Primary and secondary school mental health teachers in professional identity of intervention programs

To explore the impact of teacher training on the professional identity of primary and secondary school mental health teachers, this study conducted a half-month professional development training program to 54 primary and secondary school mental health teachers, and performed measurement on the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group and the control group with “Teachers’ Professional Identity Questionnaire”. The result shows that after the training there is a significant improvement in the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group, and the teachers’ scores on the four dimensions of profession identity: the sense of role, the professional behavioral tendency, the occupational values, and the sense of belonging, all increased significantly. This indicates that the curriculum intervention for the primary and secondary school mental health teachers could effectively improve the teachers’ professional identity.

非货币激励因素对中小学教师工作满意度的影响——基于云贵川渝的调查

教师工作满意度是影响教师工作效能、促进教师可持续发展的重要因素。研究采用TALIS 2018教师问卷对云贵川渝4个省份的中小学教师展开抽样调查。数据分析显示,该地区教师工作满意度处于较高水平,但内部群体间存在显著性差异。回归分析发现,云贵川渝4省份中小学教师工作满意度受工资薪酬以及其他非货币因素的影响。比较分析发现,云贵川渝初中教师对工资薪酬的接受度高于上海同行,但对社会认可、媒体关注等非货币激励因素的认可程度却低于上海教师,从而使其工作满意度整体水平低于上海。研究认为,坚持教育家精神铸魂强师的同时提升教师工作满意度,需要在巩固提高工资薪酬水平的基础上,进一步从优化教师工作体验、提高教师学历、打通职业晋升渠道、营造尊师重教良好氛围等非货币因素着手,在满足教师内在需求的同时,为加快教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育提供有力支撑。

中小学教师工作负担的现状考察及其影响因素——基于G市中小学教师的调查数据分析

工作资源的供给水平一定程度上可以反映员工的工作状态。通过对大城市G市24949份中小学教师有效调查问卷的数据分析发现,中小学教师工作时间远超出国家法定要求,工作负担总体处于中等水平。在各类型工作负担中,教育教学型工作负担相对较重,非教育教学型工作负担相对较轻。不同性别、学历、教龄、职称等级、任教学段等条件下,中小学教师工作负担存在显著差异。物质资源和认知资源两类工作资源对教师工作负担均有预测作用。基于此,为大城市的教师减负工作提出以下建议:树立正确的教师工作负担观念;关注不同条件教师工作负担的差异性;协调好学校管理与教育教学的关系;提高中小学教师专业素养与水平。

A Study of Localization of Task-Based Language Teaching in China

In view of a series of challenges since Task-Based Language Teaching(TBLT) was introduced into China, we interviewed 14 front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools about their viewpoints and classroom strategies of TBLT. The results show teachers’ willingness to use TBLT. They adopt flexible teaching procedures, apply TBLT creatively, and explore task-based language assessment. The authors argue for inclusive non-doctrinaire approaches to TBLT, and propose to construct localized TBLT theory and practice with Chinese characteristics.

立足常态化的新发展阶段,国家智慧教育平台教师寒暑假研修如何从规模化走向差异化、精准化,“按需施训”尤为关键。研究以基础教育阶段参训教师的9.06万条、149万余字反馈文本为研究对象,综合运用结构主题模型(STM)及重要性-绩效分析法(IPA),构建了国家中小学智慧教育平台教师研修需求框架,并深入分析其差异、明确基于需求要素的优化方向。研究发现:参训教师需求包含个体发展和系统环境两个层面的五类需求,且均存在显著的区域及城乡差异,针对时间安排及学时认定等研修机制需求仍须优化改进。研究为教师寒暑假研修精准化、差异化发展提供实证依据与决策支持,为优化研修服务提供策略建议。

中小学课程思政一体化的价值意涵、现实境遇与实践向路

中小学课程思政一体化是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。一体化的课程逻辑基于学生的身心发展规律和学科课程育人性质:“一”指向课程思政目标的统整,聚焦立德树人根本任务;“体”指向课程思政内容的融通,关涉“五育融合”的思政要素;“化”指向课程思政实施的衔接,契合“必备品格”的发展过程。课程思政一体化在中小学阶段面临课程思政目标的引领作用不强,课程思政内容的嵌入空间失衡,课程思政实施的融合方式单一,课程思政评价的体验过程窄化等困境。要想突破这些困境,需要在以下几个方面进行努力:以价值观教育为出发点,强化立德树人目标的课程思政引领作用;以五育融合为切入点,厘清知识与道德的课程思政育人限度;以品格塑造为联结点,融通认知与非认知的课程思政育人方式;以增值评价为着力点,兼顾结果与过程的课程思政育人价值。

