In addition to garnet, jadeititic-clinopyroxene and rutile, other peak stage (M2) minerals in some gneisses include phengite, aragonite and coesite or quartz pseudomorphs after coesite. The typical peak-stage mineral assemblages in gneisses are characterized by garnet + jadeitic-clinopyroxene + rutile + coesite, garnet + jadeitic-clinopyroxene + phengite + rutile ± coesite and garnet + jadeitic-clinopyroxene + aragonite + rutile ± coesite. The grossular content (Gro) in garnet is high and may reach 50. 1 mol%. The SiO2 content of phengite ranges from 54.37% to 54.84% with 3.54-3.57 p.f.u. Quartz pseudomorphs after coesite occur as inclusions in garnet. The gneisses of the Donghai area have been subjected to multistage recrystallization and exhibit a closewise P-T evolutional path characterized by the near-isothermal decompression. The inclusion assemblage (Hb+Ep+Bi+Pl+Qz) within garnet and other minerals has recorded a pre-peak stage (Mi) epidote amphibole fades metamorphic event. High- and ultrahigh-pressure peak metamorphism (M2) took place at T=750-860℃ and P>2.7 GPa. The symplectitic assemblages after garnet, jadeitic-clinopyroxene and rutile imply a near-isothermal decompression metamorphism (M3, M4) during the rapid exhumation. Several lines of evidence of petrography and metamorphic reactions indicate that both gneisses and eclogites have experienced ultrahigh-pressure metamorphism in the Donghai area. This research may be of great significance for an in-depth study of the metamorphism and tectonic evolution in the Su-Lu ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt.展开更多

The crystal structure changes from an initial face-centered cubic(FCC) to duplex FCC and body-centered cubic(BCC) and finally a single BCC with increasing Al content. In the duplex region, FCC and BCC phases form under a eutectic reaction in the interdendrite region. In the single BCC region, the dendrites transform to ordered B2 and disordered A2 BCC phases resulting from spinodal decomposition. Corresponding to their phase constituents, yield strength increases accompanied with an elongation reduction with increasing Al addition. A very interesting phenomenon of very weak ordered FCC(001) spots appearing in Al-0.4 alloy was observed, indicating a local ordering of FCC phase. The changes of fracture surfaces after the tensile deformation are also corresponding to the variations in mechanical properties.展开更多

X-ray diffraction results revealed that all the films grown from 450 to 570 ℃ were crystalline, and the Gd2O3 thin films consisted of a mixture of cubic and monoclinic phases. The growth temperature was a critical parameter for the phase constituents and their relative amount. Low temperature was favorable for the formation of cubic phase while higher temperature gave rise to more monoclinic phase. All the Gd2O3 thin films grown from different temperatures exhibited acceptable electrical properties, such as low leakage current density (JL) of 10-5 A/cm^2 at zero bias with capacitance equivalent SiO2 thickness in the range of 6-13 nm. Through the comparison between films grown at 450 and 570 ℃, the existence of monoclinic phase caused an increase in JL by nearly one order of magnitude and a reduction of effective dielectric constant from 17 to 9.展开更多

Methods: A high-fidelity teaching simulation on clinical nursing practices using intelligent human analogues was conducted with 200 students, and The Simulation Design Scale, and the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale developed by the National League for Nursing were used to evaluate the training effectiveness and its influencing factors. Results: For the high-fidelity teaching simulation, students gave scores of 4.36± 0.54 points for satisfaction and 4.33 ± 0.46 points for Self-Confidence. The students highly rated the five dimensions of teaching design, i.e., teaching objectives/information, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided feedback, and fidelity. The teaching design was closely correlated with the satisfaction of the high-fidelity teaching simulation and self-efficacy, and the dimensions of teaching objectives/informa- tion and assistance/support for students were particularly strong predictors of teaching effectiveness. Conclusions: A high-fidelity teaching simulation based on Jeffries' theoretical framework improved student satisfaction with the simulation and their Self-Confidence. In planning simulations, teachers should take into account five characteristics, i.e., teaching objectives/information on simulation education, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided reflection, and fidelity, to achieve better teaching effectiveness.展开更多

