Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Academic Association of"Federation of Life Science Research and Innovation"

Taking the academic association of the Federation of Life Science Research and Innovation of the College of Life Science and Biotechnology of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as the research platform,it is necessary to organically combine personalized education with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.On the basis of unified teaching ideas,we should pay attention to the individual differences of educational objects,eliminate the disadvantages of traditional education,and break the conventional"spoon-feeding"teaching mode.It is necessary to shift from only paying attention to one-way indoctrination to paying attention to the cultivation of students'innovative quality,and to enhance students'interest in scientific research and practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship through the rich scientific research activities of academic associations.

The Way to Cultivate Characteristic Talents Majoring in Marketing in Agricultural Universities and Colleges

In face of modern enterprises' picky needs for marketing talents, the majority of graduates majoring in marketing from agricultural universities and colleges are often criticized due to old marketing concept, mediocre expertise, lack of practical ability and lack of communication skills in the process of searching job. It exposes the flaws of agricultural universities and colleges in training objectives of marketing talents, curriculum setting, features, teachers and their quality. The marketing education should serve the marketing practice needs, and the training mode and training way of marketing talents in agricultural universities and colleges need to be urgently reformed and improved. Research on the cultivation of innovative and creative thinking for science and technology talents in local engineering colleges and Universities

The direct target of engineering education is to cultivate engineers and industry leaders with the qualifi ed skills and strong competencies. To cultivate skilled technological talents in a local engineering college, the fi rst subject is to establish the discipline according to the major strategy of the local economic development requirements, so that the professional regional service function is relatively strong. Secondly, the individual work orientation and development direction are considered as well in the cultivated process. These aspects are required such as renewing education idea, strengthening the education of humanity quality, perfecting the system of continuing education, establishing the mechanism of lifelong learning.

Factors Preventing Technical Colleges and Universities from Cultivating Foreign Language Talents

This article discusses about the cultivation of foreign language talents,through which it can be appreciated that the emphasis is to be laid on improving their comprehensive qualities.Only in this way can foreign language talents adapt to the needs of the market,integrate into the ranks of technical personnel in the field of engineering,and be warmly welcomed by employers or employing units.Nevertheless,in order to achieve this aim,three factors should be overcome to avoid the hindrance faced by technical colleges and universities from cultivating foreign language talents with comprehensive qualities.This article probes into the three negative factors:first,students are not fluent in their mother tongue;second,foreign language majors lack basic knowledge of science and technology so much so that they are not able to do well in such translation;third,they lack the ability to perform simultaneous interpretation Simultaneous interpreting.In regard to those factors,this article then provides several suggestions as countermeasures to those three negative factors,so as to cultivate talents that can satisfy the needs of the market.
