The Application of Psychological Nursing in Pediatric Clinical Nursing

Objective:To study the application effect of psychological nursing in pediatric clinical nursing.Method:100 pediatric patients who underwent treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received psychological care based on routine nursing care.The nursing compliance,incidence of adverse events,and parental satisfaction of the two groups of pediatric patients were compared and analyzed.Result:Through psychological nursing intervention,it was found that the observation group had better nursing compliance,incidence of adverse events,and parental satisfaction than the control group,P<0.05,the differences are statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in pediatric clinical nursing can improve the compliance of pediatric care,reduce the incidence of adverse events,enhance parental satisfaction,and have clinical promotion and application value.

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Psychological Intervention in Gastric Cancer Care

Objective: To analyze the application value of psychological intervention in gastric cancer nursing. Methods: This study analyzes gastric cancer patients admitted to hospitals from May 2022 to May 2023. Based on research requirements and patient willingness, 80 patients were selected and divided into observation and control groups using a lottery method. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received psychological intervention in addition to conventional nursing care. Results: After the psychological intervention, patients in the observation group showed significant improvements in anxiety and depression, better sleep quality, remarkable enhancement in psychological resilience, higher levels of health literacy, and increased nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Incorporating psychological intervention into the nursing care of gastric cancer patients enhances their psychological adjustment ability and improves treatment adherence.

The Latest Research Progress in the Application of MEWS Scoring System in Clinical Nursing

This paper summarizes the background of the formation of the Modified Early Warning System(MEWS)evaluation system,its current status of clinical teaching applications in different fields of hospitals,and its significance on the medical and nursing career,aiming to provide specific theoretical basis for medical staff and lay a foundation for continuing to carry out related work on MEWS.

A study of clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China and variation trends based on word frequency analysis and visualization analysis

Objective: To analyze clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China and variation trends in order to provide reference points on the current state of development of clinical psychological nursing and future research hotspots.Method: Clinical psychological nursing research literature sourced from Wanfang Data for the three periods of 2007-2009, 2010-2012, and 2013-2015 were selected as the research sample. A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network diagrams.Results: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological intervention.Research hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during 2013-2015.Conclusions: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. In addition, research hotspots have been influenced by the incidence of illnesses and people's health consciousness.

Investigation on Psychological Health and Resilience of Clinical Nursing Students in “Post-Pandemic Era”

The study aims to learn about the psychological health and counseling situation of nursing students in the post-pandemic era through investigation on the psychological health, resilience and counseling demand of nursing students by randomly selecting clinical nursing students interned in a Grade III Level A hospital in Guangzhou from June 2020 to January 2021 as the objects of study. The internship can be divided into three stages: initial (1st - 3rd month), middle (4th - 7th month) and final (8th - 12th month). The investigator educated the nursing students about psychological health in the initial stage to improve their adaptability to clinical practice. Then they were given questionnaires including Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and general questionnaires. And this study further completed difference analysis on psychological health and resilience in gender, educational background, internship stages and non-only/only children. It turned out that all factors scored above the national norm except anxiety in nine symptom clusters and three dimensions of CD-RISC. As for the scores of four factors of somatization, interpersonal relationship, hostility and bigotry and three dimensions of tenacity, optimism and strength in the CD-RISC, the difference was considered to indicate statistical significance (P < 0.001). Among factors affecting the psychological health of clinical nursing students, score differences involving somatization and compulsion (P < 0.001, P < 0.05) under different educational backgrounds showed statistically significant. With regard to different clinical stages, there were significant differences in somatization, compulsion, tenacity and strength (P < 0.001, P < 0.05). Finally, the conclusion is drawn that, during the period of pandemic prevention and control, the overall psychological status of clinical nursing students was good, but there remain part of cases with mild psychological problems that cannot be ignored. In the post-pandemic era, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of teaching groups of clinical hospitals to psychological counseling for nursing students.

