Fish Gelatin-Based Film Containing Maillard Reaction Products:Properties and Its Use as Bag for Packing Chicken Skin Oil

Maillard reaction is a non-enzymatic browning reaction and its products(MRPs)have been proven to possess antioxidant properties.This research aimed to produce a fish gelatin-based packaging incorporated with MRPs to retard lipid oxidation in chicken skin oil(CSO)during storage at ambient temperature(28℃–30℃).MRPs produced from fish gelatin and fructose(1:1,90℃,pH 11)showed the highest antioxidant properties compared to those prepared under other conditions.Different glycerol/MRPs ratios(30:0,25:5,20:10,15:15,10:20,5:25,0:30)were incorporated into the film and resulting films were characterized.Glycerol/MRPs at 10:20 ratio was chosen to add into the film prior to bag preparation via heat sealing method.CSO packed in the bag was monitored for lipid hydrolysis and oxidation during 15 days of storage(30℃±0.5℃,RH 52%±5%).After 15 days,quality deterioration was lower in CSO packed in the prepared gelatin bag as evidenced by lower FFA,TBARS,and volatile compounds in comparison with CSO packed in LDPE bag.Fish gelatin film added with MRPs possessed an excellent water vapor barrier property(WV-BP).This finding indicated that MRPs could be used to substitute glycerol and simultaneously could serve as antioxidants for the developed active bag.The novel packaging can be a potential alternative packaging for retarding lipid oxidation of lipid or fatty foods.

The Impact of the Establishment of National High-tech Zones on Total Factor Productivity of Chinese Enterprises

The National High-tech Zone(NHTZs)is an important strategic platform for cultivating high-tech industries and realizing high-quality economic development in China.Based on the combined data from 2006 to 2014 of the industrial enterprise database,the customs database,and the China Development Zones Audit and Announcement Catalogue(abbreviated asthe Catalogue),this paper systematically investigates the influence of the construction of NHTZs on enterprise’s total factor productivity(TFP).Results show that NHTZs have a positive impact on the TFP of enterprises in the zone,and this conclusion is still valid after considering endogeneity problems.Furthermore,the above productivity effects of NHTZs are heterogeneous in terms of enterprise ownership,external environment and establishment time,and NHTZs have greater stimulation effects on enterprise productivity after comparing with other types of functional zones.An investigation of the specific mechanisms at play shows that NHTZs promote the TFP of enterprises in the zone through the release of preferential policies,strengthening the“technology spillover effects”of imported intermediate goods,enhancing enterprise’s innovation ability and attracting talent.In addition,based on the decomposition of industry productivity,this paper also investigates the impact of NHTZs on changes in industry productivity and finds that NHTZs promote the overall productivity of specific industries mainly by stimulating the productivity improvement of incumbent enterprises and expanding the market share of high-productivity enterprises.Moreover,the preferential policies of NHTZs do not significantly stimulate high-productivity enterprises to enter the zones,nor do they cause low-productivity enterprises to exit.This research is helpful in objectively evaluating the economic effects of the NHTZs in China and in providing a theoretical basis for its further adjustment.

The first part presents processes and models of strategic management and introduces a new and unified model of strategic management. It is noteworthy that the film/film industry value chain helps to understand the notion that the links between separate stages have an impact on the company＇s competitive advantage and reveal how the main product in the film industry, the feature film, is developed. Therefore, the following part analyses models and composition of film industry value models. The final part of this article analyses the main features of a film production company and the sources of funding thereof. The strategic model of independent film production companies is based on the characteristics of strategic management and the value chain models of independent film projects.

Protective Characteristics and Formation Mechanism of the Corrosion Product Films of B30 Tubes Exposed to Seawater

The corrosion product films of two kinds of B30 tubes(similar to CDA 715)exposed to seawat- er for various periods of time were investigated by SEM,AES and XPS.The results show that the pro- tective corrosion product film is thin,uniform and adherent.FeOOH is found to be present in the film surface,which confirms the hypothesis that iron hydroxide segregates at the surface of the film.The FeOOH promotes Ni enrichment in the corrosion layer by preventing Ni from running off.The corro- sion product film with no protectiveness is of lay- ered structure,loose and bad adherence.The for- mer film is formed through direct oxidation and the latter by precipitation and redeposition from dis- solved species.

