Strategies for Introducing Energy Saving Idea into Residential Planning and Design in Urban and Rural Areas of China

Currently,energy saving design has been conducted on single building but not on the whole residential community in urban and rural areas.So,the paper has proposed energy saving measures for residential planning from the perspective of site selection and layout of buildings.Specific measures are as follows.Firstly,buildings should be constructed on the sunny side and leeside;secondly,buildings on the south should be lower than those on the north;the east side of the building should be open while the west side should be closed;thirdly,climate protection unit should be set;fourthly,buildings should be of northsouth direction primarily,and the main room should be set on the east side and the assistant rooms or passage on the west side in the buildings of east-west direction;fifthly,it should select compact and wellarranged households and the units should not be combined in point and dislocation and jointing.

Creation of "Regional Characteristic" in Planning and Design of Farmers' Residential Area at the South of Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River

After analysis of location feature of the south of lower reaches of Yangtze River and its construction of urban and rural integration,the paper pointed out harmonious combination between natural and artificial factors had been neglected in planning and design of farmers' residential area at the south of lower reaches of Yangtze River,"regional characteristic" losing,residential area in the form of "city community" and buildings in European style.In view of these problems,relevant planning and design thoughts and methods had been proposed as to how to create "regional characteristic" from the perspective of planning,architecture and landscape design.It discussed with emphasis the importance of construction base type and combination of environment with residential area construction;inspirations and design methods obtained from traditional architectures;and the content of landscape overall planning and specific design.It was hoped to enlighten designers to shoulder social and historical responsibility,make exploration unremittingly,and construct beautiful homelands for people.

Landscape Planning and Design of Eagle Residential Area in Lin'an City of China

The implementation of urban-rural integration and the development of economy had promoted small towns' construction.People increasingly required higher for the landscape of residential areas in small towns and the living environment construction of small towns had become one of the hot issues in recent years.In view of problems existing in the construction of residential areas of small towns,by taking landscape planning and design of Eagle Residential Area in Yuqian Town of Lin'an City for example,the paper had analyzed principles and ideas for landscape planning and design,and relevant indicators,so as to provide reference for landscape planning and design in residential areas of small towns.

Energy-saving Planning and Design of Urban Residential Buildings in Hanzhong Area

Energy-saving design of residential building is an important part of energy-saving architectural design. Planning and design of residential buildings in Hanzhong area should pay more attention to the building orientation, sunshine, summer ventilation and wind resistance in winter and so on, so as to create favorable conditions for energy-saving design of single buildings. The geographical location, climatic characteristics, residents living habits and indoor and outdoor thermal environment situation were analyzed in this paper, and combined with the existing problems of energy conservation in the planning and layout of residential buildings in Hanzhong area. Based on the investigation, this paper drew some conclusions to provide references for the energy-saving planning and design of urban residential buildings in the local area.

Programming of Landscape Environment in "Lanting Shanshui" Residential Area

This paper explained natural condition and cultural background of "Lanting Shanshui"(landscape surrounding Orchid Pavilion) residential area,discussed the guiding ideology and principle of the programming of landscape environment.In this design,modern architectural form and materials would be combined with Chinese cultural tradition of "pursuit of natural landscape" in the whole residential area,with everything based on people and nature,entrusting landscape with thoughts and cultural connotation.In addition,macroscopically,in the perspective of overall environmental landscape system and landscaping dynamic index,the author analyzed the overall layout of landscapes;and microscopically,the author described in detail the road,pavement,public rest facilities,marks and some other hard facilities,and landscaping plants(including grouping greening,road greening and public greening),waterscape and other soft facilities of landscape designing.

Spatial Layout of Mountainous Elderly Residential Districts

Taking the planning of elderly building for example, this paper explored the spatial layout, entrance/exit design, road space design and landscape design of the elderly residential districts against the background of population aging and increasing demands of ecological residence. In addition, the paper tried to fully use outstanding natural environment in mountainous areas to plan the elderly community, and integrate the characteristics of mountainous community planning and elderly buildings.

城市规划专业设计类课程思政教学改革实践研究——以居住区详细规划设计课程为例

课程思政建设是当前高校教学工作改革的重点内容。针对城市规划专业设计类课程思政建设的现存问题,文章以居住区详细规划设计课程为例,认为其课程思政建设缺位问题突出,进而提出四大目标:培养学生正确的核心价值观,强化学生优秀的传统文化观,塑造学生良好的职业道德观,建立学生正确的法治伦理观。并以此为主线,提出了该课程思政建设实施的方法,为城市规划专业设计类课程思政教学改革提供了有益借鉴。