An empirical study on evaluation indexes of scientific research achievements in nursing

Objective: The purpose of this empirical study was to investigate the evaluation indexes of nursing research results and to provide references for the optimization of nursing research results and their clinical applications.Methods: A total of 150 clinical nursing studies were randomly selected, the clinical applications of their results were investigated,and the results were evaluated using the evaluation indexes of nursing research achievements.Results: The results of 101 clinical nursing studies were promoted through their application, accounting for 82.79%, but they were mostly promoted and applied in small areas. When the evaluation indexes of nursing research results were used to evaluate the results, the scores for the applied results were higher than those of unapplied results, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Considering the levels of the results, the scores of the results of studies at the national level were higher than those of studies at the municipal and hospital levels; the scores of the results of studies at the provincial level were higher than those at the hospital level; and the scores of the results of originally innovative studies were higher than those of partially innovative studies. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). In terms of overall scores, the scores of the results at the provincial level were higher than those at the hospital level, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The evaluation indexes of nursing research results in this study can scientifically and effectively evaluate the level,value, and effectiveness of the nursing research results and can promote the clinical application of the optimized results.

Development and application of an online testing system for clinical nurses

The online assessment is a new examination system which has a broad application in many research fields such as medical science and has been proved to be effective,reliable,and robust.The aim of this study was to establish an online testing system for clinical nurses and to assess its effectiveness compared with traditional paper-based tests in China.A randomized controlled trial was performed,a total of 1802 nurses were recruited and randomly assigned to take either the paper-formatted test or the online test.Then the paper quality,examinee's performance and nurses'assessments of online testing system were evaluated.The results shown that online assessment system for clinical nurses had a comparable examination effects with traditional paper-based format,and the nurse spoke highly of its effectiveness and efficiency.These data suggest that online nursing assessments should be considered a dependable replacement for paper test.

Quality Evaluation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Plan for Stroke in Acute and Recovery Phases

OBJECTIVE: To formulate the quality evaluation questionnaire of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing plan for stroke in acute and recovery phases, and to evaluate the quality of TCM nursing plan for stroke by clinical nurses. METHODS: The questionnaire was designed by referring to the Applicability Questionnaire of TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline, and the expert consultation was used to assess the content validity. In addition, the results of the questionnaire were processed and analyzed with SPSS20.0 software. RESULTS: The content validity of the self-designed questionnaire was 0.94 for the S-CVI/Ave score. The results of the questionnaire demonstrated that the overall content of the plan was "better than the original routine nursing plan"(59.18%); the recognition degree of "common symptoms"(36.70%) and "syndrome classification"(36.70%) of the plan was the lowest. CONCLUSION: The plan is supposed to be further improved in the future in order to be coincident with clinical reality.

Mini-cex结合微课教学在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用

目的 研究迷你临床演练评量(Mini-cex)结合微课教学在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 将本院2020年1~12月83例新入职护士作为对照组,另取2021年5月-2022年4月80例新入职护士作为实验组。其中对照组实施传统教学,实验组则开展Mini-cex结合微课教学。对比两组新入职护士的考核结果、对培训效果的满意度以及岗位适应能力。结果 实验组诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗、护理措施以及整体评价评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组新入职护士对培训激发学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、提高沟通交流能力、促进知识理解吸收、提高学习效率的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组岗位适应能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Mini-cex结合微课教学在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果较佳,可显著提高培训效果,提升新入职护士对培训效果的满意度,改善岗位适应能力,值得临床推广应用。

基于King达标理论的人性化护理在解决初治梅毒患者心理冲突中的应用价值

目的探讨基于King达标理论的人性化护理干预措施在解决初治梅毒患者心理冲突中的应用效果。方法选取我院初诊初治梅毒患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。2组均结合实际病情予以常规对症治疗措施,其中对照组治疗期间接受常规临床护理,观察组则接受基于King达标理论的人性化护理服务,比较2组治疗前后心理状态及治疗效果。结果护理后2组SAS、SDS评分均较护理前明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第2次、第3次注射完成率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并且观察组3次注射时不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院时满意度各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对初诊初治梅毒患者采取基于King达标理论的人性化护理服务可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪,提升注射成功率以提高患者梅毒治疗依从性,并可有效降低注射不良反应发生率,改善患者生活质量与住院满意度,具有临床应用及推广价值。