Wear Resistances of CO_2 Corrosion Product Films in the Presence of Sand Particles

Wear resistances of CO2 corrosion product films formed on P110 carbon steel at different CO2 partial pressures were investigated in water sand two-phase flow by weight loss method, and the microstructures and compositions of corrosion product films were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively. The results showed that the wear rate of CO2 corrosion product films increased until a maximum and then decreased with the increasing of the film-forming pressure, and the maximum occurred at 2 MPa. However, the maximal corrosion rate and the loose and porous CO2 corrosion product films were obtained at 4 MPa. And the wear rate decreased and then went to be flat with increasing test time. Furthermore, the microstructures and compositions of corrosion product films and the impact and wear of sand particles played an important role on wear resistances. In addition, the wear rate and corrosion rate were fitted by cubic polynomial, respectively, which were well in accordance with the measured results.

This article examines transnational collaboration in the production of Mandela＇s biopics and what it means for Mandela＇s self-image, for South African history, and for the globalization of human experience. The films covered in this discussion include： Mandela （1987）, Sarafina （1992）, Mandela and de Klerk （1997）, Goodbye Bafana （2007）, Endgame （2009）, and Invictus （2010）. The article examines the portrayals of Mandela as a lover, action hero, conciliator, and as a symbol of the anti-apartheid liberation struggle, and then focuses on Invictus, Clint Eastwood＇s adaptation of Carlin＇s book, Playing the Enemy to show the degree to which Mandela is incarnated on screen through Morgan Freeman＇s stunning performance while at the same time underscoring the dangers of Euro-American cultural production of Mandela＇s image. While Carlin＇s book employs reminiscences, flashbacks, and shifting chronology to expose the injustice, oppression and brutality that the Springboks symbolized, the film instead focuses on magnifying Mandela＇s image and charm at the expense of South African history, leading to the misrepresentation of Mandela： the ＂heroic self-transcendence＂ typical of Hollywood＇s shallow treatment of historical material for commercial and cultural expediency.

Product Innovation in High-tech SMEs:A Case Study of Weili Electronics Co.,Ltd

Product innovation is an important strategy for high-tech firms, especially for small and medium enterprises. This paper proposes that the technological strategies for SMEs are dynamic and during different phase, there is different innovation strategy which leads to various market performances. In particular, through the case study of Weili Electronics Co., Ltd, we fred that organizational learning abilities play a fundamental role in strategic decision. In addition, the frameworks for the determinants of technological strategies in three stages are established to illustrate the evolutionary processes of product innovation in Weili Electronics Co., Ltd.

发达国家地膜应用及回收处理

本研究采用数据资料分析的方法,系统梳理了欧盟和日本地膜产品和相关标准、地膜应用与回收处理的做法和成效。结果显示:欧盟和日本使用的地膜产品以传统有色地膜为主,厚度多≥0.02 mm,是我国地膜厚度的两倍以上,相关标准要求也高于我国;欧盟和日本地膜多用于蔬菜等园艺作物上,收集处理系统完善,地膜回收率多在80%以上,基本不存在地膜残留污染问题;欧盟大部分国家和日本有较完善的废弃物管理立法,没有专门针对地膜的法律条文;由于地膜的回收率高、含杂率低,回收回来的地膜多可得到合理再利用;地膜全产业链有很好的设计与应用,值得我国学习。

时效态WE43合金表面腐蚀产物膜的显微组织

时效态WE43合金在3.5 wt.%NaCl溶液中形成了致密且具有3层结构的腐蚀产物膜。采用透射电子显微镜分析膜层的显微组织。保护性膜层为3层结构,从内到外依次为RE_(2)O_(3)层、MgO与RE_(2)O_(3)的混合层和Mg(OH)2与RE_(2)O_(3)的混合层。析出相和稀土元素通过外氧化的方式形成大量稀土氧化物颗粒,这是保护性膜层形成的主要原因。RE_(2)O_(3)与MgO存在以下择优位向关系:(211)晶面和[231]晶向分别与MgO的(002)晶面和[110]晶向平行。因此,稀土氧化物颗粒可以填补疏松MgO膜层的空隙,从而提高了膜层的致密性。内层的RE_(2)O_(3)和MgO与RE_(2)O_(3)的混合层对于保护性膜层的形成起到了重要作用。致密的内层腐蚀产物膜能阻止腐蚀介质与镁基体发生反应。

土壤废弃农膜综合治理考核体系建设与实践——以新疆生产建设兵团为例

为科学治理土壤废弃农膜,检验废弃农膜综合治理成效,构建了一套完备的新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)土壤废弃农膜治理考核体系,制定了各师年度考核目标任务,提出了土壤废弃农膜考核抽测全流程方法,形成了包括组织结构、财政补贴、回收利用、督促检查、受理举报、执法及宣传在内的考核评价指南,建立了包含基础支撑层、数据层、应用层和用户层4个方面的全流程信息化管理系统。实践结果表明:兵团土壤废弃农膜残留量明显降低,综合治理体系逐步完善,产业化发展模式基本形成。探索形成的该套覆盖废弃农膜综合治理考核全过程的技术体系和组织实施模式,可为其他地区废弃农膜综合治理成效评估提供参考和借鉴。

