This paper explores the role of guiding students to participate in skills competitions on the development of young teachers in vocational colleges.We investigate the impact of skills competitions on the consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills with students.The results of this research demonstrate that skills competitions have a positive influence on the professional growth of young teachers.The consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills collectively contribute to the effectiveness of young teachers in vocational colleges.It is recommended that vocational colleges prioritize and support the participation of young teachers in skills competitions to foster their professional development.

Vocational education and general education are two different types of education that are equally important.The orientation of talent training in vocational education is to nurture skilled talents to serve the society.The practical ability of students is both the focus of teaching in vocational colleges and the requirement of enterprise posts.The various types of skills competitions provide a“stage”for students to showcase their abilities.First,this paper explores students’problem-solving ability while preparing for these competitions,expounding the importance of vocational education and skills competitions.Second,this paper summarizes the views of different scholars.Third,based on a specific case,this paper describes the improvement in students’ability while preparing for these competitions.Fourth,this paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey conducted to investigate the improvement in students’ability.Lastly,this paper puts forward several suggestions that appeal for vocational colleges to pay more attention to skills competitions.

Enhancing the Problem-Solving Skills of Vocational Students Through Skills Competition

Unlike general education,vocational education aims to nurture skilled people for various sectors in the society.The development of students’problem analysis and problem-solving skills is crucial.As an important part of the vocational education system,skills competitions are considered a“booster”for improving the quality of teaching in vocational institutions.This paper examines the problem-solving skills of students in preparation for skills competition.First of all,we introduce China’s education policies and conduct a review of early scholars’views,followed by a discussion on the specific problems faced in the design of the entry for skills competition and an exploration of the process of enhancing students’problem-solving skills around these problems;we then propose several suggestions for vocational institutions to enhance their participation in skills competitions.Skills competitions provide a“special stage”for students in vocational institutions to show their abilities.The question of how this“stage”can be utilized to better improve students’abilities is worth exploring in different fields.

技能竞赛培育高职学生职业核心素养实践研究——以高职商务类实训项目为例

随着经济社会的快速发展,企业对于人才的要求日益提高,高职院校培育学生职业核心素养成为教育教学改革的重要工作之一。本文运用技能竞赛培育学生职业核心素养以重构高职院校商务类课程教学内容,着重开展“赛、学、做”三位一体的商务活动实践实训课堂,为学生营造集理论性、实践性与操作性于一体的实践实训职业情境,提升高职商务活动实训教学质量,培养学生职业化思维、职业化行为、职业化技能以及职业化习惯,从而促进学生综合素质得到全面发展,满足商业企业对于高质量应用型人才的需求。

“虚拟仿真实训教学及资源云平台”建设背景下职业技能培训研究

“十四五”时期职业技能培训面临新的挑战,职业技能培训难以适应人工智能、大数据、物联网、虚拟现实等信息技术的发展要求,支持职业技能培训的教学模式及课程资源亟须完善。针对基于“虚拟仿真实训教学与资源云平台”建设的职业技能培训开展研究。探索与学校职业技能培训工作实际相符合的“人工智能+”培训新形态,推动学校职业技能培训、“1+X”证书制度试点工作、技能竞赛等工作的变革创新,以促进学校职业技能培训教学工作高质量发展,促进区域经济可持续发展。

赛教融合视角下临床护理技能综合实训教学方案的设计与实践效果评价

目的基于赛教融合的理念设计临床护理技能综合实训教学方案,并探究其实施效果。方法结合中国大学生医学技术技能大赛项目,从总体思路、教学内容、教学资源、教学活动、教研团队等方面设计临床护理技能综合实训方案。对236名护理专业本科三年级学生通过课前导学、课中开展OSCE与引导性反馈、课后巩固三环节开展实训方案教学实践并评价方案实施效果。结果OSCE第1站点入院接诊完成时间为(564±240)s,第2站点术前护理完成时间为(618±121)s,第3站点术后护理完成时间为(653±166)s。理论基础、操作技能、团队配合、人文关怀、临床思维的得分率为78.9%~91.7%。学生对教学方法、教学内容、教学过程安排、教学环境布置的满意度为89.7%~97.6%。反思报告结果显示,竞赛紧张但参与度高,操作后讨论有利于知识与技能的综合。结论将竞赛任务具有挑战性的特点融入临床护理综合实训教学设计,以竞赛的趣味性提高学生学习兴趣,结合引导性反馈可有效培养学生的综合能力。

基于能力培养导向临床实习轮转模式的应用意义

目的结合国家执业医师考试及全国大学生医学技术技能大赛的考试要求,探讨基于能力导向临床实习轮转模式改革的应用效果。方法选取实习的2017级临床医学“5+3”一体化儿科及临床专业实习生各90名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组90人。试验组采用调整后实习轮转计划,对照组采用传统实习轮转计划,应用综合考评得分、个人综合能力、自我超越、职业抱负、教学满意度评分量表进行统计比较。结果试验组综合考评、个人综合能力、岗位胜任能力、自我超越、职业抱负、教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习模式改革有助于提高医学生的整体素质,改善医学生的学习环境,激发医学生的临床学习兴趣和主动性,增强医学生的临床实践能力,提高医学生的满意度,同时提升国家执业医师考试通过率以及为全国大学生医学技术技能大赛培养优秀赛手,值得继续深入探索和推广应用。

根据应急气象观测科目在全国气象行业职业技能竞赛中的考核要求,结合题型设计分别对参数设置、自动观测系统实时运行模拟、数据维护处理和重要天气报、应急气象观测业务应用客观题、云和天气现象应急观测的考点进行详细分析,并根据工作实践,提练总结答题应试技巧,以期为基层台站参赛选手应考操作,以及基层台站综合业务人员数据处理能力提升提供思路。

知识技能大赛在麻醉科临床实习带教中的应用效果

目的:探讨知识技能大赛在麻醉科临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年12月于广州医科大学附属第一医院麻醉科实习的麻醉专业本科学生50名作为研究对象,其中于2021年7—12月进行实习的25名学生作为对照组,于2022年7—12月进行实习的25名学生作为试验组。对照组实施常规带教模式,试验组在对照组基础上,于实习第40周进行知识技能竞赛带教模式。比较两组考核成绩、教学效果。结果:试验组理论考试成绩、技能操作考试成绩、出科考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组自主学习能力、临床分析能力、临床操作能力、专业素养评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知识技能大赛在麻醉科临床实习带教中的应用效果较好,可提高学生理论考试成绩、技能操作考试成绩、出科考试成绩,保证教学质量。

区域经济发展视角下省域职业院校技能竞赛问题与对策——基于湖南省相关竞赛数据的分析

职业院校技能大赛作为我国职业教育一项制度创新,为深化产教融合、校企合作,推行工学结合、知行合一的人才培养模式改革,提升人才培养质量发挥了重要作用。湖南省职业院校技能竞赛经过十多年的探索,促进了区域内职业院校专业设置与产业、职业岗位对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程和生产过程对接,为湖南经济社会发展及产业转型升级提供了人力支撑。分析2008年以来省级职业院校技能竞赛发展轨迹,剖析其与区域经济社会发展、产业结构调整的关系,发现尚存在赛项覆盖广度不够、竞赛过程与企业生产结合不紧、竞赛内容与专业教育教学融入不深等问题,据此提出政府统筹建立产教融合实体平台、“产赛教”融合、“岗课赛”融通等应对策略。
