综合疗法治疗Hunt’s综合征30例疗效观察

目的:探讨He-Ne激光理疗结合面神经管周围注射药物对Hunt’s综合征转归的影响。方法:58例Hunt’s综合征患者,按治疗方法分为对照组28例,观察组30例,对其结果进行分析。结果:观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为82.1%。两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:He-Ne激光理疗结合面神经管周围注射药物法对Hunt’s综合征的转归有积极作用。

目的探讨RamsayHunt’s(RHS)的治疗方法、疗效。方法对29例患者临床资料回顾性分析。结果通过抗病毒、消除水肿等综合治疗,近期痊愈显效率达93.1%。结论早期识别和正规治疗是关键。

Hunt’s Hypothesis(H)for the Sum of Two Independent Levy Processes

Which Levy processes satisfy Hunt’s hypothesis(H)is a long-standing open problem in probabilistic potential theory.The study of this problem for one-dimensional Levy processes suggests us to consider(H)from the point of view of the sum of Levy processes.In this paper,we present theorems and examples on the validity of(H)for the sum of two independent Levy processes.We also give a novel condition on the Levy measure which implies(H)for a large class of one-dimensional Levy processes.

Hunt’s Hypothesis(H) for Markov Processes: Survey and Beyond

The goal of this paper is threefold. First, we survey the existing results on Hunt’s hypothesis(H) for Markov processes and Getoor’s conjecture for Lévy processes. Second, we investigate(H)for multidimensional Lévy processes from the viewpoint of projections. Third, we present a few open questions for further study.

Further study on Hunt's hypothesis (H) for Lvy processes

Getoor's conjecture that essentially all Lvy processes satisfy Hunt's hypothesis(H) is a longstanding open problem in potential theory. In the beginning of the paper, we summarize the main results obtained so far for the problem. Then, we present two new necessary and sufficient conditions for the validity of(H). Furthermore, we give applications of these new criteria. First, we give explicit constructions of Lvy processes satisfying(H) in a context where previously known results could not be applied. Second, we show that a large class of pure jump subordinators can be decomposed into the summation of two independent subordinators such that both of them satisfy(H).
