Low-temperature performance and high-rate discharge capability of AB5-type non-stoichiometric hydrogen storage are studied. X-ray diffraction(XRD),pressure-composition-temperature(PCT) curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) are applied to characterize the electrochemical properties of ABx(x=4.8,4.9,5.0,5.1,5.2) alloys. The results show that the non-stoichiometric alloys exhibit better electrochemical properties compared with that of the AB5 alloy. 展开更多

Most materials can be easily corroded or ineffective in carbonaceous atmospheres at high temperatures in the reactor core of the high temperature gas-cooled reactor(HTGR).To solve the problem,a material performance test apparatus was built to provide reliable materials and technical support for relevant experiments of the HTGR.The apparatus uses a center high-purity graphite heater and surrounding thermal insulating layers made of carbon fiber felt to form a strong carbon reducing atmosphere inside the apparatus.Specially designed tungsten rhenium thermocouples which can endure high temperatures in carbonaceous atmospheres are used to control the temperature field.A typical experimental process was analyzed in the paper,which lasted 76 hours including seven stages.Experimental results showed the test apparatus could completely simulate the carbon reduction atmosphere and high temperature environment the same as that confronted in the real reactor and the performance of screened materials had been successfully tested and verified.Test temperature in the apparatus could be elevated up to 1600oC,which covered the whole temperature range of the normal operation and accident condition of HTGR and could fully meet the test requirements of materials used in the reactor. 展开更多

The present paper deals with the technical feature of the HETL, the test section and the thermal performance test of the HGD. The HGD test section with a triple tube structure includes an inner heater, a HGD model and a coldhot gas mixer. A counterflow of cold and hot helium gas under the pressure of about 3.0 MPa and the minimum temperature of 100℃ in the annular passage and the maximum of 950℃ in the central tube of the HGD model was formed. The HGD model was undergone 20 times of pressure cycle test under the pressure ranging from 0.1 to 3.4 MPa, 18 times of the temperature cycle test under the temperature ranging from 100 to 950℃ and high temperature (700 to 950℃) helium flow test for a period of more than 350 hours. The effective thermal conductivity (λeff) of the internal insulation of the HGD was investigated experimentally. The relationship of the effective thermal conductivity with the average tmperature of the internal insulation layer is λeff(W/m/℃)=0.3512+0.0003T(℃). The test results indicate that the HGD model has good abilities to resist heat flux from the central tube to the annular passage, temperature variations, and pressure variations. 展开更多

Low temperature cracking has become one of the important factors that diminish asphalt pavement's ride quality and service life.Especially in cold region,cracking caused by low temperature is the main distress form.This paper discussed the effect of aggregate gradation on the low temperature performance in asphalt paving mixtures.A total of 11 asphalt mixtures with 11 different aggregate gradations and one asphalt binder content were studied.Volumetric properties of the coarse aggregate and asphalt mixtures showed aggregate grading has a significant impact on the degree of aggregate interlock in asphalt mixtures.A trend is existed in the low temperature performance with the change of gradation.With the aid of mathematic statistics,it indicates gradation affects the low temperature performance significantly.The findings also indicate the relationship between the degree of aggregate interlock in asphalt mixtures and the low temperature performance:With the stone-to-stone contact developed,the mixture has a high energy to resist contract and deformation at low temperature.The properties of fine aggregate and asphalt play an important part in resisting low temperature cracking in floating structure.But it provides lower energy to resist low temperature cracking compared to the skeleton structure. 展开更多

