The geological features of three types of tropical volcanic rock and soil distributed along Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway(HSR),including pozzolanic clayey soil,mud shale and deep soft soil,are studied through field and laboratory tests.The paper analyzes the mechanism and causes of engineering geological problems caused by tropical volcanic rock and soil and puts forward measures to control subgrade slope instability by rationally determining project type,making side slope stability control and strengthening waterproofing and drainage.The“zero front slope”tunneling technology at the portal,the simplified excavation method of double-side wall heading and the cross brace construction method of arch protection within the semi-open cut row pile frame in the“mountainside”eccentrically loaded soft soil stratum are adopted to control the instability of tunnel side and front slopes,foundation pits and working faces;CFG or pipe piles shall be used to reinforce soft and expansive foundation or replacement measures shall be taken,and the scheme of blind ditch+double-layer water sealing in ballastless track section shall be put forward to prevent arching deformation of foundation;the treatment measures of CFG pile,pipe pile and vacuum combined piled preloading are adopted to improve the bearing capacity of foundation in deep soft soil section and solve the problems of settlement control and uneven settlement.These engineering countermeasures have been applied during the construction of Jakarta-Bandung HSR and achieved good results. 展开更多

Purpose-This study aims to ensure the operation safety of high speed trains,it is necessary to carry out nondestructive monitoring of the tensile damage of the gearbox housing material in rail time,yet the traditional tests of mechanical property can hardly meet this requirement.Design/methodology/approach-In this study the acoustic emission(AE)technology is applied in the tensile tests of the gearbox housing material of an high-speed rail(HSR)train,during which the acoustic signatures are acquired for parameter analysis.Afterward,the support vector machine(SVM)classifier is introduced to identify and classify the characteristic parameters extracted,on which basis the SVM is improved and the weighted support vector machine(WSVM)method is applied to effectively reduce the misidentification of the SVM classifier.Through the study of the law of relations between the characteristic values and the tensile life,a degradation model of the gearbox housing material amid tensile is built.Findings-The results show that the growth rate of the logarithmic hit count of AE signals and that of logarithmic amplitude can well characterize the stage of the material tensile process,and the WSVM method can improve the classification accuracy of the imbalanced data to above 94%.The degradation model built can identify the damage occurred to the HSR gearbox housing material amid the tensile process and predict the service life remains.Originality/value-The results of this study provide new concepts for the life prediction of tensile samples,and more further tests should be conducted to verify the conclusion of this research. 展开更多

Up till now,no systematic studies on railway route selection in urban areas,HSR route selection in particular,have been taken in China.Based on the Shenzhen Railway Terminal Project and the Shenzhen-Shanwei Railway Project,research on HSR route selection in complicated urban areas has been conducted.An optimal route selection plan is determined after studying the local geological and environmental conditions and the complexity of tunnel construction.The research concludes that there are four major concerns in HSR route selection:the match between the new route and the urban planning,the potential economic return for the massive investment,the likely impacts of land expropriation on social stability,and the best synthesis of multiple controlling factors to meet the HSR standard.Moreover,six principles should be followed in railway route selection in complicated urban areas:the new route should be in alignment with the railway deployment;the route should align with the existing passage as much as possible;extensive analysis and in-depth demonstrations should be done to find the most appropriate combination of open and hidden excavation in tunnel construction;geological conditions and tunnel construction complexities are among the priorities;environmental sensitive sites and environmental vibration noise should be avoided as much as possible;special attention should be paid to the relocation of the power supply,television and communication facilities and the rearrangement of tubes and wires. 展开更多

Changqing Yellow River Super-long Bridge of Zhengzhou-Ji'nan HSR is a partial cable-stayed bridge with concrete main girder and a unit length of 1,080 m.Studies are carried out on the key technologies of bridge design,and the main conclusions are as follows:The whole unit adopts the supporting system of tower pier consolidation and tower-beam separation,and each pier is provided with seismic mitigation and isolation bearing;shaped-steel reinforced concrete bridge tower is adopted to bring into full play the tensile performance of steel and the compressive performance of concrete,and avoid the construction challenges of setting up multi-layer and multi-stirrup reinforcement while improving the bearing capacity of section;a new type of double-side and bi-directional anti-skid anchorage device is adopted for the cable saddle of wire divider pipe in order to withstand the unbalanced cable force,and verify the reliability of the anti-skid anchorage device by solid model test;and large-segment cantilever pouring design is adopted for the main girder with a maximum segment length of 8 m to effectively shorten the construction period of the bridge. 展开更多

