Research Progress of Water Environment Protection in Historical and Cultural Towns and Villages

This study reviews research papers on the protection of water environment in historical and cultural towns and villages,summarizes present research tendencies from the perspectives of definition,classification and selection of water environment in historical and cultural towns and villages,influence of water environment on these towns and villages,proposes suggestions for improvement,and concludes characteristics and deficiencies of these researches,in order to provide references for future water environment protection in similar sites.

The Research on Protection of Historical and Cultural Towns and Villages in China

After the discussion of the protection process and significance for historical and cultural towns and villages and the introduction of survey and theoretical researches on them,five modes had been divided for the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages in China,which were original appearance protection,renovated utilization protection,removal protection,antique imitation development and real estate development.It had pointed out problems existing in historical and cultural villages' protection,which were that policies and regulations were incomplete and protective measures were laggard;leaders decided blindly and neglected experts' opinions;immediate interest had been highlighted and sustainable development been overlooked,capitals were lacked and management was disordered,and the publicity was insufficient and the masses had no high protection consciousness.On this basis,it had discussed the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages in the future,emphasized the completion of regulatory system and management mechanism,enhance capital investment and publicity education,and deeply explore material cultural heritages and non-material cultural heritages in historical and cultural villages,finally further studying the theories and cases.

Research on Protection Methods of Historic and Cultural Villages in Zhejiang Province

By the investigation of a few historical and cultural villages in Zhejiang Province,some problems during the process of protecting these villages were found,like similar construction pattern,coarse quality of construction,etc. which caused that villages were losing their characters. For this situation,the protection method of historical cultural villages was put forward,which was that to connect excavating character of different village with maintaining spatial fabrics of historical villages,and that different classes of building should have corresponding protection approach. Some advices were proposed for repairing and promoting historic and cultural elements,natural environment,and constructing infrastructure in the village,which will provide a reference for the construction of other historical and cultural villages.

Exploration of the “Living” Protection of Historic Blocks in South of the Yangtze River——A Case Study of Ancient Shajiabang Town, Changshu City

Historic blocks that focus only on protection of tangible constructed environment have shown various disadvantages and gradually lost their originality, according to the investigation. Protection of historic blocks should attach more importance to maintaining original lifestyles and community customs, protecting intangible contents and cultural diversity. The authors proposed that protection of historic blocks should follow the principle of "putting protection and repair on the top priority, using reasonably" and stress the "living" protection. There are three patterns of "living" protection, specifically, joint participation of local residents, construction of education base, moderate tourism development. Vitality of local economy can be enhanced and social humanistic environment protected effectively by improving the locals' living environment, so as to show true care for the people living in the historic block, and bring historic blocks to the real life.

Value Analysis and Protective Planning of Famous Historical and Cultural Villages: A Case Study of Ancient Sangyuan Village in Jishui County, Jiangxi Province

Through analyzing historical value of patriarchal society, village layout, and characteristic folk dwel ings in Ancient Sangyuan Village, Jishui County, Jiangxi Province, this paper proposed the protective planning based on the gist of protecting villagers' benefits, applied classified protection of buildings, enhanced water protection and landscape design, and tried to carry out its intangible cultures via folk custom activities, in order to further develop the value of its historical and cultural resources.

大学生对传统古村落文化地标保护利用的志愿服务探究

组织和引导大学生参与乡村振兴的志愿服务,使之积极为传统古村落文化地标的保护利用贡献力量,对于推动乡村文化振兴和促进学生全面发展具有重要的现实意义。当前大学生在传统古村落文化地标保护利用中的志愿服务,总体上呈现多样化组织的趋势,存在浅层次参与的不足。据此,高校有待从明晰目标导向、改进招募方式、优化保障机制的三个路径,推动大学生更好地志愿服务传统古村落文化地标的保护利用。

集中连片保护背景下传统村落更新策略——以绩溪县上庄村为例

传统村落承载着厚重的历史记忆、丰富的营建智慧和鲜明的地域文化特征,是见证和传承中华民族悠久历史文化的活态遗产。长期以来,传统村落的保护研究多关注于单个村落的肌理、风貌及环境等,忽视了从区域整体认知其价值和实施区域关联保护。基于绩溪县传统村落集中连片保护示范县试点工作,立足于县域视野,从自然环境、历史人文、建筑风貌和村落类型等4个方面入手,提出优化自然生态环境、耦合集中连片主题、突显建筑价值个性、整合村落空间共性的“起—承—转—合”更新策略,探索村落单元与区域共建共享的有效路径,以期为其他传统村落发展提供借鉴。

