Research on the Public Perception of Yangzhou Historical and Cultural Districts Based on Network Review Text Analysis

The historical and cultural districts of a city serve as important cultural heritage and tourism resources.This paper focused on four such districts in Yangzhou and performed semantic analysis on online public comments using ROST CM6 software.According to the high frequency words,attention preference of district site elements,activities and feelings in Yangzhou historical and cultural districts were analyzed.Through the analysis of semantic network and public emotional tendency,the relationship between the protection and utilization of Yangzhou historical and cultural districts and the perception and demand of users were discussed,and some suggestions for the protection,utilization and renewal of historical and cultural districts were put forward.

Study on Methods of Evaluating Visual Landscapes in Historic and Cultural Districts

This paper with the purpose of protecting visual landscape environment in historical and cultural districts,analyzes categories and characteristics of historical and cultural districts from the perspective of visual landscape,finally with the assessment basis of "landscape picture" proposes the classification of areas of 5 different levels,that is,the optimal viewing gallery,the secondary viewing gallery,the optimal viewing surface,the secondary viewing surface,and the common viewing surface,explores an approach of evaluating pollution indexes in historic and cultural districts by comprehensively evaluating "landscape pictures" in those areas of different levels.

Revitalization Strategy in Conservation and Renewal of Historical and Cultural Districts:A Case Study of Shangxiahang in Fuzhou City

Taking the revitalization strategy in conservation and renewal of Shangxiahang historical and cultural district as an example,the paper analyzes the main problems at the present stage and the main contradictions with urban development,and puts forward the revitalization practice for conservation and renewal of Shangxiahang historical district by using related revitalization theory and planning principles.Furthermore,the contemporary practicality of Shangxiahang district is increased on the basis of protection,giving play to its contemporary charm.

Urban Public Spaces and Design of Historical and Cultural Buildings——Series II of Urban Public Space Design

This paper summarized concept and role of urban public space, highlighted its role in emotional exchange, cultural exchange, and business communication, and the significance of showing inside image of the city in terms of morality and residents' quality. Combining with design of historical and cultural buildings, the paper explored the forms of historical and cultural buildings in urban public spaces from the perspectives of administration square, religious square, cultural square and commercial street, so as to design "human-concerned" urban public spaces that meet human needs and reflect personality of the city.

Protection and Development of Dongguan Historical and Cultural Block in Yangzhou

Dongguan Street in Yangzhou is a block composed of ancient buildings left over from theMing and Qing Dynasties.Three major gardens in Yangzhou,Ge Garden,Ho Family Garden and XieGarden,are located in the block.Due to the proximity to Dongguan ancient ferry,a large number ofgardens gathered forming the famous Dongguan Street in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The protectionand restoration of Dongguan Street should focus on not only the preservation and restoration of historicalrelics,but also the maintenance and renewal of traditional cultural environment,to make the new functionsand vitality adapt to its characteristics.Moreover,historical towns and blocks will maintain harmonious andunifi ed development,and adapt to the sustainable development of Yangzhou City.

Implications for Cultural Landscape in a Chinese Context: Geo-analysis of Spatial Distribution of Historic Sites

The protection of historic sites, especially their relationship with urban development, has become a worldwide issue, both in developed and developing countries. In the context of rapid urbanization in China, the realistic compatibility between urban construction and the protection of historic sites is always a key research topic. In this study, first, to comprehend their spatial distribution patterns, 828 historic sites throughout the country are selected based on certain criteria. Then, we conduct quantitative research using GIS software, adopting indicators that include Nearest Neighbor Index, Gini Coefficient, and Geographic Concentration Index to analyze the spatial characteristics of historic sites on the three levels of city, province and nation. The results indicate that the spatial distribution of the different types of historic sites is an agglomeration on the nationwide scale, most of which is located in the regions of the Pearl(Zhujiang) River Delta, Yangtze(Changjiang) River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin Region. Because the majority of historic sites are located within approximately 10 km of the downtown area, a certain pattern has emerged, showing that the larger cities own more historic areas, which are in a more incomplete state of preservation, indicating the fragmentation of heritage spaces. The formation mechanism of the historic sites' distribution pattern is based on the conditions of the cities/towns as well as the bid-rent theory.

The Display and Utilization System of Historic Culture in Small Towns from the Perspective of Context: A Case Study of Luojiang District, Deyang City

The display and utilization of historic culture are one of the ways for towns to manifest characteristics, carry forward traditions, and promote competitiveness. As the important part of urban conservation planning, it is also a hot point in the theoretical research on the historic town protection in China. The "context" of towns refers to the essential connection between human being, natural environment, built environment, and social cultural background in the course of historical development and specific conditions. From the perspective of context, this paper put forward construction strategies for the display and utilization system of historic culture combined with the current situation of historical protection of small towns. Historical changes and contextual elements were analyzed based on the literature research and field investigation of Luojiang District to carry out the design of historical and cultural display structures, tour routes, and presentation modes.

