Taking Xingzi hot spring in Jiangxi for an example and tourist behaviors of hot-spring tourism as the research object,tourist behaviors and psychological feelings were analyzed in this study to discuss the sustainable Development Countermeasures of hot-spring tourism.

A Study on Development of Leisure Tourism in Yichang City of Hubei Province

In recent years,leisure tourism in Yichang City of Hubei Province has been developed rapidly and has made great contribution to the economic development of Yichang City. Leisure tourism in Yichang City has entered a golden period of great development,great transformation,great improvement and great leap forward. However,while pursuing the development of tourism industry,it is required to pay attention to the problem of improving its industrial development. This article mainly studied the current situation and existing problems of tourism in Yichang. Finally,it came up with some solutions and suggestions about how to promote the development of leisure tourism in Yichang City.

Development Situation and Countermeasures of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism in Huizhou

In this paper,the development status,advantages (such as superior natural conditions,rich subtropical agricultural resources,and excellent location conditions) and existing problems (such as insufficient safeguard,homogeneous competition and lack of features) of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Huizhou City were analyzed,and then some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Huizhou were put forward.

Tropical Leisure Agro-tourism in the Context of Constructing International Tourism Island in Hainan

The construction of Hainan International Tourism Island creates a promising prospect for the development of its tropical leisure agro-tourism, and the latter will contribute a lot to the former in the fields of economy, ecology and culture. The present situation and development prospects of tropical leisure agro-tourism in the context of constructing International Tourism Island in Hainan are introduced in this study, SWOT analysis of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan is conducted, causes of imperfect tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island are elaborated such as insufficient understanding and investment, fragile infrastructure and lack of overall tourism planning despite its abundant tropical agricultural resources, marine resources, forest resources and ecological resources as well as convenient transportation. Combining with the opportunities and challenges in developing tourism industry, targeted strategies are proposed for promoting the tropical leisure agro-tourism, that is, enhancing understanding about leisure agro-tourism; determining the target and orientation of tourism planning through basic classification, properly defining functional divisions and spatial layout; improving relevant laws and regulations about tourism industry; attaching more importance in attracting alien investment; fully developing the tropical, marine, green and ecological features of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island; cultivating resources, scenic spots and products of different types respectively in tourism development, especially culturing typical products; protecting ecological environment, implementing sustainable development of tourism industry; making innovations in marketing, accurately subdividing tourism market.

Reuse of Industrial Heritage Based on “Leisure-Holiday Tourism Complex”

Tourism development, as a novel approach in the reuse of industrial heritage, is conducive to the settlement of issues of urban industrial heritage conservation. However, in practical terms, the development of industrial heritage as tourist resources, has encountered problems including monotonous development projects, the lack of tourism facilities, low economic efficiency, poor sustainability of project operation, etc.. This paper, based on the transformation plan of Salt Manufacturing Plant in Qingjiang County of Zhangshu, Jiangxi, proposes that a leisure-holiday tourism complex can be used as the development model of the reuse of industrial heritage at a time when the reuse of industrial heritage is advised to shift from a single mode to a compound mode. Specifically, it is suggested that industrial raw materials are developed into tourism resources to fully excavate relevant history and culture, for the purpose of achieving the coordinated economic and social growth of the reuse of industrial heritage.

Benefits Approach to Leisure Applied to Sustainable Tourism Development

The Benefits Approach to Leisure (BAL), recognized as a major and badly needed "paradigm shift" in the way we conceive of and manage recreation resources, is believed to play a big role in achieving the sustainable development of tourism industry. BAL has been proved to be effective and efficient in the field of leisure and tourism in terms of its three types of benefits and two stages of production. This paper, using Aqua Zoo in Friesland, the Netherlands as a case, investigates the significance of BAL to the sustainable tourism development.

河北省休闲农业与旅游业耦合协调关系研究

休闲农业是一项旅游性较强的新兴产业,深入探索休闲农业与旅游业的耦合协调关系是促进两者可持续发展的重要基础。基于此,本研究以河北省为例,构建休闲农业与旅游业评价指标体系,采用熵权法确定指标权重,利用线性加权法测算两系统的综合发展指数,最后利用耦合协调度模型测算2013—2022年河北省休闲农业与旅游业的耦合协调度。实证结果表明:河北省休闲农业与旅游业综合发展指数变动趋势大体保持一致,整体呈现先升后降的趋势,呈现倒“V”型态势,2013—2019年指数上升,2019年后受疫情影响逐渐下降;两系统耦合度较低,目前处于拮抗阶段,耦合协调度发展经历了中度失调、轻度失调、濒临失调、勉强协调、初级协调、勉强协调、濒临失调7个阶段,后期疫情对于两系统的发展影响较大;在划分类型上,以休闲农业主导性为主,两大系统相互支撑、相互促进作用显著。基于此,促进河北省休闲农业与旅游业耦合协调关系进一步健康发展,应建立耦合协调发展管理机制、加强政府扶持及完善基础设施等。

