This paper developed a comprehensive evaluation system that was able to quantify the levels of high-quality development across the cities within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and investigate the impact that di...This paper developed a comprehensive evaluation system that was able to quantify the levels of high-quality development across the cities within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and investigate the impact that digital finance had on the cities’high-quality development and the underlying mechanisms through which it achieved this.This comprehensive evaluation system was constructed using statistical data from these cities for the period 2014 to 2020 while also taking China’s high-quality development philosophy into account.The key findings revealed that:(a)Digital finance was able to significantly promote high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle;(b)Digital finance had a significant positive effect in promoting innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared development;(c)Digital finance was able to stimulate the high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by boosting entrepreneurial dynamism;(d)Digital finance had a significant impact on the high-quality development of the axis areas,while its impact was less discernible in non-axis areas.The insights from this research offer a deeper understanding of the factors that drive high-quality development,the role digital finance plays,and the mechanisms through which digital finance is able to propel high-quality development at the city cluster scale.展开更多

The entropy method is used to measure the high-quality economic development levels of 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2020,and the impacts of factor price distortion,technological ...The entropy method is used to measure the high-quality economic development levels of 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2020,and the impacts of factor price distortion,technological innovation,and their interaction terms on high-quality economic development are analyzed based on Tobit regression.The results show that highquality economic development of 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)in China is on the rise;factor price distortion has an inhibitory effect on high-quality economic development,while technological innovation has a promoting effect on high-quality economic development,and both of them have a lag effect;technological innovation level can help alleviate the negative impact of factor price distortion on high-quality economic development;and sub-regional research shows that the inhibitory effect of factor price distortion on highquality economic development in the east is significantly higher than that in the central and western regions,but the positive effect of technological innovation and the interaction terms between the two on high-quality economic development is significantly lower than that in the central and western regions.Accordingly,it is proposed to optimize top-level design for the two-wheel drive for high-quality economic development,strengthen the primary role of enterprises in innovation to promote high-quality economic development,and optimize the market-oriented allocation of factors to improve the efficiency of resource allocation.展开更多

文摘Since the age of digital intelligence,the government has introduced policies to actively promote the intelligent transformation of grassroots public cultural services.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development status quo of grassroots libraries in Henan Province,we put forward the path of high-quality development of grassroots libraries in Henan,namely,improving the mechanism and system,leading with digital intelligence technology,empowering by Yellow River culture(the heritage and values rooted in the history and traditions of the Yellow River region),and driven by users’demand.
文摘This paper selects China's provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,uses the entropy method to calculate the high-quality development index of the private economy,and studies the spatial impact of digital inclusive finance on the high-quality development of the private economy based on the SDM model.The results show that:digital inclusive finance development has a positive effect on the high-quality development of the private economy in various provinces and cities,while it has a negative inhibitory effect on the high-quality development of the private economy in neighboring provinces and cities.In terms of spatial heterogeneity,digital inclusive finance in North China,East China,and Central and South China has a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of the private economy.The effect of North China,East China,and Central South is decreasing in order,while digital inclusive finance in Northwest China has a significant effect on the private economy.High-quality development has a negative effect.This paper provides empirical evidence and policy directions for the high-quality development of private enterprises in the context of the digital economy in the new era.
文摘By studying high-quality development process of Henan agriculture and rural areas empowered by digital inclusive finance,it is found that the construction of digital financial infrastructure in Henan Province is relatively complete,and the level of deposit and loan of rural enterprises and farmers is constantly improving,and the market and government are constantly upgrading the financial risk insurance compensation mechanism.At the same time,there are also problems such as insufficient demand and supply of digital finance,single digital financial products,and weak market supervision.Based on this,some implementation paths are proposed,such as continuing to strengthen the construction of rural financial infrastructure in Henan Province,improving farmers’financial literacy,and enriching digital financial products and services.The government should continue to improve the construction of market system,and broaden the market supervision and management,to actively promote the digitalization of agricultural finance to enable the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas in Henan Province.

文摘As the largest natural selenium-enriched soil area in China,Guangxi has achieved a leapfrog development in its selenium-enriched industry through the implementation of major scientific and technological projects driven by selenium-enriched innovation.The selenium-enriched industry has also become a new force in the poverty alleviation industry in Guangxi,making remarkable achievements.While summarizing and sorting out the effective measures and effects of scientific and technological innovation driving the development of selenium-enriched industry,the present paper analyzed some shortcomings and problems in the high-quality development of the selenium-enriched industry driven by the scientific and technological innovation.Finally,in view of the problems,it came up with pertinent recommendations and countermeasures,to better promote high-quality development of the selenium-enriched industry and boost the rural revitalization.

文摘Based on the development and application of new technology,as a new interdisciplinary subject,digital orthopedics becomes an important development direction of modern medicine in the past years.Using digital orthopedics technology,such as 3D digital printing technology,mixed reality technology,provides new impetus of orthopedic surgery and indicates its great potential of precision medicine and personalized therapy for orthopedic disorders.In 2017,Hubei Branch of China Digital Orthopaedic Society of SociétéInternationale de Chirurgie Orthopédique et de Traumatologie(SICOT)was founded.It is an important milestone and academic event for the development of digital orthopedics in Hubei.After that,Hubei's digital orthopedics professionals have made great progress in clinical,scientific research,conference and social activities.The development of 5G technologies in China will provide more opportunities and challenges for global digital orthopedics in the near future.