The increasing severity of ground subsidence,ground fissure and other disasters caused by the excessive exploitation of deep underground resources has highlighted the pressing need for effective management.A significant contributing factor to the challenges faced is the inadequacy of existing soil mechanics experimental instruments in providing effective indicators,creating a bottleneck in comprehensively understanding the mechanisms of land subsidence.It is urgent to develop a multi-field and multi-functional soil mechanics experimental system to address this issue.Based soil mechanics theories,the existing manufacturing capabilities of triaxial apparatus and the practical demands of the test system,a set of multi-field coupled high-pressure triaxial system is developed tailored for testing deep soils(at depths of approximately 3000 m)and soft rock.This system incorporates specialized design elements such as high-pressure chamber and horizontal deformation testing devices.In addition to the conventional triaxial tester functions,its distinctive feature encompass a horizontal deformation tracking measuring device,a water release testing device and temperature control device for the sample.This ensemble facilitates testing of horizontal and vertical deformation water release and other parameters of samples under a specified stress conditions,at constant or varying temperature ranging from-40℃–90℃.The accuracy of the tested parameters meets the requirements of relevant current specifications.The test system not only provides scientifically robust data for revealing the deformation and failure mechanism of soil subjected to extreme temperature,but also offers critical data support for major engineering projects,deep exploration and mitigation efforts related to soil deformation-induced disaster. 展开更多

Evaluation of high temperature performance of SBS-modified asphalt mixture was presented.Both wheel loaded method and creep method were adopted for two different mixtures and two kinds of specimens with different height,and corresponding indicators were measured.Meanwhile,the correlation between these indicators was thoroughly analyzed and two kinds of mixtures were compared.The experimental results show that there is a good linear relationship between LWT indicators and CT indicators for M-13,while a relatively poor relationship for M-25,especially that between dynamic stiffness and static stiffness and that between dynamic stability and static creep stiffness.Besides,logarithmic relationship between DS and RD has a higher determination coefficient than that for linear relationship.Thus,multi-index evaluation should be taken for synthetically assessing high temperature performance of asphalt mixture. 展开更多

Asphalt-rubber pavements often become dam-aged in high-temperature regions and appear rutted or wavy, and experience slippage. To improve the high-temperature performance of the asphalt-rubber mixture, technical measurements, such as, the optimal adjustment of gradation, technique of composite modification, and control of compaction were investigated. An optimal adjustment of aggregate gradation based on stone matrix asphalt improves the high-temperature stability of the asphaltrubber mixture significantly. Through composite modifi- cation, the effect of asphalt-rubber modification was enhanced, and the dynamic stability and relative defor- mation indices of the asphalt-rubber mixture were improved significantly. Furthermore, compaction parame- ters had a significant influence on the high-temperature stability of the asphalt-rubber mixture. The rolling times for compacting the asphalt-rubber mixture should be controlled to within 18-20 round-trips at a molding temperature at 180℃; if the rolling time is a 12 round-trip, the compaction temperature of the asphalt-rubber mixture should be controlled between 180 and 190℃. 展开更多

In order to investigate the high-temperature performances of the asphalt pavement hot-applied sealant, as well as to reduce failures of the sealant pullout, the softening point test and the flow test(two existing methods for evaluating high-temperature performances) were conducted. It was found that both tests could not accurately reflect the adhesion performances of the sealant at high temperatures. For this purpose, the adhesion test for PSAT(pressure sensitive adhesive tape) has been taken as a reference to develop a device that is suitable for evaluating the adhesion performances, by modifying relevant test parameters according to the road conditions at high temperatures. Thirteen common sealants were tested in the modified adhesion test, softening point test and f low test. The experimental results show that no significant correlation(p〉0.05) exists between the adhesion value, softening point, adhesion value and flow value; while a significant correlation(p〈0.05) exists between the softening point and flow value. The modified adhesion test is efficient in distinguishing the hightemperature adhesion performances of different sealants, and can be used as a standard method for evaluating such performances. 展开更多

CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite solar cells have achieved rapid development owing to their exceptional optoelectronic properties and relatively outstanding stability.However,open-circuit voltage(Voc)loss caused by band mismatch and charge recombination between perovskite and charge transporting layer is one of the crucial obstacles to further improve the device performance.Here,we proposed a bilayer electron transport layer ZnO(bottom)/SnO_(2)(top)to reduce the Voc loss(Eloss)and promote device Voc by ZnO insert layer thickness modulation,which could improve the efficiency of charge carrier extraction/transfer and suppress the charge carrier recombination.In addition,guanidinium iodide top surface treatment is used to further reduce the trap density,stabilize the perovskite film and align the energy levels,which promotes the fill factor,short-circuit current density(Jsc),and stability of the device.As a result,the champion cell of double-side optimized CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite solar cells exhibits an extraordinary efficiency of 16.25%with the best Voc as high as 1.27 V and excellent thermal and storage stability. 展开更多

