目的:研究沙棘籽油(seed oil of h ippophae rhamnoides L.)对实验性小鼠肝硬化的影响。方法:采用四氯化碳(CC l4)导致小鼠肝硬化,分别饲以不同浓度的沙棘籽油,饲养45 d后分别检测小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及肝组织...目的:研究沙棘籽油(seed oil of h ippophae rhamnoides L.)对实验性小鼠肝硬化的影响。方法:采用四氯化碳(CC l4)导致小鼠肝硬化,分别饲以不同浓度的沙棘籽油,饲养45 d后分别检测小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及肝组织的SOD活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,观察沙棘籽油对小鼠肝的保护作用,并以GPT生化指标值为应变量,以沙棘籽油剂量为自变量,建立量效曲线。结果:沙棘籽油能明显对抗血清中GPT的升高,而且对调节SOD活力的下降及MDA的升高也有较明显效果。沙棘籽油剂量对GPT下降的函数相关性较好。结论:沙棘籽油对小鼠实验性肝硬化具有一定的保护作用。展开更多