肠造口患者临床护理路径护理信息系统的设计与应用

目的:构建基于临床护理路径的肠造口患者护理信息系统,并分析其应用效果,为临床提升造口患者生活质量提供参考。方法:采用文献分析、小组会议法构建肠造口患者临床护理路径,将其嵌入护理信息系统,并于2023年2月在我院普通外科应用。对比系统应用前后肠造口患者入院评估、风险评估、健康教育、疼痛评估、出院评估的完成率及造口自我护理能力,同时调查护士对临床护理路径信息系统的满意度。结果:应用系统后,干预组肠造口患者的入院评估率(100.0%)、风险评估率(94.5%)、健康教育率(100.0%)、疼痛评估率(96.4%)、出院评估率(100.0%)均较系统应用前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的造口自我护理能力各条目中除使用必要的辅助产品外均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士的满意度大于90.0%。结论:应用肠造口患者临床护理路径护理信息系统能够有效提高护理措施的落实率,提升肠造口患者的自我护理能力,增进护士对工作的满意度,进而改善患者生活质量。

精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案的构建

目的 构建精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案。方法 基于文献回顾和专家讨论,形成精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案初稿。选取来自北京、长沙、武汉、南京、上海、广州、成都、合肥、南昌的13名专家作为函询对象,于2022年10月—12月采用专家函询法对其进行2轮函询。结果 2轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.94、0.96;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.251和0.418(P<0.001)。最终构建的精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案由7个模块(培养目标、培养内容、培养方式、培养时间、考核内容及占比、带教师资、实践基地)、36个一级条目、67个二级条目、103个三级条目构成。结论 本研究构建的精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养方案科学、可信,可为我国精神心理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养提供参考。

中医护理技术的应用及发展现状研究

国务院在2016年2月26日印发的《中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016-2030年)》中,明确提出到2020年要实现人人基本享有中医药服务。中医护理是中医药服务重要的组成部分。中医护理技术是中医护理的重要组成部分,其种类丰富并具有简、便、验、廉的特点,在临床疾病护理、治未病、慢性病防治和养生康复中发挥着重要作用。文章旨在总结近年来中医护理技术在临床中的应用及发展情况,发掘目前亟待解决的问题,并对其未来的发展进行展望,以期为中医护理技术的规范化发展提供客观的参考。

多维支持性心理干预在男科护理临床实践教学体系的探索

目的:探讨多维支持性心理干预在男科护理临床实践教学中的应用,将多维支持性心理干预与传统技能训练相结合,为男科护理临床实践教学提供依据。方法:选取在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院2021年12月至2022年12月的100名即将进入男科临床实习的护理专业实习生为研究对象,采用HAMD量表对护理实习生的心理进行评估,对其进行随机分组,试验组(50名)接受多维支持性心理干预,对照组(50名)按照传统的教学模式进行培训,不接受任何形式的心理支持干预。结果:试验组的HAMD得分从干预前的(12.4±2.1)分明显降低到干预后的(8.9±2.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而对照组的HAMD得分从干预前的(13.1±1.8)分增加到干预后的(14.7±1.9)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组的技能得分从干预前的(82.6±4.7)分提高到干预后的(91.2±2.4)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组的技能得分从(81.0±3.5)分略微降低到(80.4±2.7)分,差异无统计学意义(P=0.28)。结论:该方法能够在短时间内显著提高护理实习生的学习积极性,减小其心理压力,并且有助于提升教学效果。此外,采用这种结合心理和教学的方法还能加强护理实习生的心理韧性,帮助他们更好地应对未来的职业挑战。