Relationship between repeated triaxial test and Hamburg wheel tracking test on asphalt mixtures 被引量:4

Both the repeated triaxial test (RTT) and the Hamburg wheel tracking test (HWTT) are adopted to evaluate the high temperature performance of the stone mastic asphalt (SMA) and the mastic asphalt (MA). The correlation of the permanent deformations of the MA and the correlation of the deformation developments of the SMA between the two tests are analyzed, respectively. Results show that both the two tests can effectively identify the high temperature performance of mixtures, and the correlation between the final results of the two tests as well as that between the deformation developments of the two tests are excellent with R20.9. In order to further prove the correlation, viscoelastic parameters estimated from the RTT results is used to simulate the rutting development in the HWTT slabs by the finite element method (FEM). Results indicate that the correlation between the two tests is significant with errors less than 10%. It is suitable to predict the rutting development with the viscoelastic parameters obtained from the RTT. 展开更多

In order to analyze the influence of the addition of yttrium and manganese on the soot combustion performance and high temperature stability of CeO_(2) catalyst,a series of Y/Mn-modified CeO_(2) catalysts were prepared.The effects of structural properties,textural properties,oxygen vacancies,Ce^(3+),surface adsorbed oxygen species,reduction properties and desorption properties of oxygen species on the activity were analyzed by various characterization methods.The results of the activity test show that the addition of manganese is beneficial to enhancement of the activity,while the addition of yttrium increases the amount of reactive oxygen species,but decreases the activity.After aging at 700℃,the activity of the CeMn catalyst decreases most sharply,while the catalytic activity of the CeY catalyst can be maintained to a certain extent.Interestingly,the addition of yttrium and manganese at the same time can stabilize the activity.The fundamental reason is that yttrium and manganese move to the surface of the solid solution after aging,which increases the reduction performance of the catalyst,thus contributing to the increase of activity.Although the activity of CeYMn catalyst decreases after aging at 800℃,it is still higher than that of other catalysts aged at 700℃. 展开更多

为了研究耐高温聚烯烃(HTPO)内穿插管在输油工况下的性能退化规律,采用煤油介质模拟输油工况,比较管材在不同温度(20~80℃)和浸泡时间(0~7周)下的质量、密度、结构成分、微观形貌、热稳定性、力学性能的变化规律,研究发现,HTPO管材仅在... 为了研究耐高温聚烯烃(HTPO)内穿插管在输油工况下的性能退化规律,采用煤油介质模拟输油工况,比较管材在不同温度(20~80℃)和浸泡时间(0~7周)下的质量、密度、结构成分、微观形貌、热稳定性、力学性能的变化规律,研究发现,HTPO管材仅在空气中加热时,主要发生热氧化,随着温度升高,质量和密度无明显变化,热稳定性略有下降,碳氧基团吸收峰增强,材料表面出现细小裂纹,屈服强度和弹性模量分别降低了8.15%和13.12%。当管材在20℃浸泡1周时,由于煤油介质的溶胀作用,出现了C=C溶胀吸收峰和C=O伸缩振动峰,材料表面呈沟壑状,屈服强度和弹性模量分别降低3.11%和7.93%。随着温度升高和浸泡时间延长,管材氧化降解程度增大,煤油溶胀作用加剧,80℃浸泡7周时,试样质量增加10.4%,C=C峰和C=O峰的强度增强,材料表面出现蚀刻现象,屈服强度和弹性模量降低38.75%和75.51%,热稳定性显著下降。 展开更多

