The calibration model for simultaneous deter-mination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in heat-clearing and detoxicating oral liquid was built by partial least squares and near infrared spectroscopy, and the method of spectral pre-treatment was discussed. Building model from calibration set obtained good results, and vali-dated by prediction. According to heat-clearing and detoxicating oral liquid from 30 batches of 6 factories, the correlation coefficient of chloro-genic acid and baicalin model are 0.9993 and 0.9923, The root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) are 0.467 and 0.480, and the standard Error of prediction (SEP) of chloro- genic acid and baicalin are 0.356 and 0.370 re-spectively. The correlation coefficients in pre-diction set are 0.9997 and 0.9969, prediction results are accurate and reliable. This method can be applied in rapid analysis of heat- clearing and detoxicating oral liquid, and it is fit for on-line detection and has a wide application prospect. 展开更多

Gout is a metabolic bone and joint disease caused by purine metabolism disorder.The disturbance of inflammatory microenvironment caused by monosodium urate(MSU)deposition is an important pathological mechanism of gout occurrence and development.In the understanding of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the interaction of"dampness","heat"and"stasis"is the main pathogenesis of gout,and the method of clearing heat and removing dampness is the main treatment method of TCM for gout.In recent years,studies have found that heat-clearing and dampness-removing method can improve the TCM symptom score of gout patients,especially in the body tiredness,dry mouth and dry throat,short yellow urine,thirsty,etc.,which are the characteristics of dampness and heat syndrome,this may be related to the fact that the TCM heat-clearing and dampness-removing method in the treatment of gout removes the appearance of dampness and heat,improves the inflammatory microenvironment of gout and restores the normal metabolic function of human body.This paper deeply explores the specific mechanism of TCM heat-clearing and dampness-removing method to improve the inflammatory microenvironment of gout,which can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical gout. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs has protective effect on colorectal cancer(CRC).Given the complicated features of Traditional Chinese medicine formulas,network pharmacology is an effective approach for studying the multiple interactions between drugs and diseases.AIM To systematically explore the anticancer mechanism of heat-clearing and detoxifying drug JC724.METHODS This study obtained the active compounds and their targets in JC724 from Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database.In addition,the CRC targets were obtained from Drugbank,TTD,DisGeNET and GeneCards databases.We performed transcriptome analysis of differentially expressed genes in CRC treated with JC724.Venn diagram was used to screen the JC724-CRC intersection targets as candidate targets.Core targets were selected by proteinprotein interaction network and herb ingredient-target-disease network analysis.The functional and pathway of core targets were analysed by enrichment analysis.RESULTS We found 174 active ingredients and 283 compound targets from JC724.940 CRC-related targets were reserved from the four databases and 304 CRC differentially expressed genes were obtained by transcriptome analysis.We constructed the network and found that the five core ingredients were quercetin,βBeta sitosterol,wogonin,kaempferol and baicalein.The core JC724-CRC targets were CYP1A1,HMOX1,CXCL8,NQO1 and FOSL1.JC724 acts on multiple signaling pathways associated with CRC,including the Nrf2 signaling pathway,oxidative stress,and the IL-17 signaling pathway.CONCLUSION In this study,we systematically analyzed the active ingredients,core targets and main mechanisms of JC724 in the treatment of CRC.This study could bring a new perspective to the heat-clearing and detoxifying therapy of CRC. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the effect of heat-clearing and detoxifying method on the macrophages polarization in patients with acute myocardial infarction with heat toxin syndrome after intervention.Methods:Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction and undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention with heat toxin syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and a test group with 30 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the test group was given Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,the representative of the method of clearing heat and detoxification,orally on the basis of the control group.The intervention time of both groups was 2 weeks.Comparing The Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale(SAQ)before and after treatment,creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase MB isoenzyme(CKMB),high-sensitivity troponin I(hs-TnI),and Lipoprotein-associated phospholipaseA2(LPPLA_2)),the phenotype ratio of M1 and M2 macrophages,and observe the adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the SAQ scores of the two groups of patients were improved,and the levels of CK,CK-MB,hs-TnI,and LP-PLA_2 decreased significantly.The scores of AS,AF,TS,and DP in the SAQ of the test group were all higher than those of the control group,and the hs-TnI and LP-PLA_2 were better than those of the control Group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,the proportion of M1 type macrophages in the two groups of patients'macrophages decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the ratio of M2 type macrophages increased(P<0.05),and the M1/M2 ratio decreased.The ratio of M1/M2 in the test group of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:The method of clearing heat and detoxifying has a definite effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction of heat toxin syndrome after interventional operation.It can reduce myocardial damage,improve myocardial function,and reduce inflammation.And it is safe for clinical treatment without any increasing risk of bleeding or other risk of cardiovascular events. 展开更多

