BACKGROUND: The present study aimed to compare outcome of primary and secondary Illizarov's fi xator application as a treatment method for type III open tibial fractures in terms of nonunion and wound infection.METHODS: This prospective study was done in a tertiary care center. Forty-eight type III tibial fractures were treated with Illizarov's apparatus between 2008 and 2011. The patients were divided into two groups depending on the treatment protocol, timing of wound closure and Illizarov's application, primary(n=28) and secondary(n=20).RESULTS: In the primary group, healing was achieved in all 28 patients. The median time to recovery was 24 weeks, and the median number of operations was 3. There were 6 patients with a bone defect. In the secondary group, complete recovery was achieved in 18 out of 20 patients. The median time to recovery was 30 weeks, and the median number of operations 5. There were 9 patients with a bone defect. The median time to recovery and the number of operations were signifi cantly smaller in patients undergoing primary operation. Union was 100% in the primary group and more than 95% in the secondary group. Chronic osteomyelitis persisted in one patient and below amputation was done in one patient in the secondary group.CONCLUSION: Primary wound closure and Illizarov's fixation required a smaller number of operations and shorter time to recovery than secondary wound closure and Illizarov's fi xation, mostly due to a signifi cantly less number of patients with a bone defect in the primary group. 展开更多

In this work, a novel heterojunction composite Ag_(2)S/KTa_(x)Nb_(1-x)O_(3)was designed and synthesized through a combination of hydrothermal and precipitation procedures. The Ta/Nb ratio of the KTa_(x)Nb_(1-x)O_(3)and the Ag_(2)S content were optimized. The best 0.5% Ag_(2)S/KTa_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_(3)(KTN) sample presents an enhanced photocatalytic performance in ammonia synthesis than KTN and Ag_(2)S. Under simulated sunlight, the NH_(3)generation rate of 0.5% Ag_(2)S/KTN reaches 2.0 times that of pure KTN. Under visible light, the reaction rate ratio of the two catalysts is 6.0.XRD, XPS, and TEM analysis revealed that Ag2S was intimately decorated on the KTN nanocubes surface, which promoted the electron transfer between the two semiconductors. The band structure investigation indicated that the Ag_(2)S/KTN heterojunction established a type-Ⅱ band alignment with intimate contact, thus realizing the effective transfer and separation of photogenerated carriers. The change in charge separation was considered as the main reason for the enhanced photocatalytic performance. Interestingly, the Ag_(2)S/KTN composite exhibited higher NH3generation performance under the combined action of ultrasonic vibration and simulated sunlight. The enhanced piezo-photocatalytic performance can be ascribed that the piezoelectric effect of KTN improved the bulk separation of charge carriers in KTN. This study not only provides a potential catalyst for photocatalytic nitrogen fixation but also shows new ideas for the design of highly efficient catalysts via semiconductor modification and external field coupling. 展开更多

目的:探讨“S”形固定法在行静脉留置针患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行静脉留置针的患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规固定方式,观察组采用“S... 目的:探讨“S”形固定法在行静脉留置针患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行静脉留置针的患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规固定方式,观察组采用“S”形固定法。比较两组疼痛程度、手臂活动自由度、皮肤红肿发生率、皮肤红肿严重度。结果:固定后即刻,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);固定后6 h、12 h、24 h,两组VAS评分低于固定后即刻,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手臂最大弯曲角度和伸展角度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组皮肤红肿发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组发生皮肤红肿的患者红肿严重度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:“S”形固定法在行静脉留置针患者中的应用效果较好,能够减轻患者疼痛,改善手臂活动度,减少及减轻皮肤红肿。 展开更多

目的:分析可吸收止血绒S-100在骨折内固定手术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2022年3月—2023年6月河南省胸科医院收治的106例骨折内固定手术患者作为研究对象。根据可吸收止血绒S-100的使用情况将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对... 目的:分析可吸收止血绒S-100在骨折内固定手术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2022年3月—2023年6月河南省胸科医院收治的106例骨折内固定手术患者作为研究对象。根据可吸收止血绒S-100的使用情况将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组术中采用气囊止血带止血,观察组术中采用可吸收止血绒S-100。比较两组围手术期指标,引流量及引流管拔管时间,术前及术后第3天凝血功能。结果:观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h、48 h引流量少于对照组,引流管拔管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第3天,两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均降低,纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体(D-D)均明显升高,观察组PT及APTT均高于对照组,FIB及D-D均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可吸收止血绒S-100应用在骨折内固定手术中止血效果显著,能减少局部渗出,缩短引流周期,对患者凝血功能影响较小。 展开更多

