formed a giant multiple bracket system, staircases and one-side hanging structure were used to support the upper construction,so that a new towering but light wooden structure hanging above the water was created, which was an innovation of bracket technique of the Han Dynasty, and also a creative design in the development of wooden architecture.

文摘Objective To investigate the association of ghrelin gene polymorphisms with metabolic syndrome in Han Nationality Chinese. Methods A total of 240 patients with metabolic syndrome and 427 adults aged above forty years were recruited. Genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Results The allelic frequency of the Leu72Met polymorphism was 17.3% in the patient group and 11.9% in the control group (x^2=7.36, P=0.007). Metabolic syndrome was more prevalent among carriers of the Met72 variant (43.8 vs 33.1%, age- and sex-adjusted odds ratio=1.57, P=0.01). No Arg51Gln variants were found in our study subjects. Conclusion Rather than being associated with its individual components, Leu72Met polymorphism is associated with metabolic syndrome in the Han Nationality Chinese. Arg51Gln polymorphism is rare in the Han Nationality Chinese.

文摘We sought to investigate the correlation between the -455G/A and -148C/T polymorphisms of the β-fibrinogen gene and plasma fibrinogen levels in patients with cerebral infarction and in healthy subjects among the Xinjiang Uygur and Han Chinese populations, by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction enzyme digestion analysis. The susceptibility- conferring alleles are -148T and -455A, and the susceptibility-conferring genotype is -455G/A + AA.

文摘Objective: To investigate the correlation between E670 G polymorphism of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9) gene and coronary heart disease(CHD), and contrastively study the regional differences of E670 G polymorphism of PCSK9 gene between patients with CHD among the Han population in Hainan and three provinces in the northeast of China(TPNC), providing scientific basis for prevention and treatment of patients with CHD in different regions. Methods: A total of 233 cases of patients with CHD were selected from the Han population in Hainan and TPNC as the experimental group(118 cases from Hainan, 115 cases from TPNC), and 239 cases with non-CHD were selected among the Han population also in the two regions as control group(125 cases from Hainan, 114 cases from TPNC). The triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels of plasma were tested and PCR-RFLP method was used to test the E670 G polymorphism of PCSK9 gene. The statistical software package SPSS 21.0 was used for the statistical analysis and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results: The levels of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, TC, TG, and LDL-C of patients in CHD group were significantly higher than those in non-CHD group, while the high density lipoprotein cholesterol level was lower than that in non-CHD group(P<0.05). In CHD group, the frequencies of AG, GG genotypes of PCSK9 gene and G allele were higher than those in non-CHD group(P<0.05), and in CHD group, the frequencies of AG, GG genotypes and G allele of patients both in Hainan and TPNC were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Among the patients with CHD, the frequencies of GG genotype and G allele of patients in Hainan were lower than those in TPNC(P<0.05), and in CHD group, the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C of GG genotype were higher than those of AA genotype(P<0.05). While in non-CHD group, there were no significant differences between the frequencies of GG genotype and G allele of patients in Hainan and TPNC(P>0.05). Conclusions: There was a close correlation between the E670 G polymorphism of PCSK9 gene and CHD with serum lipid level. Among Han population in Hainan and TPNC, the E670 G polymorphism of PCSK9 gene of patients with CHD exhibited regional differences.