海上高温高盐油藏层内沉淀深部调驱体系研究与应用

针对常规调驱体系因注入困难、耐温抗盐性差及价格昂贵,难以满足海上高温高盐油藏深部调驱需求的问题,研发出一种以Na_(2)SiO_(3)为主剂的层内沉淀深部调驱体系。通过化学分析、仪器检测和物理模拟等多种方法对体系进行了配方优化和性... 针对常规调驱体系因注入困难、耐温抗盐性差及价格昂贵,难以满足海上高温高盐油藏深部调驱需求的问题,研发出一种以Na_(2)SiO_(3)为主剂的层内沉淀深部调驱体系。通过化学分析、仪器检测和物理模拟等多种方法对体系进行了配方优化和性能评价。实验研究结果表明:调驱体系的最佳母液配方组成为7%硅酸钠+30%沉淀控制剂A+1.0%沉淀控制剂B,该配方可与现场注入水中的成垢离子反应生成粒径为67.0~123.1 nm的颗粒,在向地层深部运移过程中由小到大逐渐聚并成粒径为42.6~47.4μm的无机沉淀,封堵水窜通道最终实现深部液流转向。该调驱体系耐温150℃,在50~500 mD岩心均具有良好的注入性,沉淀后封堵率可达95.9%,对于渗透率级差为8~20的双岩心提高采收率幅度可达11.0%~16.4%。矿场试验表明,层内沉淀调驱体系注入性好、工艺简单,稳油控水效果显著,W油田A井组实施措施后日增油超25 m^(3),含水率平均下降13.3%,累计增油达到7675 m^(3)。技术对于海上高温高盐油田开发具有良好的示范作用。 展开更多

为分析硫酸钙晶须(Calcium Sulfate Whisker,CSW)与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene⁃buta⁃diene⁃styrene Block Copolymer,SBS)复合改性沥青的常规物理性能和高低温流变性,采用沥青三大指标、动态剪切流变(Dynamic Shear Rheolo... 为分析硫酸钙晶须(Calcium Sulfate Whisker,CSW)与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene⁃buta⁃diene⁃styrene Block Copolymer,SBS)复合改性沥青的常规物理性能和高低温流变性,采用沥青三大指标、动态剪切流变(Dynamic Shear Rheology,DSR)和弯曲梁流变(Bending Beam Rheology,BBR)试验,研究了不同CSW掺量对复合改性沥青基本性能和高低温流变性能的影响,并设置CSW改性沥青为对照组。研究结果表明:随着CSW掺量增加,CSW改性沥青的温度敏感性和高温性能提高而低温性能下降;掺量10%CSW改性沥青的针入度指数PI为-0.83,车辙因子G^(*)/sinδ为27.70 kPa,蠕变劲度模量S为368 MPa,蠕变速率m为0.271;CSW/SBS复合改性沥青的温度敏感性和高低温流变性能较CSW改性沥青均明显提高,其中,PI、G^(*)/sinδ和m分别提升了147.0%、82.3%和7.4%,S降低了19.5%。同时,掺量8%CSW/SBS复合改性沥青的高温、低温PG等级分别为82℃和-18℃,比CSW改性沥青的高低温等级分别升了两级和一级。因此,CSW可明显改善沥青的高温性能和温度敏感性,但对沥青低温性能稍微不利,若将其与SBS进行复合改性,可保证沥青的低温性能。 展开更多