为评价细辛精油的杀虫潜力和作用机制,研究了不同方法提取的细辛精油对2种农业害虫保护酶和解毒酶活性的影响。3种细辛精油分别为:水蒸气蒸馏提取的精油X1、超临界CO2萃取的精油X3、超临界CO2萃取后经硅胶柱层析得到的馏分X5。将X1以1 0... 为评价细辛精油的杀虫潜力和作用机制,研究了不同方法提取的细辛精油对2种农业害虫保护酶和解毒酶活性的影响。3种细辛精油分别为:水蒸气蒸馏提取的精油X1、超临界CO2萃取的精油X3、超临界CO2萃取后经硅胶柱层析得到的馏分X5。将X1以1 000mg/L的剂量喷洒在玉米嫩苗上,将X3和X5以0.5mg/g的剂量分别加入玉米螟人工饲料中,检验黏虫幼虫取食含X1的玉米嫩苗以及亚洲玉米螟幼虫取食含X3或X5的人工饲料的反应,以不添加细辛精油的处理为对照。结果表明:在设置剂量下,细辛精油X1和X3对试虫超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)3种保护酶总体表现为抑制作用;精油X5对试虫POD活性表现出一定的抑制作用,但对试虫SOD、CAT有诱导激活作用。细辛精油对试虫羧酸酯酶(CarE)、酸性磷酸酯酶(ApE)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)均表现出一定的诱导激活作用,但诱导作用随着处理时间的延长而降低,碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)的活性在前期显著升高,后期显著降低,表明细辛精油处理下,试虫可增加解毒代谢能力,但较长时间处理表现为毒害作用的积累,导致试虫解毒酶活性和解毒能力随时间不断下降。综合分析,细辛精油的杀虫作用可能是通过抑制昆虫的保护酶系而实现的。 展开更多

益气养阴清热解毒法对EB病毒感染者中医体质证候的影响 被引量:5

目的:观察益气养阴清热解毒法对EB病毒感染者中医体质证候的影响。方法:对EB病毒感染者44例行随机对照试验。治疗组服用益气养阴清热解毒方药,连续服3个月;对照组未服任何药物,3个月后复查。比较两组观察前后体质证候平均积分及EBV-VCA/... 目的:观察益气养阴清热解毒法对EB病毒感染者中医体质证候的影响。方法:对EB病毒感染者44例行随机对照试验。治疗组服用益气养阴清热解毒方药,连续服3个月;对照组未服任何药物,3个月后复查。比较两组观察前后体质证候平均积分及EBV-VCA/IgA滴度的变化。结果:治疗组的虚弱体质证候平均积分从治疗前2.54±2.11,降为治疗后1.19±1.29,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而其它体质证候平均积分在治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组观察前后各体质证候平均积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治愈率58.62%,有效率20.69%,总有效率79.31%,对照组治愈率13.33%,有效率6.67%,总有效率20.00%(P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴清热解毒法能改善EB病毒感染者的虚弱体质证候,降低EB病毒活性。 展开更多

目的:观察化斑通络方治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2017年1月在邯郸市中医院脑病科门诊及住院治疗的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者394例,随机分为治疗组200例和对照组194例。对照组给予肠溶阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀钙... 目的:观察化斑通络方治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2017年1月在邯郸市中医院脑病科门诊及住院治疗的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者394例,随机分为治疗组200例和对照组194例。对照组给予肠溶阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予高社光教授经验方化斑通络方口服治疗,两组均以6个月为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后斑块面积、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、C反应蛋白等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率93.5%,对照组有效率65.2%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后斑块面积优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后C反应蛋白水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化斑通络方治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效显著。 展开更多