Reactive dyes are the main dyes in printing and dyeing of cellulosic fibers.Reactive dyes fixation rate is a vital indicator to measure the degree of the covalent bond between cellulose and reactive dyes.However,the determination of the fixation rate is tedious and time-consumptive.Based on the theory of reactive dyes dyeing and application of modern computer color matching technology,the relationship between K/S value and the fixation rate with the reactive dyes on cotton fabric was studied.The feasibility of K/S value instead of the traditional washing method for the determination of reactive dyes fixation rate was proved.In this study,the K/S value of the fabric has an excellent linear relationship to the reactive dyes fixation rate obtained by the washing method.The reactive dyes fixation rate can be obtained through the K/S correction value. 展开更多

Clinical significance of Baumann's angle in the percutaneous pinning fixation for supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children

To evaluate the clinical significance of Baumann’s angle in the closed reduction and percutaneous pinning fixation for supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children.Methods There were 97 children (male 59,female 38,mean age of 6.8 years) with displaced supracondylar fracrtures of the humerus were treated in this hospital.Under fluoroscopy guidance,three-dimensional displacement of fractures was corrected by closed reduction.The percutaneous Kirschner wire pinning was applied only if the radiographs demonstrated that Baumann’s angle was less than 4 degree compared to that on the normal side.All of them were followed up for 34.5 months (range,12 to 48 months).Results There was one case with ulnar nerve palsy associated with the pinning.There were no Volkmann’s contracture in this group.X-ray examinations revealed an average 73.7 degrees of Baumann angle on the injured and 72.8 on uninjured side.An average 7.6 degrees of the carrying angle on the injured and 9.7 on uninjured side were also demonstrated by radiography.Five patients developed slight cubitus varus deformity.The result according to Flynn criteria were excellent in 85 patients (87.6%),good in 12 patients (12.4%).Conclusion The satisfactory results can be gained in children with displaced supracondylar fractures of the humerus by restoration of the normal Baumann angle and percutaneous pinning fixation.18 refs,2 figs. 展开更多

目的比较S形接骨板与形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的临床疗效。方法2004年9月~2006年10月,笔者手术治疗59例成人锁骨中1/3骨折患者,其中男性38例,女性21例,年龄18~68岁,平均年龄27.8岁。根据临床具体情况随机分为2组,A组31例... 目的比较S形接骨板与形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的临床疗效。方法2004年9月~2006年10月,笔者手术治疗59例成人锁骨中1/3骨折患者,其中男性38例,女性21例,年龄18~68岁,平均年龄27.8岁。根据临床具体情况随机分为2组,A组31例采用S形接骨板内固定,B组28例采用形状记忆合金环抱器内固定,术后定期随访。根据X线片及肩关节功能恢复情况对比两组手术时间、取出内固定时间、骨折愈合时间及评定疗效。结果A组27例得到随访,B组25例得到随访,骨折愈合后于笔者医院取出内固定置入物,两组手术时间、术后取出内固定时间、骨折愈合时间差异无统计学意义。A组优21例,良5例,可1例;B组优12例,良7例,可5例,差1例;A、B两组优良率分别为96.3%和76.0%,A组疗效明显优于B组。结论S形接骨板是治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的有效方法。 展开更多

目的观察切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折的临床疗效。方法自1994年1月以来采用切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折46例。男37例,女9例;年龄18-72岁,平均22.8 岁。新鲜骨折37例;陈旧性骨折9例。结果定期X片复查,骨折临床愈合... 目的观察切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折的临床疗效。方法自1994年1月以来采用切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折46例。男37例,女9例;年龄18-72岁,平均22.8 岁。新鲜骨折37例;陈旧性骨折9例。结果定期X片复查,骨折临床愈合时间平均2.5个月,术后4 -6个月取出内固定物。根据拇掌腕关节的局部症状、体征,拇对掌、外展、内收等活动、X线表现及TAM 系统评定:优:34例,为73.91%;良:10例,为21.74%;差:2例,为4.35%。优良率为95.65%。结论采用切开复位内固定方法治疗Bennett’s骨折,复位、固定可靠,治愈率高,并发症少,疗效满意。 展开更多

