This work experimentally examined the optimal proportioning of sludge curing agent for dewatered sludge curing on solidified sludge,two components sludge curing agent consisted of cement and slag,and three components ...This work experimentally examined the optimal proportioning of sludge curing agent for dewatered sludge curing on solidified sludge,two components sludge curing agent consisted of cement and slag,and three components consisted of cement,slag and inorganic salt. The results showed that,increasing of curing ages could increase unconfined compressive strength and reduce moisture content for solidified sludge. For the test of two components,the biggest unconfined compressive strength of the solidified sludge achieved to 543. 72 kPa and the minimum moisture content achieved to 3. 56% of 21 d. The optimum proportion of the sludge curing agent of two components is sludge: cement: slag = 1 ∶ 0. 05 ∶ 0. 2 which selected by Design-expert. It could rapidly increasing the unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge when added three components sludge curing agent( sludge: cement: slag: MgSO4= 1 ∶ 0. 05 ∶ 0. 2 ∶ 0. 03) on sludge curing. The results showed that,curing ages of 7 d,the unconfined compressive strength could achieve to 126. 74 kPa,which was more than 11 times comparison with the solidified sludge curing by two components curing agent. Two or three components sludge curing agent all could stabilize the heavy metals on solidified sludge and the leaching of heavy metals was below the government standard,while the stability of the heavy metals was superior for three components sludge curing agent.展开更多

Camera / IMU( inertial measurement units) integrated...GNSS( global navigation satellite systems) are unavailable in challenging environments such as urban canyon and indoor locations due to signal blocking and jamming. Camera / IMU( inertial measurement units) integrated navigation systems can be alternatives to GNSS. In this paper,a tightly coupled Camera / IMU algorithm modeled by IEKF( iterated extended kalman filter) is presented. This tight integration approach uses image generated pixel coordinates to update the Kalman Filter directly. The developed algorithm is verified by a hybrid simulation,i.e. using inertial data from field test to fuse with simulated image feature measurements. The results show that the tight approach is superior to the loose integration when the image measurements are insufficient( i.e. less than three ground control points).展开更多

Finally,Non-stationary buffeting response of Pulite Bridge in China,a long span suspension bridge,is computed by using ANSYS software under four working conditions with different combination of time-varying mean wind and time-varying variance. In the scheme,an embedded microprocessor( LPC3250 from NXP) is chosen ...This paper presents a multi-interface embedded server architecture for remote real-time monitoring system and distributed monitoring applications. In the scheme,an embedded microprocessor( LPC3250 from NXP) is chosen as the CPU of the embedded server with a linux operation system( OS) environment. The embedded server provides multiple interfaces for supporting various application scenarios. The whole network is based on local area network and adopts the Browser / Server( B / S) model. The monitoring and control node is as a browser endpoint and the remote node with an embedded server is as a server endpoint. Users can easily acquire various sensors information through writing Internet protocol address of remote node on the computer browser. Compared with client / server( C / S) mode,B / S model needs less maintain and can be applicable to large user group. In addition,a simple network management protocol( SNMP) is used for management of devices in Internet protocol( IP) networks. The results of the demonstration experiment show that the proposed system gives good support to manage the network from different user terminals and allows the users to better interact with the ambient environment.展开更多
To obtain the pyrolysis characteristics and kinetics of preparation process of sludge-based activated carbon by ZnCl2 activation method (i.e.the pyrolysis process of the sludge with ZnCl2 activation),the characteris...To obtain the pyrolysis characteristics and kinetics of preparation process of sludge-based activated carbon by ZnCl2 activation method (i.e.the pyrolysis process of the sludge with ZnCl2 activation),the characteristic of mass loss and gas products generated during pyrolysis of the sludge with ZnCl2 activation were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis coupled with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (TG-FTIR).The kinetic parameters were calculated by the Coats-Redfem method and the mechanism models were established.The role of ZnCl2 in the pyrolysis process of the sludge with ZnCl2 activation was also illustrated through the comparison of the pyrolysis characteristics and kinetics of the sludge with and without ZnCl2 activation.The results showed that the pyrolysis process of the sludge with ZnCl2 activation can be divided into four stages including the dehydration of sludge and initial depolymerization of a small portion of organics matters,the decomposition of large molecular organic matters into small molecular intermediates,the further degradation of intermediates and volatilization of ZnCl2,and the decomposition of inorganic minerals and undecomposed organic matters.CO2,CO,CH4,H2O,some aldehydes and carboxylic acids are the major pyrolysis gaseous products.The activation energies and pre-exponential factors are in the range of 28.84-206.42 kJ/mol and 9885.16-8.08× 1011 min-1,respectively.During the pyrolysis of sludge,ZnC12 not only can function as a dehydration agent and inhibit the formation of tar,but also can peptize the organic matters in the sludge,making them easier to be decomposed.展开更多