These lines differ in numerous behavioral traits, with RLA rats being more fearful/anxious than RHA rats, and the latter being novelty-seekers and showing larger intake of, and preference for, addictive substances including ethanol (ETH). Moreover, several differences in central dopaminergic, serotonergic, and GABAergic functions have been reported in these two lines. Since those neural systems are involved in the regulation of ETH consumption, it was considered of interest to investigate: 1) the differences in ETH intake and preference between RHA and RLA rats, 2) the effects of ETH on DA release in the shell of the nucleus accumbens (AcbSh) using brain microdialysis. ETH solutions of increasing concentrations (2% - 10%) were presented on alternate days in a free choice with water. To examine ETH intake and preference stability, animals were subsequently switched to daily presentations of 10% ETH for 10 consecutive days. RHA rats consumed significantly larger amounts of ETH and displayed higher ETH preference than did RLA rats throughout the acquisition and maintenance phases. Following chronic exposure to ETH the animals were habituated to a restricted access to ETH schedule (2% ETH, 2 h per day × 4 days) before surgical implantation of a dialysis probe in the AcbSh. Under these experimental conditions, voluntary ETH intake (2%, 1 h, p.o.) produced a significant increase in accumbal DA output in RHA rats but not in their RLA counterparts. Finally, the i.p. administration of ETH (0.25 g/kg) to na?ve Roman rats produced a significant increment in accumbal DA output only in RHA rats. These results indicate that the mesolimbic dopaminergic system of RHA rats is more responsive to the effects of ETH than that of RLA rats.展开更多

Ni_(0.6)CoFe_(1.4)Nbx(x = 0, 0.05, 0.08, 0.10, and 0.15, in molar ratio) MEAs were prepared using vacuum induction melting. Results show that the new alloy is composed of BCC plus FCC dual phases featuring a network-like structure, and the BCC phase is the main phase in this alloy system. Moreover, the Nb0.10 MEA shows high strength and respectable tensile ductility, representing the best combination of the strength and fracture elongation among the alloys studied here. The remarkable strength of the Nb0.10 MEA is attributed to the combined effect of the solid solution strengthening, the precipitation hardening effect and the interface strengthening effect.展开更多

Shock-induced veins and pockets show various microtextures, decomposition and phase transformation of minerals. The confirmed high-pressure polymorphs of silicates are ringwoodite, majorite, pyroxene glass and maskelynite. Based on the shock effects and assemblages of high-pressure minerals, shock stages of all of 93 GRV ehondrites were classified. In comparison with literature, the Grove Mountains meteorites have a higher fraction (23 out of 93 ) of heavily shocked samples (S4--S5). Most of the heavily shocked meteorites are L group (22 out of 23), except for one H chondrite. The distinct shock metamorphism between H and. L groups may indicate different surface properties of their parent bodies. In addition, there is relationship between petrologic types and shock stages, with most heavily shocked samples observed in equilibrated ordinary chondrites ( especially Type 5 and 6).展开更多

However,medi...Incorporating four cations into a single-phase oxide is beneficial for maintaining structural stability during Li+insertion/desertion because of the produced entropy-dominated phase stabilization effects. However,medium-entropy oxides exhibit inherently poor electron and ion conductivity. As such, in this work, a single-phase medium-entropy oxide of Ni_(x)Cu_(y)CozMn_(1-x-y-z)O(named as NCCM@oxides(H_(2))) is prepared by modified-NiCuCoMn alloy through the epitaxial-growing-based self-combustion and hydrogen reduction. During hydrogen reduction, some Cu ions are reduced to elemental Cu(defined as Cu^(0)),which is distributed among the metal oxides, while generating extensive oxygen vacancies around Cu. The synergetic effect between nanoporous metal-core oxide-shell structure and enriched oxygen/Cu^(0) vacancies greatly enhances the electronic/ionic conductivity. In addition, the lattice of single-phase quaternary metal oxides has the configuration entropy stability, which enables the rock-salt structure to remain stable during repeated conversion reactions. Benefiting from the above-mentioned merits, the anodeforLi-ionbatterieswithentropy-stabled NCCM@oxides(H_(2)) composite shows a high specific capacity of 699 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) and ultra-stable cycling stability, which maintains 618 and 489 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 and 1.0 A·g^(-1) after 200 cycles, respectively. This is the first use of this novel and simple strategy for modifying medium-entropy oxides, which paves the way for the development of high-entropy oxides as high-performance electrodes.展开更多

文摘In the gneisses from the drillhole ZK2304 of the Donghai area, there have been preserved high- and ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic mineral assemblages, a series of complicated retrogressive textures and relevant metamorphic reactions. This research may be of great significance for an in-depth study of the metamorphism and tectonic evolution in the Su-Lu ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt.

文摘Cast Cr Co Ni Alx(x=0-1.2) medium-entropy alloys(MEAs) were produced by arc melting and flip cast to investigate the alloying effect of Al addition on the microstructure, phase constituent and mechanical properties. The changes of fracture surfaces after the tensile deformation are also corresponding to the variations in mechanical properties.