目的:探讨经Wiltse肌间隙入路治疗胸腰椎骨折的可行性。方法:回顾性分析48例胸腰椎骨折患者的病历资料,经常规手术入路行后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术者25例为对照组(A组);经Wiltse肌间隙入路行椎弓根螺钉内固定者23例为观察组(B组)。比较2... 目的:探讨经Wiltse肌间隙入路治疗胸腰椎骨折的可行性。方法:回顾性分析48例胸腰椎骨折患者的病历资料,经常规手术入路行后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术者25例为对照组(A组);经Wiltse肌间隙入路行椎弓根螺钉内固定者23例为观察组(B组)。比较2组患者的手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、引流量、术后疼痛视觉摸拟评分、Cobb’s角及术后日本骨科协会评分。结果:A组患者的手术时间、出血量、引流量术后VAS评分均大于B组[(80.04±9.650)min,(60.48±6.374)min,t=8.210,P=0.000;(280.40±56.60)mL,(180.43±60.11)mL,t=5.934,P=0.000;(161.60±44.31)mL,(120.00±28.28)mL,t=3.838,P=0.000;(5.792±1.444),(3.087±1.203),t=3.838,P=0.000];2组患者的切口长度、术后JOA评分及手术前后Cobb’s角比较,差异均无统计学意义[(10.40±1.49)cm,(10.33±1.49)cm,t=0.171,P=0.865;(27.280±1.487),(26.348±1.921),t=1.889,P=0.065;(22.060±4.887),(22.870±5.513),t=-0.539,P=0.592;(6.204±1.737),(6.844±1.359),t=-1.412,P=0.165]。结论:与常规手术入路相比,经Wiltse肌间隙入路内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折具有手术时间短、出血量少及术后疼痛程度低的优点,值得推广。 展开更多

本文采用活性染料特征值S、E、F、R(S-直接性值,E-吸尽值,F-固色值,R-固色速率)来判断适用于低盐染色的活性染料类型,选择双活性基型活性染料,按一定工艺处方,浸染纯棉织物,测定不同S值活性染料的固色率随电解质盐用量的变化情况。分别... 本文采用活性染料特征值S、E、F、R(S-直接性值,E-吸尽值,F-固色值,R-固色速率)来判断适用于低盐染色的活性染料类型,选择双活性基型活性染料,按一定工艺处方,浸染纯棉织物,测定不同S值活性染料的固色率随电解质盐用量的变化情况。分别对特征值高、中、低的三类染料进行低盐染色实验,实验表明,中等S值的活性染料适合进行低盐染色,其固色率较高,盐用量可降为常规用量的1/4~1/3,浴比为1∶10,其中以无水硫酸钠与柠檬酸钠1:2复配作促染剂时效果最佳。 展开更多

目的:比较后路钉棒固定不植骨与后路钉棒固定植骨融合治疗不稳定Hangman骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月~2020年12月在我院接受颈后路钉棒内固定手术且随访2年以上的39例不稳定Hangman骨折患者的临床及影像学资料,平均随访3.2... 目的:比较后路钉棒固定不植骨与后路钉棒固定植骨融合治疗不稳定Hangman骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月~2020年12月在我院接受颈后路钉棒内固定手术且随访2年以上的39例不稳定Hangman骨折患者的临床及影像学资料,平均随访3.2±1.9年(2~9年)。男性31例,女性8例,年龄43.1±16.1岁(13~70岁)。其中22例接受单纯后路钉棒固定术(不植骨组:A组),17例接受后路钉棒固定自体髂骨植骨融合术(植骨组:B组)。记录并比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症,术前、术后1周、术后3个月及末次随访时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),术前、术后3个月及末次随访时颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI),术前及末次随访时美国脊髓损伤协会(ASIA)脊髓损伤分级,末次随访时Odom′s分级。在术前、术后1周及末次随访时颈椎侧位X线片上测量并比较两组间C2/3移位、成角和颈椎前凸角,颈椎正侧位X线片及三维CT上观察骨折愈合情况、C2/3后方关节突关节(小关节)、椎体间融合情况。结果:39例患者均顺利完成手术。手术时间A组99.3±14.2min,B组137.9±19.5min;术中出血量A组94.6±12.6mL,B组140.6±17.8mL,A组比B组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少(P<0.05)。A组2例术后发生浅表切口感染,B组1例术后发生浅表切口感染、4例供骨区疼痛,予以对症处理后均好转。两组患者术后1周、术后3个月及末次随访的VAS评分和术后3个月及末次随访的NDI较术前明显改善(P<0.05),两组间各随访时间点比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。末次随访时两组患者ASIA分级及Odom′s分级无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者术后1周及末次随访时C2/3成角、移位及颈椎前凸角较术前显著性改善(P<0.05),两组间各随访时间点上述指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。末次随访时,39例患者骨折全部愈合良好。A组C2/3双侧小关节均自发融合,椎体前缘自发融合1例,椎体后缘自发融合9例,椎体前缘和后缘均自发融合4例;B组C2/3双侧小关节均骨性融合,椎体前缘自发融合0例,椎体后缘自发融合10例,椎体前缘和后缘均自发融合3例;末次随访时,两组C2/3小关节(全部融合)和椎间融合率(A组63%、B组76%)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:后路钉棒固定不植骨和后路钉棒固定植骨融合治疗不稳定Hangman骨折均能够获得满意的临床疗效,术后C2/3小关节及椎体间融合率相似。不植骨能明显缩短手术时间、减少术中出血、避免取髂骨相关并发症。 展开更多

