And also based on financing restraint theory and the neoclassic investment model, a real diagnosis analysis for the financing constraint condition of the Binhai New Area is studied. At the same time, the schools teaching work is also constantly updated and iterated, gradually moving towards the direction of the internet education model, entering a new stage. In this case, modern information technology has been popularized and applied to Chinese teaching in primary schools. It has great advantages in the reform and updating of Chinese teaching mode and the interesting teaching content. However, information technology has brought some disadvantages while bringing the above benefits to Chinese teaching. Therefore, teachers should optimize and upgrade the application strategy of information technology based on the teaching requirements of the new curriculum reform to achieve the goal of improving the level of Chinese teaching in primary schools.展开更多