传统村落集中连片保护利用格局构建方法——以甘肃省两当县为例

为改变传统村落单体散点式保护模式,增强传统村落保护利用格局构建方法的在地性和适配性,以甘肃省两当县传统村落集中连片保护利用示范县为例,运用空间分析模型和社会调查,提出传统村落集中连片保护利用格局构建的一般性方法。在框架体系上,从县域单元、集群单元、村落单元3个层面构建传统村落集中连片保护利用格局,在县域单元层面实现整体划分、在集群单元层面实现分区构建、在村落单元层面实现节点构建。在思路方法上,利用最邻近指数、核密度分析等基础分析方法进行初步划分,再通过最小生成树聚类算法、IDW可视化、GIS空间叠加等分析模型,结合地域环境、资源优势等对传统村落进行深度分析,从而构建与当地适配的传统村落集中连片保护利用整体格局。在格局内容构建上,优先考虑从文化、生态、农耕3个方面进行构建,再结合村落距离、时间成本及周边其他资源优势进行构建。

山西省介休市南贾村保护及活化利用策略解析

山西省介休市南贾村历史悠久,物质遗存丰富,较为完整地保留着农耕文明及军事防御影响下形成的格局形态,突出体现了周边地区的地域文化。以南贾村为研究对象,结合实地走访调研,分析南贾村的生成背景、总体格局、院落形制及建筑形式,指出南贾村空心化、风貌破坏、设施不健全等现状问题,提出发展特色产业、激励村民参与、整治建筑风貌、置换民居功能、加快配套基础设施及公共服务设施等村落保护与活化利用策略,以期使南贾村发展更具有可持续性,并为其周边传统村落的保护及活化利用提供借鉴。

美丽乡村政策视角下的乡土建筑保护性改造与利用

本文从美丽乡村政策视角下出发,分析了美丽乡村建设与乡土建筑改造内涵的不同,对照当前社会条件下相关政府单位对传统民居的保护模式现状,提出乡土建筑保护性改造工作所面临的现实难题。通过对西坞村进行田野调查,对传统民居的修缮保护提出可行性研究,并针对现状问题提出适合的保护性改造策略。希望能够为乡土建筑遗产中的传统民居保护提供一种思考和研究的方式。

山西古署村花灯舞道具的历史变迁与文化内涵阐释

每一种传统舞蹈都有其最独特的因素,这是其区别于他者的关键所在。找准传统舞蹈中最具特色、问题最突出的因素进行研究,可以有针对性地进行保护传承。花灯舞道具是山西古署村花灯舞中最为独特的因素。对花灯舞道具的历史变迁、文化内涵进行阐释,可以揭示出其形态变化与其所承载的当地民众精神。针对目前花灯舞保护与传承所面临的表演者积极性不高、道具制作技术受限等问题,应采取有效的解决措施:一是唤醒遗产持有者的文化自觉;二是邀请技术专家、高等院校介入,开展技术帮扶与传承工作。

乡村振兴背景下胶东半岛传统村落保护与利用研究——以烟台市丛家村为例

传统村落蕴含了深厚的历史文化信息,是延续中华文脉的重要基石。近年来随着城镇化的发展,加速了传统村落的衰败,对其进行全面保护刻不容缓。文章基于乡村振兴背景,选取胶东半岛传统村落进行分析,在充分调研的基础上,以中国传统村落烟台市丛家村为例,从数据提取与现状分析、人才复兴与产业振兴、风貌更新与人居环境优化、数字化保护和集中连片保护等方面进行活化利用,以期对胶东半岛同类型传统村落的发展提供思路。

资源分散型传统村落保护与利用方式研究——以四川两个传统村落为例

资源分散型传统村落主要指传统建筑资源在村域分布比较分散,与农田等用地交叉分布的传统村落。资源分散型传统村落在保护区划与管控措施、保护利用方式方面均区别于资源集中型村落。本文以四川省泸州市泸县石牌坊村、自贡市大安区三多寨村为例,分析两个传统村落资源分散的特点和区别,由传统建筑分散性引出村落格局特色价值,提出保护和利用的方式,并进行方法总结,以期对全国范围内资源分散型传统村落的保护与利用方式方法研究有所启发。