This study examined whether low-density co-inoculation of Myanmar Bradyrhizobium yuanmingense strain MAS34 and Streptomyces griseoflavus P4 would enhance nodulation, N2 fixation, and seed yield in two soybean varieties. A field experiment was conducted during the July to November 2012 growing season at Kyushu University Farm, Japan, using a split-plot design with three replications and the following four treatments: T1, an uninoculated treatment with peat moss (uninoculated);T2, a single inoculation with S. griseoflavus P4 (P4);T3, a single inoculation of B. yuanmingense MAS34 (MAS34);and T4, a dual inoculation of P4 with MAS34 (P4 + MAS34). Two varieties of soybean, Yezin-3 (Rj4) and Yezin-6 (non-Rj), were used. The N2 fixation activity of soybean was evaluated by the relative ureide method using xylem solute from root bled sap at the early pod-fill stage (R3.5). Dry matter production, N2 fixation, and seed yield were significantly (P 0.01) different between the inoculated treatments. The effect of variety was also significant (P 0.05) for nodule dry weight at the V6 stage, percentage of N derived from the atmosphere at the R3.5 stage, and seed yield at the maturity stage. The number of nodules on the tap roots was significantly higher in Yezin-3 than in Yezin-6. The single inoculation of P4 did not have a significant effect on dry matter production, N2 fixation, and seed yield in either soybean variety. The dry matter production, relative ureide index, percentage of N derived from the atmosphere, and seed yield were significantly (P 0.01) enhanced by a single inoculation of MAS34 in Yezin-3 and by dual inoculation of P4 + MAS34 in Yezin-6. These results indicate that low inoculum concentrations (105 cells seed-1) increase N2 fixation and seed yield in these soybean varieties under open field conditions. Myanmar B. yuanmingense MAS34 and S. griseoflavus P4 are expected to be useful biofertilizers for soybean production. 展开更多

In the present stu... Black gram (Vigna mungo L. Hepper) is one of the main leguminous crops that provide chief source of food. Several Bradyrhizobium species are able to induce effective nodules in black gram cultivars. In the present study, we characterized forty isolates of indigenous black gram bradyrhizobia from Myanmar based on the sequence analysis of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene. The sequence analysis confirmed that all isolates were categorized and identified as the genus Bradyrhizobium and they were conspecific with B. elkanii, B. sp., B. liaoningense, B. japonicum and B. yunamingense. Almost all the collected isolates from major black gram growing regions of Nyaunglebin Bago Regio, Chaungzon Mon State, Sittwe Rakhine State, Danubyu Ayeyarwady Region and Launglon Tanintharyi Region were identified as B. liaoningense. At Danubyu Ayeyarwady Region and Pyinmanar Nay Pyi Taw Region, most of the strains were identified as B. japonicum. On the other hand, more or less all the isolates from Launglon Tanintharyi Region and Hpa-an Kayin State were related to B. elkanii. However, all B. sp. strains were found in Salingyi Sagaing Region black gram growing region. This is the first report describing Bradyrhizobium strains that were isolated from soil samples of major black gram growing areas in Myanmar. Evaluation of the effectiveness of Myanmar Bradyrhizobim strains isolated from soil samples of major black gram growing areas of Myanmar for plant growth and nitrogen fixation was studied in pot experiments with completely randomized design and three replicates. The nodule dry weight, shoot dry weight and acetylene reduction activity of the plant inoculated with Bradyrhizobium elkanii LauBG38 were significantly higher in ARA per plant, nodule and shoot dry weights than the other tested isolates in both Yezin-4 and Yezin-7 black gram varieties. We expect that Myanmar Bradyrhizobium elkanii LauBG38 will be able to use as Biofertilizer for black gram cultivars. 展开更多
