We developed a one-dimensional hybrid model to simulate the DC/RF combined driven capacitively coupled plasma for argon discharges. The numerical results are used to analyze the influence of the DC source on the plasma density distribution, ion energy distributions (IEDs) and ion angle distributions (IADs) on both the RF and DC electrodes. The increase in DC voltage drives more high-energy ions to the electrode applied to the DC source, which makes the IEDs at the DC electrode shift towards higher energy, and the peaks in the IADs shift towards small angle regions. At the same time, it also decreases the ion energy at the RF electrode and enlarges the incident angles of the ions, which strike the RF electrode. 展开更多

Globally, traditional power systems are rapidly transforming towards the adoption of smart grid platforms. Substations which are at the center of the electric power transformation from the power plant are changing to IEC 61850 based digital substations. Therefore, within substation, there is a growing demand for the IEC 61850 based Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs). The operation of multiple manufacturers of IEDs in a single digital substation network increases the need for IEC 61850 communications specification conformance diagnosis to ensure interoperability for efficient data exchange between IEDs. The IEC 61850-10 presents test items for diagnosing communication specification conformance. There are many test tools available in the market today to test the compliance of the IEC 61850 communications specifications to the IED. In this paper, we propose a model-based diagnostic method for IED communication conformance testing. The proposed model-based software therefore uses the “drag and drop” technique to select the various IEC 61850 communication services (objects) required to design the test case in a user friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI). This makes the service conformance testing more flexible for test engineers and system integrators especially in situations that require test case modifications. Also, the proposed software tool makes it easy to understand the various IEC 61850 services using the friendly GUI. 展开更多

Abstract A hybrid sheath model, including a fluid model and a Monte Carlo (MC) method, is proposed to study ion energy distributions (IEDs) driven by a radiofrequency (RF) with a tailed pulse-bias on an insulating substrate, where a charging effect is obviously caused by the ions accumulated. This surface charging effect will significantly affect the IEDs on the insulating substrate. In this paper, a voltage compensation method is employed to eliminate the charging effect by making the pulse-bias waveform have a certain gradient. Furthermore, we investigate the IEDs under the condition of different pulse-bias duty ratios, waveforms, amplitudes, and cycle proportions. It is found that the parameters of the pulsed source can effectively modulate the IEDs on the insulating substrate and the charging effect, and more desired IEDs are obtained by using the voltage compensation method with modulations of pulse parameters. 展开更多

综合能源配电系统(integrated energy distribution system,IEDS)中能量交互密切,能源耦合关系复杂,储能是其经济与稳定运行的关键环节。传统储能往往费用较高,且网络级大规模储能受限于地理环境、物理状态、经济条件等因素而未能广泛... 综合能源配电系统(integrated energy distribution system,IEDS)中能量交互密切,能源耦合关系复杂,储能是其经济与稳定运行的关键环节。传统储能往往费用较高,且网络级大规模储能受限于地理环境、物理状态、经济条件等因素而未能广泛应用。针对上述问题,该文利用电力与天然气的灵活耦合与多能互补特性,通过对IEDS多能流优化调度与网络侧资源综合利用,提出了一种广义多源储能系统(generalized multi-source energy storage,GMSES)模型,可以在不改变IEDS网络结构、不新增储能设备的基础上,实现GMSES网络级储能充、放电功能与能量优化管理。在综合考虑能量流和设备约束的基础上,该文结合具体算例,探究了GMSES能量优化方法,验证了GMSES模型可有效提高系统经济性,并具有平抑可再生能源波动的潜力。 展开更多

目的:观察免疫增强型肠内营养支持对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者术后免疫功能的影响并总结免疫增强型肠内营养支持的护理经验。方法:53例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分成试验组(IEDs组)和对照组(常规肠内营养制剂组)均于术后进行肠内营养支持8天,两... 目的:观察免疫增强型肠内营养支持对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者术后免疫功能的影响并总结免疫增强型肠内营养支持的护理经验。方法:53例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分成试验组(IEDs组)和对照组(常规肠内营养制剂组)均于术后进行肠内营养支持8天,两组患者均于术前及术后8天分别测定血浆白蛋白、IgA、IgG、lgM、淋巴细胞计数、T琳巴细胞亚群分类。观察并记录患者对肠内营养支持的耐受性和并发症。结果:术后第8天.试验组血浆白蛋白升高(P<0.05),各免疫功能指标明显优于对照组,有统计学差异。患者对免疫增强型肠内营养有较好的耐受性。结论:免疫增强型肠内营养支持能更好地改善胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者术后机体的免疫功能,肠内营养支持需要及时观察及护理。 展开更多

Integrated energy distribution system(IEDS)is one of the integrated energy and power system forms,which involves electricity/gas/cold/heat and other various energy forms.The energy coupling relationship is close and complex.IEDS is the focus of regional energy internet research and development at home and abroad.Compared with the traditional power distribution system,IEDS through the multi-energy coupling link comprehensive utilization,effectively improve the distribution system economy,safety,reliability,flexibility and toughness,but also to ease the regional energy system environmental pressure.IEDS is an important direction for the future development of energy systems,and its related research and practice on China’s energy system development also has important practical and strategic significance.This paper summarizes the related researches of the IEDS and explores the energy operation characteristics and coupling mechanisms.What’s more,the integrated model of IEDS is summarized.On these bases,this paper discusses and prospects some key issues such as joint planning,optimization control and security analysis,state estimation and situational awareness and generalized demand side management. 展开更多

Time synchronization systems that utilize the global navigation satellite systems(GNSS)are widely used in the monitoring,control,and protection of transmission networks.They ensure that phasor measurement units(PMUs)can accurately monitor voltage phase angles,increase the accuracy of fault locators,enhance the capabilities of disturbance recorders,and allow differential feeder protection to use re-routable communication networks.However,concern about the reliability of GNSS receivers used in intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)have been reported;problems include mal-operations of differential protection,erroneous satellite timing/location messages,inappropriate installations,and blocking of satellite signals due to illegal use of GNSS jammers in vehicles.Utilities now require a timing system less dependent on the use of low cost GNSS receivers integrated into IEDs,but one that uses Grandmaster clocks,slave and transparent clocks,and an Ethernet communication network.The IEEE 1588-2008 synchronization protocol uses the Ethernet to disseminate a global time reference around a substation.A future substation will probably include duplicate 1588 grandmasters,each incorporating stable oscillators with GNSS and terrestrial receivers,in conjunction with a 1588 compliant Ethernet data network with slave and transparent clocks,and redundancy boxes for interfacing with IEDs.Although IEEE 1588 protocol is promising for future substation automation systems,its performance and impact has to be fully evaluated before it can be used in real substations.This paper describes how an IEEE 1588 time synchronization testbed is designed,constructed,and tested.Testing involves measuring the time offset when the Ethernet is heavily loaded with other traffic and the holdover capability of 1588 clocks.Additional delay introduced by IEEE 1588 traffic is also measured.As there is limited testing on GPS receivers within the power industry,this paper also uses the testbed to evaluate the steady state and transient behavior of GPS receivers.The results show a 1588 time synchronization system is accurate,secure,and ideally suited for protection and control applications,compared to a timing system merely based on GPS receivers.The information described in this paper should increase a utility’s confidence in applying IEEE 1588 timing in a real substation. 展开更多