不同葡萄砧木抗寒抗抽干能力比较研究

[目的]气候变化新形势下,进一步筛选适宜西北地区抗寒、抗抽干葡萄砧木品种,可为葡萄免埋土栽培推广提供理论依据和技术支撑。[方法]本文以41Bmgt、Riparia、420Bmgt、101-14、196-17、44-53ma、110R、Rupestris du Lot、SO4、161-490、1103P、5BB、3309、Leon Millt共14种13年生葡萄砧木为试材,通过测定离体一年生枝条累计失水速率,结合田间调查葡萄砧木存活率和离体一年生枝条抽干率,以此来评价不同葡萄砧木品种抗抽干能力;结合前人研究及砧木品种特性,采用高低温交变试验箱模拟低温的方法,设置4(对照)、-15、-20、-25和-30℃一系列温度梯度水平,测定不同葡萄砧木一年生枝条相对电导率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白5个生理生化指标,利用隶属函数法进行综合评价不同葡萄砧木的抗寒性。[结果]不同葡萄砧木的抗抽干能力由强到弱依次为:3309>161-490>196-17>Leon Millt>420Bmgt>44-53ma>Riparia>110R>1103P>SO4>101-14>41Bmgt>5BB>Rupestris du Lot;随着处理温度的降低,不同葡萄砧木枝条的抗寒指标总体呈现上升趋势,但不同品种之间存在差异。根据隶属函数的综合分析,结果显示各葡萄砧木的抗寒性由强到弱依次为:SO4>196-17>Leon Millt>5BB>Riparia>44-53ma>420Bmgt>1103P>3309>110R>Rupestris du Lot>101-14>41Bmgt>161-490。[结论]Riparia、196-17、44-53ma和Leon Millt具有较强的抗抽干能力和抗寒性,可作为我国西北地区免埋土葡萄砧木使用。 展开更多

高温后钢-PVA混杂纤维高性能混凝土与变形钢筋黏结性能试验

为研究高温后钢-聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohols,PVA)混杂纤维高性能混凝土(hybrid fiber high performance concrete,HFHPC)与变形钢筋的黏结性能退化规律,以200、400、600、800℃为目标温度,选取钢纤维体积率、PVA纤维体积率、矿粉掺量... 为研究高温后钢-聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohols,PVA)混杂纤维高性能混凝土(hybrid fiber high performance concrete,HFHPC)与变形钢筋的黏结性能退化规律,以200、400、600、800℃为目标温度,选取钢纤维体积率、PVA纤维体积率、矿粉掺量为正交试验因素设计并制作25组HFHPC试件,完成了单调荷载下的中心拉拔试验。结果表明:高温后各组HFHPC试件黏结破坏形态均表现为钢筋拔出破坏;试验温度范围内,对HFHPC试件黏结强度的影响程度均为:钢纤维体积率最大、矿粉掺量次之、PVA纤维体积率最小;随着温度的升高,HFHPC试件黏结强度逐渐下降,且在相同温度条件下,HFHPC试件黏结强度和峰值滑移相比于未掺纤维的混凝土试件均有所提升,其中,200℃时HFHPC试件的黏结强度提升最为显著,分别提升了33.69%、35.76%、37.54%和46.03%;混杂纤维能显著提高高温后高性能混凝土与钢筋的峰值界面能,明显改善黏结延性和耗能能力;提出的考虑温度作用后的混杂纤维混凝土与钢筋黏结-滑移模型与试验实测结果吻合较好,可为火灾后混杂纤维高性能混凝土结构损伤评估及加固方案提供参考。 展开更多

复杂环境下蠕变效应对沥青混合料性能的影响

为了探究沥青混合料在高、低温条件下的性能变化,以及各种环境因素对其的影响程度,基于Burgers模型和沥青混合料的蠕变效应,通过自主开发的环境模拟仪对沥青混合料进行了基本性能试验,并采用灰色关联度分析方法评估单一因素对沥青混合... 为了探究沥青混合料在高、低温条件下的性能变化,以及各种环境因素对其的影响程度,基于Burgers模型和沥青混合料的蠕变效应,通过自主开发的环境模拟仪对沥青混合料进行了基本性能试验,并采用灰色关联度分析方法评估单一因素对沥青混合料高、低温性能的影响程度。同时,采用主成分分析方法进一步揭示了耦合因素对沥青混合料高、低温性能的影响规律。研究发现:单因素对添加了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物(styrenebutadiene-styrene,SBS)的改性沥青混合料高、低温性能的影响程度从大到小的排序为高温、紫外线、降雨;相较于单一因素,耦合因素对SBS改性沥青混合料高、低温性能影响更为显著,其中,耦合因素作用中起首要作用的是紫外线。Burgers模型的拟合结果表明:黏弹性参数会随着环境作用循环天数和环境因素的增多而逐渐降低,进而导致沥青混合料高、低温性能逐渐衰减,究其原因是沥青混合料中的黏性和弹性组分发生了转换。 展开更多