传统村落历史文化遗产整体性保护探析——基于对贵州省铜仁市克兰寨村的考察

整体性原则是历史文化遗产保护的重要原则。历史文化遗产的整体性保护是传统村落保护与开发过程中必须遵循的基本原则,也是历史文化遗产较好保存与传统村落长远发展的必然要求。通过对贵州省铜仁市克兰寨村的实地考察,发现传统村落历史文化遗产丰富,但其整体性保护存在“重开发,轻保护”“重局部,轻整体”的问题。传统村落历史文化遗产的整体性保护需要历史文化遗产保护与村落环境保护并重,加强对传统村落自然环境和村落肌理的保护;静态保护与活态保护并重,加强对传统村落物质类、非物质类历史文化遗产的双重保护,加强传统村落历史文化遗产与乡村旅游的深度融合发展。

无锡市历史风貌区、老街、古村保护策略探索

文章分析了无锡市历史文化街区、名镇、名村的片状历史文化资源的现状,并提出积极有效的保护策略,指出突出整体价值,凸显水乡聚落特征;分片区推进更新,保护文化,融入地方发展;分类管控,明确责任主体等对历史风貌区、老街、古村落的保护策略,对充分挖掘资源范围内的物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产,对抢救性保护历史风貌,为历史文化名城“夯实家底”有着重要的意义。

包头市土默特右旗传统村落集中连片保护利用研究

中国传统村落保护事业发展到现在,实践逐渐证明了以单一对象为主体,以完整性保护为单一主导原则的模式已到瓶颈,保护主体逐步转向多层结构,即以传统村落为核心,与多种资源组织结合的有机网络。文章以全国传统村落集中连片保护利用示范旗——土默特右旗为研究对象,从村落单体、集群划分两个角度,构建村落集中连片保护利用策略,为国内其他地区传统村落集中连片保护利用提供一定参考。

历史文化名村保护传承体系的整体建构

全面建成“系统完整的城乡历史文化保护传承体系”成为新时期历史文化遗产保护工作主要目标,做好村级历史文化保护传承工作,必须深入分析名村的演化逻辑、空间表征及文化内涵,找到精准、适宜的保护传承方法。文中以中国历史文化名村——泉州市泉港区后龙镇涂坑村为例,结合新阶段新理念、从“认知体系—价值体系—保护体系—支撑体系—利用体系—保障体系”六个方面搭建村级历史文化保护传承体系,以期为当下历史文化保护传承研究与实践提供思路。

传统村落集中连片保护利用路径研究——以云南省石屏县为例

传统村落是我国历史文化遗产保护体系的重要组成部分,其保护利用需持续研究。当前,我国在传统村落保护利用方面的研究大多聚焦于单个村落,且在过程中也出现了如内生发展动力不足、空心化现象严重、同质化发展现象突出问题,亟需新的研究视角。为此,本文聚焦集中连片视角,针对传统村落密集度较高的地区,提出“挖掘整理文化遗产、强化村落内在联系”,“资源特征识别、确定集中连片分区”,“共建共享基础设施和旅游服务设施”,“促进资源流动、优化提升产业结构”的传统村落集中连片保护利用路径,并以石屏县传统村落为案例进行实证研究,以期为传统村落保护利用提供借鉴。

基于数字化技术应用的传统村落保护方法研究

以安徽省黄山市歙县显村为研究对象,运用数字化技术建立三维信息化模型,采用识别空间格局要素、重点建筑信息增强、村落资源共享等策略,提出构建系统的数据库平台的传统村落保护策略,并借助实例,验证传统村落保护中数字化技术应用在基础信息采集录入、村落格局空间解构、历史建筑分类梳理、数据平台系统构建方面的有效性。

乡村振兴背景下特色保护类村庄发展策略研究——以八犊夼村为例

乡村振兴是我国城乡发展的重大战略决策,旨在提升农村生活水平,促进农村经济快速发展。特色保护类村庄强调对历史文化与特色资源的保护与利用,在乡村振兴背景下,其发展与保护关系的正确构建就变得尤为重要。文章以特色保护类村庄八犊夼村为例,在乡村振兴背景下,论证如何制定发展策略,依托村庄特色资源,发展村庄特色产业,形成特色资源保护与村庄发展的良性互促机制。从空间布局、产业发展、风貌提升、历史文化保护等多个方面为其他特色保护类村庄的发展与规划提供案例借鉴。