文摘Microstructure and mechanical properties of non-equiatomic(CuNi)_(100-x)Co_(x)(x=15,20,25 and 30,at.%)medium-entropy alloys(MEAs)prepared by vacuum arc-melting were investigated. Results show that all the as-cast MEAs exhibit dual face-centered cubic(fcc)solid-solution phases with identical lattice constant, showing typical dendrite structure consisting of(Ni,Co)-rich phase in dendrites and Cu-rich phase in inter-dendrites.The positive enthalpy of mixing among Cu and Ni-Co elements is responsible for the segregation of Cu.With the increase of Co content, the volume fraction of(Ni,Co)-rich phase increases while the Cu-rich phase decreases, resulting in an increment of yield strength and a decrement of elongation for the(CuNi)_(100-x)Co_(x) MEAs.Nano-indentation test results show a great difference of microhardness between the two fcc phases of the MEAs.The measured microhardness value of the(Ni,Co)-rich phase is almost twofold as compared to that of the Cu-rich phase in all the(CuNi)_(100-x)Co_(x) MEAs.During the deformation of the MEAs,the Cu-rich phase bears the main plastic strain, whereas the(Ni,Co)-rich phase provides more pronounced strengthening.

文摘Gd2O3 thin films as high-κ gate dielectrics were deposited directly on Si(001) substrates by magnetron sputtering at a pressure of 1.3 Pa and different temperatures. Through the comparison between films grown at 450 and 570 ℃, the existence of monoclinic phase caused an increase in JL by nearly one order of magnitude and a reduction of effective dielectric constant from 17 to 9.

文摘Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of a high-fidelity teaching simulation based on an NLN/Jeffries simulation in the nursing education theoretical framework and its influencing factors. In planning simulations, teachers should take into account five characteristics, i.e., teaching objectives/information on simulation education, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided reflection, and fidelity, to achieve better teaching effectiveness.

文摘A series of as-cast lightweight multicomponent alloys Al(86-x)Mg10Zn2Cu2Six(x=0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2 at.%)were prepared by a vacuum induction furnace with a steel die. With the addition of Si,the reticular white Al-Cu phase deposited were gradually replaced by the gray eutectic Mg-Si phase, while the compressive strength of the alloys increases first and then decreases slowly. It is particularly noteworthy that the compression plasticity also exhibits this trend. When the Si content is 0.9 at.%,the compressive strength reaches its maximum at 779.11 MPa and the compressive plasticity reaches 20.91%.The effect of the addition of Si on the serration behavior of alloy was also studied;we found that the addition of Si introduces a new MgSi phase, and with the change of Si is significantly affects the morphology of the precipitated phase, which affects the serration behavior of the alloys. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are optimal at the critical point where the serration behavior disappears. In this work,we have provided a method and a composition for the preparation of a low-cost,high-strength,lightweight medium-entropy alloys.

文摘High-entropy alloys(HEAs)and medium-entropy alloys(MEAs)have attracted a great deal of attention for developing nuclear materials because of their excellent irradiation tolerance.Herein, formation and evolution of radiation-induced defects in Ni Co Fe MEA and pure Ni are investigated and compared using molecular dynamics simulation. It is observed that the defect recombination rate of ternary Ni Co Fe MEA is higher than that of pure Ni,which is mainly because,in the process of cascade collision, the energy dissipated through atom displacement decreases with increasing the chemical disorder.Consequently, the heat peak phase lasts longer, and the recombination time of the radiation defects(interstitial atoms and vacancies)is likewise longer, with fewer deleterious defects. Moreover,by studying the formation and evolution of dislocation loops in Ni-Co-Fe alloys and Ni,it is found that the stacking fault energy in Ni-Co-Fe decreases as the elemental composition increases, facilitating the formation of ideal stacking fault tetrahedron structures.Hence, these findings shed new light on studying the formation and evolution of radiation-induced defects in MEAs.
文摘The Roman high(RHA) and low-Avoidance (RLA) rats were selectively bred for rapid vs poor acquisition of two-way active avoidance behavior. These results indicate that the mesolimbic dopaminergic system of RHA rats is more responsive to the effects of ETH than that of RLA rats.

文摘Designing strong, yet ductile, and body-centered cubic(BCC) medium-entropy alloys(MEAs) remains to be a challenge nowadays. In this study, the strength–ductility trade-off of Ni_(0.6)CoFe_(1.4)MEAs was tackled via introducing a BCC + face-centered cubic(FCC) dual-phase microstructure. The remarkable strength of the Nb0.10 MEA is attributed to the combined effect of the solid solution strengthening, the precipitation hardening effect and the interface strengthening effect.