Urban Design Based on Protection of Historic Space of Cultural Heritage:A Case Study of Urban Design of Dongguan District in Xi'an

Located in the east of Xi'an, Dongguan District is the area to the east of the Ming City wall.There is a great deal of precious architectural heritages in the area, including shrines such as the Wangji Temple, the Baxian Temple, the Catholic Church and the Laomu Temple, as well as protected dwellings such as the Xingqing Palace, the royal palace of the flouring period of the Tang Dynasty, and the Courtyard of Family Xi, etc.. Currently, securing Dongguan District protection and development has confronted with severe challenges. Based on the in-depth investigation of the status quo and objective analysis of pros and cons, this paper gives a clear definition for Dongguan District protection and development, and profoundly analyses courtyards, streets, landscape environment and human environment of the Dongguan District, so as to formulate protective methods as well as measures and explore development approaches.

人本视角下的历史文化街区更新思考

历史文化街区是我国历史文化名城保护的核心地区,也是保护与发展冲突最为集中的地方。在城市更新的时代背景下,历史文化街区在更新发展过程中往往面临建筑质量维护欠佳、基础设施和公共服务设施缺乏、历史环境整治不当、生活延续性割裂等问题。在“以人为本”的价值导向下,重点关注街区安全、全龄友好、文脉传承、合理发展和公众参与5个方面,结合部分城市的实践经验,对历史文化街区更新的技术方法和实践模式进行综合思考。

文化基因视角下历史街巷沿街建筑保护更新策略研究——以聊城米市街为例

以聊城米市街为例,沿街建筑包含大量可更新的传统风貌建筑、部分需整治的普通建筑及少量需原样修缮的历史建筑,在建筑更新中出现严重的传统风貌破坏问题。基于此,研究借助文化基因理论,从原始基因模式、派生基因模式与延续基因模式3个层级探讨各类建筑保护修缮、保护更新与整治的设计策略,进而指导历史街巷沿街建筑风貌有序更新。

历史文化街区城市更新对策及实践——建筑及用地再利用评估

建筑和用地,是历史文化街区更新的重要对象和核心资源,其再利用是历史文化街区保护性更新实施的关键对策和重要途径,对历史文化街区文化保护、活化传承、协调发展都具有重要作用。但对于建筑和用地再利用的研究大量基于定性分析,定量评估研究较少,科学性不强,落地实施困难。因此要分析我国历史文化街区保护与城市更新的关系、街区更新突出问题、更新方法的特殊性,聚焦建筑再利用和用地功能置换两个要素的可行性定量评估和潜力识别,从方法论上探索街区品质提升的实施途径。

公共文化质效导向的文旅型历史街区多尺度统筹保护与空间焕活

信息时代与后城市化时期,历史文化街区逐渐呈现出场域公共化、空间资产化、职能文旅化、价值人本化的“四化”演变趋势,进而孕生出以文化休闲和旅游服务为主导职能的街区类型。其同时具有场域公共属性和文化资产属性,是城市公共文化活动开展的重要空间载体。提升文旅型历史街区的公共文化质效,有助于促进城市历史文化传承和提升公众文化生活品质,是当前历史文化街区保护更新研究的重要议题。以文旅型历史街区的演生规律、甄别特征和现实问题解析为基础,从城市文化传承、地方认同培育、文娱生活服务、大众文创孵化4个方面定义了其公共文化质效内涵,并据此制定了以城区文化线路建构、片区文化生境维育、街区文化场域活化、小微文化场景营造为行动路径的文旅型历史街区统筹保护与空间焕活方法,为该类型历史街区的类型甄别、质效判定及保护活化实践提供参考。

历史街区公共空间景观设计研究——以“庄河老街”为例

历史街区是重要的文化遗产,城市化进程使得老旧的历史街区遭受破坏。然而,现代社会对历史街区保护的重视和人际交流的需求使得历史街区公共空间的作用日益突显。文中以“庄河老街”为例,分析人的行为和心理特点,通过对历史街区风貌的保护和公共空间的进行改造,实现文化传承,使历史街区重新焕发活力,同时为将来的街区更新提供理论参考。

基于机器学习和街景图像的历史城区店招色彩量化研究——以苏州为例

店招色彩是城市风貌的重要组成元素,特别是风貌重点管控的历史城区。文章运用机器学习技术和街景图像数据,以苏州历史城区为例,基于“传统建筑一管控建筑一现代建筑”3个尺度构建一套历史城区店招色彩的评价方法。该方法以街道为单位识别不同类型建筑的店招主导色彩并对街道的店招色彩协调度进行评价。通过筛选协调度较高和较低的街道,分析其店招色彩特点,提出历史城区店招色彩量化管控的依据。该方法可为历史城区店招的精细化更新管控提供技术支持。

