[ Method] Soil-cultured b...[ Objective ] This research was to explore the effect of combined plant hormones on hydroponic bracketplants and m provide some technical guidance for the hydroponic culture of bracketplants. [ Method] Soil-cultured bracketplants in the same growth condition were selected as experimental materials. After treated with different growth hormone combinations with different concentrations, three different kinds of substrates were used for fixed culture. Growth conditions of hydro- ponic bracketplant roots were observed and recorded. [ P-esultl After being treated with the domestication liquid combination of 0.1 × 10 -6 g/L 6-BA + 3. 9× 10-6 g/L NAA, hydroponic bracketplants which fixed by using ceramic substrate was better than others in the number of new roots, root length, root diameter, root activity and other physiological indicators. [ Conclusion] In this research, the effects of plant hormones on the growth of aquatic plant roots were explored, which has important significance to improve the survival rate of hydroponic-cultured plants and expand the hydroponic plant species.展开更多