文摘The effect of iron content on the type and distribution of carbides in the vacuum arc melted Fex(AlCoCrCuNiV)_(88.05-x)Mo_(5)W_(6)-C_(0.95)(x=69,76,83 wt%,respectively) medium-entropy high-speed steels(ME-HSSs) was studied. The homogeneous distribution of granular MC carbides(M refers to the carbides forming transition metal elements, such as W,Mo and V),both at the grain boundary and in the martensitic matrix, was obtained in the Fe_(76)(AlCoCrCuNiV)_(12.05)Mo_(5)W_(6)-C_(0.95)ME-HSS,after quenching at 1210 ℃ followed by triple tempering at 530 ℃.A maximum hardness of about 841 HV_(0.5) was achieved, even higher than the maximum hardness of the commercially available M_(2)(W_(6)Mo_(5)Cr_(4)V_(2)) HSS,826 HV_(0.5).The medium-entropy effect was shown to be beneficial to transform the solidified primary carbide network into finely dispersed granular MC.However, when the iron content was further reduced to 69 wt%,the enhanced entropy effect promoted the dispersion of carbides but at the same time led to a decrease in the carbide content,so that the maximum hardness(816 HV_(0.5)) was slightly lower than the maximum hardness of M2-HSS.The results provide a novel alloy system together with a simple heat treatment method to obtain hard HSSs,and more importantly to eliminate the primary carbide network which is harmful to the toughness of traditional HSS.

文摘In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of highfines sand(HFS)produced by the mine, full solid waste shotcrete(HFS-BFRS)was prepared with HFS asfine aggregate in cooperation with basaltfiber(BF).The strength growth characteristics of HFS-BFRS were analyzed. And thefitting equation of compressive strength growth characteristics of HFS-BFRS under the synergistic effect of multiple factors was given. And based on the orthogonal experimental method, the effects on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength andflex-ural strength of HFS-BFRS under the action of different levels of influencing factors were investigated. The effect of three factors on the mechanical properties of HFS-BFRS,3,and 28 d,respectively, was revealed by choosing the colloidal sand ratio(C/H),basaltfiber volume fraction(BF Vol)and naphthalene high-efficiency water reducing agent(FDN)as the design variables, combined with indoor tests and theoretical analysis. The results show that the sensitivity of the three factors on compressive strength andflexural strength is C/H>FDN>BF Vol,and split-ting tensile strength is BF Vol>FDN>C/H.Finally,thefitting ratio of HFS-BFRS was optimized by the factor index method, and the rationality was verified by thefield test. For thefluidity of HFS-BFRS,the slump can be improved by 139%under the action of 1.2%FDN,which guarantees the pump-ability of HFS-BFRS.

文摘The L1_(2)-strengthened Co_(34)Cr_(32)Ni_(27)Al_(4)Ti_(3)medium-entropy alloy(MEA)with precipitations of grain boundaries has been developed through selective laser melting(SLM)followed by cold rolling and annealing, exhibiting excellent strength-ductility synergy. The as-printed alloy exhibits low yield strength(YS)of~384 MPa,ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of~453 MPa,and uniform elongation(UE)of 1.5%due to the existence of the SLM-induced defects. After cold rolling and annealing, the YS,UTS,and UE are significantly increased to~739 MPa,~1230 MPa,and~47%,respectively.This enhancement primarily originates from the refined grain structure induced by cold rolling and annealing. The presence of coherent sphericalγ'precipitates(L1_(2)phases)and Al/Ti-rich precipitates at the grain boundaries, coupled with increased lattice defects such as dislocations, stacking faults, and ultrafine deformation twins, further contribute to the property’s improvement. Our study highlights the potential of SLM in producing high-strength and ductile MEA with coherent L1_(2)nanoprecipitates,which can be further optimized through subsequent rolling and annealing processes. These findings offer valuable insights for the development of high-performance alloys for future engineering applications.

文摘Medium-entropy oxides(MEOs)with broad compositional tunability and entropy-driven structural stability, are receiving booming attention as a promising candidate for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts.Meanwhile, ultrathin two-dimensional(2D)nanostructure offers extremely large specific surface area and is therefore considered to be an ideal catalyst structure. However,it remains a grant challenge to synthesize ultrathin 2D MEOs due to distinct nucleation and growth kinetics of constituent multimetallic elements in 2D anisotropic systems. In this work,an ultrathin 2D MEO(MnFeCoNi)O was successfully synthesized by a facile and low-temperature ionic layer epitaxy method.Benefiting from multi-metal synergistic effects within ultrathin 2D nanostructure, this 2D MEO(MnFeCoNi)O revealed excellent OER electrocatalytic performance with a quite low overpotential of 117 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and an impressive stability for 120 h continuous operation with only 6.9%decay.Especially,the extremely high mass activity(5584.3 A·g^(-1))was three orders of magnitude higher than benchmark RuO_(2)(3.4 A·g^(-1))at the same overpotential of 117 mV.This work opens up a new avenue for developing highly efficient and stable electrocatalysts by creating 2D nanostructured MEOs.