Taking the aerodynamic convection and radiation heat transfer outside the tank as the third kinds of thermal boundary conditions for the thermal analysis of the fuel tank, calculation of internal and external coupling heat of fuel tank is decoupled. Ther^nal network method combined with hierarchical dynamic- grid is used to deal with the fuel consumption, and carry on the heat transfer analysis of the fuel tank. The numerical method for the transient temperature field of aircraft fuel tank is established. Through the simulation calculation, the transient temperature distribution of the fuel tank under different flight conditions is obtained, and the influence of the fuel mass and the external thermal environment on the temperature field is analyzed.展开更多

The π-π stacking would contribute to the maximum average loading of ssDNA( 167 segments) with the adsorption potential distribution at the range of-6. 0 eV to-2. 1 eV,higher than that of dsDNA( 30 segments) with the adsorption energy distribution ranging from-3. 0 eV to- 0. 2 eV. Gradually shielding the base of ssDNA using hydrogen atom and gradually changing ssDNA into dsDNA through base-pairing were performed to further detect the detailed interaction between DNA and graphene. E B for * CGC,G* GC,GC* C,and GCG* is-15. 130,-15. 276,-15. 137,and- 15. 271 eV,respectively. E B for GCGC-CGCG / graphene,GCGC-CGC / graphene,GCGC-CG / graphene,GCGC-C / graphene,and GCGC / graphene is-14. 941,-14. 700,-14. 204,-15. 561,and- 15. 810 eV,respectively. DOS of the adsorbed ssDNA down shifted 1. 885 eV,which becomes more stable and less reactive than the other cases. Further,oxidation reaction shows that graphene protects ssDNA from breaking by active oxide. And stable adsorption,protection from destroying,and undamaged desorption insure the possibility of graphene to deliver or hybrid DNA for novel and creative use.展开更多
The pseudo-equilibrium phase diagram and continuous cooling transformation diagram of an N-containing 8% Cr roller steel were investigated by using thermodynamic calculation,differential scanning calorimetry,Ⅹ-ray d...The pseudo-equilibrium phase diagram and continuous cooling transformation diagram of an N-containing 8% Cr roller steel were investigated by using thermodynamic calculation,differential scanning calorimetry,Ⅹ-ray diffraction,expansion method,and so on.Under equilibrium conditions,the main carbonitrides are MX,M7C3,and M23C6 types.The measured Ac1,Ac3,start temperature of martensitic transformation,and M7C3 transformation temperatures are 811,855,324,and 1100 ℃,respectively.Bainite appears at cooling rates ranging from 0.5 to 5 ℃/s and ferrite forms at grain boundaries at a cooling rate lower than 0.5 ℃/s.Finally,the effects of adding N and lowering the C content on workability and mechanical properties of common 8%Cr steel were discussed.展开更多

Based on the basic matrix inequality sufficient condition for checking the admissibility of switched singular systems,together with some matrix inequality convexifying techniques,the SOF controller synthesis is developed for the underlying systems. It is shown that the controller gains can be obtained by solving a set of strict linear matrix inequalities( LMIs). A simulation example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

The obtained the temperature,buckling,stress and deflection responses were compared,and the deflection and stress distributions as well as thermal buckling mode at the time were discussed for the considered configurations when the temperature difference between the top and bottom face sheet was maximum. The results demonstrated that the non-orthogonal and hat-stiffened double-layer structures provide superior performance to resist thermal buckling deformation in comparison with other configurations. The useful information is provided for the forthcoming optimization in which thermal buckling is considered as critical design driver.展开更多

Based on a rigid plastic material,the paper derives the macroscopic constitutive laws for homogenous equivalent medium. By changing the shape parameter of circular particles,the effect of pore shape on macroscopic constitutive laws is explored. Yield surfaces with different pore shapes are obtained. About voids,a two-scale conception is introduced,which regards main void as macroscopic scale and secondary cavities as microscopic scale. The macroscopic potential involving main and secondary voids is achieved. The proposed macroscopic constitutive law taking microscopic features as influence factors is helpful for exploring the macroscopic mechanical properties of porous medium when numerical simulation is required.展开更多