文摘The entropy method is used to measure the high-quality economic development levels of 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2020,and the impacts of factor price distortion,technological innovation,and their interaction terms on high-quality economic development are analyzed based on Tobit regression.The results show that highquality economic development of 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)in China is on the rise;factor price distortion has an inhibitory effect on high-quality economic development,while technological innovation has a promoting effect on high-quality economic development,and both of them have a lag effect;technological innovation level can help alleviate the negative impact of factor price distortion on high-quality economic development;and sub-regional research shows that the inhibitory effect of factor price distortion on highquality economic development in the east is significantly higher than that in the central and western regions,but the positive effect of technological innovation and the interaction terms between the two on high-quality economic development is significantly lower than that in the central and western regions.Accordingly,it is proposed to optimize top-level design for the two-wheel drive for high-quality economic development,strengthen the primary role of enterprises in innovation to promote high-quality economic development,and optimize the market-oriented allocation of factors to improve the efficiency of resource allocation.
文摘This paper estimates the size of the digital economy in 38 countries between 2005 and 2018 and conducts an empirical study on this foundation.The results show that the digital economy has a significant role in promoting highquality economic development,primarily through industrial digitalizaion.Further research shows regional heterogeneity in the impact of the digital economy,which is greater in developed countries.Analysis of the underlying mechanisms shows that the digital economy promotes high-quality economic development in both developed and developing countries by improving technological eficiency and technological progress.However,the effect of technological progress in developing countries is clearly weaker than that in developed countries.In addition,scale efficiency in developing countries are not strengthened by the digital economy.Therefore,high-quality economic development requires the digital transformation of traditional industries and promoting their integration with digital technologies.

文摘This study explores the development trajectory of digital financial inclusion in 21 cities in Guangdong Province through fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The findings emphasize that the success of digital financial inclusion goes beyond individual dimensions,forming a systematic initiative marked by multifaceted interaction among different disciplines.In the trajectory of high-level digital inclusive finance development,the study identifies economic prosperity and technological innovation as crucial elements,highlighting their centrality,and elucidates the synergistic collaboration between market mechanisms and government guidance.Furthermore,the study emphasizes the government’s pivotal role in supporting market mechanisms and guiding policies,highlighting the need to achieve a nuanced equilibrium in the digital financial inclusion strategy.In contrast,non-high-level development paths of digital inclusive finance show a spectrum of diversities,emphasizing the critical roles played by economic fundamentals,government regulation,market mechanisms,and other contextual factors in different trajectories.Regarding policy implications,the study emphasizes the comprehensive and systemic nature inherent in the development of digital inclusive finance.It proposes four policy recommendations,including integrating development strategies,emphasizing scientific and technological innovation and economic development,achieving a delicate balance between market mechanisms and government guidance,and providing precise policy support.These insights provide valuable lessons for shaping digital inclusive financial policies in Guangdong Province and beyond,offering profound insights for strategically constructing robust digital financial ecosystems.

文摘As the largest free trade agreement in the world at present,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has made provisions for cross-border e-commerce,regional trade cooperation,data and intellectual property protection,providing new opportunities for the digital economy development with its functions of optimizing factor resource allocation,accelerating the upgrading of industrial chains and value chains,and pushing close collaboration in international trade.This research consists of mechanism analysis,risk assessment and policy suggestions.First,it analyzes the mechanism of RCEP in promoting the development of the digital industry from three dimensions,namely dual-circulation of digital industry,spatial cooperation of digital economy and digital tariff guarantee,and explores the compatibility between the provisions of the RCEP agreement and the highquality development of the digital economy.Second,it interprets the digital rules from the intention of digital rules,domestic knowledge legislation background of the parties,the effectiveness of digital regulation and coordination in the agreement,and the external environment;it analyzes the challenges that RCEP brings to China.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to promote high-quality development of China's digital economy with RCEP.

文摘Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy,rapid growth has been witnessed in the Chinese economy,thanks to the introduced technological progress as well as the institutional advantages of the country.However,while this exogenous technological progress promotes economic growth quantitatively,it is,unfortunately,not conducive to the improvement of the quality of the economy.Structural imbalances have thus been produced,which hinder the high-quality development of the economy of the country.Besides,by way of the“supply and demand rebalance mechanism,”“resource optimized allocation mechanism,”and“new and old kinetic energy conversion mechanism,”original technological progress can effectively push forward the quality change,efficiency change and dynamic change in the economy,thereby promoting the innovation,coordination,greenness and openness as well as the shared development of the economy.Therefore,the current technological transformation in China needs to change from the second stagethe stage of transition from the introduced technological progress mode to the original technological progress mode then to the third stage-the stage mainly based on the original technological progress,which is the key to the successful transformation of the Chinese economy from the high-speed growth phase to the high-quality development phase.