休闲时代视角下民族体育旅游的发展

随着中国成为全球第二大经济体,全民小康战略纵深目标达成,全民生活水平不断提升,人们的追求从物质过渡到精神,多种休闲项目带动了国有经济的发展。休闲时代的到来,极大程度上促进了中国旅游事业的发展,民族体育旅游作为新兴旅游项目之一,是以民族特性为核心的旅游项目。然而,受限于民族体育旅游的受众人群和开发力度,休闲时代下的民族体育旅游事业发展还有很大的上升空间。基于此,本文结合民族体育旅游发展空间分析论述休闲时代视角下发展民族体育旅游的策略。

山西省旅游休闲街区高质量发展的对策研究

以山西省旅游休闲街区为例,总结了山西省旅游休闲街区的建设与形成,并针对目前存在的主要问题从部门联动提升管理、挖掘特色创新业态、加强软硬件建设提升服务水平、多方营销扩大市场知名度等方面提出了改进建议,以期为促进旅游休闲街区的高质量发展提供有价值的参考。

基于游客具身体验视角的休闲旅游发展质量关系模型研究

体验经济时代,人们在满足物质生活后,更加追求高质量的精神生活。以抚仙湖旅游度假区休闲旅游者为研究对象,将视听嗅味触“五感”与食住行游购娱“六要素”结合,构建休闲旅游发展质量关系模型,运用SPSS 19.0和AMOS 24.0软件,通过问卷调查和结构方程进行实证检验,探索具身体验、高峰体验、休闲满意度和发展质量关系。研究发现:具身体验均正向影响休闲满意度和高峰体验,且对休闲满意度的影响大于高峰体验;高峰体验正向影响休闲满意度;休闲满意度正向影响发展质量,且分别在具身体验、高峰体验和发展质量之间起中介作用;高峰体验在具身体验和休闲满意度之间起中介作用。

文旅网红城市可持续发展内生动力探究——以山东省淄博市为例

近年来,网红城市成为引领城市文化旅游的风向标,而网红出圈的偶然性预示着其生命周期具有短暂性,如何让“网红”走向“长红”,实现网红城市的可持续发展成为大众关注的焦点。以凭借“淄博烧烤”事件爆火的网红城市淄博为例,运用大数据爬取技术,从时间维度对新浪微博平台进行舆情监测,揭示网红事件从形成、高涨、波动到最终淡化的生命周期,并深入探究网红事件本身的红利属性,以及城市走红所付出的代价,进而从“网红本身”和“城市整体”两个维度提出发展策略:一方面充分发挥网络红利的余热,借助网络媒介让品牌“走出去”,将游客“引进来”;另一方面通过区域层面的协调统筹和城市层面的建设管理,提高城市竞争力,实现网红城市的对外传播和对内整治,从而实现城市的可持续发展。

乡村振兴战略下休闲农业与乡村旅游协同发展策略研究——以江苏省扬州市为例

休闲农业和乡村旅游有机结合,是一种可持续发展的新型农业,推动休闲农业和乡村旅游的协同发展是乡村振兴的重要手段。扬州作为国家级生态示范市,休闲农业和乡村旅游发展具有宽松的外部动力,但两者协同发展过程中存在诸多问题。该研究在以江苏省扬州市为例分析休闲农业与乡村旅游发展现状的基础上,指出休闲农业与乡村旅游协同发展存在的问题,从政府统筹、品牌建设、网络技术、基础设施、政策扶持等方面提出对策建议。

国内休闲农业旅游发展研究

体闲农业旅游是旅游方式由传统观光型向新兴的休闲度假型转变的一个重要标志,是观光农业旅游的高级形式。由于社会的发展,人们消费观念和水平的变化以及休闲农业旅游自身的特点和功能,休闲农业旅游将呈现两种发展趋势,一种朝综合化、规模化、大型化的方向发展,另一种则是朝特色化、精致化的方向发展。因此,我国在发展休闲农业旅游产业时应提高认识、转变观念,因地制宜、科学规划,突出特色、打造精品,加强管理、提高质量,走政府主导、村民参与,依靠科技进步的可持续发展之路。

基于内涵界定的我国滨海旅游发展模式研究

基于"本体-认识-方法"论的逻辑范式,从关系范围和主驱力两个视角重新界定了滨海旅游的基本内涵,认为滨海旅游与海岸旅游和海洋旅游具有交叉关系,是在一定的社会经济条件下,以沿海岸线陆域和海岸为依托,以满足人们精神和物质需求以及不同经济主体利益为目的而进行的海陆观光、休闲和度假等旅游活动所产生的现象和关系的总和;结合国内外发展实践认为滨海旅游应有独特的滨海生态与人文资源、较长的可游憩时间、优越的区位条件和交通环境、较好的海陆经济产业发展、较高的开发技术支撑和强烈的海洋意识培养等六方面特性;基于内涵界定并遵照滨海旅游发展模式构建的市场经济驱动、不同主体参与、地方特色强化和游憩环境保护4项原则,从管理经营、空间布局和要素开发等3个关键领域系统地提出了滨海旅游发展的政府主导与企业驱动相结合的管理经营模式、"集聚-联动"驱动的空间布局模式、RMIP要素开发模式,以期为沿海城区滨海旅游地建设和完善提供了理论和实践的双重借鉴。
