Chinese economic total quantity has leaped to the sixth m the world because ot the tast development for nearly 30 years, and become the world economics powerful nation gradually. The Chinese economic growth has influenced tremendously on the world economic development. Being Chinese close neighbor, how has the Northeast Asia be influenced？ This paper will elaborate from the following three aspects： Chinese economic increase made China become important strength to promote the process of regional cooperation; Chinese economic increase made the pattern of Northeast Asian cooperation in economy and trade changed; competition and difference that Chinese economic increase brought to Northeast Asia. The increase of Chinese economic has positive influence on the economy of Northeast Asia, and is one of the powers causing the Northeast Asian economy to grow. At the same time, this kind of influence is mutual. In particular the economic cooperation with Japan is the key to establish the integration of the Northeast Asian economy.

Economic and Land Use Impacts of Improving Water Use Efficiency in Irrigation in South Asia

This paper modifies and uses an advanced computable general equilibrium model coupled with biophysical data on land and water resources by Agro-Ecological Zone (AEZ) at the river basin level to examine the economy-wide consequences of im-provements in water use efficiency (WUE) in irrigation in South Asia. This is the first time the benefits of such improvements have been evaluated in an economy-wide context. It shows that such improvements increase production of food items, enhance food exports, and significantly improve food security in South Asia. Improvement in water use efficiency also leads to lower food prices, provides the opportunity to extend irrigated areas, decreases demand for cropland, and enhances reforestation. Im-provement in water use efficiency in irrigation also generates important net GDP gains across the South Asia region. Investments in improved WUE of up to 40% can be economically justified in Bangladesh, India, and Sri Lanka. However, in Nepal, for an improvement of more than 20% in WUE, the economic gains are smaller than costs from the associated investments. In Pakistan and rest of South Asia, an improvement in WUE of up to 30% appears to be economically profitable.

Research on the Influence of Digital Economy on the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Areas in China

In recent years,with the rapid advancement of information technology and the widespread proliferation of the Internet,digital technology has been reshaping the value chains of traditional industries and giving rise to entirely new business models and industrial forms.Technologies such as the Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence are being applied across various sectors,while new formats like e-commerce,the sharing economy,and online education are flourishing.These developments have driven new consumption patterns and employment methods.The rapid rise of the digital economy not only boosts production efficiency and economic growth but also influences the income distribution between urban and rural areas to some extent.This paper begins by examining the current state and characteristics of the digital economy and then analyzes its impact on the urban-rural income gap.Additionally,it offers countermeasures and recommendations for narrowing this gap,providing theoretical support for promoting common prosperity.

Assessment of the Environmental Impact of Road Infrastructure in Countries: A Study of the Namibia Scenario

The assessment of the impact of road infrastructure in the developing countries using the Namibian case scenario was done based on the contemporary challenges of road use. This study employed a qualitative technique using a sample size of thirty (30) selected by the simple random sampling technique. The use of charts, tables and frequencies were done to explain certain trends in the study. A well-structured, valid and reliable questionnaire instrument was designed for the study based on the following research questions;what are the impacts of road transport on the Namibian environment and what are the possible measures that may be used to reduce environmental impact of road transport on the Namibian environment? Twenty five respondents (83%) agreed that road transfer has drastically improved development and 26 (87%) respondents also accepted that it can improve Namibian economy. Similarly, it has also improved communication and technology greatly according to 27 (90%) respondents. To add more credence to the impact of road transport on the economy, all the 30 (100%) of the respondents agreed that road transport aids mobility within Namibia while 27 (90%) respondents supported the opinion that road transport aids in job search, 3 (10%) disagreed. The result shows that car owners service are potential threats which can affect pollution levels as was supported by 97% to cause environmental pollution as well as 100% when combined with energy consumption. Similarly, all the respondents indicated the potential of increased accident rate from poor road safety. Felling of trees poses great danger (97% response) due to the degradation of the environment. Most respondents (77% and 83%) agreed that road transport can lead to land encroachment and loss of aesthetic and farming. This research has shown that eventually death rate may increase from mere ill-health to from the degraded ecosystem, 24 respondents (80%). So many policies to protect the environment but the practical measures are to encourage impact assessment studies for road projects, land use control and human safety precautions on road use.

Spatial Differentiation of Tourism Impact Based on the Perception of Residents in Mountainous Valley Resorts

Valley economy is a type of economy that comprehensively utilizes the natural economic and social resources of the region based on environmental protection. This economy utilizes the basic role of the market in disposing resources and achieving regional development and social progress. In this paper we studied the town of Yanqi, a valley resort that has developed tourism-based valley economy for several years in the mountainous area of Beijing. This research identifies the spatial differentiation of tourism-related economic, socio-cultural, and environmental impact and level of support for tourism according to the perception and attitude of residents of Yanqi. The research area was divided into three zones(i.e., core, transition, and peripheral)according to the standard proposed by Jaakson. The residents in all three zones showed a positive attitude toward the tourism industry, and the residents in the core zone had a stronger perception toward the impact of tourism. However, several items indicated the converse. Correlation analysis and analysis of variance were used to explore the correlative factors associated with the attitudes of residents toward the tourism industry. Results indicated major differences among the three zones. Multiple factors, including natural conditions, policies, scenic spots, dependence on the tourism industry, and external investment in the three zones resulted in the spatial differentiation of the perception and attitude of residents toward the impact of tourism.