文摘Rational designing of one-dimensional(1D)magnetic alloy to facilitate electromagnetic(EM)wave attenuation capability in low-frequency(2-6 GHz)microwave absorption field is highly desired but remains a significant challenge. In this study,a composite EM wave absorber made of a FeCoNi medium-entropy alloy embedded in a 1D carbon matrix framework is rationally designed through an improved electrospinning method. The 1D-shaped FeCoNi alloy embedded composite demonstrates the high-density and continuous magnetic network using off-axis electronic holography technique, indicating the excellent magnetic loss ability under an external EM field. Then, the in-depth analysis shows that many factors, including 1D anisotropy and intrinsic physical features of the magnetic medium-entropy alloy, primarily contribute to the enhanced EM wave absorption performance. Therefore, the fabricated EM wave absorber shows an increasing effective absorption band of 1.3 GHz in the low-frequency electromagnetic field at an ultrathin thickness of 2 mm.Thus, this study opens up a new method for the design and preparation of high-performance 1D magnetic EM absorbers.

文摘Shock effects of 93 Grove Mountains (GRV) ordinary chondrites were studied in this work, including fracture, various types of extinction, and recrystallization of silicates observed under optical microscopy. In addition, there is relationship between petrologic types and shock stages, with most heavily shocked samples observed in equilibrated ordinary chondrites ( especially Type 5 and 6).

文摘In this work,we designed a novel NiCoCr-based medium-entropy alloy(MEA)strengthened by coher-ent L12-nanoparticles,i.e.,(NiCoCr)92 Al 6 Ta 2(at.%).The strengthening and deformation mechanisms of the material and the coarsening kinetics of the coherent precipitates were systematically investigated. The results indicated that giant precipitation hardening and its synergy with other strengthening contributors confer on the aged material a yield strength as high as 1.0 GPa.Moreover,a unique particle-features-dependent plasticity mechanism was revealed in this alloy. That is,the alloy with a lower volume frac-tion,denser distribution, and finer particles mainly deformed by dislocation planar slip,otherwise,stack-faults-mediated plasticity was favored, rationalized by the cooperative/competitive effect of stack-fault energy, spatial confinement, and applied stress.Furthermore, the coarsening behavior of precipitate fol-lowed a modified Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner(LSW)model,and the nanoparticles displayed remarkably su-perior thermal stability compared to most traditional superalloys and reported multicomponent alloys. The superb coarsening resistance of precipitate originated from the coupled effect of intrinsic sluggish diffusion in multi-principal alloys and the dual-roles of Ta species as a precipitate stabilizer. This work provides a new pathway to develop strong-yet-ductile multicomponent alloys as promising candidates for high-temperature applications.

文摘Incorporating four cations into a single-phase oxide is beneficial for maintaining structural stability during Li+insertion/desertion because of the produced entropy-dominated phase stabilization effects. This is the first use of this novel and simple strategy for modifying medium-entropy oxides, which paves the way for the development of high-entropy oxides as high-performance electrodes.

文摘A novel cobalt-free oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)equiatomic FeCrNi medium entropy alloy(MEA)was successfully fabricated through mechanical alloying and hot extrusion(HE).The ODS FeCrNi MEA is composed of a single face-centered cubic(FCC)matrix,in which highly dispersed oxide nanoparticles, including Y_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7),Y_(2)TiO_(5) and Y_(2)O_(3),are uniformly distributed.Compared with the FeCrNi MEA,the ODS FeCrNi MEA exhibits the improved yield strength(1120 MPa)and ultimate tensile strength(1274 MPa)with adequate ductility retention(12.1%).Theoretical analysis of the strengthening mechanism indicates that the high strength is mainly attributed to the grain-boundary strengthening caused by fine grains and the precipitation strengthening resulted from the oxide nanoparticles.Meanwhile, the matrix that easily activates mechanical twinning during the deformation process is the main reason to ensure moderate ductility. In addition, the introduction of high-density oxide nanoparticles can disperse the defect distri-bution and suppress the defect growth and irradiation-induced segregation, leading to the excellent irra-diation resistance. These findings provide innovative guidance for the development of high-performance structural materials for future nuclear energy applications with balanced strength and ductility.