“双减”背景下中小学教师的工作“负荷”与“减负”治理的实践路径

中小学教师超负荷工作已是常态,其日常工作的基本样态是工作内容面广、工作分散点多、工作时间线长。这种超负荷的工作样态不仅影响着教师的职业生命力,也影响着我国整个基础教育提质增效和“双减”政策落实的成效。因此,教师“减负”治理迫在眉睫。教师“减负”治理应是政府、学校和家长等多主体联合参与的持续过程,特别是政府应该灵活调配教师编制,补充人力资源供给;明确学校的权责边界,让教学回归主业;为教师提供保障机制,缓解教师工作压力;有效利用信息技术,提高家校沟通效率。

一体化视域下的课程德育

课程德育、学科德育与课程思政都是指利用思政课之外的其他课程进行德育,其内涵具有一致性。从大中小学思政教育一体化的角度看,课程德育更适合用在小学阶段,学科德育适合用在中学阶段,课程思政适合用在高等教育阶段。课程德育具有更大的包容性,可以涵盖学科德育和课程思政。课程德育具有内在的逻辑,突出表现在德育与智育的一体,课程是法定的权力,知识具有真善美的价值,教学具有教育性。课程德育的内在逻辑决定了德育内在于课程,是课程的本性使然。但课程德育实施中存在着课程与德育“两张皮”的现象,德育脱离课程的本质,变得狭隘化、形式化。有效实施课程德育需要转变观念,加强一体化的顶层设计,建立全要素的课程德育体系,增强教师的课程德育意识,提升教师课程德育的能力。

中小学教师对其孩子接受职业教育意愿的差异分析

国家有关政策及法律要求社会各界要积极营造职业教育良好发展氛围,在普职分流及民众对职业教育接受度不高的情况下,中小学教师对职业教育的接受度值得关注。通过对全国15625名中小学教师的调查发现:中小学教师让其孩子接受职业教育的意愿比较低,仅为27.9%,在各人口学变量间存在显著差异,学段越高的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,经济越发达的东部地区及地级市、省会地区的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,除了年收入在10万元以上的高收入水平及职称未定级的教师外,年收入水平越高及职称越高的教师越愿意让其孩子上职业院校。为此,建议:为形成正确的劳动观与职业观,很有必要要求中小学教师在平时的课程与活动中逐步渗透有关的职业启蒙教育知识,应要求初中及普通高中教师越来越多地正面向学生宣讲职业教育,让学生明白职业教育同样是适合的成长成才途径,在正面宣讲职业教育中应更多地要求男性教师及年收入水平在10万元以下中的收入越高的教师及职称越高的教师,因他们更能接受职业教育,其有利身份与地位也更容易取得学生及家长的信任与接纳。

中小学教师工资合理性参照系的确定和验证——基于2000—2019年数据

经过多年的努力,我国中小学教师工资制度已经建立并深深地嵌入各级政府的公共支出管理制度中,保障了教师工资在政府预算中的优先等级。随着教育财政的重点逐渐从教育经费优先增长转向教育经费“可持续”与“支出合理”并重,对中小学教师工资也在“确保”的同时,提出了有效、合理的要求,然而,教师工资合理有效的标准还缺乏坚实的共识基础。依据OECD的参照指标和我国教育经费的构成特征,初步讨论了教师工资合理性的参照标准,并用2000—2019年的数据进行了验证。结论如下:21世纪前二十年,中小学教师工资总体上超越了人均GDP和城镇单位就业人员,但增长机制还不稳定;不同省份中小学教师工资与当地城镇单位就业人员工资的相对水平差异很大,并且呈现明显的分布惯性;中小学教师工资在教育经费中所占据的份额呈持续上升之势。建议进一步对中小学教师工资增长的动力机制、教育经费支出中的要素结构及中小学教师工资内外部参照标准等相关政策议题进行探讨。

中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性的影响因素研究

以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能快速发展,对中小学教师如何适应其教育应用提出了更高要求.通过文献梳理和理论基础探寻,构建中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性影响因素假设模型.研究结果显示:中小学教师普遍具有使用人工智能改进教学的意愿,但人工智能教育应用的外部环境支持存在不足;整体适应程度中等偏上、存在群体差异;感知有用性、感知易用性和初始信任直接或间接对中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性产生正向影响,其中初始信任在感知易用性与心理适应之间起部分中介作用;能力适应是行为适应最直接的、唯一的影响因素,且相对而言作用强度最大;中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性的影响方向与作用路径为:心理适应→环境适应→能力适应→行为适应.为增强中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性,提出“从‘心’出发→‘境’中造‘能’→化‘能’为‘行’”递进式推进策略,使利用人工智能优化教育教学真正成为中小学教师的常态行为.