An improved method based on balanced truncation method was proposed to reduce the dimension of high-rise buildings,and was compared with other widely used reduction methods by using a framework with ten floors. This optimized method has improvement of reduction process and choice of the order. Based on the reduced-order model obtained by the improved method and pole-assignment algorithm,a controller was designed. Finally,a comparative analysis of structural responses,transfer functions,and poles was conducted on an actual high-rise building. The results show the effectiveness of the improved method.展开更多

Slag sizes as large as 1 cm have been witnessed in ground tests,and comparable sizes have been also estimated via observations of sub-orbital tail-off events. We achieve slag initial data based on MASTER slag model and SRM historical launch data,and propagate slag long-term orbital evolution taking into account the zonal harmonics J2,atmospheric drag,solar radiation pressure and luni-solar attraction to discuss the slag size distribution and orbital characteristics. Finally,future slag debris environment is evaluated based on two different launch rate assumptions. The result shows that current launch frequency will make the slag population sustain growth and the population will not decrease at once even if there are no more launches in the future.展开更多

Complex modulus tests were conducted on EAC specimens at various temperatu...This paper presents an investigation into modelling the rheological properties of epoxy asphalt concrete( EAC) by using the Huet-Sayegh model. Complex modulus tests were conducted on EAC specimens at various temperature and loading frequency conditions. Dynamic modulus and phase angles obtained from the complex modulus tests were used in the construction of the Huet-Sayegh model. The dynamic modulus master curve was developed by the Huet-Sayegh model as well as the Burgers model for comparison purpose. The results showed that EAC exhibits typical rheological behavior whose dynamic modulus decreases with the increase of temperature while increases with the increase of frequency,and phase angles increase with the decrease of frequencies and the increase of temperatures. The Huet-Sayegh model predicts the dynamic modulus master curve of EAC very well and much better than the Burgers model over a wide range of frequencies.展开更多

Main improvements of the element are two new interpolation functions for beam axis and cross-sectional rotation. New interpolation functions employ implicit functions to simulate large deformations. In the translational interpolation function, two parameters which affect lateral deflection geometry are defined implicitly through nonlinear equations. The proposed translational interpolation function is shown to be more accurate than Hermitian function at large deformations. In the rotational interpolation function, twist rate is defined implicitly through a torsional continuity equation. Cross-sectional rotation which is strictly consistent to beam axis is obtained through separate bending rotation interpolation and torsional rotation interpolation. The element model fully accounts for geometric nonlinearities and coupling effects,and thus,can simulate cables with zero bending stiffness. Stiffness matrix and load vector have been derived using symbolic computation. Source code has been generated automatically.Numerical examples show that the proposed element has significantly higher accuracy than conventional 2-node beam elements under the same meshes for geometrically nonlinear problems.展开更多

The proposed strategy is b...By exploiting the structural features of L1C messages,a novel Early Termination( ET) strategy is proposed to speed up the decoding of low-density parity-check( LDPC) codes in the GPS system. The proposed strategy is based on the cyclic redundancy check( CRC) of the messages in the subframes 2 and 3. The simulation results show that average number of iterations of the proposed strategy is less than that of the standard ET strategy,with nearly no degradation in decoding performance. Besides,the proposed ET strategy can be efficiently implemented in a sequential or parallel manner. Thus,the proposed ET strategy is attractive for practical purposes.展开更多

Taking the aerodynamic convection and radiation heat transfer outside the tank as the third kinds of thermal boundary conditions for the thermal analysis of the fuel tank, calculation of internal and external coupling heat of fuel tank is decoupled. Ther^nal network method combined with hierarchical dynamic- grid is used to deal with the fuel consumption, and carry on the heat transfer analysis of the fuel tank. The numerical method for the transient temperature field of aircraft fuel tank is established. Through the simulation calculation, the transient temperature distribution of the fuel tank under different flight conditions is obtained, and the influence of the fuel mass and the external thermal environment on the temperature field is analyzed.