目的评估汇集白膜层方法制备的血小板保养液悬浮血小板在不同保存温度、不同保存期间的抗低渗休克(HSR)能力。方法用汇集白膜层(BC)方法制备的、用血小板保养液(第3代改良型血小板添加液,PAS-ⅢM)和部分血浆悬浮的汇集血小板(PAS-ⅢM汇... 目的评估汇集白膜层方法制备的血小板保养液悬浮血小板在不同保存温度、不同保存期间的抗低渗休克(HSR)能力。方法用汇集白膜层(BC)方法制备的、用血小板保养液(第3代改良型血小板添加液,PAS-ⅢM)和部分血浆悬浮的汇集血小板(PAS-ⅢM汇集BC-PC),分别在22℃和4℃条件下延时保存21d(试验组),同一样本分别用蒸馏水和血浆按1∶1.5比例稀释,采用分光光度法测定不同贮存条件、不同贮存时段的PAS-ⅢM汇集BC-PC透光率。通过公式(TMAX-T10)/(TMAX-TP)×100%计算HSR恢复率。测定结果与血浆悬浮单采血小板(对照组)的HSR恢复率相比对。结果试验组和对照组第1天的测定结果没有统计学差异;试验组两种贮存条件的PAS-ⅢM汇集BC-PC每天的HSR之间没有统计学差异,但均低于对照组对应的3—7d、高于对照组对应的10—21d的测定结果;随着贮存时间的延长,试验组和对照组的HSR逐渐减弱,在1—10d内试验组和对照组的HSR恢复率在40%—70%。结论利用分光光度计测定HSR是一种简便准确的方法,PAS-ⅢM汇集BC-PC在两种贮存条件下保存10d仍具有较好的抗低渗能力。 展开更多

在我国铁路网络广阔、运输需求巨大的背景下,利用无人机配合高精度激光雷达进行铁路巡检,相较传统人工方法,不仅提高了效率,而且通过精准的点云数据配准与分析,构建出完善的三维铁路环境地图,为线路维护、故障排查及安全隐患定位提供可... 在我国铁路网络广阔、运输需求巨大的背景下,利用无人机配合高精度激光雷达进行铁路巡检,相较传统人工方法,不仅提高了效率,而且通过精准的点云数据配准与分析,构建出完善的三维铁路环境地图,为线路维护、故障排查及安全隐患定位提供可靠的数据支持。针对铁路及周边环境大规模非结构化数据的挑战,提出一种旋转不变性强、泛化能力优异的点云配准算法。通过在3DMatch公开数据集上训练模型,并在ETH数据集及京沪高铁数据集上进行测试,该算法展示了对未知数据集高效准确配准的能力,显著提升了无人机在铁路巡检中的应用价值,为铁路系统的安全运营与高效管理提供了强有力的技术支持。 展开更多

针对智能变电站的通信网络冗余问题,分析IEC 62439-3中的并行冗余协议(parallel redundancy protocol,PRP)及高可用性无缝环网(high-availability seamless redundancy,HSR);根据两者相同的报文转发特点,提出在操作系统层面实现冗余协... 针对智能变电站的通信网络冗余问题,分析IEC 62439-3中的并行冗余协议(parallel redundancy protocol,PRP)及高可用性无缝环网(high-availability seamless redundancy,HSR);根据两者相同的报文转发特点,提出在操作系统层面实现冗余协议的网桥方法;设计并实现Linux系统下网桥结构的PRP/HSR网络驱动方案。该方案在内核设计实现虚拟网桥及其虚拟端口;通过控制虚拟端口与物理端口之间的报文转发,实现报文的冗余处理。测试表明:该方法能实现PRP/HSR协议的零冗余恢复时间,经济有效地解决智能变电站站控层网络冗余问题,可提高网络通信的实时性和可靠性。 展开更多