“环境共生”是将能源和资源进行整体考量,同时将人与周边环境之间的关系进行充分调和,使人们在健康舒适地享受生活的同时与环境和谐共生。“环境共生理论”作为日本社会可持续发展的重要基础,已经在日本城市建设中的各个维度进行了反复实践与验证。本研究对日本“环境共生型住区”的典型案例进行了剖析,总结了其景观规划设计策略,分析了该案例如何既能保证建筑与自然环境相互协调,又能满足使用者的使用需求。希望本研究能对我国城乡一体化进程中的社区景观规划设计提供一定的设计参考。

《城市居住区规划设计标准》实施前后居住区规划研究热点变化

为了适应经济发展和人民宜居宜业的需求,通过科学计量可视化软件对《城市居住区规划设计标准》实施前后居住区规划研究热点的变化进行比对分析,进一步阐述新《标准》调整后居住区规划研究热点和新理念的变化,得到:(1)在新《标准》发布前,居住规划研究领域进行了大量的教学改革和调整研究,为新《标准》内容的制定起到了推动的作用;(2)在新《标准》发布后,通过关键词聚类、突显性、时区分析,居住区规划研究热点经历了较大的变化,有新的“生活圈”等研究热点出现;(3)在新《标准》发布后,居住区规划领域研究引入了“乡村振兴”“城市更新”等新的研究理论并在之后持续指导居住区规划领域的相关研究。

儿童友好城市理念下安全街区与出行路径研究--以荷兰为例

儿童友好城市空间,不是要建设一个儿童主导的街区或城市,而是通过规划与管理等措施,提升原有街区或城市的儿童友好度。即以原有城市为基础,建立"儿童友好型"街区,为儿童提供安全的社会环境、完善的步行和骑行道路系统、能够促发儿童游戏,形成吸引人的环境等。在20世纪,对街区环境以及对儿童权利与需求的关注,促使各国进行了一系列街区环境改造实践。如荷兰的生活庭院(Woonerf)概念、儿童出行路径(Kindlint)等都是为了保障儿童能够自由而安全地独立出行而设立的。它们都试图以儿童的需求为衡量指标,达到居住街区能够满足所有人利益,对所有使用者友好的目的。本文以"儿童友好城市"理念为依据,在分析阿姆斯特丹、代尔夫特等城市儿童友好街区改造相关案例的基础上,总结安全街区与儿童出行路径规划设计理念与实施方法。对比我国城市居住区相关规划不足,以期对我国居住区及城市儿童友好度的提升提供可借鉴的经验。

交通稳静化在城市住宅区的应用

在分析城市住宅区道路的现状以及存在问题的基础上,根据住宅区道路结构和空间布局特点,将道路分为主路、宅前路和毛细路三类,以交通稳静化实施原则为指导,对各类道路进行功能定位,将路拱、速度缓冲带、道路窄化、减速弯道等一系列交通稳静化措施融入路段、交叉口和住宅区出入口的交通组织中,提出各种设置在应用过程中的优缺点以及适用条件。通过某住宅区交通稳静化改造项目为例,分析交通稳静化在我国城市住宅区应用的可行性。

居住区景观生态绿化模式的构建——以济南市为例

构建居住区景观生态绿化模式既能营造方便舒适、安全健康、生态宜居的景观环境,也是现代城市居住区绿地生态规划设计的关键。文章根据济南市区域环境和不同类型的居住区,提出了居住区景观植物配置原则;构建了生态复层类、生态保健类、观花观果类、彩叶乔灌类、修剪整形类、防污净化类,6大类型、17种济南市居住区景观生态绿化模式;总结分析了6大类型植物配置的特点与应用。

村镇型拆迁安置小区园林绿地规划设计策略——以山东省临朐县为例

"拆迁"—"建设"—"安置"的三部曲是目前全国各地城市扩展的重要内容之一。作为其产物的拆迁安置小区不同于常规居住区,存在较大的特殊性,目前缺乏针对其附属园林绿地的相关研究。以由农村拆迁而形成的村镇型拆迁安置小区为重点,在问卷调查的基础上,分析拆迁安置小区的特殊性,分别从规划策略和设计措施的层面阐述了村镇型拆迁安置小区园林绿地规划设计的相关问题及解决途径。对解决由于拆迁安置引起的社会问题及被拆迁居民重塑家园具有重要意义,对该特殊类型居住区绿地的规划设计具有重要参考价值。

城市山地住宅小区的规划设计

在我国中南部许多城市,郊区往往属于丘陵起伏地带,城市居住区开始向山地延伸给规划师和建筑师带来了新的课题。如何充分利用山地的特殊条件,正逐渐受到广大市民和业界专业人士的注意。该文以湖北省恩施州连珠畔岛小区及福建省三明市列西第一溪住宅小区为例,从环境特征出发,以山地住宅小区地形地貌保护和利用,环境的营造、住宅区空间组织和景观设计等方面为基础,对城市山地住宅小区规划设计所面临的制约因素进行探讨,结合不同的山地类型提出合理的解决方案,为山地住宅的规划设计提供可靠的依据。