文摘The nature of DNA-graphene interaction system was investigated by using molecular dynamic simulations and density functional theory calculations. The detailed adsorption behaviors of single-stranded DNA( ssDNA) and double-stranded DNA( dsDNA) on the surface of graphene were discussed. The π-π stacking would contribute to the maximum average loading of ssDNA( 167 segments) with the adsorption potential distribution at the range of-6. 0 eV to-2. 1 eV,higher than that of dsDNA( 30 segments) with the adsorption energy distribution ranging from-3. 0 eV to- 0. 2 eV. Gradually shielding the base of ssDNA using hydrogen atom and gradually changing ssDNA into dsDNA through base-pairing were performed to further detect the detailed interaction between DNA and graphene. E B for * CGC,G* GC,GC* C,and GCG* is-15. 130,-15. 276,-15. 137,and- 15. 271 eV,respectively. E B for GCGC-CGCG / graphene,GCGC-CGC / graphene,GCGC-CG / graphene,GCGC-C / graphene,and GCGC / graphene is-14. 941,-14. 700,-14. 204,-15. 561,and- 15. 810 eV,respectively. DOS of the adsorbed ssDNA down shifted 1. 885 eV,which becomes more stable and less reactive than the other cases. Further,oxidation reaction shows that graphene protects ssDNA from breaking by active oxide. And stable adsorption,protection from destroying,and undamaged desorption insure the possibility of graphene to deliver or hybrid DNA for novel and creative use.

文摘The pseudo-equilibrium phase diagram and continuous cooling transformation diagram of an N-containing 8% Cr roller steel were investigated by using thermodynamic calculation,differential scanning calorimetry,Ⅹ-ray diffraction,expansion method,and so on.Under equilibrium conditions,the main carbonitrides are MX,M7C3,and M23C6 types.The measured Ac1,Ac3,start temperature of martensitic transformation,and M7C3 transformation temperatures are 811,855,324,and 1100 ℃,respectively.Bainite appears at cooling rates ranging from 0.5 to 5 ℃/s and ferrite forms at grain boundaries at a cooling rate lower than 0.5 ℃/s.Finally,the effects of adding N and lowering the C content on workability and mechanical properties of common 8%Cr steel were discussed.

文摘This paper is concerned with the problems of robust admissibility and static output feedback( SOF)stabilization for a class of discrete-time switched singular systems with norm-bounded parametric uncertainties.The objective is to design a suitable robust SOF controller guaranteeing the regularity,causality and asymptotic stability of the resulting closed-loop system under arbitrary switching laws. Based on the basic matrix inequality sufficient condition for checking the admissibility of switched singular systems,together with some matrix inequality convexifying techniques,the SOF controller synthesis is developed for the underlying systems. It is shown that the controller gains can be obtained by solving a set of strict linear matrix inequalities( LMIs). A simulation example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘Dental enamel-like hydroxyapatite whiskers with high crystallinity and homogeneous morphology were synthesized by a hydrothermal homogeneous precipitation method.The composition,crystallinity and morphology of prepared hydroxyapatite whiskers were characterized by Ⅹ-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The effects of urea and sorbitol on their morphology and composition were investigated.Homogeneous and well crystallized enamel-like hydroxyapatite whiskers with 1.17±0.08 μm in length and 84± 14 nm in width were obtained at 0.80 mol · L-1 urea and 0.26 mol · L-1 sorbitol.These hydroxyapatite whiskers may be close to nature hydroxyapatite dental enamel in terms of the morphology and composition,suggesting that they could have potential application as dental restorative materials in the field of stomatology.

文摘To explore new light-weight integrated thermal protection system panel configuration and gain good insight into the responses mechanism,heat transfer and structural field analysis for one single-layer and four double-layer corrugated core panels were performed. The obtained the temperature,buckling,stress and deflection responses were compared,and the deflection and stress distributions as well as thermal buckling mode at the time were discussed for the considered configurations when the temperature difference between the top and bottom face sheet was maximum. The results demonstrated that the non-orthogonal and hat-stiffened double-layer structures provide superior performance to resist thermal buckling deformation in comparison with other configurations. The useful information is provided for the forthcoming optimization in which thermal buckling is considered as critical design driver.

文摘A numerical study is presented,using a homogenization technique to consider the plain strain problem of visco-plastic porous medium shaped by regularly distributed circular particles. Based on a rigid plastic material,the paper derives the macroscopic constitutive laws for homogenous equivalent medium. By changing the shape parameter of circular particles,the effect of pore shape on macroscopic constitutive laws is explored. Yield surfaces with different pore shapes are obtained. About voids,a two-scale conception is introduced,which regards main void as macroscopic scale and secondary cavities as microscopic scale. The macroscopic potential involving main and secondary voids is achieved. The proposed macroscopic constitutive law taking microscopic features as influence factors is helpful for exploring the macroscopic mechanical properties of porous medium when numerical simulation is required.
文摘To improve the performance of an active mass damper control system,the controller should be designed based on a reduced-order model. An improved method based on balanced truncation method was proposed to reduce the dimension of high-rise buildings,and was compared with other widely used reduction methods by using a framework with ten floors. This optimized method has improvement of reduction process and choice of the order. Based on the reduced-order model obtained by the improved method and pole-assignment algorithm,a controller was designed. Finally,a comparative analysis of structural responses,transfer functions,and poles was conducted on an actual high-rise building. The results show the effectiveness of the improved method.