我国口腔颌面外科护士开展面神经功能训练的现状调查研究

目的了解我国口腔颌面外科护士对周围性面瘫患者开展面神经功能训练的现状,分析其影响因素,为面神经功能训练规范的制订提供依据。方法2023年5月,采用整群抽样法对全国47家医院的612名口腔颌面外科护士进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果收到612份有效问卷。知识培训维度:54.74%(335/612)护士接受过相关培训;知识条目回答的正确率为2.29%~29.08%;多元线性回归分析结果显示,科室学习、医院培训、文献自学、继续教育是护士培训效果的正向影响因素。护士态度维度:99.02%(606/612)的护士赞同开展训练,综合性医院护士的态度条目得分均高于专科医院,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者的知情同意、医护的临床判断、护士接受的培训、训练的临床疗效是护士开展态度的正向影响因素。临床应用维度:93.62%(44/47)的医院有收治面瘫患者;61.70%(29/47)的医院已开展训练,均为三级医院;在训练方法方面,开展辅助训练、主动训练及抗阻训练的护士占比分别是74.18%(454/612)、75.00%(459/612)及61.44%(376/612);多重响应分析结果显示,护士开展训练主要依据是诊疗指南及专家共识、面神经功能训练相关教材、技术规范、行业标准及团体标准,其累计百分比为67.90%。结论口腔颌面外科护士认可面神经功能训练的疗效,开展训练态度积极,但接受培训的机会较少,缺乏相关培训及临床实践指引,导致训练方法繁多、水平参差不齐、护士相关知识水平薄弱。因此,亟须形成统一的面神经功能训练规范,为临床的培训和实践提供指导依据。

视频健康教育在临床工作中的应用现状

近年来,随着科学技术与网络的迅速发展,视频健康教育作为一种新兴的健康教育方式逐渐流行。传统的健康教育多采用口头讲授、发放宣传册等方式进行,教育效果有限,难以达到预期。相对于传统的健康教育方式,视频健康教育方式具有形象化、逼真化、现代化、科学化和智能化等特点,在充分调动患者视觉、听觉系统的基础上,最大限度地保证了教育效果。视频健康教育的成效已经在国内外众多的调查研究中得到验证,值得临床推广应用。本文在参考国内外相关文献的基础上,总结了视频健康教育的相关论述,包括健康教育的定义、形式和视频健康教育的必要性,分析了视频健康教育在国内外临床护理工作中的应用现状与应用优势,旨在为相关研究和实践提供参考。

基于内容分析法的护士心理护理胜任力概念内涵分析

目的:对护士心理护理胜任力的概念内涵进行内容分析,为今后构建临床护士心理护理胜任力模型提供参考。方法:系统检索国内外数据库中有关护士心理护理胜任力的文献,检索时限为建库至2022年10月21日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献,以冰山模型为指导,采用内容分析法提取体现护士心理护理胜任力概念内涵的语句。结果:最终纳入39篇文献,护士心理护理胜任力的概念内涵包括知识、技能、职业品格、个人特质、动机5个一级类目和18个二级类目。结论:护士心理护理胜任力的概念内涵丰富,未来应在此基础上构建护士心理护理胜任力模型,以指导护士心理护理实践,提高临床心理护理实践质量。

新入职护士心理护理临床实践体验的质性研究

目的通过质性研究的方法探讨新入职护士心理护理临床实践体验,为构建新入职护士心理护理临床培训方案提供实证参考。方法2022年9-12月,采用目的抽样法,选取来自上海市3所三级甲等医院的14名新入职护士进行半结构式深入访谈,采用主题分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果围绕新入职护士心理护理实践体验,提炼出3个主题:基于自身需求体会到心理护理的重要性、在患者照护过程中有意识地观察和实践心理护理、对于规范化培训阶段心理护理能力提升存在多方面的培训需求。结论新入职护士能较好意识到临床心理护理的重要性,能够逐渐将心理护理理念融入临床实践,但其自助能力与助人能力均有待提升。护理管理者可结合临床情境案例等,针对新入职护士开展相关培训,促进其心理护理实践技能的临床转化与迁移。

集束化护理在消化内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者中的应用效果

目的分析集束化护理干预对消化内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者临床症状及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月贵港市人民医院消化科采用消化内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者96例,采用抽签法将其分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规护理措施干预,观察组采用集束化护理干预措施。对比2组患者的症状改善情况、睡眠质量、心理状态、生活质量及胃功能指标(胃泌素、胃蛋白酶)。结果观察组患者干预7、14、30 d后睡眠质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者心理状态评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组胃泌素为(135.42±14.15)ng/mL和胃蛋白酶为(126.19±12.72)μg/mL水平均高于对照组的(116.79±12.33)ng/mL、(115.83±12.15)μg/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预在消化内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者中应用效果良好,可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量和心理状态,对提高患者生活质量具有积极作用,同时改善患者胃功能。