磁场对X70管线钢电化学腐蚀行为的影响

为研究磁场对X70管线钢电化学腐蚀行为的影响以及磁场对在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中浸泡后X70钢腐蚀行为的影响,利用电化学试验、浸泡试验和金相分析等手段,考察了不同磁场强度、不同磁场方向和有无产物膜时管线钢的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着磁场强度的增加,X70钢的腐蚀速率先增大后减小;改变磁场方向对X70钢的电化学腐蚀行为无明显影响。X70钢分别浸泡3、5 d后,2种情况下管线钢的腐蚀趋势是相同的,都是随着外加磁场的增加,腐蚀速率增大。X70钢表面有产物膜时的吸附电阻比无产物膜时的大,有产物膜时的腐蚀电流密度也较小,腐蚀程度较轻;而不同浸泡时间对腐蚀电流密度的影响不大。

5Cr油套管钢在含Cl^(-)的CO_(2)环境中的腐蚀特性研究

目的掌握油气井生产中CO_(2)腐蚀对油套管的影响规律,研究兼顾耐蚀性和经济性的5Cr油套管材料在含Cl^(-)的CO_(2)环境中不同时间下的腐蚀演变规律。方法采用XRD、XPS、SEM和EDS等技术分析5Cr油套管钢在不同时间下腐蚀产物膜的演变情况,利用丝束电极(WBE)和阻抗测试(EIS)技术对其腐蚀电化学行为进行研究。结果5Cr油套管钢腐蚀后期的平均腐蚀速率约为初期的1/2,在腐蚀14 d后,腐蚀产物膜中的Cr富集大于30%,Cr、Fe质量比达到较高水平,约为基体的15倍。随着腐蚀的进行,电荷传递电阻和产物膜覆盖引起的电阻增大,电化学反应阻力增大。在腐蚀前期具有局部不均匀性,随着腐蚀的进行,电极腐蚀电位有负移现象,最终分布区间为−0.59~−0.61 V,电极表面阳极电流区域大幅减少。结论在腐蚀时间延长的条件下,5Cr油套管钢腐蚀产物膜的致密性增加,电荷传递电阻呈变大趋势。在产物膜下的5Cr油套管钢区域,电流发生由阴极向阳极极性转变的现象,产物膜存在的孔隙使5Cr油套管钢基体金属被腐蚀,从而导致阳极电流的出现。表面局部腐蚀电位阳极区的形成和扩展使其有产生点蚀的倾向,但腐蚀产物逐渐沉积在点蚀坑内壁,形成了Cr富集的保护性表面层,原发生点蚀区域由原阳极活性点位转变为阴极区,对其发展起到了抑制作用。

湖州具有发展三维虚拟影视产业基地的区位优势、产业优势和政策优势,在虚拟影视产业的基础设施建设、技术水平提升、产业链完善等方面已取得了显著进展。但是,在当前,湖州该产业的发展还存在一些问题,面临诸多挑战,包括技术创新能力不足、人才结构单一、投资规模有限等。基于上述问题,发展湖州三维虚拟影视产业基地应以三维虚拟影视系统为切入点,打造网红剧本杀基地;打造三维虚拟影视产业基地的湖州样板,创造具有较高组织度的数字虚拟人设;培育具有湖州特色的影视文化产业核心基地。这样,才能使该产业发展得更快更好。

中国电影国际合作生产对出口票房影响的实证研究

随着经济全球化进程的加快,电影的国际合作生产逐渐成为世界经济合作与文化交流的重要方式。近年来,中国电影行业迅速发展,扩大电影出口规模不仅能推动经济发展,还能促进我国建设文化强国目标的实现。由此,探究中国电影的国际合作生产对出口电影票房的影响具有重要意义。以2000—2019年中国出口的400部电影为样本,探究了国际合作生产对中国出口电影票房的影响及其传导机制。研究表明,国际合作生产能通过文化认同度、出口集中度和国际知名度三个机制显著促进中国出口电影票房。基于此,建议加强电影的国际合作生产,注重电影合拍中多元文化的共融,控制电影的出口集中度,选择具有国际知名度的电影明星,从而提高中国出口电影的票房,促进中国文化的国际高质量传播。