文摘The resulting slag particles from solid rocket motor( SRM) firings are an important component of space debris environment. Slag sizes as large as 1 cm have been witnessed in ground tests,and comparable sizes have been also estimated via observations of sub-orbital tail-off events. We achieve slag initial data based on MASTER slag model and SRM historical launch data,and propagate slag long-term orbital evolution taking into account the zonal harmonics J2,atmospheric drag,solar radiation pressure and luni-solar attraction to discuss the slag size distribution and orbital characteristics. Finally,future slag debris environment is evaluated based on two different launch rate assumptions. The result shows that current launch frequency will make the slag population sustain growth and the population will not decrease at once even if there are no more launches in the future.

文摘A large amount of cutting heat is produced during the heavy cutting process,and insert life is restricted by the effect of thermal load.The thermal load experiment of cemented carbide SCS,WF and YT15 is carried out,and the results show that the bending strength and fracture toughness of cemented carbide material decrease obviously under cyclic thermal load,while in the cooling process,the material mechanical property changes worse suddenly.The high-temperature mechanical property of SCS is the most stable,and that of YT15 is the worst.Further,a relation model among cutting temperature,cutting parameters and insert life is established.Finally,the measures to improve heavy cemented carbide inserts life are summarized from the aspects of cutting parameters selection,insert optimization design and TiCN,Al2O3,TiN complex insert coating.The research results are expected to provide support and reference for heavy cutting technology and insert technology.

On the basis of analyzing reverse selection questions,this paper provides a design capability screening model,which can make a designer automatically expose his hidden information so that necessary actions can be taken as required by the owner to realize risk sharing. A calculation example is finally given to demonstrate that the new model is helpful for an owner to select a designer with high professional level and to lead the designer to work hard,so it is of significant application value.

文摘This paper presents an investigation into modelling the rheological properties of epoxy asphalt concrete( EAC) by using the Huet-Sayegh model. Complex modulus tests were conducted on EAC specimens at various temperature and loading frequency conditions. Dynamic modulus and phase angles obtained from the complex modulus tests were used in the construction of the Huet-Sayegh model. The dynamic modulus master curve was developed by the Huet-Sayegh model as well as the Burgers model for comparison purpose. The results showed that EAC exhibits typical rheological behavior whose dynamic modulus decreases with the increase of temperature while increases with the increase of frequency,and phase angles increase with the decrease of frequencies and the increase of temperatures. The Huet-Sayegh model predicts the dynamic modulus master curve of EAC very well and much better than the Burgers model over a wide range of frequencies.

文摘This paper proposes a 3D 2-node element for beams and cables. Main improvements of the element are two new interpolation functions for beam axis and cross-sectional rotation. New interpolation functions employ implicit functions to simulate large deformations. In the translational interpolation function, two parameters which affect lateral deflection geometry are defined implicitly through nonlinear equations. The proposed translational interpolation function is shown to be more accurate than Hermitian function at large deformations. In the rotational interpolation function, twist rate is defined implicitly through a torsional continuity equation. Cross-sectional rotation which is strictly consistent to beam axis is obtained through separate bending rotation interpolation and torsional rotation interpolation. The element model fully accounts for geometric nonlinearities and coupling effects,and thus,can simulate cables with zero bending stiffness. Stiffness matrix and load vector have been derived using symbolic computation. Source code has been generated automatically.Numerical examples show that the proposed element has significantly higher accuracy than conventional 2-node beam elements under the same meshes for geometrically nonlinear problems.

文摘By exploiting the structural features of L1C messages,a novel Early Termination( ET) strategy is proposed to speed up the decoding of low-density parity-check( LDPC) codes in the GPS system. The proposed strategy is based on the cyclic redundancy check( CRC) of the messages in the subframes 2 and 3. The simulation results show that average number of iterations of the proposed strategy is less than that of the standard ET strategy,with nearly no degradation in decoding performance. Besides,the proposed ET strategy can be efficiently implemented in a sequential or parallel manner. Thus,the proposed ET strategy is attractive for practical purposes.