Determining the Environmental and Economic Benefits of Life Cycle Assessment on Example of the Power Plants in Poland

The paper presents a method of life cycle assessment （LCA） to determine the impact of the electricity produced on the environment. To determine the environmental burdens and benefits the LCA technique is used, methodologically based on ISO 14040 series. In addition, the usefulness of this method to assess the energy sector has been shown. To evaluate the process, SimaPro software and the method of Eco Indicator 99 were used, which allows to get the results of the burden and benefit with taking into account three categories of damages： ecosystem quality, human health, and raw materials. This paper presents the impact of electricity generation on the environment in coal power plants. The article also points to the directions of the Polish energy sector and pointed to the need to determine the environmental risks associated with the production of energy. A detailed analysis by the method of LCA is made to compare the environmental impact of electricity generation in the Lagisza Power Plant and Turdw Power Plant. It is pointed to the difference in the results obtained. Moreover, the causes of the reported environmental impacts are discussed. Measures are identified which will help to reduce in the future the impact of the electricity produced on the environment during the production of electricity.

数字经济产业区域协同发展机理及路径研究--基于江西与粤港澳、长三角、长江中游城市群协同发展视角

数字经济产业区域协同发展对推动区域经济效率变革、质量变革和动力变革具有积极推动作用。近年来,江西充分发挥毗邻粤港澳大湾区、长三角以及位居长江中游城市群的地理优势,积极推动数字经济产业区域协同发展,打造了赣深电子信息产业集聚区、承接长三角数字产业转移示范区、赣湘电子信息产业园等,为江西数字经济产业高质量发展奠定了扎实基础,但是在数字经济产业区域协同发展过程中仍然存在协同规划缺乏、协同层次偏低、协同结构失衡、产业数字化滞后、数字技术协同创新弱和数据要素共建共享不畅等问题。这需从强化规划引领、提高协同层次、优化协同结构、加快数字化转型、推动数字技术协同创新和促进数据互联互通共用等方面加以破解。

数字经济与农业经济韧性:基于中介效应的机制研究

提升农业经济韧性是实现农业现代化与建设农业强国的重要举措,数字经济为农业经济韧性的提升提供了新路径。文章基于2012-2021年中国30个省区市面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型,分析数字经济对农业经济韧性的直接影响,并利用因果效应法与Bootstrap研究方法分析创新能力在此影响过程中充当的中介作用。研究结果表明:数字经济发展能够显著促进农业经济韧性的提高;进一步研究发现,创新能力在数字经济影响农业经济韧性过程中发挥部分中介作用,数字经济对农业经济韧性的影响存在明显区域差异,对东部地区农业经济韧性赋能效果显著高于中西部地区。基于此,文章提出加强数字经济建设,增强农业经济韧性,提升创新赋能农业经济发展的作用以及实施地区差异化发展政策等建议。

乡村振兴与县域经济耦合发展对中国式现代化发展的影响效应研究

乡村振兴与县域经济耦合发展对中国式现代化发展具有重要影响,能够加快人口规模巨大的现代化发展、全体人民共同富裕的现代化、人与自然和谐共生的现代化以及物质文明与精神文明相协调的现代化发展,是推进中国式现代化发展的有力推手。基于理论分析提出研究假说,进而通过指标体系构建、熵值法、回归模型构建等方法,进一步分析2013—2022年乡村振兴与县域经济耦合发展对中国式现代化发展的影响效应。结果表明:(1)乡村振兴与县域经济耦合发展对中国式现代化发展具有积极效应,主要表现在乡村振兴与县域经济耦合发展对中国式现代化发展具有经济促进效应、社会辐射效应和生态促进效应;(2)乡村振兴与县域经济耦合发展对中国式现代化发展的影响效应具有明显的区域异质性,东部地区乡村振兴与县域经济耦合发展对中国式现代化发展的影响效应要大于其他地区。

长江经济带数字经济的减污降碳效应及作用机制研究——基于市级数据的分析

基于2011~2021年长江经济带104个城市的面板数据,采用公式法测算碳污排放强度,运用固定效应模型与机制检验模型,分析数字经济对减污降碳的影响效应及作用机制,构建减污降碳协同效应模型,探究数字经济的减污降碳协同效应与长江经济带减污降碳协同度的时空演变趋势。研究发现,数字经济对长江经济带城市的碳污排放产生显著的抑制作用;能够通过促进产业结构升级、提升绿色技术创新和增强公众环境关注度,促进长江经济带减污降碳的协同治理。

原油价格不确定性测度及其对宏观经济的非对称影响研究

有效测度原油价格不确定性并研究其对我国宏观经济的影响,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文基于最小生成树模型,从全局视角衡量原油多元定价机制中195个影响因素的相对重要程度,并采用高维因子非预期条件波动率模型测度国际原油价格的不确定性。基于收敛交叉映射模型,本文对原油价格不确定性与宏观经济间的非线性因果关系进行识别,研究发现仅存在原油价格不确定性对固定资产投资、产出增速的单向因果关系。进一步地,在厘清原油价格不确定性对宏观经济影响机制的基础上,利用包含马尔可夫区制转移特征的向量自回归模型考察原油价格不确定性对我国宏观经济的影响,理论与实证结果均表明原油价格不确定性对我国宏观经济具有显著负向影响;在不同经济状态下,原油价格不确定性对投资、产出增速的影响具有非对称性。本研究为有效防范原油市场风险、保障能源安全和推动经济稳定增长提供了理论支持。