试验旨在研究对比棉酚降解酶及热带假丝酵母ZD-3对棉籽粕中游离棉酚与营养物质的影响,从而评定棉酚降解酶对棉籽粕脱毒的效果。利用棉酚降解酶及热带假丝酵母ZD-3对棉籽粕分别进行酶解与固态发酵。检测原棉籽粕及处理后棉籽粕中游离棉... 试验旨在研究对比棉酚降解酶及热带假丝酵母ZD-3对棉籽粕中游离棉酚与营养物质的影响,从而评定棉酚降解酶对棉籽粕脱毒的效果。利用棉酚降解酶及热带假丝酵母ZD-3对棉籽粕分别进行酶解与固态发酵。检测原棉籽粕及处理后棉籽粕中游离棉酚与营养物质的含量及蛋白质分子质量分布。棉籽粕经棉酚降解酶酶解后,游离棉酚的含量与原棉籽粕相比极显著降低,棉籽粕的脱毒率为92.67%,较热带假丝酵母ZD-3发酵后的脱毒率上升了4.46%,经棉酚降解酶酶解后及热带假丝酵母ZD-3发酵后的棉籽粕,两者的营养物质含量差异不显著,均未检测到棉籽粕中大分子蛋白质降解成小分子蛋白质的现象。棉酚降解酶可以很好的代替热带假丝酵母ZD-3应用于棉籽粕的脱毒,同时棉酚降解酶酶解脱毒较热带假丝酵母ZD-3固态发酵能够极大地缩短时间。 展开更多

目的应用中空纤维膜洗滤技术去除无细胞百日咳料液中的脱毒剂和色素。方法采用不同浓度的盐溶液作为中空纤维膜洗滤液,通过洗滤过程的水通量衰减程度,洗滤后制品外观和蛋白回收率,原液戊二醛残留量,原液效价和毒力来确定洗滤液。用物理... 目的应用中空纤维膜洗滤技术去除无细胞百日咳料液中的脱毒剂和色素。方法采用不同浓度的盐溶液作为中空纤维膜洗滤液,通过洗滤过程的水通量衰减程度,洗滤后制品外观和蛋白回收率,原液戊二醛残留量,原液效价和毒力来确定洗滤液。用物理和化学清洗相结合的方式对使用后的膜进行清洗再生,以水通量恢复率对清洗效果进行评估。结果用盐溶液Ⅱ作为洗滤液,在洗滤过程维持跨膜压基本恒定的情况下,中空纤维膜水通量大、且衰减缓慢,洗滤后收集的制品外观呈淡黄色,蛋白颗粒均匀,蛋白回收率高,所制备原液的戊二醛残留量、效价和毒力检定结果均符合《中国药典》三部(2010版)要求。中空纤维膜使用后,用物理和化学清洗相结合的清洗方式使中空纤维膜的水通量恢复率分别达99.06%,98.11%,99.62%。结论中空纤维膜可用于去除无细胞百日咳料液中的脱毒剂和色素。 展开更多

目的:探讨清热解毒汤保留灌肠与西药联合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性溃疡性结肠炎病人随机分为对照组与治疗组,前者给予西药常规治疗,后者除常规治疗外,还给予清热解毒汤保留灌肠。分析两组病人各项指标在治疗前后的变... 目的:探讨清热解毒汤保留灌肠与西药联合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性溃疡性结肠炎病人随机分为对照组与治疗组,前者给予西药常规治疗,后者除常规治疗外,还给予清热解毒汤保留灌肠。分析两组病人各项指标在治疗前后的变化,比较两种治疗方法对于该病的有效率和治愈率;并计算每例病人住院期间在治疗方面的花费,比较两组病人的成本-效果比,评价两组病人的花费有效性。结果:治疗组总有效率、治愈率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。虽然治疗组病人平均治疗费用高于对照组,但其平均成本-效果比要低于对照组,说明治疗组病人有较高的花费有效性(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒汤保留灌肠联合西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎可以更快地控制病情、改善病状,有较好的临床疗效,病人在疾病治疗费用方面有更好的花费有效性。 展开更多

目的:观察解毒凉血法对慢性乙型重型肝炎患者内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血氨(NH3)的影响,为中西医结合救治慢性乙型重型肝炎患者提供依据。方法:选择慢性乙型重型肝炎患者62例,随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例,两组患者均给予综... 目的:观察解毒凉血法对慢性乙型重型肝炎患者内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血氨(NH3)的影响,为中西医结合救治慢性乙型重型肝炎患者提供依据。方法:选择慢性乙型重型肝炎患者62例,随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例,两组患者均给予综合治疗和血浆置换治疗,治疗组患者加用解毒凉血中药200ml保留灌肠,予对照组患者以同剂量生理盐水保留灌肠,5次/周,连续两周,分别检测血清总胆红素、凝血酶原活动度、内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血氨的水平。结果:治疗组患者治疗后血清内毒素、TNF-α水平有非常显著降低,与对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),且TNF-α活性与内毒素水平呈正相关(P<0.01),治疗组患者血清TBil、NH3治疗后下降明显,PTA上升,但与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:解毒凉血法对慢性重型肝炎有较好疗效,其机制可能与抑制患者血清内毒素、TNF-α水平有关。 展开更多