文旅融合背景下历史街区社会韧性测度与业居关联微干预调节——以重庆市磁器口街区为例

文章以文旅融合发展背景下历史街区经济韧性与社会韧性平衡保持为目标,提出“业居关联”的历史街区社会韧性议题研究思路,建构出以态征测度、回归分析、阈值计算为分析步骤,以居民保有率、邻里网络密度、环境滋扰指数和商铺比例、房租价格、访客载荷为表征指标因子的历史街区业居态征定量测度与关联分析方法;以重庆市磁器口历史街区的多期多区多态数据为研究样本,揭示出文旅商业化进程中历史街区社会韧性的3项衰减机理:空间竞价导致本地居民外迁、业态置换导致邻里阻隔、访客超载导致生活滋扰,以及相应业居作用关系下街区社会韧性保持的业居指标阈值。上述方法与指标结论遵循历史街区业居态征交互影响、动态变化的现实逻辑,突破了历史街区韧性研究“评调脱节”的技术瓶颈,有助于将定量评测结论转化为定量调控措施,可为我国历史街区社会韧性研究和文旅融合发展实践提供有益参考。

石库门装饰纹样在城市家具设计中的应用研究——以上海市为例

为了创造出具有城市文化特征、符合现代审美需求的城市家具。本文以上海城市空间及城市文化为依托,以石库门装饰纹样为研究基点,立足于地域文化对城市家具再创造的促进作用,着重分析了石库门装饰纹样的发展溯源、图形特征、材质构造等因素。通过收集与整理装饰纹样样本,筛选得出了最具有艺术价值的纹样,并且提炼其精华对基本图形进行简化和演变,应用到城市家具的设计上。研究能够让石库门风貌区户外城市家具与历史建筑风格相统一,在视觉观感上实现石库门历史风貌区的文化连续性,与此同时,以期能够延续上海城市文脉,凸显城市特色,为上海城市家具设计提供新思路。

缓解城市过热:传统街巷的更新策略——以扬州南河下历史文化街区为例

街巷作为历史文化街区主要的外部空间之一,除了最基本的交通功能外,也兼具社区交往、商业活动、娱乐活动及文化展示等功能,是城市物质与精神文化的载体。随着城市热岛效应的加剧,夏季过热的街巷空间直接影响到居民的生活品质和行为方式。通过借鉴前人有关街道热缓解策略的经验,并结合扬州历史文化街区的特点及夏热冬冷的气候特征,从疏导巷道、动态遮阳、增设街角公园、改善界面材质等方面,充分挖掘缓解历史文化街区传统街巷夏季过热的潜力。针对历史文化街区传统街巷热环境的研究不仅是对城市外部空间热环境研究的有益补充,同时对相同气候区的街巷更新也具有现实指导意义。

微更新视角下的历史文化街区活化更新策略——以孔城老街为例

随着城市化进程的加速,传统历史街区文化遗产面临着严峻的挑战,如何保护和更新这些文化遗产,成为城市发展中亟待解决的问题。文章以孔城老街为例,采用实地调研、文献综述的方法,从微更新视角出发,探讨历史文化街区的活化更新策略,旨在为历史街区活化更新提供一些新的思路和方法。通过对孔城老街的设计研究,得出微更新策略在历史街区活化更新中的应用具有可行性和有效性的结论。

太原钟楼街历史文化街区色彩空间活化研究

色彩是文脉活化的一种表现形式,街区色彩空间活力的再生需要唤起空间的情感表达,需要通过色彩空间改造的手段,激发人们对历史符号的认同感。文章以太原钟楼街历史文化街区为例,通过对街巷内部空间结构体系的分析,明确街区的色彩空间特征,分析以色彩为活化元素辅助空间序列的原则与方式,针对老城街区空间活力的激发提出策略手段。

元素不完整型工业遗产街区活化利用延续路径研究——以哈尔滨亚麻厂历史文化街区为例

由于城市向边缘城区扩张,大量原属于城市近郊的工业遗存在城市发展的过程中逐渐被破坏,成为元素不完整的历史建筑群,原有的产业、生活环境等皆因城市扩张发生了改变,成为“濒危”建筑遗产群。这些亟待保护的工业遗存由于近些年遗产研究的发展而再次受到重视,并被划定为历史文化街区而得以保护。研究聚焦哈尔滨工业遗产型历史文化街区,关注这些元素不完整型历史文化街区空间活力营造、历史延续与社会空间发展的问题。哈尔滨的亚麻厂历史文化街区是这一类型历史文化街区的现实案例。研究基于现有活化框架,结合该类型街区的实际情况对其活化价值与潜力进行重新梳理,最终形成元素不完整型工业遗产街区活化利用的活化路径。
